This study aims to examine how the effect of service quality on the purchase of tourism services with price perceptions as a moderating variable in the tourist attraction at Goa Kreo Semarang. The population in this study is the visitor society who makes purchases of tourist services at the tourist attraction of Goa Kreo Semarang, where the number is unknown. The sampling method was accident sampling and the sample was 100 people. The results of this study indicate that the variable service quality has a positive and significant effect on the purchase of tourism services at Goa Kreo Semarang. The price perception variable is positively and significantly able to strengthen the relationship between service quality and the purchase of tourist services at Goa Kreo Semarang.

This study seeks to analyze the influence of corporate image, quality services and price perceptions of Pertamina product customer satisfaction, analyze the influence of corporate image, service quality and price perceptions on purchase loyalty, analyze customer satisfaction on purchase loyalty, and analyze the influence of corporate image, service quality and price perception through customer satisfaction on purchase loyalty. The study was conducted at the Pertamina Office in South Sulawesi Province with a population of 5,540 people and a sample of 277 respondents based on a 5% Quota sampling method. Data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Model using AMOS 18. The results found that corporate image, service quality and price perception had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Corporate image, service quality and price perception have a positive and significant effect on purchase loyalty. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on purchase loyalty. Feelings of pleasure using the product as an actualization of the attitude of customer loyalty, corporate image and service quality through customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on purchase loyalty, while price perception through customer satisfaction has a positive and insignificant effect on purchase loyalty.

The finance company industry experienced much pressure in 2020 due to the covid-19 pandemic, this condition made business activities and social life almost stopped. This research was conducted at PT. Maybank Indonesia Finance is one of the financing companies in Indonesia that is currently proliferating. Purchasing decisions have an essential meaning for a financial institution because credit is one of the directives of funding by financial institutions to people who want to get an item on credit as the institution's main business. In determining a decision to purchase products and services, consumers perceive the goods and services they buy, such as the perception of the price of an item or service in making a purchase, and consumers can recognize the company's brand awareness. This research was conducted by nonprobability sampling method with purposive sampling type. Researchers distributed questionnaires to 100 Maybank Finance consumer respondents in Indonesia who had purchased Maybank Finance car loans in 2018-2020. The results of the analysis conclude that price perception has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on credit purchasing decisions. Price perception has a positive and significant effect on service quality. Brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on service quality. Service quality has no positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Maybank Finance. Service quality mediating between brand awareness and purchasing decisions is not significant.

This is a case study to  explain the causal relationship between the variables in the research model, namely product quality, service quality, price perceptions, and brand association to customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 130 people who have two or more Honda motorcycles in the last 5 years in Surabaya, then processed using Stuctural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the help of AMOS 20.0 software. The result of research indicated that the direct effect of product quality to customer loyalty is 0.270, while the influence of product quality to customer loyalty indirectly through customer satisfaction mediation is 0.102. The value of the direct effect of product quality on customer loyalty is greater than the indirect effect. The results showed that there is no direct effect of service quality on customer loyalty because the value is very small that is 0,065, while the influence of service quality to customer loyalty indirectly through customer satisfaction mediation is also very small that is equal to 0.049. The direct effect of price perception on customer loyalty is 0.236, while the effect of price perception on customer loyalty indirectly through customer satisfaction mediation is 0.064. The direct influence of brand association to customer loyalty is 0.318, while the influence of brand association to customer loyalty indirectly through customer satisfaction mediation is 0.041.

It is proven true that the main subjects addressed by every service industry nowadays are service quality and customer satisfaction. Hence, virtuous customers’ evaluation of services is crucial for the firms. Delivering good quality service is leading to attain today’s competitive environment. This study attempts to assess the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction in the hotel industry in Malaysia. SERVQUAL model of service quality has been used to measure the relationship between three independent variables namely Tangibility, Reliability and Responsiveness and a dependent variable that is customer satisfaction. A number of 217 hotel guests in a three-star hotel in Kuala Terengganu were selected as a sample by using a convenience sampling method. The questionnaire was used as a research instrument in a survey approach. The findings indicated that all three dimensions of service quality have a positive relationship with customer satisfaction. Responsiveness seems to be the most significant factor in satisfaction. This study contributes to the enhancement and standardization of service quality management in firms especially the hotel industry in Malaysia. The findings would offer better understanding and recommendations for hotel management transformation and practices.

This study aimed to know the direct effect of service quality, on the satisfaction and trust of Muslim patients in Arafah Islamic hospital in Jambi city. The design of this study used a quantitative method with a survey approach to obtain primary data, namely by distributing questionnaires to 140 inpatients in Arafah Islamic hospital in Jambi city using the purposive sampling method. Then quantitative data was processed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the application of SmartPLS 3. The results of this study indicated that service quality has a significant effect on satisfaction and trust, as well as satisfaction has a significant effect on trust. This research was expected to make a practical contribution to management of Islamic hospital for an effort to increase patient satisfaction and trust.

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on the brand image through word of mouth at Hotel XYZ Jakarta. The population in this study were all guests who came to the Hotel XYZ Jakarta, using primary data obtained from questionnaires with the accidental sampling method. Data samples were obtained from 234 respondents at Hotel XYZ in Jakarta. This study uses non-probability sampling with the SEM method, which is processed by SPSS and SmartPLS programs. The results represent service quality has a direct influence on word of mouth and brand image. Word of mouth also directly influences the brand image and can mediate the relationship between service quality and brand image.

This study aims at identifying nucleus companies’ service quality, broiler farmers’ satisfaction and the relationship between contract farming services quality and broiler farmers’ satisfaction in Banyumas Regency. The study takes survey method to broiler farmers participating in contract farming programs from five nucleus companies in Banyumas Regency as its population. 50 broiler farmers are selected using the proportional random sampling method based on Slovin formula as respondents. The data obtained are analyzed by employing descriptive statistics and Correlation Rank Spearman Analysis. The results show that the farmers are averagely 44 years old with mostly junior high education, and 76% of the respondents have broiler farming as their main livelihood. The farmers have quite a long time of experience (8.92 years) in raising broiler farming. Their satisfaction of the contract farming model’s service is of medium category (score 84.02) and their perception of the nucleus companies’ service quality is of medium category (score 86.34). The Spearman Rank Correlation analysis shows that the nucleus companies’ service quality is significantly related to the broiler farmers’ satisfaction (P<0.01) with a strong correlation coefficient of 0.761. The nucleus companies’ services in broiler contract farming model must be continuously improved to increase broiler farmers’ satisfaction.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh brand image, persepsi harga, dan service quality terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para konsumen donat. Penelitian ini dibatasi pada konsumen donat di Jakarta. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling berupa convenience sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 152 konsumen. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara ­online dan offline. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa brand image, persepsi harga, dan service quality memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Brand image, persepsi harga, dan service quality yang baik dapat memberikan pengaruh yang baik pula terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen demi keberlanjutan bisnis perusahaan. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the influence of brand image, price perception, and service quality on consumer purchasing decisions. The population in this study is donut consumers. This research is limited to donut consumers in Jakarta. The sampling method uses a non-probability sampling technique in the form of convenience sampling with a total sample of 152 consumers. Data collection method is done by distributing questionnaires online and offline. Data analysis techniques using multiple regression analysis methods. The results of this study indicate that brand image, price perception, and service quality have an influence on consumer purchasing decisions. Good brand image, price perception, and service quality can have a good influence on consumer purchasing decisions for the company's business sustainability.

This study aims to examine the effect of service quality, sales promotion and price perception on customer satisfaction. The population used in this study is not limited to the grab application users in Surakata City. The sample used in this study was 100 people determined using the Sugiyono formula. The customer’s satisfaction is very important because it is able to increase the amount of the new costumer and the profit pf the company. The research is done to know the influence of the Price Perception and the Service Quality toward the costumer of Grab’s Online Driver in Yogyakarta. The research was done in Yogyakarta. The number data sampling are 100 respondents which was chosen randomly or Random Sampling Method. The collection of the data was done by spreading the questionnaire with using the 1 – 5 scale to measure the 23 indicator of questions. The result of the research is showing the result of the price perception variable influenced with the customer’s satisfaction, and the service quality influenced with the customer’s satisfaction.
