Subject Algebra Ring or Algebra Abstract has abstract characteristics and requires a variety of supporting knowledge to learn it. Abstract characteristic in the material of algebra ring requires a lecturer to innovate creatively, pack material to be easily understood by the students and design the learning that can improve the students' capabilities. Learning innovation should be done continuously by reflecting the effectiveness of the learning that has been done. Lesson Study facilitates the quality of learning to be improved through the cycle 1) Plan (Plan), 2) do (perform), and see (reflect), which is done collaboratively and with the collegial principle. Lesson Study gives a positive impact so that the dynamic mathematics learning can be implemented.

Improving the quality of education can be started by improving the quality of teachers in teaching and professional behavior. Teacher upgrading and training is one form of the effort. The teacher coaching model to achieve the quality of learning in school is Lesson Study. Lesson Study is a "model of professional educator development through collaborative and sustainable learning learning based on the principles of collegality and mutual learning to build learning communities". The in-on-in training of lesson study implementation for madrasah ibtidaiyah teachers in the ministry of religion is an effort to improve the professionalism of madrasah teachers in managing learning. The training participants consisted of 30 madrasah ibtidaiyah teachers formed in 6 (six) groups according to grade level to carry out lesson study activities, among others: planning (plan), implement (do), and reflect (see). The final conclusion of the training participants increased their understanding of lesson study as an effort to improve the quality of learning. Abstrak Peningkatan mutu pendidikan dapat dimulai dengan meningkatkan mutu guru dalam mengajar dan berprilaku professional. Penataran dan pelatihan guru salah satu bentuk dari upaya tersebut. Model pembinaan guru untuk mencapai kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah adalah Lesson Study. Lesson Study adalah ”model pembinaan profesi pendidik melalui pengkajian pembelajaran secara kolaboratif dan berkelanjutan berlandaskan prinsip-prinsip kolegalitas dan mutual learning untuk membangun komunitas belajar”. Pelatihan in-on-in implementasi lesson study bagi guru madrasah ibtidaiyah di lingkungan kementerian agama adalah upaya meningkatkan profesionalitas guru madrasah dalam mengelola pembelajaran. Peserta pelatihan terdiri dari 30 orang guru madrasah ibtidaiyah dibentuk dalam 6 (enam) kelompok sesuai tingkatan  kelas melaksanakan kegiatan lesson study antara lain : merencanakan (plan), melaksanakan (do), dan mereflekasi (see). Simpulan akhir peserta pelatihan meningkat pemahamannya terhadap lesson study sebagai upaya meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran.

This study aims to improve the quality of learning in physics learning planning courses through the implementation of Project Based Learning (PjBL) assisted by E-Learning through Lesson Study activities. This type of research was qualitative research through the stages of Lesson Study activities. Subjects in this study were the 5th-semester students who program 11 physics learning planning subjects in the 2018-2019 academic year in the Department of Physics Education, University of Papua. The research data was obtained through the student learning outcomes test instrument that was given after the submission of each topic of study, observation sheet of student activities, interview guidelines, documentation in the form of video recordings during open class implementation, and student response questionnaire. Data were analyzed through Rasch modeling with the help of the Winstep application to analyze student responses after learning. Lesson Study activities consist of three phases of activities, namely Plan, Do, and See. In the Plan stage discussions with the team of lecturers were held to develop Chapter Design and Lesson Plan. In the Do stage, the model lecturer based on the tools that have been prepared does learning. In the See stage, the reflection was done to find out weaknesses and strengths during learning which is then followed up on further learning. The results showed that student-learning outcomes increased student responses to good learning and learning atmosphere seemed very fun. Therefore, it can be concluded that through the implementation of PjBL assisted E-Learning through Lesson Study activities can improve the quality of learning in physics learning planning subjects.

Abstract: Lesson Study Model to Improve Students’ Achievement in the Instructions Process of Kinesiology Classes. This study aims to improve the quality of students’ kinesiology achievement in the Faculty of Sports Sciences, the Yogyakarta State University. The participants were 43 students attending Sports Science Courses. This study was an action research study consisting of two cycles. The data were analyzed using the descriptive technique, consisting of (1) description, (2) validation, and (3) interpretation. The first cycle showed that the quality of learning was still low. In the second cycle, there was an improvement after the CD with audio visual media was played. The learning process through kinesiology lesson study with a sports analysis increased students' understanding. Based on the results of the reflection and discussion on the action, learning through lesson study by preparing materials using audio visual media can improve the quality of kinesiology learning. Improving the quality of education in Higher Education can be started by improving the quality of lecturers in teaching and professional behavior. One of the priority education issues is the quality of education, especially the quality of learning. From the various conditions and potentials, the efforts that can be made to improve the quality of learning in Higher Education is to develop student oriented learning and facilitate it in learning. One of the models of educator profession development through collaborative and sustainable learning is Lesson Study. Through the stages in the lesson design can enhance student learning activities.

This study aims to determine the improvement of the quality of learning through the innovation-based class lesson study model school program. Research was conducted in three stages, namely: plan, do, see, for students in grades 7, 8, and 9. Techniques for collecting data through observation, and reporting. Data analysis was done in a qualitative, discrete manner. The results of the study showed the involvement of students, model teachers, teacher observers, Dispendik supervisors, committees and principals, parents / guardians of students and invitations from other schools were very active. Thus, improving the quality of learning through the innovation class based lesson study model school program has been very successful in improving the quality of expected learning.

Natural Sciences learning laboratory activities are an integral part of teaching and learning activities, This shows how important the role of laboratory activities to achieve the goals of science education. Through laboratory activities, students will be given the opportunity to encourage curiosity and the desire to try, test and reason the theories obtained. The purpose of this study was to analyze the management of a science laboratory in SMP Negeri 4 Sojol. The research method uses qualitative methods and descriptive analysis. The research subjects were the head of the laboratory and the science subject teacher and the students at SMP Negeri 4 Sojol. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and student learning outcomes.  Based on the results of the study, the availability of natural science practicum tools in SMP Negeri 4 Sojol, the average availability of practical tools and materials 68.33% classified as complete categories, the average presentation of the feasibility of practical tools and materials 90.67% included in the excellent category based on the Ministry of Education number 24 of 2007. the effectiveness of practicum implementation in SMP Negeri 4 Sojol is classified as effective category with an average presentation of practicum at 85%. Coupled with an average increase in cognitive competencies average preetest 58 increase in posttest by as much as 87 in addition to the average value of competence in the areas of psychomotor average preetest obtained 60 and posttest 90 showed a significant increase competency knowledge and skills of learners. Success in the cognitive domain will also have a positive impact on the development of the psychomotor domain (skills) of students. Management of laboratory facilities and infrastructure planning in improving the quality of learning in schools must be planned by the head of the laboratory, planning science teachers by preparing learning tools and identifying the subject matter to be practiced in the laboratory, laboratory administration governance supported by good organization from the leadership of policy makers in school. Implementation of laboratory facilities and infrastructure management in improving the quality of learning in schools including procurement, inventory, storage, structuring, use, and maintenance. Supervision carried out by the principal is in accordance with the provisions, to be more efficient the school should make a program or schedule of supervision processes to be more controlled and run well and smoothly.

Lesson study is a continuous activity that can be applied through study groups. The purpose of this service is to determine the quality of learning through lesson study activities. The method of implementing the activity is based on the three steps of lesson study activities namely plan, do and see. Planning is the starting point as a key to success in learning. The conclusion from this implementation activity that Lesson study, if it becomes a culture in a learning group, can create a good learning climate. Through ongoing lesson study activities, the quality of learning carried out by educators can improve as well.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan guna mendeskripsikan persepsi dosen model dalam efektivitas menerapkan lesson study learning community (LSLC), serta proses monitoring dan evaluasi dalam pelaksanaan LSLC pada proses pembelajaran. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah pendekatan kualitatif. Informan ditentukan dengan teknik purposive dan snowball sampling. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi. Data penelitian yang terkumpul selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan pola interaktif Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana, meliputi: pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi LSLC sangat efektif dilakukan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya kolaborasi antar dosen model dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran, perkembangan tingkat keprofesionalan dosen dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan sehingga berdampak pada kualitas pembelajaran yang lebih optimal. Selain itu, proses monitoring dan evaluasi oleh tim pengembang LSLC pada tingkat fakultas juga menambah keefektifan LSLC dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Abstract: This research was conducted to describe the perception of model lecturers in the effectiveness of implementing the lesson study learning community (LSLC), as well as the monitoring and evaluation processes in implementing the LSLC in the learning process. This research using a qualitative approach. Informants were determined by purposive technique and snowball sampling. The data collection process was carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The collected research data were then analyzed using the interactive patterns of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana, including: data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the implementation of LSLC was very effective in improving the quality of learning. This is evidenced by the collaboration between model lecturers in carrying out the learning process, the development of the professional level of the lecturers in implementing learning has increased significantly so that it has an impact on the quality of learning that is more optimal. In addition, the process of monitoring and evaluation by the LSLC development team at the faculty level also adds to the effectiveness of LSLC in improving the quality of learning. <p><strong>Abstract:</strong> The development of digital thematic teaching materials aims to produce a product that is feasible, practical to use, effective for improving the quality of learning, and interesting for students to learn. The results of the development showed a positive impact from the use of the product with an increase in learning activities of 92.14% with the criteria of "very good". Positive results were also shown from the effectiveness of student learning, the pretest value of 60.54 increased significantly in the posttest value of 84.79. In the feasibility analysis obtained a percentage of 86.04% with the criteria "very feasible", practicality 91.07% with the criteria "very practical", and attractiveness get a percentage of 91.89% with the criteria "very interesting". So this digital thematic teaching material can be used in learning.</p><strong>Abstrak:</strong><em> </em>Pengembangan bahan ajar tematik digital ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan suatu produk yang layak, praktis untuk digunakan, efektif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, serta menarik untuk dipelajari siswa. Hasil pengembangan menunjukkan adanya dampak positif dari penggunaan produk dengan adanya peningkatan aktivitas belajar sebesar 92,14% dengan kriteria “sangat baik”. Hasil positif juga ditunjukkan dari efektivitas belajar siswa, nilai pretest sebesar 60,54 meningkat signifikan pada nilai postest sebesar 84,79. Pada analisis kelayakan diperoleh persentase sebesar 86,04% dengan kriteria “sangat layak”, kepraktisan 91,07% dengan kriteria “sangat praktis”, dan kemenarikan mendapat persentase sebesar 91,89% dengan kriteria “sangat menarik”. Dengan demikian, bahan ajar tematik digital ini dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran.
