The purpose of the study was to analyze the influence of brand personality on purchasing decision for Nile shoes in the city of Ambon. this research is a descriptive research. The population in this study are users of nike  shoes in Ambon city. And The Number Of Sampel Is 100 respondents.By using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. Taking the sample using non probability sampling with the data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of multiple linear regression test that the brand personality variable has a positive and significant effect on the decision of 0,396 which means that the brand personality variable is considered important when consumers will make a decision to buy nike shoes.

Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of promotion on the purchase decision of PT Penta Valent Jakarta products, to find out the effect of price setting on the "purchase decision" of cendo product PT Penta Valent Jakarta" and to determine the silmultaneous effect  of "promotion and price determination on the purcahse decision of cendo product  "PT Penta Valent Jakarta". The "analysis method" is used multiple linear regression test, t test and F test. The population are all the consumers who use cendo product  PT Penta Valent Jakarta and the sample size are "100 respondents". The results show a positive effect of promotion on the "purchase decision" of cendo PT Penta Valent Jakarta with a coefficient value of "equal to" 0.519 and  t value > t table or 5.884> 1,660. Pricing has a positive effect on purchasing decisions with a coefficient value obtained "of 0.327" and  t valuet > t table or 8.007 > 1,660. Promotion and price simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for cendo product PT Penta Valent Jakarta, with the equation Y = 7.210 + 0.519 X1 + 0.327 X2 and F value > F table that is 60,369> 3,090. Keywords:" Promotion; "Pricing; Purchase Decisions

With the increasing number of restaurants being opened annually, restauranteurs can not only pay attention to the food and service, but also to the restaurant’s physical atmosphere. This study focuses on DINESCAPE as the theory for physical environment. It aims to find whether or not the factors of DINESCAPE affect customer repurchase behavior in an upscale restaurant. This is a quantitative descriptive research and uses questionnaires to obtain its data.132 data from questionnaires are obtained from customers that have dined at Restaurant X. Restaurant X is an upscale restaurant located in the heart of Jakarta. Multiple linear regression isused to analyze the data and obtained the result. Result shows a strong relationship of 67,9% from physical environment towards customer repurchase behavior. Each hypothesis regarding the factors of DINESCAPE are accepted and shows that each factor of DINESCAPE affect customer repurchase behavior. Based on the findings, recommendations for Restaurant X include, but not limited to, improving the restaurant facility aesthetics such as lighting and themed decorations to stimulate repurchase behaviours.

Etawa breeders are faced with a situation with a limited amount of capital, production factor and knowledge in an effort to achieve their goal. This condition causes the decline of PE goat’s population year by year even though the product produced has a strategic opportunity in the market. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence the decline of PE goat’s population in Sukapala herd. The study is carried out in Sukapala herd, Kawalu district, Tasikmalaya city  which consists of 9 people by using a case study method. The factors that influence the decline of PE goat’s population based on multiple linear regression test are capital (X1), treatment and maintenance system (X2), seed’s quality (X3), and livestock breeds quality (X4). Based on the results of partially and simultaneously test, the four independent variables influence significantly in the decline of PE goat’s population and have a negative effect.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of digital marketing and product variety on purchasing decisions at Juragan Fashion Shop in Bengkulu City. The sample in this study is 100 consumers who shop at Juragan Fashion Shop in Bengkulu City. Data collection using a questionnaire and the analysis method used is multiple linear regression, test of determination and hypothesis testing.The results of multiple linear regression calculations obtained the multiple linear regression equation Y = 5.995 + 0.355X1 + 0.353X2. The coefficient of determination of the R square value is 0.521. This means that X1 (Digital marketing) and X2 (product variety) affect the purchase decision (Y) by 52.1% while the remaining 47.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the F test show that the significance is 0.000 0.05. Because the significance level is below 0.05, it indicates that together X1 (digital marketing) and X2 (product variety) have a positive and significant effect together on purchasing decisions (Y). Digital marketing has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, product variety has a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions because the significant value is smaller than 0.05.

<p>Tofu is one of the foodstuffs that plays a role for nutritional balance and is one of the people's favorite side dishes. The purpose of this study is to find out what factors influence consumer demand for white tofu in the city of Medan. The sampling method is done by purposive sampling method. Respondents in this study were consumers who consumed white tofu in the household. Information obtained from white tofu sellers in Petisah Market, Sei Sikambing Market and Helvetia Market and samples taken were 45 respondents, each 15 respondents in each market. Data collected are primary data and secondary data. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression test with SPSS 20. The results of this study concluded that the variable price of white tofu, tempe prices, fish prices, income and the number of dependents simultaneously had a significant effect on the demand for white tofu in Medan. Partially the variable price of white tofu and fish prices has a significant effect on the demand for white tofu in Medan, while the variable price of tempe, income and the number of dependents does not significantly influence the demand for white tofu in Medan.</p>

The results of the F test at the 0.05 significance level explain that the variables of customer experience and brand trust have a significant simultaneous influence on consumer customer loyalty at Allbaik Chicken Sawah Lebar Kota Bengkulu.

This study aims to examine the influence of budget goal clarity and budget drafting participation on performance accountability of government institutions in Bengkulu city. This study is a descriptive research with purposive sampling technique. The subjects of this study were 136 officers of echelon III (Division Head/ Sub-division Head/ Secretary) and echelon IV (Chief Sub-division/ Chief Section) of civil servants in government institutions in Bengkulu city. Data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression test. The results of this study showed that: (1) Budget goal clarity influences positively and significantly on performance accountability of government institutions in Bengkulu city. (2) Budget drafting participation influences positively and significantly on performance accountability of government institutions in Bengkulu city. These results indicate that the higher budget targe t clarity and participation in budget drafting, the higher performance accountability will be. Abstract Advertising is to influence purchases. This research aims to analyze the influence of advertising and brand image of card simpati, either partially or simultaneous. The methods used in this research is quantitative with the survey. The number of samples is 97 respondents. Methods of analysis used was multiple linear regression. Advertising and brand image gives a strong influence of Simpati card purchases in the city of Jambi. The test results of the analysis that has been done, on the test simultaneously replied that the advertising and brand image simultaneously positive and signifivant effect against the purchasing decision. Then in partially test, two variables in this study partially equally influence purchasing decisions. Keywords: Advertising, brand image, purchase decisions.

<p align="center">ABSTRAK</p><p>Artikel hasil penelitian tentang kajian normatif keberadaan toko modern di Kota Semarang akan mengkaji mengenai keberadaan toko modern di Kota Semarang apakah sudah  memenuhi ketentuan dalam Peraturan Presiden Nomor 112 Tahun 2007. Untuk membahas permasalahan tersebut, metode pendekatan yang dipakai adalah yuridis normatif, dengan spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif analitis, metode pengumpulan datanya : studi dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan, sedangkan metode analisis data yang dipergunakan adalah analisis kualitatif.</p><p>Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  keberadaan toko modern di Kota Semarang sudah memenuhi beberapa ketentuan yang ada dalam Peraturan Presiden Nomor 112 Tahun 2007, yang belum terpenuhi adalah : ketentuan Pasal 13  &amp; Pasal 15 Peraturan Presiden Nomor 112 Tahun 2007.</p><p><em>Articles of research on the normative study of the existence of modern stores in the city of Semarang will examine the existence of modern stores in the city of Semarang whether they have fulfilled the provisions in Presidential Regulation No. 112 of 2007. The aim of this study was to analize the effects of product quality and service quality on the customer satisfaction. This study took place in the City of Bekasi and objects in this study are all customer who use the Matrass GM-9000. Primary data was obtained from customers of Matrass GM-9000 in Bekasi City through admission filling of questionnaire by using scale of Likert. The respondent of this study was chosen through accidental sampling method, and data analysis method was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that product quality and service quality positively and significant influenced the customer satisfaction
