The condition of the Indonesian defense industry still has many shortcomings, but with the passage of time and a very dynamic strategic environment, the spectrum of threats is rapidly changing. Currently, where the development of information and communication technology is accelerating, cyber threats are the most dangerous threat, as well as for the Indonesian defense industry. Thus, Indonesia must determine attitudes and strategies in developing the defense industry in responding to cyber threats in order to support national defense. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach. The theoretical framework in this research is the theory of development strategy, and the concept of cyber threats. The purpose of the defense industry development strategy in response to cyber threats is to find out the best efforts made by Indonesia using SWOT analysis. It was found that the best strategy in building Indonesian defense industry in responding to cyber threats is the development of the quality of Human Resources and an increase in the budget for research and development of defense industry and technology. This is because some of the obstacles faced are (1) the weak understanding of state administrators related to the cyberspace, and the weak competence of human resources related to soft skills that must be possessed, (2) the weak legal umbrella in handling attacks in the cyberspace. (3) the weakness of the research and development department of the Indonesian defense industry (4) the weakness of the industry in producing and developing hardware with information technology.

Gunung Suku Village has a natural, social cultural appeal that is very diverse and potentially become a tourist attraction, but this potential tourism has not been developed well and maximal to becomes a tourist destination. This study aims to formulate effective strategies for the development of agrotourism in Gunung Suku Village. This study uses qualitative methods, data collection through observation, in-depth interviews, questionnaires and literature study. Purposive sampling used in this study for determination of sample,  Data analysis in this study used qualitative descriptive approach, IFAS, EFAS and SWOT analysis. The results of this study indicate the potential of coffee plantation areas has not been developed, due to the lack of human resources, accessibility, facilities and infrastructure of tourism activities and the weak role of local government. The general strategy is in quadrant II, namely the development strategy of attractiveness. Alternative strategies (1) SO strategies (a) Strategies for developing potential to the fullest, (b) Strategies for developing marketing and promoting tourist attraction, (c) Development strategies for making tour packages. (2) ST Strategy (a) Community-based agrotourism development strategy, (b) Development Strategy by highlighting different potentials from other regions. (3) WO Strategy (a) HR development strategies especially in the field of tourism, (b) Accessibility development strategies, (c) Strategies to develop places to stay, eat drinks and gift shops. (4) WT Strategy (a) Increasing Public Awareness to conserve and preserve local culture, as well as the emergence of many competitors, (b) Increase cooperation with all stakeholders, (c) Improve the development of human recources in the tourms sector. Agrotourism development requires cooperation with all stakeholders in order to improve the qualityof human resources, accessibility, facilities and institutions, so that it has a direct impact on the income of the villagers of Gunung Suku Village.

Sea transportation is a major factor connecting the islands of Indonesia which has strategic and important value in supporting the sustainability of the national economy. Along with the government's policy on the sea highway program and the development of the domestic shipping industry, the growth of the commercial fleet, especially vessels, is currently experiencing rapid progress. In supporting the government program and the demand for reparation and procurement of new ships in domestic production, readiness is required from the shipyard. However, the current condition of the shipyard is only able to meet 83% of the demand for new shipbuilding so that the shipyard still needs to be developed in order to improve its capabilities, so that it can meet the needs and be able to carry out its functions in accordance with the progress of shipping technology. In this study discusses the strategy of developing shipbuilding using qualitative descriptive methods and quantitative SWOT analysis. In this case study shipyard development strategy by increasing the ability of shipyards to meet the demands of ship building by increasing supporting facilities and accompanied by increasing the ability of human resources in the mastery of science and technology. The study aims to determine Development Strategy the potency of the Tunda Island as a tourist attraction in the Serang Regency, Banten Province. How the development of appropriate strategy to overcome obstacles in the development of Tunda Island Coast region as a Marine Tourism attraction in Serang Regency, Banten Province. This study was conducted to determine the Tunda Island as a marine tourism destination Serang Regency were reviewed by using SWOT analysis. This study uses quialitative research methods with data collection techniques such as interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The results of the research carried out that Pulau Tunda as a marine tourism attraction in Serang Regency has the power in the form of underwater natural potential that is different from other islands in Serang Regency, besides Tunda Island has a considerable opportunity for increasing tourism needs and locations that tend to strategic. However, Pulau Tunda has weaknesses in the quality of human resources as well as low tourism support facilities and garbage that has not been managed properly. Meanwhile the threat faced by Tunda Island is currently the operation of sand miners and the lack of attention from the local government.   Keywords: Development Strategy, Tunda Island, Marine Tourism

Indonesia is the 4th largest country in Southeast Asia with a population of 262 million which needs to be considered the success rate of its human resources, because of a strong country that has a strong foundation, one example is the intelligence of human resources. Global competition proves that HR requires strong competence in all fields, generally in the field of technology. However, the lack of equitable education, as well as the conventional education system, makes the country of Indonesia far behind compared to other neighboring countries. The challenge of this 4.0 era is an opportunity to bring up the development of a combination of Industry 4.0 and the education curriculum in Indonesia. There are four issues why the Indonesian education system and curriculum needs to be reviewed. Where there is a literature study and SWOT analysis method used as a reference in solving problems and there is a significant scope. In this paper, competencies are needed to enable success between the integration of education management and the industrial era 4.0 which will be discussed and analyzed based on the facts and reality of the education system in Indonesia which can then be presented in a comprehensive curriculum.

<p>Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana profil industri kecil carica di Kabupaten Wonosobo serta untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan apa yang bisa digunakan. Variabel yang diteliti adalah profil industri yang meliputi sumber daya manusia, permodalan, teknologi, dan pemasaran. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif dan analisis SWOT. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profil industri kecil carica di Kabupaten Wonosobo pada tahun 2014 ada 15 unit usaha. Ada beberapa prioritas strategi pengembangan yaang dilakukaan yaitu strategi SO dengan meningkatkan kualitas SDM, memanfaatkan tenaga kerja dari daerah sekitar, dan mengoptimalkan lokasi industri yang strategis. Strategi WO menyiapkan stok produk carica, mengoptimalkan produk carica, dan mengoptimalkan pelatihan dari dinas terkait. Strategi ST dengan meningkatkan kualitas ciri khas produk carica,peranan pemerintah dalam hal mengantisipasi bencana longsor di Dieng, dan melakukan inovasi produk carica. Strategi WT dengan meningkatkan kemampuan manajerial pengusaha, menaikkan harga jual produk carica, dan pada musim kemarau diganti dengan produk makanan komoditas Kabupaten Wonosobo. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, strategi yang diterapkan dalam kondisi ini adalah mendukung kebijakan yang agresif, yaitu industri kecil carica di Kabupaten Wonosobo dapat bersaing dengan produk olahan makanan jenis lainnya dari berbagai daerah dengan cara menjaga dan meningkatkan kualitas produk carica yang dihasilkan.</p><p>The purpose of this study to find out the profiles of carica industries in Wonosobo regency and to determine what is the development strategy can be used. The variables in this research belongs to human resources, capital, technology, and marketing. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis method and SWOT analysis. Based on the results of this study showed that small industrial profiles carica in Wonosobo regency in 2014 there were 15 business units. There are several priority development strategies did, those are SO strategy to improve the quality of human resources to improve product quality of carica, utilizing the labor of the surrounding area to increase carica industry, and optimize strategic industrial location. WO strategy to prepare the inventory in the form of stock products carica, carica optimize product to meet consumer demand, and optimize the training of relevant agencies. ST strategies to improve the quality and characteristics of products carica, requires the role of government in terms of anticipating landslides in Dieng, and carica product innovation to improve consumer tastes. WT strategy to improve the managerial capacity of employers, raise the price of products carica, and in the dry season production carica replaced with other processed food products act. Based on the research results can be concluded, the strategy adopted in this condition is to support an aggressive policy.</p>

This study aims to determine the level of evaluation effectiveness application of information systems at the Faculty of Engineering, Hasanuddin University. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with a survey method, the sample used by 172 respondents from Lecturers, Employees, and Undergraduate Students in the Faculty of Engineering, Hasanuddin University. The research data was obtained from a questionnaire (primary), brainstorming, literature study, and direct interviews with relevant parties according to the research objectives. Analysis of the data used in this study is a SWOT analysis (strength, opportunity, weakness, threat) to formulate an academic information technology system development strategy. The results of this study indicate that the total score for internal strength factors is 3.02. This number is needed as a process to find out where the intersection point (E) in the SWOT Diagram is. The total score for the internal weakness factor is 2.55. This number is also needed as a process to find out where the intersection point (E) in the SWOT Diagram is. Based on the determination of the area, quadrant I is the most extensive, as well as the location of the intersection point located in quadrant I so that the main strategy of developing Information Systems at FT Unhas Makassar is the SO strategy. While alternatives to the development of Information Systems at FT Unhas Makassar are ST, WO, and WT.

The village has the right to budget as regulated in Law no. 6 year 2014 on the Village, the village is also given the responsibility to report it accountably, cleanly and transparently. Technology, Information and Communication (ICT) along with its supporters are prepared to make the village have a fast, efficient, transparent governance by sticking to local wisdom. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Taking data through participatory observation, indepth interview and literature study to explore more deeply how the utilization of communication and information technology in Kesamben Village Kesamben District Jombang.Utilization of Technology, Information and Communication (ICT) in its identification appears on several aspects such as human resources, facilities, infrastructure. The limited human resources capable of Technology, Information and Communication become obstacles in the utilization of Village Information System along with the lack of Internet network.

The era of the industrial revolution 4.0 is an absolute and unavoidable phenomenon in the business world. The survival of a company depends on the strategy devised to be able to carry out transformation and innovation to deal with it. So that companies and businesses that have been built are not crushed by the times and are hampered by their development, the company must be responsive to existing changes, especially with the development of technology and digital business. The company must also have an integrated travel map so that the direction of business development is clearly visible. The Covid-19 pandemic has changed many things of life in an instant. Never before in modern human history has a pandemic progressed and spread rapidly like Covid-19. Therefore, every event, response, and reaction is also oftentimes good. It happens at the individual level, the smallest community, up to the State and nation. Organizations and corporations are also forced to adapt quickly to very high levels of uncertainty. With the incessant change of life lines into all-digital. Therefore, companies really need to prepare reliable human resources and technology literacy in order to continue to achieve success. Employees should be supported and encouraged to continue learning and increase their knowledge of technology. Because the workforce or human resources who are able to apply and control technology in the present are able to move forward. This study aims to analyze the effect of human resource competence and the use of information technology in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0 during the co-19 pandemic. In this study using the theory of Computer Mediated Communication (CMC) to examine more in how the process of forming HR groups in the advertising agenda through digital media and also the process of interaction developed by the HR groups. The method in this study uses a qualitative research method with a Case Study approach and the paradigm used is the constructivist paradigm, which is to examine how the interaction and role of HR in the interaction and communication groups in the online media. In this study trying to identify the personalities of each grouped as tourists, mingles, and devotes. Data collection is done by using observation and also conducting in-depth interviews. In addition, the data analysis technique used is to use a flow model from Miles and Huberman consisting of 3 stages, namely Data Reduction, then the presentation of data, and drawing conclusions.

This research aimed to: 1) Knowing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for agribusiness development of soybean commodity in Sigi Regency; 2) Knowing the right alternative strategy formula for the development of soybean commodity agribusiness in Sigi Regency; 3) Knowing the priority strategy that should be chosen for the agribusiness development of commodity soybean in Sigi Regency. This research purposively conducted in Sigi Regency from January to March 2017, and 6 respondents were chosen. SWOT analysis used to find alternative strategy, and QSPM analysis used to find priority strategy. The availability and productivity of the land is among the main strenghts, and the quality and quantity of human resources is among the main weaknesses.The main opportunity is the price of soybean commodity in the market, while imports of soybeans by the government is the main threats. The alternative and priority strategy that could be undertaken by the governmenr are : 1) Participatory motivation and farmers empowerment program; 2) Strengthening local soybean development policy that is pro-farmer; 3) Soybean cultivation development program through area expansion and land mapping; 4) Regional Agricultural Partnership; 5) Development of soybean processing industry.

The government has prioritized the development of the halal industry sector in Indonesia through the launch of the Indonesian Sharia Economics Master Plan (MEKSI) in 2019. Currently, Indonesia is in the 5th position in the world halal industry ecosystem. This is the main focus to strengthen Indonesia as a world halal producer in 2024. This study aims to examine the challenges of developing halal industry in Indonesia and try to provide a strategy for developing human resources (HR). This study applies a qualitative research approach using three stages of data analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. Data analysis techniques are supported by the NVivo 12 plus program. Based on the results of the literature study, several challenges were found related to the halal industry in Indonesia, i.e. Regulation, Human Resources (HR), Government, Infrastructure and Organization. This study compiles a human resource development strategy to face HR challenges, as follows 1) Human Resource Transformation through people transformation, cultural transformation, organizational transformation and 2) Human Resource Digitalization.
