Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan, (1) menguji pengaruh sifat materialisme terhadap pembelian impulsif online. (2) Menguji efek moderasi kontrol diri pada hubungan sifat materialisme terhadap pembelian impulsif online. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan riset causal. Unit analisis pada penelitian ini adalah individu dosen Universitas Kristen Indonesia Maluku (UKIM) selaku konsumen online shopping yang pernah melakukan pembelian impulsif secara online. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode nonprobabilitas, pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penentuan sampel berdasarkan pertimbangan (judgment sampling), dengan kriteria yakni, (1) dosen tetap Universitas Kristen Indonesia Maluku (UKIM), dan (2) dosen yang pernah melakukan pembelian impulsif secara online. Jumlah sampel yang dianalisis dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 48 orang. Analisis data menggunakan metode statistik Moderated Regression Analysis. Hasil penelitian membuktikan Sifat materialisme berpengaruh terhadap pembelian impulsif online. Sifat dosen UKIM selaku konsumen yang menekankan nilai pada materi, mementingkan diri sendiri, ingin memiliki banyak barang, dan merasa kepemilikikan tidak membuat bahagia meningkat, maka perilaku pembelian tampa berpikir akibat, pembelian spontan, pembelian terburu-buru, dan pembelian dipengaruhi keadaan emosional akan meningkat. Konsumen yang memiliki sifat materialisme tergolong konsumen berusia muda serta memiliki kecenderungan interaksi dengan media sosial yang tinggi berpotensi melakukan belanja impulsive secara online. Penelitian ini membuktikan Dampak moderasi kontrol diri sebagai pengontrol sifat konsumen dalam hal penilaian barang berdasarkan simbolik barang, status sosial, membangun status sosial dari pembelian suatu barang, serta prestise secara berlebihan. Dampak moderasi kontrol diri terbukti berkontribusi pada pengaruh sifat materialisme terhadap pembelian impulsif online. Kata kunci : Sifat materialisme, kontrol diri, pembelian impulsif online. Abstract This study aims to (1) examine the effect of materialism on impulsive online purchases. (2) To examine the moderating effect of self-control on the relationship between materialism and impulsive online purchases. This type of research is a causal research. The unit of analysis in this study is an individual lecturer at the Indonesian Christian University of Maluku (UKIM) as online shopping consumers who have made impulsive purchases online. The sampling method using nonprobability method, sampling using purposive sampling technique. Determination of the sample based on judgment (judgment sampling), with the criteria namely, (1) permanent lecturers at the Indonesian Christian University of Maluku (UKIM), and (2) lecturers who have made impulsive purchases online. The number of samples analyzed in this study were 48 people. Data analysis used the statistical method of Moderated Regression Analysis. The results of the study prove that materialism affects impulsive online purchases. The nature of UKIM lecturers as consumers who emphasize the value of material, are selfish, want to have a lot of goods, and feel that ownership does not increase happiness, so the buying behavior without thinking results, spontaneous purchases, rush purchases, and emotional purchases will increase . Consumers who have materialistic characteristics are classified as young consumers and have a high tendency to interact with social media with the potential to do impulsive shopping online. This study proves the impact of moderation of self-control as a control for consumer behavior in terms of valuing goods based on symbolic goods, social status, building social status from purchasing an item, and excessive prestige. The impact of self-control moderation has been shown to contribute to the influence of materialism on impulsive online purchases. Keywords: Materialism, self-control, online impulsive buying.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dampak letusan Gunung Kelud terhadap pelaku usaha perikanan khususnya di Kabupaten Kediri. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan April-Mei 2014 denganfokus lokasi penelitian di Kecamatan Pare, Kabupaten Kediri yang merupakan sentra penghasil benih ikan lele. Data primer dan sekunder digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Informan ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa letusan Gunung Kelud sangat berdampak pada masyarakat perikanan di Kabupaten Kediri baik secara sosial maupun ekonomi. Dampak secara sosial berupa perubahan status pembudidaya, perubahan sosial dan perubahan mata pencaharian. Secara ekonomi, dampak letusan Gunung Kelud menyebabkan 274 pembudidaya di 16 kecamatan mengalami kerugian dengan total kerugian sebesar 3,9 milyar rupiah. Rata-rata nilai kerugian yang dialami oleh setiap pembudidaya adalah 14,4 juta rupiah per orang yang meliputi kematian ikan, kematian benih ikan, kematian induk ikan, rusaknya kolam ikan, serta rusaknya peralatan budidaya.Title: The Impact of Mount Kelud Eruption To Fisheries Bussinessin Kediri District, East Java ProvinceThis study aims to assess the impact of the Kelud eruption on fisheries sector in Kediri. The study was conducted in April-May 2014 with a focus on research location in Pare Subdistrict, KediriDistrict which is the catfish seed production centers. Primary and secondary data used in this study. Informants were selected using purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed qualitatively. The results showed that the Mount Kelud eruption greatly affected to the fisheries sector in Kediri, both socially and economically. Social impact in the form of changes in the status of farmers, changes in social status and changes in livelihood. Economically, the impact of the Kelud eruption caused 274 farmers in 16 districts experienced a loss with a total loss of 3.9 billion dollars. The average value of the losses suffered by each cultivator is 14.4 million dollars per person death of seeds, death of fish, damage to fishponds, and the destruction of farming equipment.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisa pengaruh likuiditas, leverage¸ manajemen laba, proporsi komisaris independen, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap tingkat agresivitas pajak perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan industri manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2010-2011 sebagai populasi. Dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, 148 data terpilih sebagai sampel. Hasil analisis regresi berganda menunjukan bahwa manjamen laba dan ukuran perusahaan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap tingkat agresivitas pajak perusahaan. Sementara untuk likuiditas, leverage, dan proporsi komisaris independen tidak menunjukan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap tingkat agresivitas pajak perusahaan.The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of liquidity, leverage, earnings management, proportion of independent commissioner, and firm size on the level of company tax aggressiveness. This research uses manufacturing industries listed on Bursa Efek Indonesia in 2010-2011 as the population. Using purposive sampling technique, 148 data are selected as samples. The result of multiple regression analysis shows that the impact of earnings management and firm size on the level of company tax aggressiveness is significant. Therefore liquidity, leverage, and proportion of independent commissioner show no significant effect on the level of corporate tax aggressiveness.

This study aims to examine the effect of firm Size, leverage, and liquidity on the level of sustainability report by using profitability as a moderating variable. Firm samples were gathered from Sri-Kehati Index of Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2016-2019. Applying purposive sampling technique, as much as 56 observations are available for further analysis. Test of hypotheses were conducted by using moderated regression analysis (MRA). Results support hypothesis one suggesting larger firm size is associated with higher sustainability report disclosure. Meanwhile, hypothesis two is rejected suggesting that leverage has no effect on sustainability reports disclosure. The results of this study also reject third, liquidity has no effect on the disclosure of sustainability reports. As for moderating variable, the results show that profitability does not affect the relation between firm size, leverage, and liquidity with sustainability report discolure. Results of this study are expected to serve as a guideline for companies to assess the benefit of sustainability report disclosures. As for investors, the results may help investors in making investment decision.

The research was carried out to find the influence of training material and methods of training toward workability. The study was conducted respectively from an employee of PD BPR Bantul Yogyakarta. The purpose of this research is expected to be useful for stakeholders in seeing CSR disclosure in the company in testing and analyzing its effect on the company's financial performance and with the presence of anti-corruption exposure, whether it will strengthen the impact of CSR disclosure on the company's financial performance. The study population in this study were all mining companies registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018 with a total of 63 companies. The research sample was taken using a random sampling technique that was calculated by the Slovin formula so that 54 samples were obtained for analysis. Linear Regression Analysis and Moderation Regression Analysis were chosen as the analysis technique used in this study. The results show that CSR disclosure does not affect the company's financial performance, and anti-corruption disclosure does not affect the relationship between the two.

The purpose of this study is to examine purchasing decisions through online applications (e-commerce) on an online motorcycle taxi-based delivery service. This study uses a quantitative approach, namely by collecting data from respondents using a questionnaire. The number of samples is 100 people, calculated using the Slovin formula for buyers for three months. The topic of the research is Customer Satisfaction (CS) and Customer Loyalty (CL); special reference to the leading supermarkets in Jaffna. The objective of the research is to identify the impact of Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty of leading Supermarkets in Jaffna, Sri Lanka. The research is simply deductive approach to find out the impact between Customer satisfaction and Customer loyalty. Quantitative method is available based on primary data. At present there are 08 numbers of supermarkets functioning in Jaffna district and popular three were selected. Random sampling technique is used to collect the data from customers of supermarkets in selected area. The analysis is carried out using a sample of 240 customers in Jaffna and only 218 were taken to analyze. ‘Statistical Package for Social Sciences’ (SPSS) 22.0 version was used in order to analyze the data. Correlation was used to find the connection between Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty. Also Regression analysis is used to predict the value of a variable based on the value of two or more other variables. Also found that about 40 percent connection between Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty and also found around 16% affect by Customer satisfaction to Customer loyalty.

This study aims to examine the effect of environmental disclosures on firm value by using profitability as a moderating variable. The research sample is all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling, which consisted of 143 companies. The analysis of this study uses moderated regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that environmental disclosure has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Proability strengthens the influence of environmental disclosures on firm value. The more environmental information disclosed by the company, the higher the trust of stakeholders in the company, so as to encourage stakeholders to help and cooperate with companies in earning profits, the increase in profits encourages an increase in the value of the company itself. A study entitled �The Influence of Characteristics, Attitude and Skill of Pempek Entrepreneurs in Palembang toward Successful Business Achievement� is an entrepreneurship study related to the influencing factors of succesful business achievement of pempek entrepreneurs in Palembang. This purpose of this study is to find out whether or not the entrepreneurs� characteristics, attitude and skill factors affect the succesful business achievement. Sample was selected by using purposive sampling technique. The hypothesis was tested by using multiple regression analysis. The t-test of SPSS calculation implied that the significant value of characteristics was 0.709, attitude was 0.213 and entrepreneurship skill was 0.287 (less than 0.05). Therefore, the results of the study implied that there was no correlation between characteristics, attitude and entrepreneurship skill of pempek entrepreneurs in Palembang toward succesful business achievement.

This study aims to analyze unemployment in Kelurahan Gates Nan XX Lubuk Begalung Subdistrict of Padang City which is seen from the aspect of family social status, education, income and time allocation. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Data collection techniques are observation, interview and documentation. To test the validity of data used Triangulation Technique. The results of this study indicate that unemployed are classified as half-unemployed come from families who have low economy. This can be seen from the work of parents as Fishermen, Merchants, and Daily laborers. Furthermore, many youth drop out and choose to work as fishermen, casual laborers, and fish traders in Gates Nan XX Village with an average income of Rp 50,000 per day and have 3-5 hours working hours per day. Keywords:Unemploymen

This study describes the impact of work culture in implementing the e-planning application to realize good governanc e studies in the Planning ,Research and Development Agency of 50 Kota. There search method used is descriptive qualitative, because the problems are complex so that it requires interviews and observations to get valid data. The selection of informants was carried out by using purposive sampling technique. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the impact of work culture in implementing E-Planning applications to achieve Good Governance at Bapelitbang Kabupaten 50 Kota it has had a good impact but there are still some problems that the authors haveen countered, among others: there are still delays in the preparation and inp t of planning documents, there are no awards given to employees, accommodation of RPJPD programs in application E-Planning and there are still employees who don't understand how to use the E-Planning application.
