Online learning for Hair Trimming Course using Whatsapp, Zoom, and Elearning2unp applications is conducted by creating a class group and learning interaction using chat features and uploading material files, but the implementation is still not maximal. This study aimed at 1) knowing the students' perceptions about online 1earning facilities in hair trimming course, 2) knowing the students' perceptions about the students’ capacity in using online learning facilities in hair trimming course, 3) knowing the students' perceptions of online learning activities in hair trimming course, and 4) knowing the students’ perception of online learning implementation in hair trimming course. This was a descriptive study using a quantitative approach. The variable was single. The population was the students majoring in the Department of Makeup and Beauty, Faculty of Tourism and Hospita1ity, Universitas Negeri Padang batch 2019 by using the probability sampling technique. This study used primary data. The data collection technique was in the form of questionnaires or structured questionnaires. The instrument was a questionnaire distributed via Google Form. The tests applied to the instrument were the validity test and reliability test. The data ana1ysis technique used a descriptive statistica1 ana1ysis. Based on the resu1t of the study, it can conc1ude that the majority of the students batch 2019 have a less positive perception towards the imp1ementation of on1ine 1earning in the hair trimming course. This can be seen from the online learning facilities showing 12.5% (strongly positive), 17.9% (positive), 59% (less positive), and 10.3% (negative). For the educators’ and the students’ capacity in using the online learning facilities, the result is 12.8% (strongly positive), 10.3% (positive), 64.1% (less positive), and 12.8% (negative). Meanwhile, the result for the online learning activities is 7.7% (strongly positive), 46.2% (positive), 33.3% (less positive), and 12.8% (negative). Consequently, overall, the students' perception against the imp1ementation of on1ine learning in the hair trimming course is categorized as less positive. The students are suggested to maximize the use of online learning facilities in the hair trimming course to achieve a better outcome.

This study aims to analyze the value of the density of marine debris, perceptions and participation in Temberan beach and Pasir Padi beach, as well as determine the relationship of perception and participation to the density of marine debris. This research is a type of research that is descriptive with a mixed approach (quantitative and qualitative). The study was conducted at Temberan beach in Bangka Regency and Pasir Pasir Beach Pangkal Pinang in October 2019. The sampling technique used was random sampling and purposive sampling. The data collection technique was carried out using observation technique namely sampling and questionnaire. The validity test uses the Pearson Product Moment formula and the reliability test uses the Cronbach’s Alpha formula. The results showed that the density of debris in the Temberan beach was more dominant at 10.92 pieces/meter2, while at Temberan beach 3 pieces/meter2. The results of perception and participation are different, with the Temberan beach occupying more complex waste problems. The relationship of perception and participation in the density of marine debris have a relationship that affects each other.

This study aims to describe the relationship between emotional intelligence and adaptability in online learning in class VII at SMPN 1 Bogor City. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a correlation approach. The sample in this study was 25% of the total population of 288 (72 respondents) using simple random sampling technique. This data collection technique uses a questionnaire (questionnaire). Emotional intelligence using a questionnaire with the results of the validity test of 15 statement items, there are 14 statements that are proven valid and the reliability test results of the coefficient of 0.750 are declared reliable. While the ability to adapt in online learning using a questionnaire with the results of a valid test of 15 statements proved valid and a reliability test result of 0.762 was declared reliable. Prerequisite test is done by normality test and linearity test. Data analysis used the analyze correlate-bivariate technique on SPSS 26 with a significance level of 5%. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence and adaptability in online learning as indicated by the r-count value of 0.623 which means it has a strong correlation. And r-count is greater than r-table (0.623 > 0.232), then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. And the two variables also have a significant relationship because the significant value (p-value) is 0.000 <0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This study aims to determine the application of learning electrical materials online using the PhET (Physics Education and Technology) simulation media for grade VI students. This quantitative descriptive study illustrates how the PhET simulation media is used in learning to cognitive learning outcomes. Sampling using purposive sampling technique as many as 10 students of MIN 2 Sidoarjo. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires and tests which were sent to students via google form. The student's score is compared to the school's KKM score and the percentage is calculated. The results showed that (i) 80% of students scored above 75 with an average of 85,4 and (ii) 91% of students responded positively to using this application.

This study aims to describe the method of introducing tolerance through Islamic education learning and its stages at the Indonesian School in The Hague. The background of this research stems from the researcher's interest in finding out how educators at SIDH overcome various problems such as promiscuity, bullying, the position of minorities based on citizenship and religion, and complex cultural and cultural differences. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The subjects in this study were teachers and principals of SIDH. The data collection technique is done by interview and documentation technique. The results of the study were the methods used by educators in the introduction of tolerant attitudes including exemplary, guidance, and habituation methods. During the COVID-19 pandemic, all activities such as teaching and learning activities at college must be carried out online. This online learning activity utilizes online-based learning applications. Every students certainly have their positive and negative response and opinion about using online learning application. Therefore, this research aims to obtain and describe about learners' experiences in using online-based learning application during COVID-19 pandemic in English Department. The method of this research is qualitative descriptive study. Data collection was conducted by questionnaire and 1 questions  for polling. The respondents of this research were 40 English department learners. To gain in-depth explanation, the researchers also interviewed 7 learners through WhatsApp application. The results showed that students gave positive and negative responses to the use of online-based learning applications.

The research aims to know the implementation of Financial Accounting Standards for Entities without Public Accontability (SAK-ETAP) Chapter 15 on Fixed Assets in Cooperatives in Gorontalo City. The research applies descriptive quantitavie method. There are 10 coorperatives in Gorontalo City as the sample which are taken by using purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique uses questionnaires while the validity and reliability test uses the SPSS program. The finding indicates that the 10 cooperatives classified as healthy by the Department of Manpower, Cooperatives, and SMEs of Gorontalo City have not fully implemented the SAK-ETAP Chapter 15 on Fixed Assets. There are only 6 out of the 16 statements which are fully implemented according to the indicators of SAK-ETAP Chapter 15 on Fixed Assets, and 10 statements are not fully implemented according to the applicable standards. This is due to the cooperatives’ lack of understanding of humman resources regarding SAK-ETAP Chapter 15 on Fixed Assets.

Adolescence is a period of storm and stress, because adolescents experience many challenges both from themselves (biopsychosocial factors) and the environment (environmental factors). The complexity of health problems in adolescents, of course, requires a comprehensive and integrated treatment that involves all elements from across programs and related sectors. The establishment of the Youth Posyandu is expected to be a forum to facilitate adolescents in understanding adolescent health problems. Data collection uses primary data and secondary data. The instrument used in the form of interviews. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of youth participation in the participation of the Youth Posyandu. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research design with a case study approach, data collection uses primary data and secondary data. The data collection technique used in-depth interviews. The research instrument used an interview guide. The research subjects consisted of the main informants, namely teenagers who attended the youth posyandu as many as 5 people. The triangulation informants were 2 cadres and 1 health worker. The sampling technique used purposive sampling The data were analyzed using Content Analysis. The results showed that the youth posyandu activities included examination of TB, BB, TD, LILA and counseling on reproductive health. Factors that influence the participation of youth posyandu are by encouraging the cadres, the availability of facilities for the implementation of youth posyandu.

<p><em>The Covid-19 pandemic has had a major impact on the world of education in Indonesia. Educators must ensure that teaching and learning activities continue, even though students are at home. This research was motivated by the state of teaching and learning activities at SDN Sukareja 02 during the covid-19 pandemic. The application of online learning media for teachers and students is a must during covid. -19. The purpose of this study was to determine the problems of online learning in SD Negeri Sukareja 02, Brebes Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique was done by interview. Data analysis used in this research is data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results showed that the reality of online learning at SD Negeri Sukareja 02 was not ready to be implemented because there were still obstacles including learning applications, internet networks and devices, learning management, e-mail, and assessment</em>.</p>

The purpose of this study is to describe how Microsoft Office 365 applications are used in online learning. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. The data collection technique is done by collecting information and pictures. The data obtained were then described descriptively. From this method, the research results show that the use of Microsoft Office 365 in online learning activities is said to be quite effective and efficient. With various features in one application, it makes it easier for teachers to use them, because teachers can deliver teaching materials using various facilities or features provided by the office, not only in text but also in text. video form. In addition, teachers can also monitor the activeness of their students with the chat feature, and can efficiently assign assignments as evaluation materials to determine the level of student understanding. In addition, Office 365 can also be used for video conferencing for face-to-face learning via online. This shows that learning using Microsoft Office 365 has problems in terms of students regarding the problem of the size of the application and different network questions for each student but for questions about the Office 365 features it is good with complete teaching features. Keywords : Applications, Learning, Microsoft, Online

The purpose of this research was to determine how marketing communications affect to the increase visits in the Marine Tourism Minapolitan Kusuma Tirta Sidoarjo. The method used quantitative explanative. This study population was an overall visitor Tirta Kusuma Minapolitan consisted of 100 people. The sampling technique in this research used Taro Yamane. This study used regression analysis with simple regression methods. Primary data collection technique used Likert Scale. The results of this study can be concluded that marketing communications activities have a significant impact on tourist visits to the Tirta Kusuma Minapolitan of value R 0.572 with a percentage of 32.7%.Keywords: communications, marketing, visit
