The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of customer experience and brand trust on customer loyalty at Allbaik Chicken Sawah Lebar, Bengkulu City. The sample in this study were 50 customers who  made purchases at Allbaik Chicken Sawah Lebar Kota Bengkulu. Data collection using a questionnaire and the method of analysis used is multiple linear regression, test of determination and hypothesis testing.The sample in this study were 50 customers who  made purchases at Allbaik Chicken Sawah Lebar Kota Bengkulu. Data collection using a questionnaire and the analysis method used is multiple linear regression, the test of determination, and hypothesis testing.The results of the t-test regression analysis of the customer experience brand trust variable have a partially significant effect on the customer loyalty variable of consumers at Allbaik Chicken Sawah Lebar, Bengkulu. The results of the F test at the 0.05 significance level explain that the variables of customer experience and brand trust have a significant simultaneous influence on consumer customer loyalty at Allbaik Chicken Sawah Lebar Kota Bengkulu.

This study aims to analyze the effect of customer satisfaction and brand trust on consumer loyalty. The problems in this study are (1) How is the influence of customer satisfaction on consumer loyalty, (2) how the influence of brand trust on customer satisfaction and (3) how the simultaneous influence of customer satisfaction and brand trust on consumer loyalty. The population in this study were all Honda motorcycle consumers at Galaxy Motor Dealers. Sampling using accidental sampling (roscoe) technique to obtain a sample of 60 respondents. Data collection methods used were questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis method used is the test instrument (validity test and reliability test), Multiple linear regression test analysis, t test and F test. The results of the study obtained multiple linear regression equation Y = -0.963+ 0.121X1 + 0.415X2 + e. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded (1) There is a significant but not significant effect on customer satisfaction on consumer loyalty, (2) there is a significant influence between brand trust and consumer loyalty (3) there is a significant effect between customer satisfaction and brand trust on consumer loyalty . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan konsumen dan kepercayaan merek terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) Bagaimana pengaruh kepuasan konsumen terhadap loyalitas konsumen, (2) bagaimana pengaruh kepercayaan merek terhadap kepuasan konsumen dan (3) bagaimana pengaruh secara simultan antara kepuasan konsumen dan kepercayaan merek terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen sepeda motor Honda pada Dealer Galaxy Motor. Penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik accidental sampling (roscoe) sehingga diperoleh sampel 60 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan wawancara. metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji instrumen (uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas), Analisis uji Regresi linier berganda, Uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian diperoleh persamaan regresi linier berganda Y = -0,963+ 0,121X1 + 0,415X2+e. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan (1) Terdapat pengaruh tetapi tidak signifikan antara kepuasan konsumen terhadap loyalitas konsumen, (2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kepercayaan merek terhadap loyalitas konsumen da (3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kepuasan konsumen dan kepercayaan merek terhadap loyalitas konsumen.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Harga dan Brand Trust Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Sinergy Celular Medan.Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengunjung Sinergy Celular Medan sebanyak 77 orang.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui kuesioner (angket) yaitu dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada sampel (responden) dan mengumpulkannya kembali. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linear Berganda.Sebelum data diregresikan maka terlebih dahulu di uji keterkaitannya antara variabel, datanya diuji menggunakan uji normalitas data, multikolinearitas, dan heterokedastisitas.Serta untuk mengetahui kontribusi faktor Harga dan Brand TrustTerhadap Keputusan Pembelian digunakan rumus Koefisien Determinasi (R2). Hipotesis penelitian diterima apabila t hitung >  t tabel dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,1. Nilai t tabel dalam penelitian ini 1,993. Nilai t hitung variabel X1 sebesar 2,107 t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel maka hipotesis di terima, nilai t hitung variabel X2   sebesar 3,405 t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel maka hipotesis di terima. Kata kunci: Harga, Brand Trust, Keputusan Pembelian AbstractThis study aims to determine the Influence of Price and Brand Trust on Purchasing Decision at Sinergy Celular Medan. The sample in this study is all visitors Sinergy Celular Medan as many as 77 people.Data collection technique used is through questionnaire (questionnaire) that is by distributing questionnaires to the sample (respondent) and collect it back. Data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression. Before the data is diregresikan then first in the test the relationship between variables, the data tested using the test of data normality, multicollinearity, and heterokedastisitas. And to know the contribution of price factors and Brand Trust Against Purchase Decision is used the formula Coefficient of Determination (R2). Research hypothesis accepted if t arithmetic> t table with significance level 0,1. The value of t table in this study is 1,993. Value t arithmetic variable X1 of 2.107 t arithmetic greater than t table then the hypothesis received, the value of t arithmetic variable X2 of 3.405 t arithmetic greater than t table then the hypothesis received. Keywords: Price, Brand Trust, Purchase Decision

The study entitled “The Effect of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency” aims to determine the significant effect of service and product quality on customer satisfaction at Indomaret Celuk Sukawati Branch, Gianyar, both on a persial and simultaneous basis. Data collection techniques using questionnaires as well as methods of observation, literature study and interviews. Analysis technique with multiple linear regression test, F-test, t-test, and determination test. In determining the sample the researcher uses purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 70 respondents.The results of the Influence of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati’s Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency are Services that have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, so it can be concluded that Service and Product Quality variables have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction Indomaret minimarket, Jalan Raya Celuk Sukawati, Gianyar Regency.

 This study aims to determine whether there is a partial influence of work environment and motivation on the performance of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta Household Employees. To find out the influence of work environment and work motivation simultaneously on the performance of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta Household Employees.      The nature of this research is correlational. The variables of this study are the work environment and work motivation and employee performance. The population in this study were all Household Employees at the University of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta with a population of 37, a population of less than 100, so that all populations were sampled by the census method. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with a significance level of 5%.       The results obtained by the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Household Section of the Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta University. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Household Section of the Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University in Yogyakarta. Employee performance is influenced by the work environment and work motivation by 29.3%, while the remaining 70.7% is influenced by other factors.

This study aims to determine the effect of Administrative Sanctions and Forced Letters on Optimizing Disbursement of Tax Arrears at the Pratama Tax Office North Makassar. Data collection uses secondary data obtained from the Pratama Makassar North Tax Service Office. The population is 36 tax payers and the sample is 36. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression techniques. The results of this study indicate that administrative sanctions show a positive and significant. This means that administrative sanctions have a positive effect on optimizing the disbursement of tax arrears. The forced letter shows positive and significant. This means that forced letters have a positive and significant effect on optimizing the disbursement of tax arrears.

This study aims to: know and analyze whether the Competence and Discipline Work simultaneously and partially effect on Customer Satisfaction in the Office of State Assets and Auction (KPKNL) Palu. This study uses quantitative research which is a study that aims to explain the relationship between two or more variables with a sample of 49 customers and data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression. The results of hypothesis analysis and testing can be concluded that: (1) based on regression test results obtained sig. F of 0.00 <0.05, which can be interpreted that the variable Competence and Work Discipline affect simultaneously to Customer Satisfaction. (2) based on regression test results obtained Competence variables have significance level t sig. 0.010 <α 0.05, which can be interpreted that the variable Competence partially significant effect on customer satisfaction. (3) based on the regression test results obtained variable Work Discipline has significance level t sig. 0,000 <α 0.05, which can be interpreted that the variable Work Discipline partially significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah Kompetensidan Disiplin Kerjaberpengaruh secara serempak dan parsial terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan di Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang (KPKNL) Palu. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif yang merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih dengan sampel 49 pelanggan dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda.Hasil analisis dan pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh sig. F sebesar 0,00 < 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Kompetensidan Disiplin Kerjaberpengaruh secara serempak terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. (2) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel Kompetensimemiliki tingkat signifikasi t sig. 0,010 < α 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Kompetensisecara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. (3) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel Disiplin Kerja memiliki tingkat signifikasi t sig. 0,000 < α 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Disiplin Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan.

The development of cooperatives is currently starting to stagnate. This study aims to reveal this research. This research aims to analyze the effect of Servicescape on customer loyalty, the impact of Servicescape on service quality, the impact of service quality on customer loyalty, and the impact of Servicescape on customer loyalty mediated by service quality. This research uses a quantitative method approach. The unit of analysis in this study was all female members of the Padalarang Partnership Village Cooperative in 2016, totaling 125 people consisting of active and passive female members. The population in this study amounted to 125 people and a set precision or a significance level of 0.05, so the sample size in this study was 95 members as respondents. This study was analyzed using multiple linear regression for verification analysis. The findings in this study are Servicescape affects service quality, service quality affects the loyalty of female members, and Servicescape affects the loyalty of female members.

Tujuan dari penlitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Luas Lahan, Luas Bangunan dan Tata Letak Tanah terhadap Penerimaan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan di Kabupaten Minahasa pada tahun 2015 sampai tahun 2017. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah 25 kecamatan yang berada di Kabupaten Minahasa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik library research dan teknik dokumentasi, dan teknik untuk mengolah data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan variabel  dependent secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap penerimaan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan (PBB) dengan hasil Fhitung  > Ftabel (18,594 > 2,736) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (0,0%) < 5%. Secara parsial hasil penelitian ini menunjukan Tata letak tanah secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai Thitung < Ttabel (1,802<1,994) dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,076>0,05. Dengan hasil Ajusted R2 sebesar 0,416 artinya variabel independent pada penelitian ini menjelaskan variabel dependent sebesar 41,6% sedangkan sisanya 58,4% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini. Abstract The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of land area, building area and land layout on land and building tax revenues in Minahasa district from 2015 to 2017. The population of this study were 25 sub-districts in Minahasa district. The data collection method uses library research techniques and documentation techniques, and the technique for processing data uses multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the dependent variable simultaneously influences land and building tax (PBB) revenues with the results of Fcount> Ftable (18.594> 2.736) with a significance value of 0.000 (0.0%) <5%. Partially the results of this study show that partially the land layout has no significant effect with the value of tcount <ttable (1.802 <1.994) with a significance level of 0.076> 0.05. With the results of Ajusted R2 of 0.416, it means that the independent variable in this study explains the dependent variable of 41.6% while the remaining 58.4% is explained by other variables outside of this study.

This study aims to examine the determinants of customers interest who use rahn and ijarah services at the branch offices of Syariah Madiun branch covering the principles of syariah, ujrah, and service. Sampling was conducted by Accidental Sampling technique to get sample of 227 respondents. Data collection use questionnaires. The analysis method used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The result of the research shows that: (1) the application of sharia principle influences the customer interest who use rahn and ijarah service, (2) ujrah does not affect the customers interest who use rahn and ijarah services, (3) the service influences customers interest who use rahn and ijarah services, and (4) The application of sharia principles, ujrah, and services simultaneously affect the customers interest who use serve rahn and ijarah services. Keywords: syariah principle, ujrah, services, customer interest.

Impact of Work Discipline on the Performance Capability of the Nagari Apparatus in Managing Financial Nagari in Banuhampu and Sungai Pua Districts. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of work discipline on the performance capabilities of the nagari apparatus in nagari financial management in Banuhampu and Sungai Pua Districts. The population used in this study were all nagari apparatus in Banuhampu and Sungai Pua Subdistricts of 80 people, while the samples used as many as 75 respondents were determined by the Slovin formula using the proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Data collection in this study was conducted using a questionnaire with a Likert scale measurement and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the work discipline of the nagari apparatus is relatively high while the performance of the nagari apparatus is still low and the results of the regression test explain that work discipline has an impact on the performance capabilities of the nagari apparatus in nagari financial management in Banuhampu and Sungai Pua Districts.
