The article is devoted to the description of various approaches to the interpretation of communication as a complex, multifunctional and multicomponent process. Types of communication are distinguished depending on a number of grounds, signs, criteria. The article presents the scientific points of view of domestic and foreign scientists on the understanding and definition of the term communication, shows the types of communication, identified with regard to content functional and structural features, taking into account the spatial and temporal characteristics of the communication process, as well as other grounds: by sphere of activity, by degree of mediation, by orientation, by depth of penetration, by types of communication of subjects, by professional characteristics. In addition, the criteria for classifying types of communication are also the nature, goals, forms of expression and direction of communication, etc. In the light of the global challenges of our time, the problems of remote business communication, including business communication in mentoring activities, are being updated. Within the framework of mentoring, business communication is carried out taking into account certain standards based on the constructivist paradigm, which provides for the implementation of external and internal pedagogical goals. In the distance format, business communication is aimed both at solving the problems of individual educational trajectory of a particular student («teacher ↔ student»), and at organizing joint collaborative activities of students («teacher ↔ students», «student ↔ students», «students ↔ students»).

Wood is a natural composite, having a porous structure, with a complex elastic symmetry specific to orthotropic solid, influenced by three mutually perpendicular planes of elastic symmetry. The classical guitar is obtained from different wooden species, each of them having their own elastic properties and, as a whole, forming a lignocellulosic composite structure. Generally, some constructive parts of the classical guitar body are based on symmetry, starting from the structural features of wooden plates, which are symmetrically cut, and some patterns of the stiffening bars. The other elements, such as the strings system, are not symmetric. This study aims to evaluate the frequency responses of the guitar body as a symmetrical mechanical system from constructive points of view. Because theoretical results (analytic and numeric) regarding the symmetrical systems cannot be applied to quasi-symmetric systems, the dynamic response was analyzed from experiments performed on four types of classical guitar body (without neck), different from each other by the pattern of stiffening bars placed inside of the top plate. The experiments were performed using a Brüel&Kjær mini-shaker to excite the structure, and the signal was captured with accelerometers. The symmetric behavior of coupled plates from the guitar body was noticed in the case of an applied dynamic force of 110 Hz and 440 Hz, but in the case of 146 Hz, 588 Hz, 720 Hz, quasi skew symmetrical modes were recorded.

The article is devoted to the definition of concept in modern linguistics. Various points of view and definitions of the basic concepts are considered: "concept", "conceptual sphere", "content". The aim of the article is to describe and explain such a complex unit as a concept from the point of view of linguistics. The object of research is studied in its various manifestations, the combination of verbal and nonverbal means of information expression in the conceptual sphere is revealed. the relevance of this topic is due to the need for a detailed consideration of the concept of concept based on the works of prominent scientists and linguists. Researchers treat the concept as a cognitive, psycholinguistic, linguocultural, cultural and linguistic phenomenon. The concept is an umbrella term because it "covers" the subject areas of several scientific fields: primarily cognitive psychology and cognitive linguistics.

The article analyzes the points of view of scientists regarding the concept of “the identity of the criminal”, presents the author’s definition of the identity of the criminal who commits crimes in the sphere of illicit drug trafficking with a view to marketing. Convicted prisoners who are serving a sentence of deprivation for crimes related to drug trafficking, according to the following parts, are subjected to criminological analysis. 2, 3 tbsp. 328 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus. According to the results of the empirical research, the peculiarities of the socio-demographic, medical, criminal law, and moral-psychological nature of the convicts of this category were revealed. It justifies the need for employees of correctional institutions to continuously monitor the personal qualities of those convicted of crimes related to drug trafficking with a view to selling, and to develop on this basis the most optimal options for carrying out individual educational work with them. The author presents the development of a criminological model of the identity of a criminal who is serving a sentence of imprisonment for crimes related to drug trafficking with a view to selling.

The use of renewable energies as alternative to fossil fuels has value from different points of view and has effects at environmental, social and economic level. These aspects are often connected to each other and together define the overall sustainability of bioenergy. At European level, the Directive 2009/28/EC gives the basic criteria for the estimation of sustainability of biofuels and indicates a minimum threshold of 35% of greenhouse gas saving for a biofuel in order to be considered sustainable. The Directive gives the possibility to identify standard regional values for the cultivation steps that could be utilized for the certification. This paper aims to give a contribution to the definition of these values considering the RED methodology applied to the sunflower cropped in central Italy which is characterized by a hilly landscape and not-irrigated crops. To determine input and output of sunflower cultivation in the central Italy, the results of PROBIO project, carried out by the Authors, were used. The sustainability of biodiesel produced from sunflower grown in central Italy is variable and depends on the nitrogen input and seasonal climatic conditions that affect the yields. The greenhouse gases savings of the Italian chain is 40% in average, greater than the required 35% and would be possible to assign this value as standard to the biofuel chain biodiesel from sunflower cultivated in central Italy. Using an averaged regional standard value guards against the possibility of considering unsustainable harvesting in unfavourable years and seeing it overestimated in the favourable ones.

Personality is something that attracts the attention of many parties. Many theories that try to give some concepts and definitions related to the human personality with different points of view. Western psychologists try to provide a definition of personality that is psychological based on the word person, but until now the personality psychologists themselves still do not agree on what the definition of personality actually is. While in Islam, the concept of personality has been thoroughly discussed in various Islamic literature. The Apostle as an example for Muslims has applied the concept of personality and actions and behavior. Thus, the concept of personality according to Islam, that Islamic personality is defined as "a unified integration of the workings of aqliyah and nafsiyah based on Islamic faith which gives birth to actions". Human personality is not shaped and influenced by body shape, face and other accessories. Human personality is formed by aqliyah and nafsiyah.

In the administrative and legal science there is a refinement, change and expansion of the subject of the dynamic branch of administrative law, aimed at eliminating the resulting lag of legal theory from the legal reality. In our view, of the three basic categories that characterize the subject of administrative law, “public administration”, “executive power” and “administrativepublic activity”, the main generalization category is the category “administrative and public activities”. The phenomenon of the subject of administrative law refracts the problems and discussions inherent in the industry as a whole. In view of the existence of different points of view on the subject of administrative law, the legal science has not yet formulated a single definition of it. There is a tendency to overcome the conflict between different types of understanding, to bring together the positions of different concepts of understanding of administrative law in order to form a “universal” concept of it, to develop its common concept.

This article critically analyses the notion of intentionality from several philosophical cognitive points of view. The authors argue that the notion of mental representation in the wider sense and intentionality in the narrower sense remains elusive despite accommodated paradoxes, improved semantic precision and more sophisticated strategies in dealing with intentionality. We will argue that different approaches to intentionality appear to be coherent in their inferences. However, most of them become contradictory and mutually exclusive when juxtaposed and applied to borderline questions. While the explanatory value of both philosophy of mind as well as cognitive psychology should not be underestimated, we must note that not even hard-core neuroscience has been able to pin point what is going on in our minds, let alone come up with a clear cut explanation how it works or a definition of what thought really is. To date, however, intentionality is the best of all explanatory models regarding mental representations.

This paper presents a systematic literature review of the literature on productive dialogues and emotional aspects in Computer-Supported Collaborative Learning (CSCL) and also presents emotional aspects used in debates with conflicting points of view in other contexts. Initially, more than 400 articles were catalogued, belonging mainly to the databases of Springer and Science Direct, not limited by years, because of very important works referenced until today. The findings reveal that in CSCL there is a neglect in relation to the emotional dimension, the results also show that there are negative emotional aspects that impair the motivation in the participation of students in collaborative activities. Empathy is seen as an alternative to conflict resolution in different contexts, in addition to collaborative learning, but it is rarely addressed in CSCL.
