This motivation is closely related to needs, so that the management of the organization must pay more attention to the needs of employees so they can motivate well. Organizations can create a work environment that is good and in line with employee expectations, with guaranteed old age and a better future, a conductive work environment with better lighting in the room will make them feel comfortable at work. Motivation factors and work environment will be a factor that can make employees achieve satisfaction in working so that it can improve performance that is meaningful to the organization. The objectives to be achieved from this research are: 1) To determine the effect of motivation on the performance of Abang Village Office employees.2) To determine the effect of the work environment on employee performance at the Abang Village Office. 3) To find out the effect of Motivation and Work Environment together on the Office Staff Performance of Abang Village. In this study the independent variables are Motivation (X1) and Work Environment (X2). the dependent variable is Employee Performance (Y). Data sources used are primary and secondary data sources, with interview data collection methods, observation and questionnaires.The data in this study meet the normal probability plot requirements which means that there is no correlation between the independent variables greater than 95%. From the results of multiple regression obtained a = 5.323, b1 = 0.306 and b2 = 0.305. Thus the regression equation is: Y = 5.323+ 0.306X1 + 0.305X2. With the correlation coefficient table guide, it can be explained that there is a positive relationship between the effect of work motivation (X1) and Work Environment (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) that is a high or very strong relationship, because it is located between 0.800 to 1.199 ie r = 0.825. This means that the bigger the marketing strategy is given, the higher the sales. D = 68.1%, this shows that work motivation and work environment have a fairly strong influence, namely 68.1%, in an effort to improve employee performance. Obtained a f-test of 28,766 in the rejection area of Ho. Where the f-test is greater than the f- table. The Effect of Work Motivation Effect (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) obtained t-test = 5.228. Effect of Work Environment (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) obtained t-test = 6.581. From the two t-test analyzes above, it can be explained that Motivation and Work Environment have a strong influence on Employee Performance.

  Abstrak   Penelitian pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja bertujuan untuk  untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara parsial maupun simultan pada PT Cladtek Bi-Metal Manufacturing Batam. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan uji F dan uji T. Pengambilan data dengan menggunakan sensus, sehingga data diambil dari seluruh populasi. Variabel independen terdiri dari kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja, dan variabel dependennya adalah kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menguji validitas dan reliabilitas instrument, selanjutnya data dianalisis dan diuji menggunakan Uji F dan Uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel kepemimpinan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.  Sedangkan secara simultan variabel kepemimpinan dan variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci : Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai   Abstract   Research influence of leadership and work motivation aims to to test the influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance either partially or simultaneously at PT Cladtek Bi-Metal Manufacturing Batam. Research data collected by using questionnaire method and data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis using F test and T test. Intake of data by using census, so that data is taken from entire population. Independent variables consist of leadership and work motivation, and the dependent variable is employee performance. This study was conducted by testing the validity and reliability of the instrument, then the data were analyzed and tested using F Test and T Test. The results showed that the leadership of the influential variables are partially negative and insignificant against the performance of employees, and work motivation variables positive and significant effect on performance of employees.  While simultaneously variable leadership and motivational variables work a positive and significant effect on performance of employees. Penelitian ini bertujuan adalah untuk (1) Mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, (2) Mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, (3) Mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kantor Kecamatan Cenrana Kabupaten Maros. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan sekunder, jumlah sampel yaitu 30 orang. Pendekatan kuantitatif merupakan jenis pendekatan dalam penelitian ini dan dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda dengan olah data SPSS 21 untuk membuktikan tiga hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwasemua variable bebas secara bersama-sama atau simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel terikat yaitu kinerja pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, diketahui bahwa lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di kantor Kecamatan Cenrana Kabupaten Maros. Diartikansemakin baik suasana dalam lingkungan kerja, serta adanya motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja tinggi akan memberikan dampak baik bagi pegawai dalam menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya sehingga akan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai yang lebih baik. This study aims to (1) determine the influence of work environment on employee performance, (2) determine the influence of work motivation on employee performance, (3) determine the influence of work discipline on employee performance. This research was conducted at the head office of cenrana district, Maros Regency. The data used in this study were primary and secondary data, with the total sample of 30 people. This study used a quantitative approach and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 21 data processing to prove three hypotheses. The results of this study prove that the independent variables jointly or simultaneously have a significant effect on the dependent variable, employee performance. Based on the results of this study, it is known that the work environment, work motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance in the Cenrana District Office, Maros Regency. Thus it can be interpreted that the better the atmosphere in the work environment, as well as the existence of work motivation and high work discipline, the more likely this will have a good impact on employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities so that will also affect their performance.

The performance of employees in the PT.Asuransi JiwaSraya (Persero)  Bandar Lampung based on several factors including leadership style, work motivation, and work environment. The purpose of this study was to determine whether leadership style, work motivation and work environment affect the performance of employees in the PT.Asuransi JiwaSraya (Persero)  Bandar Lampung. This study uses a quanitative method, namely data obtained from the results of questionnaires, with the number of samples in this study were 74 respondents with Multiple Linear Regression test, F test and R2 test with an error limit of 5% = 0.05. The results of F test calculation, the value Fcount 8.103 > 3.13 Ftable, means Ho rejected and Ha accepted.It can be concluded that the independent variables consist of leadership style (X1), motivation (X2) and the working environment (X3) simultaneously on the dependent variable that consists of employee performance (Y) to the PT.Asuransi JiwaSraya (Persero)  Bandar Lampung. Based on these results shows the results of multiple regression Y = 12.678 + 0,083X1 + 0,338X2 + 0,197X3 + 0.05.Results obtained correlation coefficient (R) of (0.508). The R2 Determination Coefficient is (0.226). This means that independent variables consisting of leadership style, employee motivation and work environment explain variation employee performance by 22.6% while the remaining 77.4% is influenced by other factors.

This research aim is to know the influence which is significant from work environment variable to employees performance at PT Mitra Global holiday, Jimbaran Bali. Respondents were all employees which is total amount to 52 respondents and the sampling tehnique using purposive sampling, such as sampling technique with specific consideration. Type of data used qualitative and quantitative which we derived from the premiere and secondary data. The method used to gather the information were interviews, library, research questionary and observation. The analysis technique is descriptive analysis, likert scale, correlation, determination, regression and t-test analysis. Based on the correlation analysis, its clear that the influence of the work environment on employee performance is equal to 0,804. It is mean that there’s be strong relationship influence between work environment of employees performances at PT Mitra Global Holiday Jimbaran Bali. The more conducive of work environment the better the performance of employees. Mean while, from the determination method of 64,4 percent stated that the work environment has the effect of 64.6 percent and the remaining 35,4 percent were caused by other factors. According to regretion analysis the result have t-count 9,559 > t-table 2,40 states that the influence of work environment have relation with enthusiasm of employees at PT Mitra Global Holiday, Jimbaran- Bali.

<p><em>Keberhasilan sebuah perusahaan sangat erat berkaitan dengan kinerja dari karyawan yang ada dalam perusahaan. Karyawan mengemban tugas dan fungsi dalam perusahaan. Meningkatnya kinerja perusahaan merupakan indikator dari keberhasilan suatu perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis: 1) pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, 2) pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, 3) pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan 4) variabel yang dominan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah survei pada karyawan CV Panca Putra di Karanganyar</em><em>. Jenis data menggunakan data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif. Sumber data menggunakan sumber data primer dan data sekunder. </em><em>Populasi target adalah karyawan bagian produksi sebanyak 534 karyawan. Sampel ditentukan 80 karyawan dengan proportional cluster random sampling</em><em>.</em><em> Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja, motivasi dan kompensasi  berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kompensasi merupakan variabel yang dominan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja karyawan, karena nilai koefisien regresinya 0,473; lebih besar daripada lingkungan kerja (0,261), dan motivasi (0,393)</em></p><p> </p><p><em>The success of a company is closely related to the performance of existing employees within the company. Employees carry out the </em><em>task and </em><em>functions within the company. Increased corporate performance is an indicator of the success of a company. The purpose of this study is to analyze: 1) the influence of work environment on employee performance, 2) the influence of motivation on employee performance, 3) the effect of compensation on employee performance, and 4) the dominant variable influence on employee performance. This type of research is a survey on employees of CV Panca Putra in Karanganyar. Types of data use qualitative and quantitative data. Data sources use primary </em><em>and </em><em>secondary data sources. Target population is employees of production as much as 534 employees. The sample was determined by 80 employees with proportional cluster random sampling. Data collection using questionnaires. Data analysis using multiple linear regression test. The results showed that the work environment, motivation and compensation effect on employee performance. Compensation is a dominant variable affecting employee performance, because the value of regression coefficient 0.473; greater than the working environment (0.261), and motivation (0.393)</em></p>

The research objective is to examine the effect of physical work environment, non-physical work environment and work discipline on employee performance. This type of research is quantitative. Data analysis using multiple linear regression, R2 test, t test, and F test. Respondents were teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Manokwari, using saturated sample techniques with a sample of 45 employees. The results showed that partially the physical work environment variable had no effect on performance, as evidenced by the results of the t test which showed a significance value greater than 0.05 (0.449), non-physical work environment variables did not affect performance as evidenced by the t test results indicating significant value greater than 0.05 (0.961) and the results of the t test on work discipline variables affect performance, as evidenced by a significant value smaller than 0.05 (0,000). Simultaneously that physical work environment, non physical work environment, work discipline have a significant effect on performance, as evidenced by the F test, a significant value of 0,000 is smaller than 0.05 (0,000).

The purpose of this study to determine factors that affect the performance of employee at PT. Agung Automall Cabang Sutomo Pekanbaru. Samples in this study were mostly employees at PT. Agung Automall Cabang Sutomo Pekanbaru which amounted to 61 people. Sampling selected randomly using random sampling techniques (Sugiyono, 2010:93). While the variables studied in this research is the ability and motivation. Data analysis using multiple regression linear, using validity, reliability test, the classic assumption test, F test, t test R2. The tests are conducted to determine the relationship between the independent variables (independent variables) and dependent variable (dependent variable). Based on the results of research on the ability and motivation variables on performance can be seen from Table F value obtained for F (0,05) (58) = 4,01, while F count on the F test is obtained from the data processed by 55,820, meaning F count = 55,820 > 4,01 means there is he ability and motivation variables on performance at PT. Agung Automall Cabang Sutomo Pekanbaru. From the results of the t test that most affect employee performance at PT. Agung Automall Cabang Sutomo Pekanbaru is ability with t value 8,062 > 2,00172 meaning the partial motivation positive and significant impact on employee performance, while the results of the regression equation linear is Y = 14,456 + 0,894X1 - 0,041X2.Therefore means that any changes in the ability amd motivation of both positive and negative will be amended also on the performance of employees at PT. Agung Automall Cabang Sutomo Pekanbaru

This study aims to analyze the development of inflation, foreign direct investment (FDI) and government expenditure to economic growth in Indonesia also to identify and analyze the effect of inflation, FDI and government expenditure to economic growth in Indonesia. The data used is secondary data in the form of time series. Based on the data obtained, the average development of economic growth in Indonesia during the period 2000-2017 was 5.29%. Based on the F test the independent variables tend to influence the dependent variable. In the t-test is known that inflation does not affect the economic growth in Indonesia, while FDI and government expenditure has a positive and significant impact on economic growth in Indonesia. The R2 value is 0,594602, amounting to 59.46% means that economic growth is affected by inflation, FDI and government expenditure, 40.54% influenced by other factors that were not included in this study

Mal Lippo Cikarang a shopping center that uses outsourcing employees to manager level down. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of work environment and job insecurity on work motivation and its impact on employee performance Outsourcing in Lippo Cikarang Mall. The method of analysis used in this study are Pearson correlation and path analysis. Data obtained from the assessment of employees through questionnaires and interviews. Results achieved in this study was to determine that the work environment at the Mall Lippo Cikarang less convenient and there is job insecurity on the company and therefore contributes less well on work motivation and employee performance Outsourcing in Lippo Cikarang Mall. Job insecurity has a weak and a significant effect on work motivation and employee performance and work environment has a fairly strong relationship and significant impact on employee motivation and performance. Motivation to work has a strong relationship to the employee's performance. With the company is expected to focus on increasing motivation and improving the working environment at the Mall Lippo Cikarang and member attention on job insecurity. In addition, the expected results of this research can provide input to the Mall Lippo Cikarang so as to improve employee performance Outsourcing as well.

This research raises the title of influence of Islamic leadership and the Islamic work motivation on the performance of BMT (Made) employees in Demak District. One of the obstacle which doesn’t make any advanced and the developed of BMT is the low performance of employees. The formulation of the problem in this research is whether there is a significant influence of Islamic leadership and the motivation of Islamic work on the performance of employees either partially or simultaneously on the performance of employees? This study aims to find out how much influence of Islamic leadership and work motivation and to know the most dominant influence between Islamic leadership and the work motivation on the performance of employees BMT Made in Demak District. This type of this research is field research by using quantitative methods. The population in the study there are 34 employees, who sampled 28 employees consisting of main employees and sub branch employees. The test used in analyzing the data (questionnaire) is a test of validity and reliability, and statistical tests that include; classical assumption test, F test and T test. The result of regression equation test is Y = 4.510 + 0.076 X1 + 0.679 X2, this means that employee’s performance variable get influence from Islamic leadership variable and work motivation with value equal to 0,079 and 0,679 every employee performance variable have 1 score increase. While for Islamic leadership T test obtained value of 0.533 2.060. This means that Islamic leadership variables do not have a significant influence and employee motivation partially have an influence on performance variable of BMT employees. F - test obtained value equal to 18.782, while F table 3,385, because F count > F table then simultaneous test or jointly variable of Islamic leadership and work motivation of Islam have influence to performance of BMT Made employee. Among the two independent variables that are most dominant in influencing employee performance variables is the Islamic work motivation with a value of 5.415. To improve employee performance, managers are expected to improve intensive communication with the employees and provide an opportunity to convey what the wishes and expectations of the employee are. On the other hand, managers must also open themselves to accept criticism or input that is constructive in order to improve the institution.
