Since the declaration of a COVID-19 pandemic in March 2020 teaching institutions started the process of adjusting to the new challenge. Medical education could not be imparted the way it used to be and some new methods had to be taken to adapt to the pandemic. At our institute, each week two lectures were recorded and later uploaded on the Youtube Channel and shared with students. This was followed by an MCQs based test using Google forms. Ten lectures were delivered in 5 weeks to 55 participants. Majority of residents agreed that this activity increased their knowledge of the subject and opted to continue it in future. With help of short online lectures (< 30 mins) and short online tests (5 MCQs), the learning experience of residents can be enhanced. In future, more online resources can be used to incorporate this method of teaching.

In historical aspect, the skill is among the key categories in the realm of human practice, which are often an object of different researches – psychological, pedagogical, and last but not least methodological. This is a fact, because the skill is a vital term for the description of productivity of learning experience at least in two dimensions – personally fundamental, guaranteeing its effective functioning in different situations and personally pragmatic, as a multi-level transformation of the cognitive experience, for the completion of certain social roles and the necessary qualities of the subject for this. The skill is a blend between those two dimensions of productivity both in higher education and in secondary school. The reflective skills are a structural and functional part of the transformation of the cognitive, affective, and psycho-motor experience and as such are included in the individual educational reality of the subject, and to a higher degree it defines it. This is the reason why the constructive-prognostic analysis of the reflective skill in the area of Methodology is pointing at the answer of the questions: What is this, what is its structure, how does it get integrated in the system of skills, how does it form and develop. The answers of those questions are basis of its methodological decoding in the process of training teachers and students in Biology. All of this describes the territory of the methodological context of analysing the reflective skill.

The flipped classroom, as an active learning model, has given remarkable results in several areas in the university teaching; however, its execution is still able to improve. This research shows the implementation and improvement of the flipped classroom model in the course of Pavements. It evaluates their influence on the students’ final grades and their learning experience. Three groups of students participated in this study, who enrolled in the course of Pavements in the Civil Engineering. Group A took the course with the traditional model, while Group B took it with a flipped classroom, and Group C experienced it with a reinforced flipped model. Groups did the course the subject in 2017, 2018 and 2019, respectively. Results show that even though with the flipped classroom models, the finals grades did not increase compared to the scores of the traditional model; however, it improved their learning experience. The students were more satisfied with the method; they even asked for fewer modifications than they did in the traditional model. This research shows that adding little academic things to the course, it would greatly influence their students' opinion.

The subject of this research is the art of Cai Guo-Qiang (born in 1957) – the modern Chinese painter who lives and works in China and the United States (New York). The object of this research is the storyline fireworks of Cai and his innovative technique of “gunpowder painting”. The first works of the painter were canvasses in oil painting, and by 1980’s he invented a new “gunpowder” technique, which was first applied in combination with oil on the canvas, and since 1990’s – with ink on the paper, as a version of modern traditional painting guo-hua. His works evolved from social realism to a distinct variation of modern expressionism, as demonstrated the first in Russia retrospective exhibition of the works of Cai Guo-Qiang that took place in the Phuskin State Museum of Fine Arts (“October”, Moscow, 2017). Authors of the exhibition catalogue justifiably note the “cosmopolitan mission” of his art, but leave out of account the traditional context. The proposed methodology, which integrates art and culturological analysis, allows seeing in the works of this prominent modern painter the version of mass art that retains mental and reverse connection with the Chinese tradition. The scientific novelty of the article is defined by the following conclusions: the art of Cai Guo-Qiang is addressed to the international audience, but concords with the traditional paradigm due to Buddhist mentality deeply rooted in the painter’s consciousness. The traditional aspect is his proclivity for harmonization of social environment. This mass art that possesses formal and substantive novelty is associated with the modern international artistic market, as well as market version of “Chinese style” (Chinoiserie) of the XVIII century.

The problem of social aggression of young people that are immersed in digital communication has become the subject of this study. The authors did not confine to the state of the depressing condition of the ethical sphere in digital communication. They wanted to find out the underlying causes of the social antagonism and the conflict. One of the most important reasons for social destruction is the lack of clear space-time coordinates for a virtual subject. It leads to the use of the passive personality by the technologies themselves. A man turns into material for algorithms, and his psychophysics becomes a continuation of impersonal technology. This situation characterizes the formation of a new era of Web 4.0, which the authors call counter communication. Interactivity is a thing of the past. Technologies of new sincerity come to its place. Outrageousness, detabooing, use of eroticism are forms of communicative use of a virtual subject who, in the modern communicative space, is in a state of unrelenting tension, which only changes its mode in connection with all new reasons for exaltation. The study of the psyche of young people completely immersed in the virtual world has become a confirmation that virtual ethics is moving further and further from the traditional ethical principles. Their social skills, as well as social protection, were the lowest among the various groups of young people. Communication for them ultimately turns into a persistent search for entertainment, into a striving for a hedonistically comfortable environment, into denial of socially significant topics and problems.

The purpose of this study is to present a diagnosis of the level of development of the informational and digital competencies that the postgraduate students of the University Center of the North (CUNorte) possess. These two variables of Information Literacy are evaluated through a questionnaire organized in five dimensions: capacity, access, evaluation and use of information; and basic notions in the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). The results show evidence of some of the competencies acquired by students and graduates of postgraduate courses, however there are opportunities to strengthen their disciplinary development and facilitate their research processes. The answers provided by the students and their consecutive analysis highlight the need to complement the diagnosis using other techniques to assess the knowledge and skills that make up the informational and digital competencies whose development is evaluated. Regarding the contribution of the study, considering the factor analysis of the component matrix rotated in the instrument, it is summarized that it is feasible to develop a diploma that provides the necessary tools to enrich the aforementioned competencies.

Kata kunci: Efektivitas, Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK), pemahaman siswa Abstract This study departed from the problem of less than optimal use of learning media based on Information and Communication Technology (ICT) as an effort to improve students' understanding of Islamic Education subjects. This study aims to describe the effectiveness of the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) -based learning media in increasing student understanding of Islamic education subjects at SMP N 1 Lembang Jaya and the obstacles faced by teachers in making effective use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) -based media in the eyes. PAI lessons. This type of research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The results showed that the effectiveness of the use of learning media based on Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in increasing students' understanding of Islamic Education subjects at SMP N 1 Lembang Jaya has not been fully effective. Based on indicators of measuring the effectiveness of Information and Communication Technology-based Learning Media (ICT), according to Smaldino, of all indicators only 50% are effective. This is evidenced by the findings of researchers in the field proving that indicators of measuring the effectiveness of Information and Communication Technology-based Media such as; student involvement, accuracy in selecting media, being able to help students understand abstract matters, the availability of media, can provide a meaningful learning experience that has not been effective. The constraints in making ICT-based learning media effective in improving students' understanding of the PAI eyes at SMP N 1 Lembang Jaya are constraints that come from outside due to the lack of availability of media so that their use is limited and the electricity suddenly goes out. Keywords: Effectiveness, Learning Media Based on Information and Communication Technology (ICT), student understanding
