            The purpose of this study was to analyze and find out about the role of operational managers in improving employee performance at PT. Pesat Jaya Persada, Bogor Regency, including obstacles and efforts to improve employee performance. The method used in this study is a qualitative research that is by examining the perspective of participants with strategies that are interactive and flexible with sources and litersai in accordance with conditions in the field. The results of this study are the role of operational managers in improving employee performance at PT. Pesat Jaya Persada, Bogor Regency, by carrying out interrelated roles, roles related to information, and also the role in decision making. Interpersonal roles that consist of roles as figureheads, roles as leaders, and roles as intermediary officials. Roles related to information consist of a role as a monitor, a role as a disseminator, and a role as a spokesperson. The role as a decision maker consists of a role as an entrepreneur, a role as a distractor (disturbande handler), a role as a resource divisor (resource allocator), and a role as a negotiator. Training is needed on the company's management capabilities so that the quality of human resources is better in improving employee performance. The need for additional materials or infrastructure related to office operations both in the field of transportation or supporting equipment, there needs to be a relationship working procedures within the company and working procedures outside the company environment, so that it can decompose a clear and decisive job description.

This aims of the study are finding the development strategy in the tourist area of the Dlundung waterfall to be excellent destination in Mojokerto. This is a descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data will be analyzed by SWOT method. Strategies have been found is the increased promotion of the natural beauty of waterfalls and campgrounds, additional facilities of outbound and painball, repair and improvement of facilities, road improvements, additional services and hours of operation of public transport, improving the quality of human resources of tourism, Perhutani reports the condition of the campground to Disparta about prioritized apparatus intensively, Perhutani and Disparta give an opportunity for investors to benefit location of the campsite, ask for the role of local communities in improving the security of tourism, Perhutani maintains the cleanliness and comfort of the facilities at tourist sites, increasing community empowerment in troubleshooting facilities and accessibility. This writing discusses the effectiveness of the Pre-Work program in building human resources and the role of the Pre-employment program in building the quality of human resources. The objectives of this study were to: (1). Determine the effectiveness of the Pre-employment program in building resources amid the human pandemic. (2). Determine the role of the Pre-employment program in building the quality of human resources in the midst of a pandemic. By using a descriptive qualitative research approach, the type of data used in this study is primary data obtained from in-depth interviews with community recipients of the pre-work card program assistance. The research results obtained are: (1). Pre-employment programs are less effective in building human resources. (2). The Pre-employment Program plays a very important role in building the quality of human resources.

The success or failure of a company depends on the human resources in the company. The quality of every human resource is needed to improve performance productivity. The process of appointing permanent employees is something that is often done by companies, one of the reasons is the company's appreciation of employee performance. For this reason, the process of appointing employees is more professional, so a decision support system is needed to assist in selecting employees who deserve to be appointed as permanent employees. The method will be applied in this research is simple additive weighting (SAW). SAW method is selected because it is very simple, can determine the value of weight then determine the ranking of the results of normalization. There are ten criteria and weights for each of the criteria used in this research. The purpose of this research is to design and create a web based information system as a tool for decision making in the process of appointment employees. It is hoped that this information system will benefit for the company so hat the employee appointment process do optimally and the time is more efficient.

The Indonesian Librarian Association (IPI) Organization of Riau Province is one of the organizations that support the quality of human resources in the librarian profession, with the existence of a professional librarians organization can help librarians in improving library management to the maximum. This study aims to determine how the Role of the Indonesian Librarian Association (IPI) of Riau Province in Developing the Quality of Librarian Human Resources. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. This research was conducted by interviewing the management and members of the Riau Province Indonesian Librarian Association (IPI) based on three indicators, namely (1) Scientific Activities, (2) Education and Training, and (3) Riau Smart Program. The results of the interviews show that of the three work program indicators, the Indonesian Librarian Association (IPI) of Riau Province has not carried out its activities properly. In the Scientific Activity Indicator, IPI of Riau Province has conducted 5 activities that lead to the development of librarians' human resources. In the Education and Training Indicator, IPI of Riau Province has conducted 1 activity that leads to the development of librarian's human resources. In the Riau Smart Program Indicator, the Provincial IPI has carried out 1 activity that leads to the development of library human resources. So it can be concluded that the role of the Indonesian Librarian Association (IPI) of Riau Province in Developing the Quality of Librarian's Human Resources has not been carried out to the maximum.Keywords: Role, Librarian, Quality, Human Resources, Indonesian Librarian Association (IPI) of Riau Province.

Resources owned by agencies will not provide optimum results if they are not supported by human resources who have optimum performance. Assessing the quality of existing human resources can be measured by employee performance. Performance can be a means for an agency to measure the ability of employees in an agency. This study aims to determine and analyze the important role of supervision and its impact on employee performance of Manpower and Transmigration Office at the East OKU. The hypothesis proposed is the existence of a strong influence between supervision on employee performance of Manpower and Transmigration Office at the East OKU.From the calculation results obtained r = 0.368. After consultation with conservative standards it turns out that 0.368 is located between 0.200 - 0.399 which is included in the low correlation. Then to answer the hypothesis test proposed in the previous chapter has a relationship or not, then tested with a hypothesis test and obtained t count = 1.118. While the t table value at the 95% confidence level for (n - 2) = 1,860. Then it can be seen that the t value of 1.118 is greater than the value of t table that is = 1.860, thus it means that (Ho) can be accepted and (Ha) rejected

One of the solutions proposed by Badan Amil Zakat Nasional is to form Lembaga Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Mustahik which has the task of improving the quality of life of mustahik through its programs. So, the purpose of this study is to find out how the role of Lembaga Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Mustahik Badan Amil Zakat Nasional in improving the economic welfare of mustahik. This study uses qualitative research methods that produce descriptive data. Where this research is based on observations made by the author and then explained according to what the author observed in the field. The data collection that the researchers did was using the method of observation, documentary interviews, and other data. When the data has been collected, the researcher conducts an analysis and then draws conclusions from the analysis. The results of this study are Lembaga Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Mustahik BAZNAS plays a role in the development of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and focuses on potential creative businesses, empowers by providing business development capital assistance, in accordance with the budget draft proposed by mustahik, and approved by LPEM BAZNAS. The relationship between cancer patients’ desire for information and their preference for participation in decision making has been examined. Approximately 77% of the 52 patients reported that they had participated in decision making to the extent that they wished, while most of the remaining 23% would have preferred an opportunity to have greater input. Although many of the patients actively sought information, a majority preferred the physician to assume the role of the primary decision maker. Ethically, the disclosure of information has been assumed to be necessary for autonomous decision making. Nevertheless, the results of this study indicate that patients may actively seek information to satisfy an as yet unidentified aspect of psychological autonomy that does not necessarily include participation in decision making.

The quality of human resources, work professionalism, communication has an influence on the performance of education and employment center employees in airlines both partially and simultaneously. The research approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. The aviation training center population was 79 employees and 75 people were taken as respondents with the sampling method used was simple random sampling or simple random samples. The method of data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of testing and analysis conducted stated that the quality of human resources has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work professionalism has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously the quality of human resources, work professionalism, and communication support employee performance.

Performance appraisal of employees is an important thing to do by government agencies and private companies. It is useful to see, monitor the level and quality of work given by an employee to his company in order to create a company that is able to achieve the goals of each company by starting to do evaluation of HR (Human Resources) because in the business and management world says that a great company is a company that is able to manage its human resources. In employee performance appraisal, each company has their own way and certainly different in the actual practice of employee performance appraisal activities must be done properly and fairly as possible to eliminate social gaps in the world of work and reduce the occurrence of errors in granting an assessment of the performance of each each company employee and the results obtained after employees are given an assessment of their performance are expected to grow and influence the level of loyalty given by employees to the company and foster high self-motivation for the progress of the company itself. In evaluating employee performance, there are several tools that can be used, one of which is a decision support system that will process some of the criteria set by the company using the Weighted Product (WP) method
