Method: The type of research is a descriptive research and the technique is purposive sampling. The sample in this study were 170 students from several universities in Southeast Sulawesi. Data collection techniques by distributing the questionnaires using google form. Result and Discussion: The results show that the application of online learning is a new experience that provides convenience and flexibility in studying without having to go to campus. Regardless, online learning is still experiencing obstacles. The availability of inadequate network access resulted in unclear communication and instructions in lectures. The ability of the economy to fulfill internet quotas hinders student participation in taking online lectures. Excessive workload makes student concentration decrease. Conclusion: The government needs to ensure the availability of adequate internet network access in all regions and campuses provide subsidized internet quota for students. So, the lecture activities can be run smoothly and as expected.

This research concerns the impact of the live broadcast application use in online learning during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This study aims to determine the impact of the live broadcast application in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. The problem essence in this study is the processes, constraints, and variations in applying the live broadcast application to online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study applied a qualitative study type. The participants in this study were students of the Indonesian Language and Literature department in the Faculty of Languages and Literature, Universitas Negeri Makassar, Indonesia, in 2019-2020. This study found that the learning media used in the teaching and learning process for a regular meeting during the Covid-19 pandemic as live broadcast application were Zoom, Google Meet, and Streamyard. However, students also experienced that some lecturers only used live broadcast for online examination regarding evaluating the students’ assignment progress submitted to Google Classroom. Students also reported that lecturers use live broadcast applications to teach and other applications, such as Google Classroom and LMS. This study also found out the constraints experienced by students regarding the learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study revealed that the students experienced some constraints in the learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic, such as a large amount of data or quotas in use, the inadequate time provided by media of live broadcast, which is up to about forty minutes. Also, unsupportive signals always make weak audio sounds and sometimes close the application, making it difficult for students to comprehend the materials. Therefore, this study recommends that the lecturers maximize the teaching and learning process to anticipate time, place, and internet data packages as students’ constraints by recording the live broadcast in the form of YouTube live streaming.

Since 2020, Saudi administrations have provisionally closed educational institutions to mitigate the spread of COVID-19. At the time, employing technology was imperative to accelerate learning efforts and offer methods of enhancing interactions between learners and among learners and tutors. In this review, I first describe the e-learning systems that were used in higher education before the pandemic. Then, I investigate the impact of COVID-19 on Saudi higher education and how universities and public educational institutions responded to the pandemic. In the conclusion, I argue that policymakers, university sectors, and syllabi developers should unify national e-learning strategies, integrate technology in a systematic way, and design e-learning curricula to meet the needs of an ever-advancing world and revolutionise the learning process.

Educational Institutions have an essential role in promoting the teaching and learning process, within universities, colleges, and communities. Due to the recent coronavirus COVID 19 pandemic, many educational institutions adopted hybrid learning (HL), which is a combination of classic and online learning. It integrates the advantages of both, and it is a fundamental factor to ensure continued learning. Technological innovations such as HL are changing the teaching process, and how students, lecturers, and administrators interact. Based on this, the Community College of Qatar (CCQ) focused on researching the structures and elements related to the adoption of HL. Thus, the goal of this research paper is to reveal the impact of HL on the learning process in CCQ, and the effective didactic tools required for a successful HL program. Our research questions for assessing and evaluating the learning process at CCQ are as follows: a) Is HL a suitable learning strategy that would best suit the students ?; b) What are the didactic tools needed in the HL program at CCQ ?; c) Will the students meet the learning objectives if HL program is adopted?. A quantitative method was used in this study. Furthermore, a questionnaire was designed for the survey which was designed to measure the opinions of the students, instructors, and administrators about the HL program. It is observed from the results that the majority of students, instructors, and administrators showed a positive attitude toward HL, but some had negative views and experienced challenges. The results were analyzed and discussed to better utilize HL to meet the growing demands of the community.

The closure of all teaching and learning activities at educational institutions throughout Indonesia starting March 2020, to assist in efforts to contain the spread of the Covid-19 virus. Hundreds of thousands and even millions of students throughout Indonesia began to feel the impact of teaching and distance learning activities carried out online at their respective homes, many problems began to arise from mounting homework, incomprehensible assignments, psychologically shaken children because they were not put up with online learning, and parents who are busy working to buy their children online learning needs. Therefore, the opening of several community reading parks or TBM for short, if it can help a little bit the burden of parents and the burden of the students themselves, in doing the tasks given by the Educational Institution, with face-to-face offline learning methods.

This study uses qualitative methods by collecting observation and interview data. The result is the online learning is less effective because several subjects are difficult to understand since every child has psychological and background differences when viewed in terms of student attitudes or behavior. In online learning, the teacher only provides material and assignments, so that the process that occurs is only teaching, while there is no moral education. Besides, several students cannot afford the internet quota to do online learning. So, the conclusion of this research is that method isn't effective.
