Abstract. The Tactical Periodization (PT) methodology expresses, in general, that the Specific context, with a capital E, in which the player is involved, serves as an artificial uterus for creative and effective tactical actions. For these reasons, this essay aimed to carry out a critical reflection on the creativity and effectiveness of body expressions in soccer training and games according to the scientific paradigms emerging in the 20th century such as the paradigm of systems, chaos, fractals and dissipative structures. This critical essay was governed by two documents: the work of Paulo Cunha e Silva (2000) entitled «The unpredictability of the Review: Causality, Casuality and Chaosality», used to justify the considerations referred to by Vitor Frade (2010) in the document entitled «Last Song «on the Tactical Periodization (PT) methodology as a catalyst for this creative and effective body in football. Methods: a narrative review of these documents was carried out in order to link their statements about the body, creativity, effectiveness, training and soccer game. Development: in view of the exposure of the content covered by the aforementioned works, the importance of the specificity of the training defended by the PT methodology was pointed out, to nurture, in a given previous intentionality, creative bodily actions in chaos, ie, chaotic and deterministic conditions . Comments: the PT methodology is supported, based on several critical assertions to the classic scientific paradigms, as a counterpoint in terms of football training methodology to the closed body expression model as previously applied. In this sense, it is essential to consider the gesturality of the football player’s body, in its ecological context, as more conducive to creativity and, consequently, more effective.

Exercise regularly can increase their health, but there is also an adverse influence on children and adolescents. Thus this review evaluates the impacts of basketball, volleyball, football, gymnast training on the body posture of adolescents. Methods: The literature collect was complete through databases which included Google Scholar, PubMed, and ScienceDirect. Eight of 480 studies met the inclusion criteria. The collecting articles have assessed the impact of the sport of basketball, volleyball, football, and gymnast on body posture. Result and Conclusion: According to the analysis, the sport of basketball and volleyball play a negative effect on adolescent’s body posture and deviation of body posture increase as training time longer. Further research is required to be done to investigate football training to affect body posture because no studies are confirming the effect of football on body posture. However, gymnast training showed a symmetrical body posture, but the changes of the spine in the sagittal plane in adolescents are worthy of attention. Therefore, it is important to notice that the training program not only aims at the outcome but also promote the harmonious development of the adolescent.

Posture is the most healthy and correct placement of each region in the body when compared to the whole body. The predominantly use of one side of the body disrupts the posture. A bad posture changes the center of gravity of the body and causes chronic skeletal and muscle soreness. It is aimed to determine whether there is a rehabilitative effect of football training that does not require the use of dominant arms on posture asymmetries which may occur in the basketball which requires the use of dominant arm and leg in the study.15 male basketball players who played basketball for an average of 8 years with a mean age of 21.7 ± 1.5 years participated as volunteers. Postures of the subjects were measured with PostureScreen Mobile® before and after 12 week football trainings with lateral and anteriorly taken photographs. SPSS 22 was used program for statistical analysis. While analyzing of data Wilcoxon Test method was used and it is determined as significance level was p<0.05.After 12 weeks of football training, statistically significant differences were found in measurements taken from the anterior and lateral positions on the head, shoulder, ribcage, hip, and knee measured tilts and shifts. Estimated average head weight decreased depending on the posture of the cervical vertebrae and a significant difference was detected. Postures of subjects came close to the correct posture.Basketball is an acycle sport branch that requires the use of muscles on the dominant side. It creates an asymmetric position on the athlete due to this feature; causes shifting and tilts. In order to eliminate postural disorders that occur, the effectiveness of football training that does not require to use of the dominant side of the body has been demonstrated.

Surveyed 522 players in Moscow. It is estimated the influence of regular football football on sicatics of football players 12-14-year-old. An assessment of the body size of football players was carried out with regard to their chronological age using the average physical development of adolescent-athletes. It is found that the systematic training in football is longer than 1 year to increase among adolescent-football players of quantities that have a strong physique, as a result of a decline among them, having an average type of physique. Registration of the examined index Pirka-Bedusi, which makes it possible to evaluate the proportionality of the physique, showed that most of the football players of adolescence with experience of systematic sports for more than a year have proportional to the physique. The degree of development of the breathing opportunities of the chest of adolescent-football players at a regularly high level of power preparation is higher than their untranslated peers. The results obtained will assume that regular football activities provide in adolescents to increase physical ability to prolonged cyclic loads due to an increase in endurance.

Introduction The condition of the skeleton is important not only in the perspective of osteoporosis prevention, but also as a factor affecting the frequency of injuries excluding physical activity. Monitoring the impact of specific sports on osteoclasts and osteoblasts acitivity allows optimization of programming of physical activity limiting the risk of bone mineralization disorders. The review analyzes available papers on the impact of regular football training on skeletal physiology changes analyzed by measuring bone turnover markers in the body. Aim Determining the impact of regular football training on bone mass regulation by analyzing bone turnover markers. Material and methods PubMed and SPORTDiscus with Full Text databases were searched using the keyword combination “the name of team sport” + bone turnover. There is no clinical trials about bone turnover markers among handball, hockey, basketball and volleyball players in the available literature that meet the inclusion criteria, so the topic of the review was narrowed down to football (soccer). After applying the exclusion criteria, five studies were qualified. Results In the analyzed papers, the concentration of osteocalcin, N-terminal procollagen type I extension propeptide and C-terminal telopeptide of type I collagen in blood increased as a result of regular football training. In 3 papers statistically significant (p < 0.05) increases were noted. Conclusions Football training can stimulate bone metabolism, being an effective and attractive form of bone fracture prevention, regardless of your level of sport. Due to the limited availability of studies, there is a high need for further studies describing the impact of physical activity on bone metabolism.

The article provides a General theoretical and practical analysis of the features and significance of service biathlon in the professional activity of an employee of the Federal penitentiary service of Russia. The concept of physical training is defined and attention is drawn to the role of applied skills and professional skills of an employee in physical training. It also reveals aspects and negative phenomena that lead to difficulties when shooting. It is emphasized that one of the most important factors of success in shooting, the authors highlight the concentration of attention and psychological training of the athlete. These qualities are developed during the training process, strict adherence to the training regime and a competent recovery period after training. The authors also identify the main conditions that contribute to improving the effectiveness of the training process, including determining the circumstances necessary for an athlete to train well and following an individual methodology. As a separate aspect, the authors consider effective planning of the training process, which will help to ensure a stable physical and moral state of an employee who is professionally or at an Amateur level engaged in official biathlon. Based on this, it is proposed to distinguish three main stages (preparatory, competitive, and transitional) and develop a training methodology separately for each employee, taking into account the features and characteristics given by the authors of the article. It is worth saying that the work focuses on identifying the essence of the four basic elements of shooting, which include the position of the body, the grip of the weapon, the correctness of pressing the trigger and the aiming technique. In order to increase the psychological readiness of athletes, the authors offer a number of activities that will help overcome certain difficulties in shooting. On the basis of the above, it is decided that employment in service-applied sports has a positive impact not only on the health and personal qualities of the athlete (in this case, an employee of the UIS), but also on the prestige of the service as a whole.

Abstract When describing the two instincts in his work “The Ego and the Id”, Freud says that the “Eros, by bringing about a more and more far-reaching combination of the particles into which living substance is dispersed, aims at complicating life and at the same time, of course, at preserving it”. This complication, which I consider to be rather an increased complexity, can be found in the patients’ discourse through the diversification of means of expression and attributed significations, when their “stories” open up to us and to new meanings… However, when stories are meant to free the body of the burden of a stigmata, which must be covered with histories and significants, how can we identify the flux of the Eros in the counter-sense of a Thanatos that, as Freud said, “tends to return the organic to the lifeless state”? I therefore propose that we try and explore this effort to tell the story of the body expression forms trough words, in Mario Vargas Llosa’s novel, The Storyteller…
