The training participants consisted of 30 madrasah ibtidaiyah teachers formed in 6 (six) groups according to grade level to carry out lesson study activities, among others: planning (plan), implement (do), and reflect (see). The final conclusion of the training participants increased their understanding of lesson study as an effort to improve the quality of learning. This study aims to improve the quality of learning in physics learning planning courses through the implementation of Project Based Learning (PjBL) assisted by E-Learning through Lesson Study activities. This type of research was qualitative research through the stages of Lesson Study activities. Subjects in this study were the 5th-semester students who program 11 physics learning planning subjects in the 2018-2019 academic year in the Department of Physics Education, University of Papua. The research data was obtained through the student learning outcomes test instrument that was given after the submission of each topic of study, observation sheet of student activities, interview guidelines, documentation in the form of video recordings during open class implementation, and student response questionnaire. Data were analyzed through Rasch modeling with the help of the Winstep application to analyze student responses after learning. Lesson Study activities consist of three phases of activities, namely Plan, Do, and See. In the Plan stage discussions with the team of lecturers were held to develop Chapter Design and Lesson Plan. In the Do stage, the model lecturer based on the tools that have been prepared does learning. In the See stage, the reflection was done to find out weaknesses and strengths during learning which is then followed up on further learning. The results showed that student-learning outcomes increased student responses to good learning and learning atmosphere seemed very fun. Therefore, it can be concluded that through the implementation of PjBL assisted E-Learning through Lesson Study activities can improve the quality of learning in physics learning planning subjects.

The principal as a manager or leader must have a strategy in developing educational facilities and infrastructure. Educational facilities and infrastructure are one of important resources in supporting the learning process in schools. The purpose of this article is to describe the principal's strategy in improving infrastructure through the development of infrastructure. This article is qualitative field research. The form of the research is descriptive qualitative with the design of data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out using descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this article found that the principal's strategy in improving the quality of learning through the development of infrastructure at (Public High School) SMA Negeri 1 Jombang was quite effective and efficient, especially seen from the presence of CCTV facilities that made it easier for the principal to control the teachers, as well as students during the learning process and LCD can understand the material presented by the teachers. The principal strategy in developing infrastructure is through the planning stages of infrastructure, organizing infrastructure, mobilizing infrastructure, and controlling infrastructure. The conclusion from the explanation above is that the principal's strategy in improving the quality of learning through the development of infrastructure at SMA Negeri 1 Jombang seen from the CCTV and LCD facilities is quite good because after seeing the results achieved, it has fulfilled the objectives to be achieved, namely to improve the quality of learning.

Abstract: Lesson Study Model to Improve Students’ Achievement in the Instructions Process of Kinesiology Classes. This study aims to improve the quality of students’ kinesiology achievement in the Faculty of Sports Sciences, the Yogyakarta State University. The participants were 43 students attending Sports Science Courses. This study was an action research study consisting of two cycles. The data were analyzed using the descriptive technique, consisting of (1) description, (2) validation, and (3) interpretation. The first cycle showed that the quality of learning was still low. In the second cycle, there was an improvement after the CD with audio visual media was played. The learning process through kinesiology lesson study with a sports analysis increased students' understanding. Based on the results of the reflection and discussion on the action, learning through lesson study by preparing materials using audio visual media can improve the quality of kinesiology learning. Keywords: lesson study, kinesiology, quality of learning

This research aims to improve the competency of teachers through clinical supervision activities. This research uses action research methods with a lesson study approach, conducted at MI Nurul Ummah. The lesson study conducted through three stages: planning, open learning, and reflection. The results of the research are in good category by fulfilling several indicators, namely 1) Students' learning motivation is increasing and the atmosphere of the class is more conducive, 2) increase in absorption and activity of students in class during study, 3) teachers more open, 4) teachers More motivated to seek out and explore a variety of learning methods or strategies, 5) Teachers learn from each other and cooperate in improving the quality of the teaching process through increased understanding not only about the material, but also Methods, media and learning aids, but also the assessment techniques used in the learning process obtained through the implementation, observation and reflection, 6) The teacher got a lot of enlightenment, apart from the peers, also from the Facilitators are always present to provide support, both when doing plan, do and see (reflection). With the presence of the facilitators, teachers have been increasingly enlightened and motivated to innovate innovations in learning. Lesson study can effectively improve the teacher pedagogical competence. This can be understood because the lesson study approach allows teachers to discuss the problems faced and discuss with other teachers to find solutions to the resolution.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the students' cognitive learning outcomes in the lesson study of Physical Learning Strategy. The subjects of the study consisted of 62 students at the Physics Learning Physics Year 2013/2014 at FKIP UNRAM. The pattern of lesson study has been done for two cycles. Each cycle consists of three stages: plan, do, see. At the end of each cycle has been given a test to determine the level of mastery of student competence. The results showed that there was an increase in cognitive learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. In the first cycle evaluation (Cooperative learning model) obtained an average score of 71 (grade B) and on the second cycle (Problem-Based Learning Model) obtained an average score of 77 (grade B +). Therefore, the lesson study pattern needs to be developed as a way to improve the quality of education that never ends (continuous improvement).
