Fine arts, in recent years, with the rapid development of information technology, its diverse artistic expression trends to be more obvious, at the same time, the artistic expression based on multimedia has been paid more attention by the fields. This paper firstly analyzes the general characteristics of art image fusion process in multimedia environment. On this basis, the digital-to-analog conversion (DAC) method of multimedia artistic expression is proposed, which takes the Gauss Pyramid as basis. In order to verify the scientificity of this method, this paper adopts the empirical method to carry on the empirical analysis. The results show that multimedia artistic expression behavior of fine arts based on this method is significant, and has strong practicability and operability.

With the rapid development of Internet technology in China, mechanical drawing plays a more and more important role in social development and practice. The main purpose is to use the course of mechanical drawing to accurately represent the appearance, size, principle and technology of the machine. It is often called the language of communication in the industry. In order to make mechanical drawing better applied and practiced, and to make maximum use of Internet technical resources, the establishment of multimedia courseware teaching mechanism is the development trend of mechanical drawing. In order to adapt to the trend of network information, based on the multimedia environment, this paper studies the application of animation technology in mechanical drawing teaching, and constructs a small multimedia teaching platform. Through the explanation of animation courseware, students can better understand the making and principle of mechanical drawing, and cultivate students' divergent thinking. The teaching platform combines teaching material knowledge with practice to deepen students' understanding of the basic content of mechanical drawing. Finally, the rationality and practicability of the system are analyzed by investigating the platform users. The results show that the application of animation technology in mechanical drawing teaching is reasonable and practical.

Nowadays, there are few researches on using multimedia animation technology to assist basketball tactics teaching and training in college physical education. The research of multimedia animation assisting basketball tactics teaching can help promote the current teaching mode, teaching environment, and teaching methods. From the perspective of the development trend of modern education and the benefits of multimedia technology in physical education teaching, this article demonstrates the inevitability of applying multimedia technology in college basketball teaching and demonstrates the feasibility of implementing multimedia physical education in colleges and universities from the three aspects of multimedia teaching environment, teacher teaching ability analyzes the factors that affect the effect of multimedia-assisted teaching. Students’ acceptance characteristics of the multimedia environment are obtained. Relevant research results and suggestions on the use of multimedia animation in basketball tactics teaching will be submitted. Research shows the ability and student’s learning ability. It analyzes the effects of multimedia-assisted teaching in basketball tactics. In this article, at 84% of teachers feel that multimedia-assisted teaching is better. However, some objective factors restrict teachers’ use of multimedia-assisted teaching methods. Among them, poor production technology and inconvenient use are the main factors that teachers think affect the application of multimedia-assisted teaching methods in actual teaching, and these influencing factors are difficult to eliminate in a short time.

A novel algorithm which is image fusion based on GPU is proposed. The fused rule is regional energy. In recent years, the power of the computing of GPU has been greatly improved, which results that using it for the general-purpose computing has a rapid development. The essay researches on implementing the oriental field algorithm on GPU, including selecting GPU memories and dividing blocks and threads of GPU kernel functions. The results of experiment on the GPU of NVIDIA GTX560 are given, which shows that our proposed algorithm can be applied to the field of image fusion. Experiment shows the proposed algorithm has faster calcu-lation velocity and higher evaluation accuracy. The speed of the parallel algorithm is 200 times faster than that of the CPU-based implementation. Meanwhile the mutual information and QAB/F parameters are higher than that of the CPU-based algorithm.

With the rapid development of multimedia technology, the way of obtaining high-quality motion reproduction for space targets has attracted much attention in recent years. This paper proposes a Perception-driven Transcale Display Scheme, which significantly improves the awareness of multimedia processing. This new scheme contains two important modules, transcale description based on visual saliency and perception-driven display of space image sequences. The former concentrates on describing the transcle feature of space targets, including three algorithms, attention region computing, frame rate conversion, and image resolution resizing. On this basis, the latter focuses on high-quality display of space movements under different scales, including three algorithms, namely, target trajectory computing, space transcale display, and space movement display. Extensive quantitative and qualitative experimental evaluations demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.

During 1900–1910, there was a process of intensive cooperation and mutual enrichment between artists in Western European artistic centers and representatives of the Ukrainian and Russian avant-garde. At the same time, the avant-garde, both in Europe and in the territory of the Russian Empire, forms its own face and features that are reflected in the specificity of the artistic expression of specific groups and trends. The art of the 1900–1910 became a turning point in the history of avant-garde in Europe and in the Ukrainian lands, finally affirming the irreversibility of the phenomenon of avant-gardism. The avant-garde movements evolved rapidly during the period from 1900 to 1930, however, despite certain differences in manifestations, the revolutionary gains of cubism, expressionism and futurism became the foundation of the entire Ukrainian avant-garde. The publication, using examples of cubism, futurism and expressionism, which, deriving from European centers, laid the foundation for the artistic expression of the Ukrainian, as well as Russian avant-garde – cubofuturism, suprematism, constructivism, scrutinizes the features of the avant-garde on Ukrainian territories in the European context. For the first time, it is focused on the differences between the manifestations of Cubism, Futurism, and expressionism in the Ukrainian and European avant-garde. There is a lack of formed groups and program documents of cubism, futurism, and expressionism in the Ukrainian fine art of the 1900-1910, with absolute domination of these areas of artistic expression and formulation. It focuses on the specific manifestations of the Ukrainian and Russian avant-garde that emerged on their base, as well as on the specific manifestation of the Ukrainian avant-garde, the neoprimitivism, which includes the school of Mykhailo Boichuk. The publication emphasizes the importance of suprematism in the Ukrainian avant-garde as a classical avant-garde movement, which had such distinct features as breaking with tradition and well-formed ideological principles outlined in the program documents, which was generally not typical for the Ukrainian avant-garde in the fine arts. As it is known, even the ideological foundations of cubofuturism were not clearly formed by its representatives, Oleksandr Bohomazov and Oleksandra Ekster. It is possible to speak of a formed and declared platform only with respect to the Ukrainian literary avant-garde, where it were the futurists who most clearly positioned themselves.
