AbstractTechnological developments that have penetrated the financial sector have provided convenience and comfort for the public in digitally transacting, including in donating. The condition of the Covid-19 pandemic has also required people to work from home, so that donation transactions made through digital applications are very relevant to be implemented. This study aims to see the effect’s comparison of user experience on the donation interest through the digital wallet applications of Gopay, OVO, DANA, and LinkAja in teachers and staffs who work at the Vocational High School 1 Jambi City. The method used is the non-probability sampling with a sample size of 118 respondents. The measurement of user experience in this study used simplicity, security, and convenience factors. Analysis of comparative used the Kruskal Wallis H test with SPSS version 25 software. The results showed that there were differences in simplicity, security, convenience and user experience between the interest in donating users through the digital wallet application of Gopay, OVO, DANA, and LinkAja. This study is based on the author’s thoughts so that the originality can be responsible.AbstrakPerkembangan teknologi yang merambah sektor keuangan, telah memberikan kemudahan dan kenyamanan bagi masyarakat dalam bertransaksi secara digital, termasuk dalam berdonasi. Kondisi pandemi Covid-19 juga telah menuntut masyarakat untuk beraktivitas dari rumah, sehingga transaksi berdonasi yang dilakukan melalui aplikasi digital sangat relevan untuk diterapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan pengaruh user experience terhadap minat berdonasi melalui aplikasi dompet digital Gopay, OVO, DANA, dan LinkAja pada Guru dan Staf yang bekerja di SMK Negeri 1 Kota Jambi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode non-probability sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 118 responden. Pengukuran user experience pada penelitian ini menggunakan faktor kemudahan, keamanan, dan kenyamanan. Analisis perbandingan menggunakan uji Kruskal Wallis H dengan software SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan kemudahan, keamanan, kenyamanan, dan pengalaman pengguna antara minat berdonasi pengguna aplikasi dompet digital Gopay, OVO, DANA, dan LinkAja. Artikel ini didasarkan pada pemikiran penulis sehingga dapat dipertanggungjawabkan keasliannya.

Abstrak: Analisis Prestasi Belajar Mahasiswa Lulusan Sekolah Menengah Umum dan Sekolah Menengan Kejuruan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan prestasi belajar mahasiswa lulusan Sekolah Menengah Umum dan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan dan untuk menganalisis faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat prestasi belajar mahasiswa.. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa pada program studi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Universitas Negeri Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif,  jenis ex post facto dengan eksplanasi komparatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 335 mahasiswa. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 167 mahasiswa yang diambil menggunakan metode probability sampling.  Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji F, anava, dan t-Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Prestasi belajar mahasiswa lulusan Sekolah Menengah Umum rata-rata 3,72 dan  lulusan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan rata-rata 3,77; 2) Tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan prestasi belajar antara mahasiswa lulusan Sekolah Menengah Umum dan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan; 3) Faktor-faktor pendukung prestasi belajar meliputi: motivasi belajar, inteligensi, konsentrasi, tujuan yang ingin dicapai, rajin kuliah dan mengerjakan tugas, keaktifan dalam perkuliahan, manajemen waktu yang baik, suasana belajar yang kondusif, dan hubungan mahasiswa dengan dosen. Faktor penghambat: malas, jarak tempat tinggal yang jauh, persepsi mahasiswa salah jurusan, jadwal  kuliah sore, dan metode pembelajaran yang monoton. Kata kunci: prestasi belajar; indeks prestasi komulatif; hasil belajar; sekolah menengah umum; sekolah  menengah kejuruan.  Abstract: Analysis of Student Achievement of Graduates of Senior High School and Vocational High School. The research aims to analyze the differences in the learning achievement of students who graduate from Senior High School and Vocational High School and to analyze the factors that support and hinder student achievement. The research subjects are students in the Office Administration Education study program, Faculty of Social Sciences, Makassar State University. This research uses a quantitative approach, ex post facto type with comparative explanation. The population in this study were 335 students. The research sample was 167 students who were taken using probability sampling method. Collecting data using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Hypothesis testing uses the F test, ANOVA, and t-Test. The results showed: 1) The learning achievement of students graduating from Senior High School was 3.72 on average and Vocational High School graduates had an average of 3.77; 2) There is no significant difference in learning achievement between students who graduated from Senior High School and Vocational High School; 3) Supporting factors for learning achievement include: learning motivation, intelligence, concentration, goals to be achieved, diligent in studying and doing assignments, activeness in lectures, good time management, a conducive learning atmosphere, and student relations with lecturers. Inhibiting factors: laziness, distance to live far away, student perceptions of misdirection, afternoon class schedules, and monotonous learning methods. Keywords: learning achievement; grade point average; learning outcomes; senior high schools; vocational high schools.

Vocational High School (SMK) is held as a secondary school from SMP / MTs in accordance with their talents, interests and abilities in order to meet the needs / job opportunities that are and will develop in the area. Maximizing the potential of vocational schools can be done by carrying out the public relations function to shape the image and reputation of the school so that it is able to compete with high schools (SMA). Especially in SMK N 4 Pekanbaru which has great potential to be socialized to the public. In connection with the Public Relations Study Program is committed to contributing with institutions including schools to be able to carry out their public relations functions properly.

Indonesia is in Pandemic of Covid-19 which make many activities should be limited to stop the spread of virus and decrease the number of victims and death. The government implemented a new policy that is work from home and study for home for students in all education institution, includes vocational high school which students are EFL learners. Teaching learning activities should be implemented although the teachers and students are in different places. So, internet based learning should be used. Therefore, this article aims to give an analysis of internet based learning during Covid-19 Pandemic in EFL Classroom. The result found that in implementing internet based learning is ineffective due to some problems, they are students inactive, internet tools, internet access or quota and also control from stakeholders. Dealing with those problems, the teachers can implement several ways to make internet based learning more effective and students can comprehend their English skill although they don’t learn directly. The ways that teacher should try consist of: (1) doing exploration, (2) doing enactment, and the last (3) doing evaluation.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengungkapkan ketercapaian pelaksanaan Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan (KTSP) dan Kurikulum 2013, di SMK se-Kabupaten Belu yang meliputi: (1) ketercapaian pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang dilihat dari konteks, input, proses, dan produk, (2) hambatan yang dialami guru dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan (3) kelebihan dan kekurangan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan kedua kurikulum. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan model CIPP. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru dan siswa SMK yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik probability sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) hasil evaluasi implementasi KTSP dan Kurikulum 2013 dilihat dari segi konteks, input proses dan produk termasuk dalam kategori sangat berhasil; (2) hambatan utama yang dialami guru dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan KTSP adalah keterbatasan literatur sedangkan hambatan utama dalam Kurikulum 2013 adalah kesulitan dalam membuat format penilaian pembelajaran; (3) pada KTSP guru fleksibel dalam mengembangkan kurikulum, namun mengalami keterbatasan literatur. Kurikulum 2013 mampu meningkatkan kreativitas guru dan siswa, namun sulit dipahami.Kata kunci: evaluasi, implementasi, CIPP AN EVALUATION OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF KTSP & CURRICULUM 2013 AT VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BELU REGENCY, EAST NUSA TENGGARAAbstractThe aim of this research was to reveal the achievement level of Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan (KTSP) and Curriculum 2013 implementation at Vocational High School (SMK) in Belu, including: (1) the achievement level of teaching processes based on context, input, process, and output; (2) teacher’s constraints in the implementation of teaching processes; and (3) the strengths and the weaknesses of teaching process of the two curriculums. This study was an evaluation research using quantitative descriptive approach and CIPP model. The subjects of this research were teachers and students of vocational high school in Belu, East Nusa Tenggara, chosen by using probability sampling technique. The results of this study show that: (1) the result of evaluation on KTSP and Curruculum 2013 implementation in terms of context, input, process and output is considered as highly successful; (2) the teachers’ main contraint in teaching by using KTSP is the lack of literature, whilein teaching by using Curriculum 2013, their main constraint is the lack of proper skills in creating the learning assessment form; (3) By using KTSP, teachers have flexibility in developing the curriculum but they have to face the lack of the literature. Whereas, the implementation of Curriculum 2013 can improve teachers’ and students’ creativity, but it is difficult to be understood.Keywords: evaluation, implementation, CIPP

Abstrak: Dalam kondisi Pandemi covid-19 saat ini, semua kegiatan yang biasanya dilakukan dengan offline menjadi online. Dengan memanfaatkan Teknologi Informasi (TI) menjadikan semua kegiatan berbasis online, begitu juga dengan Pendaftaran Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) Pada SMK Merah Putih Bekasi. SMK Merah Putih merupakan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan swasta yang terletak di Kota Bekasi dengan mempunyai dua program bidang studi keahlian atau kejuruan, dimana diharapkan setelah lulus dapat langsung melamar pekerjaan. Banyak siswa yang ingin mendaftar ke SMK Merah Putih namun dikarenakan kuotanya sudah penuh dan kurangnya informasi yang didapatkan jadi tidak bisa untuk daftar di SMK Merah Putih. Proses penyampaian informasi PPDB dan segala administrasi masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga terjadi penumpukan data, kesalahan penulisan, serta keterlambatan penyampaian informasi. Dalam hal ini SMK Merah Putih membutuhkan sebuah website agar masyarakat dapat mengetahui informasi lebih cepat dan detail. Metode yang digunakan dalam merancang website PPDB ini adalah metode waterfall dengan harapan website ini dapat membantu kegiatan administrasi PPDB. Dengan adanya website pengelolaan data administrasi kesiswaan lebih efisien serta meminimalisir kesalahan dalam penginputan data.   Kata kunci: pendaftaran, sistem informasi, waterfall.   Abstract: In the current conditions of the Covid-19 Pandemic, all activities that are usually carried out offline have become online. By utilizing Information Technology (IT) to make all activities online-based, as well as the New Student Registration (PPDB) at SMK Merah Putih Bekasi. SMK Merah Putih is a private Vocational High School located in Bekasi City, which has two field of expertise or vocational study programs, where it is hoped that after graduating, you can directly apply for jobs. Many students want to register at SMK Merah Putih but because the quota is full and the lack of information obtained, they are unable to register at SMK Merah Putih. The process of submitting PPDB information and all administration is still done manually, resulting in data accumulation, writing errors, and delays in submitting information. In this case, SMK Merah Putih needs a website so that the public can find out information more quickly and in detail. The method used in designing this PPDB website is the waterfall method with the hope that this website can help PPDB administrative activities. With the website, student administration data management is more efficient and minimizes errors in data entry.   Keywords: registration, information system, waterfall.

The structure of the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget is the supportive government spending in the development of community welfare reflected in capital expenditure or disbursement of the budget. The realization of the budget in the country has always been an issue that happens every year. Efforts have been made to optimize the realization of the state budget, but the facts show that no significant change has been made regarding the realization of the budget. To drive the acceleration of budget realization, the government has prepared several strategic steps that is the acceleration of procurement of goods. Procurement of goods and services at Vocational High School SMTI Padang is the main duty of the existence of agency not to produce goods aimed at profit oriented, but rather provide services to the public that is educational facilities.This research aims to analyze the effect of budget procurement of goods on the realization of disbursement of Vocational High School SMTI Padang. Sources of data used in this research is secondary data The research method used is a quantitative method with a simple linear regression analysis. In this research using independent variables (X) that is the procurement of goods and the dependent variable (Y) is the realization of disbursement and absorption of the budget. there is a significant influence between the procurement budget of goods on the realization of budget disbursement in Vocational High School SMTI Padang, which means that the increasing budget realization of procurement of goods will be followed by the increase of budget realization, it is shown from t test result obtained t count 31,872 with value significance of 0.000<0.05.
