This paper reconstructs the education of Emperor Rudolf II and his brother Ernst in Spain. It emphasizes the essentially political character of humanist educational literature, which was intended to cultivate a learned political elite whose decisions would be guided by good morals and unbiased reason. In order to achieve their educational goals, humanists promoted a scientific approach to the rearing and schooling of children, from observation of their essentially non-adult nature to adaptation to their potentials, their character, and their age. The recognition that children could not be forced to be virtuous and needed to be given incentives to pursue study was coupled, however, with a certain degree of anthropological pessimism about their corruptibility and the habitual nature of virtues. This explains why the stress on free will and mild methods was always coupled with an emphasis on discipline and indoctrination. The education of Rudolf and Ernst, which was intended to foster moderation, self-control, diligence, and a love of learning, is a rare example of humanist ideals put into practice. It confirms both the special importance of the ideas of Erasmus for Northern humanism and the strong relationship between Latin learning, moral education, and governing.

This chapter focuses on the most common intensive experiential opportunity the new communal and Conservative Jewish day high schools in North America offer — the Shabbaton. The Shabbaton is a retreat focusing on the communal celebration of the sabbath. These Shabbatonim are a distinctive form of experiential Jewish education. Yet despite their widespread implementation and the growth of experiential educational efforts in day schools, they have been given little attention in the educational literature. To address this lack, the chapter draws on experiences in training school-based experiential educators in order to discuss the educational goals of these Shabbaton programmes, the principles of running a successful programme, and the challenges faced by the experiential educators who are charged with planning and implementing these programmes.

The Seminary influence on the governorate social life development was an integral part of social processes in the period of 1867-1884, which formed the prototype of the modern education practice. Identification of the Seminary role in the Tambov Governorate social life of the 19th century is a research component of this study, which affects the knowledge of the spiritual and moral education of society current state. Manuscript drafting source was the archival data of Tambov eparchy clergy activities of the late 19th century, the periodical press data of the same period. We interpret the obtained sources in the logic of the general civilized approach to the study of Seminary as an institution of social life characterized by regional aspects. Studies of the role of Seminary in social life have shown the sequence of its formation and development, its further socialization in the social life of the governorate. Special importance is attached to the Tambov Seminary in the years of transformations. Spiritual and moral influence of the Seminary on contemporaries, its increasingly active participation in the public life of the city, the change of its moral appearance contributed to the increase in the authority (role) of the Seminary in the social life of the Tambov Governorate.

Scientific research is characterized by rigor, methodology and objectivity, and requires a lot of attention and care. It calls for continuous efforts and great ability of imagination, perseverance and self-control. But before the develloping the scientific approach in its current form, mankind used another kind of thinking, known philosophical thinking . If the scientific thinking is judged as organized and unified thinking, this does not mean that philosophical thinking is unorganized. It is a thinking subject to logical standards, and take into account the consistency of introductions with the final results. Moreover, the philosophical thinking gives more freedom to the mind and less constrained by the standard and controls and it is characterized by a kind of totalitarianism. The separation of scientific thinking came after the maturity of scientific methods, which rationalized and quantified the phenomena and their interpretations. The maturuty of the scientific thinking comes from the succes of natural Sciences, which dealt with realistic physical phenomena and it based on scientistic experimental approach as a way to understand and interpret physical phenomena. After the stunning success of the natural sciences, some scientists and thinkers try the application of the experimental methods in the study of historical phenomena which led to the separation between the history of the philosophy. However, the history subjects differ from those of the natural sciences. they are more complex and interconnected, and this is what made the scientific study of the historical phenomena known several epistemological obstacles preventing the rationalization of the historical phenomena, driving a skepticism in the value of the science of history and its ability to interpret historical phenomena using only scientific explanation without the philosophical interpretation. or is it that historical studies should return to the field of philosophy. This is what I tried to explain it through this article that addresses the following issue: Did the historical studies respect canonical scientific approach

High technologies at the present stage of development of the world community have penetrated into all spheres of human activity. Considering the issue of digital methods of crime investigation, of course, forensic experts are faced with problems of their effectiveness. Today, most Western countries in the investigation of crimes use fingerprint examination, using technology, thereby reducing the time of investigation, ensuring efficiency. And yet, not all forensic specialists use these techniques when taking fingerprints, relying on the reliability and the usual proven practice of the classical method of fingerprinting. As you know, in the countries of the post-Soviet space, this method was used on the basis of scientific approaches developed by such scientists as E. Henry, A. Bertillon, G. Gross, E. Locard, etc. For example, the work of E. Henry formed the basis for fingerprint registration, since the scientific approach to the biological process of damage and restoration of the epidermis during the investigation of a crime, it is necessary to attach special importance, since papillary lines also have the property of recoverability. If the dermis is damaged, then the pattern is not restored in such an area. But the scars that appear at the same time, the scars themselves become the hallmarks of the pattern. For a century, forensic scientists have studied the sweat marks of handprints for identification, since each fingerprint is different. In this analytical article, the authors made an attempt to conduct an analytical review of the implementation practices of digital fingerprinting in different countries and study the extent to which the effectiveness of its application is possible.

Kata Kunci: buku komik, cerita hikayat, nilai kebudayaan Abstrack: Media is used to help the learning process in the classroom. As competing factions debated the cause of declining fish populations in early 1870s Rhode Island, the crisis took on a political character. That, in turn, shaped the creation and early progress of the United States Commission of Fish and Fisheries, the nation's first federal conservation agency, presumably dedicated to a scientific approach to fisheries regulation.
