This writing discusses the effectiveness of the Pre-Work program in building human resources and the role of the Pre-employment program in building the quality of human resources. The objectives of this study were to: (1). Determine the effectiveness of the Pre-employment program in building resources amid the human pandemic. (2). Determine the role of the Pre-employment program in building the quality of human resources in the midst of a pandemic. By using a descriptive qualitative research approach, the type of data used in this study is primary data obtained from in-depth interviews with community recipients of the pre-work card program assistance. The research results obtained are: (1). Pre-employment programs are less effective in building human resources. (2). The Pre-employment Program plays a very important role in building the quality of human resources.

The Indonesian Librarian Association (IPI) Organization of Riau Province is one of the organizations that support the quality of human resources in the librarian profession, with the existence of a professional librarians organization can help librarians in improving library management to the maximum. This study aims to determine how the Role of the Indonesian Librarian Association (IPI) of Riau Province in Developing the Quality of Librarian Human Resources. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. This research was conducted by interviewing the management and members of the Riau Province Indonesian Librarian Association (IPI) based on three indicators, namely (1) Scientific Activities, (2) Education and Training, and (3) Riau Smart Program. The results of the interviews show that of the three work program indicators, the Indonesian Librarian Association (IPI) of Riau Province has not carried out its activities properly. In the Scientific Activity Indicator, IPI of Riau Province has conducted 5 activities that lead to the development of librarians' human resources. In the Education and Training Indicator, IPI of Riau Province has conducted 1 activity that leads to the development of librarian's human resources. In the Riau Smart Program Indicator, the Provincial IPI has carried out 1 activity that leads to the development of library human resources. So it can be concluded that the role of the Indonesian Librarian Association (IPI) of Riau Province in Developing the Quality of Librarian's Human Resources has not been carried out to the maximum.Keywords: Role, Librarian, Quality, Human Resources, Indonesian Librarian Association (IPI) of Riau Province.

AbstractThe purpose of the study was to determine the role of the Compang Lawi Village Consultative Body, Sambi Rampas District, East Manggarai Regency in overseeing the 2016 Village Fund Allocation in Compang Lawi Village. This type of research and research approach is normative and uses interview data as a complement. In this study, primary data is used in the form of information by asking directly to informants (resources) who clearly know the role of BPD supervision in overseeing 2016 ADD in Compang Lawi Village, Sambi Rampas District, East Manggarai Regency. Lack of understanding in carrying out the supervisory function and the absence of the Compang Lawi BPD work program. Lack of education and training provided by local governments as well as low community participation and also lack of means of communication to facilitate the wheels of village governance.Keywords: ADD; BPD; ManggaraiAbstrakTujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui peran Badan Permusyawaratan Desa Compang Lawi, Kecamatan Sambi Rampas, Kabupaten Manggarai Timur dalam mengawasi Alokasi Dana Desa Tahun 2016 di Desa Compang Lawi. Jenis penelitian dan pendekatan penelitian normatif dan menggunakan data wawancara sebagai pelengkap. Di dalam penelitian ini menggunakan  data primer berupa informasi dengan cara menanyakan secara langsung kepada para pemberi informasi (narasumber) yang mengetahui secara jelas peran pengawasan BPD dalam mengawasi ADD Tahun 2016 di Desa Compang Lawi, Kecamatan Sambi Rampas, Kabupaten Manggarai Timur. Kurangnya pemahaman dalam menjalankan fungsi pengawasan serta tidak dibuatnya program kerja BPD Compang Lawi. Kurangnya pendidikan dan latihan yang diberikan oleh pemerintah daerah serta rendahnya partisipasi masyarakat dan juga kurangnya sarana komunikasi guna memperlancar roda pemerintahan desa.

AbstractThe purpose of this study is analyze the factors influence the quality of financial statement .This study uses primary data obtained from questionnaires to accounting of SKPD Semarang. The method used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) the variable role of information technology did not significantly affect the quality of financial statements, (2) the competence of human resources significant positive effect on the quality of financial statements, (3) the role of internal audit significant positive effect on the quality of financial statements.Keywords: role of IT, competence of human resources, role of internal audit, and quality of financial statement

<em>This study aims to determine the role of social learning models in improving the competency of salt farmers in Pamekasan Regency. The research approach used is qualitative research with grounded theory. Data collection techniques using depth interviews, observation and documentation studies. The results of the study showed that increasing the competency of salt farmers through social learning models was carried out by presenting examples of behavior from aspects: 1) knowledge (knowledge); 2) skills (skills); 3) self concept; 4) personal characteristics (traits); and 5) motives (motives). The role of the social learning model for increasing salt farmers in Pamekasan Regency is: 1) to increase knowledge so that farmers have several alternative ways to make salt to produce quality; 2) developing the competency of salt farmers through the delivery of information; 3) foster an attitude of helping others; and 4) fostering a cooperative attitude towards outside parties who wish to establish cooperation.</em>

This aims of the study are finding the development strategy in the tourist area of the Dlundung waterfall to be excellent destination in Mojokerto. This is a descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data will be analyzed by SWOT method. Strategies have been found is the increased promotion of the natural beauty of waterfalls and campgrounds, additional facilities of outbound and painball, repair and improvement of facilities, road improvements, additional services and hours of operation of public transport, improving the quality of human resources of tourism, Perhutani reports the condition of the campground to Disparta about prioritized apparatus intensively, Perhutani and Disparta give an opportunity for investors to benefit location of the campsite, ask for the role of local communities in improving the security of tourism, Perhutani maintains the cleanliness and comfort of the facilities at tourist sites, increasing community empowerment in troubleshooting facilities and accessibility. ABSTRACT             The purpose of this study was to analyze and find out about the role of operational managers in improving employee performance at PT. Pesat Jaya Persada, Bogor Regency, including obstacles and efforts to improve employee performance. The method used in this study is a qualitative research that is by examining the perspective of participants with strategies that are interactive and flexible with sources and litersai in accordance with conditions in the field. The results of this study are the role of operational managers in improving employee performance at PT. Pesat Jaya Persada, Bogor Regency, by carrying out interrelated roles, roles related to information, and also the role in decision making. Interpersonal roles that consist of roles as figureheads, roles as leaders, and roles as intermediary officials. Roles related to information consist of a role as a monitor, a role as a disseminator, and a role as a spokesperson. The role as a decision maker consists of a role as an entrepreneur, a role as a distractor (disturbande handler), a role as a resource divisor (resource allocator), and a role as a negotiator. Training is needed on the company's management capabilities so that the quality of human resources is better in improving employee performance. The need for additional materials or infrastructure related to office operations both in the field of transportation or supporting equipment, there needs to be a relationship working procedures within the company and working procedures outside the company environment, so that it can decompose a clear and decisive job description. This study aims to find a picture of the difficulties experienced by teachers in the implementation of learning activities and the steps taken to overcome the difficulties encountered in learning. The research approach uses descriptive qualitative research to explain the phenomena of difficulties experienced by teachers in carrying out learning activities and steps taken to overcome difficulties encountered in learning. The data collection techniques used in this study were open questionnaires as primary data sources and observations. Data analysis uses descriptive statistics, to obtain a picture of the difficulty factors and the steps in implementing learning. The results showed that the implementation of the curriculum for learning activities and in formulating basic competencies were still the difficulties of subject teachers. The structure of the material in the learning curriculum is still an obstacle for the teacher because the material is not in accordance with the level of student ability. The availability of facilities and infrastructure as well as the allocation of time still need to be a major concern in improving the quality of learning.

Da'wah means encouraging people to do good and preventing them from doing evils according to Allah's instructions. In a broad sense, da'wah is not only intended to convey the message of Islam to non-Muslims in order to convert to Islam, but it also to lead someone who has bad morals (naughty people) to return to the right path of Allah Swt. This article examines the role of the Majelis Dzikir of Islahul Ummah in West Lombok in conducting da'wah. Using descriptive qualitative research methods and in-depth interviews, this study concludes that this majelis dhikr is able to preach effectively to Gerung community. It can be seen form the provided data that number of followers of this majelis dhikr has continued to increase around 700 worshipers. In terms of the quality, the majority of the congregation admitted that have experienced the quality of positive changes: from bad to good; from good to better.

Various development acceleration programs planned for the Papua region rely more on development capital from outside Papua and pay little attention to development capital from within, such as: human capital, social and cultural Papuans themselves. Development towards modernization in Papua without relying on existing local development capital will require enormous funds because civilizations in this region are still lagging behind. The study area in this study is Denom Atukbin Village which is planned to develop into an independent city. This study uses a qualitative research approach with descriptive analysis methods. The limitation of development capital of local human resources (the quantity and quality of human beings is still low) and supporting facilities (infrastructure is still minimal) shows that the implementation of the development plan prepared by the Pegunungan Bintang Regency government will require greater funds (because it uses development capital from outside). In the process, the original inhabitants of Denom Atukbin Village are not expected to be involved much or not the main actors of the development.

The use of various marketing tools to manage customer relationships such as Instagram and Whatsapp can also help to maintain customer relationships because this complete the customer's culture. The result of this research is an online CRM strategy built by Banner using artificial intelligence/chatbot to be able to manage relationships with customers. PT. AWP as the manager of the Banner product uses an online CRM program called Siska to be able to manage relations with customers
