This study aims to examine the influence of budget goal clarity and budget drafting participation on performance accountability of government institutions in Bengkulu city. This study is a descriptive research with purposive sampling technique. The subjects of this study were 136 officers of echelon III (Division Head/ Sub-division Head/ Secretary) and echelon IV (Chief Sub-division/ Chief Section) of civil servants in government institutions in Bengkulu city. Data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression test. The results of this study showed that: (1) Budget goal clarity influences positively and significantly on performance accountability of government institutions in Bengkulu city. (2) Budget drafting participation influences positively and significantly on performance accountability of government institutions in Bengkulu city. These results indicate that the higher budget targe t clarity and participation in budget drafting, the higher performance accountability will be. The study entitled “The Effect of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency” aims to determine the significant effect of service and product quality on customer satisfaction at Indomaret Celuk Sukawati Branch, Gianyar, both on a persial and simultaneous basis. Data collection techniques using questionnaires as well as methods of observation, literature study and interviews. Analysis technique with multiple linear regression test, F-test, t-test, and determination test. In determining the sample the researcher uses purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 70 respondents.The results of the Influence of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati’s Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency are Services that have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, so it can be concluded that Service and Product Quality variables have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction Indomaret minimarket, Jalan Raya Celuk Sukawati, Gianyar Regency.

Companies need to maintain their survival by developing and earning profits. Consumers have ever-changing tastes and desires, so companies must be prepared to face all these changes and constantly review and improve their offerings. Companies need to pay attention to factors that affect consumers' buying interest, including products, prices, and locations. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of simultaneous product, price, and location on consumer buying interest in Bakso Pak Kus Jalan Sudirman Residen Surabaya. The study population was all consumers of Bakso Pak Kus Jalan Sudirman Resident Surabaya. The sampling technique is based on Hair, et al. (2010), that the number of samples is at least 5 times the number of indicators so that the number of samples in this study is 85 people. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression, t test, and F test. The results showed that the product, price, and location partially affected the consumer buying interest of Bakso Pak Kus Jalan Sudirman Resident Surabaya as evidenced by the results of the t test showing the calculated t value all independent variables are greater than t table (1,989), which is 2,015 for the effect of product variables (X1), 2,608 for the influence of price variables (X2), and 6,037 for the effect of location variables (X3). . The results also show that the products, prices, and locations simultaneously influence consumers' buying interest in Bakso Pak Kus Jalan Sudirman Resident Surabaya as evidenced by the results of the F test which shows the value of F count> F table which is 45,001> 2,716.

This study discusses how the influence of training and work environment on employee performance at PT Marindo Makmur Usahajaya Sidoarjo. This study aims to determine the effect of training, work environment on employee performance. The sampling technique in this study used the Non Probability Sampling method. Respondents in this study were 83 employees. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression test, with SPSS v.18 software as an analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that training variables and work environment variables partially and simultaneously have an effect on employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of price and brand image on interest in buying Iphone 12 in students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah North Sumatra. The approach used in this study is an associative approach. The population in this study were 4,175 students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra, while the sample in this study used the slovin formula as many as 98 people. Data collection techniques in this study used interview techniques, documentation studies, observation, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study uses Multiple Linear Regression Test, Hypothesis Testing (T Test and F Test), and Coefficient of Determination. Data processing in this study used the IBM SPSS Statistic 23 software program.

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of competence, leadership, and participation in accountability of village fund management. This study was conducted on 14 village in Abang District, Karangasem Regency. Respondents in this study were 140 people who were determined using a non-probability sampling, namely purposive sampling. Data collected by questionnaire method. Data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression test. The result of the study showed that competency, leadership, and  participation had a positive effect on the accountability of village fund management. This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, leverage, and media exposure on CSR in agricultural companies listed on the IDX in 2015 - 2019. Sampling using purposive sampling technique as many as 15 companies with a span of time observations made for 5 years and selected as many as 75 objects of observation. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that profitability does not affect CSR disclosure, leverage does not affect CSR disclosure, while media exposure affects CSR disclosure.

This study aims to determine the effect of tax sanctions, tax amnesty, tax knowledge on the level of personal taxpayer compliance. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was 80 WPOP registered in North Gresik Small Taxpayer Office using a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect of tax sanctions on WPOP taxpayer compliance which is registered at North Gresik KPP. There is no effect of tax amnesty on WPOP taxpayer compliance registered at North Gresik Small Tax Office. Tax knowledge has a significant effect on WPOP taxpayer compliance that is registered at North Gresik KPP.

The purpose of this study to find out how the influence of pleasure shopping, shopping, brand, the intention to shop through the online shop. The research method used is explanatory research. Sampling technique used ispurposive samplingsehingga from the population are taken as many as 93 respondents. Data analysis technique used is test of validity, reliability, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, F test and t test. Based on multiple linear regression analysis, buying pleasure variable, buying impulse, brand to shopping intention through online shop obtained Y = - 0,069 + 0,277 X1 + 0,286 X2 + 0,534 X3Based on the test results simultaneously found that the variable of buying pleasure, buying impulse, brand influence simultaneously to the intention of shopping through online shop with significant value 0,000 <0,05. From the results of partial tests found shopping pleasure variables affect the intention of shopping through the online shop because the resulting significant value of 0.007 <0.05. Shopping boost variables affect the intention of shopping through the online shop because the significant value generated by 0.001 <0.05. Brand variables affect the intention of shopping through the online shop because the significant value generated by 0.000 <0.05. While the results of determination coefficient test obtained Adjusted RSquare with 0.974. This means that the proportion of variance of independent variable to dependent variable is 97,4% the rest of 2,6% explained by other variable not discussed in this research

The purpose of this research is to explain the influence of nonfinancial compensation, motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance of PT Bakrie Pipe Industries Bekasi partially and simultaneously. The research this use  quantitative approach by using interview and questionnaire. The samples using purposive sampling technique with Slovin formula resulted 217 respondent samples. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression test. The result of the research found that: (1) Nonfinancial compensation has no significant effect on employee performance; (2) Motivation have significant effect on employee performance; (3) Job satisfaction have significant effect on employee performance; and (4) Nonfinancial compensation, motivation, and job satisfaction have significant effect on employee performance.
