Majority of the indigenous people who are the original inhabitants in Malaysia inhibit the remote area of tropical forest which is rich in natural resources. Their lives are separated from the outside community due to several factors such as geography, low literacy, negative perceptions of the surrounding community, and the closed-door attitude of the indigenous people. Consistent preaching activities have changed the faith of the indigenous people from animism orientation towards believing in the Oneness of God. The practice of Islam as a way of life in the lives of indigenous peoples is found to be difficult to practice because the fiqh approach presented to them does not celebrate their local condition. In this regard, this study will examine the socio-cultural isolation of indigenous peoples and their impact on the interpretation of Islamic law. To achieve this objective, the researchers have applied the library research method by referring to the literatures related to the discussion of Islamic scholars in various disciplines of fiqh and usūl al-fiqh. The research found that there is rukhsah and taysir approach given to isolated people as well as with local background to facilitate the religious affairs of the indigenous people.

<p align="center"><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p> </p><p><em>Murals are one of the alternative media for street visual art / street visual art that functions as a forum for people's aspirations through paintings. The attractiveness of art gives a strong impression, in line with visual communication theory which assumes that the use of art in educational media is very important. One of these forms of art is a mural. The purpose and function of the mural itself is still developing today. The making of murals in early childhood schools is basically a form of utilizing empty space by incorporating educational missions, such as: as a medium for recognizing local cultural values (folklore). Because through folklore, it indirectly represents the social reality that is around us. Thus basically the implicit function of making murals in empty spaces in early childhood schools is to train students' sensitivity.</em></p><p><em>The environment is a factor that can affect a child's imagination. By placing murals on the walls of early childhood schools, apart from functioning as decoration, indirectly has the function of stimulating children's sensitivity to visuals. This visual sensitivity indirectly develops children's imagination. Thus, murals can stimulate the imaginary environment or imaginary world of children that penetrate the developer of their imagination. Art will always develop, which will be the source of ideas in the process of its creation. Like children who are inspired by murals in creating their works. Seeing this, students will be more open and sensitive to the environment around us so that new ideas will emerge fresh and close to us as a source of ideas for creating works.</em></p><p><em> </em></p>

Abstract. The following article discusses the role of onomastic components in phraseological units and their meaning as well as giving a classification of onomastic components in phraseological units based on the materials of different structural languages. Through examples the author proves that the presence of names in the ancient rich phraseological layer of non-fraternal English, Russian and Uzbek languages is related to the national and cultural values, customs, ancient history, folklore and daily life of the peoples who speak this language. Besides, in the process of study of onomastic components it is also determined that names, along with forming their national character, are a factor giving information about the past of a particular nation. Background. In the world linguistics there have been carried out a series of researches in the field of the study of phraseological units with onomastic components in comparative-typological aspect revaling their national and cultural peculiarities, analyzing and classifying their content structurally and semantically

An interesting prospective pseudomorphic overlayer on bcc surface material as implemented in Pd pseudomorphic overlayer on V(110) surface has been introduced in the frame work of first-principles calculation. Adsorption and decomposition of H2S molecule were calculated on this overlayer structure. In comparison, we also calculated them on their bare V(110) and Pd(111) surfaces. It was found that Pseudomorphic overlayer surface structure weakened the adsorption energy of H2S, SH, S and H compared to its bare Pd(111) and V(110) surfaces. Furthermore, Pd/V(110) surface was found to have higher activation energy barrier for H2S and SH dissociation than its bare Pd(111) and V(110) do. Pd/V(110) surface is predicted to be a promising catalyst membrane used in gas-shift reactor technology because besides its advantage to absorb hydrogen with very high permeation coefficient, sulfur atom is predicted to be adsorbed in a limited amount.

Peace talks between the Goverment of Republic of Colombia with Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia—Ejército del Pueblo (FARC-EP) started from 2011 to 2016, and followed by disarmament and transition phase until 2017. The talks and process have resulted peace agreement between the conflicting sides in 2016, FARC-EP disarmament process, and transitioning the rebels into civilians’ life. When addressing disparities in health status of Indigenous Australians, it is necessary to consult with Indigenous people to explore their health needs. The process of improving health outcomes is complex; it requires acknowledgement of underlying cultural and social determinants of health and active engagement of Indigenous people to define the issues and identify solutions. The aim of this study is to explore the most appropriate research methodologies to determine Australian Indigenous community members’ perceptions of their health needs. A scoping review was conducted in BioMed Central, CINAHL, Informit Health, MEDLINE Ovid, ProQuest and Scopus databases and Google Scholar for all relevant literature published between 2009 and 2018. Extensive manual searches of reference lists were also undertaken. The limited number of articles relating to needs assessment with Indigenous community members prescribed broadening the scope of the review to include articles that describe methodologies to enhance Indigenous people’s engagement in the research process. Twelve papers met the inclusion criteria. Three major themes emerged: (1) the imperative to develop and implement Indigenist research methodologies; (2) participatory action research (PAR) and community-based participatory research (CBPR) as appropriate methodologies to conduct research with Indigenous community members; and (3) yarning or storytelling as a culturally appropriate Indigenous method of data collection.
