Abstrak: Jaringan untuk komunikasi data dikembangkan pada komputer dan membuat internet tampil dengan banyak aplikasi. Penyajian informasi yang dihasilkan dari internet sangat beragam dan tergantung dari kebutuhan pengguna. Informasi yang didapatkan pengguna, salah satunya adalah situs pendidikan dari sekolah dasar sampai peguruan tinggi Oleh karena itu dengan perkembangan teknologi madrasah Aliyah Wasilatul Falah Banten merancang sistem informasi absensi real time yag berbasis web. Aplikasi absensi ini memberikan pemenuhan kebutuhan pengguna dalam memasukkan data, mengubah data, menghapus data, mencari data, menyaring data dan mencetak data. Sistem informasi ini dapat menjadi salah satu solusi yang dapat diunakan untuk mempermudah guru dalam pendataan murid, selain itu dengan adanya aplikasi ini membuat pekerjaan menjadi lebih mudah, cepat dan efisien. Di samping itu juga dapat mengawasi pendidikan siswa-siswi dalam kehadiran di madrasah dan membuat orang tua dapat mengetahui proses kegiatan belajar anak-anaknya.   Kata kunci: absensi real time, sistem informasi.   Abstract: Networks for data communication were developed on computers and made the internet appear with many applications. The presentation of information generated from the internet is very diverse and depends on the needs of users. Information obtained by users, one of which is educational sites from elementary schools to tertiary institutions. Therefore, with the development of technology, Madrasah Aliyah Wasilatul Falah Banten designed a web-based real-time attendance information system. This attendance application provides fulfillment of user needs in entering data, changing data, deleting data, searching data, filtering data, and printing data. This information system can be one of the solutions that can be used to make it easier for teachers to collect student data, besides this application makes work easier, faster, and more efficient. In addition, it can also supervise the education of students in their attendance at madrasah and make parents know the process of their children's learning activities.   Keywords: information system, real-time attendance.

The development of services has developed into the internet media, to make it easier for customers and employees in managing a job. In the problem of Lucky Photo, which covers services including printing, sales, stock of goods, purchases, and reports are not effective properly. The researcher aims to develop a service system entitled Service Information Systems at Lucky Photo. By building a web-based application, a waterfall method is needed to become a benchmark for the creation of a service information system, so the results will be obtained on a web-based application system to demand progress in a company, including services that become easier, easier customer service in conduct transactions, generate reports, and process customer data. So it can be concluded that with the construction of a new Service Information System it will be easier to make transactions, make it easier for customers, create reports, and process customer data that is embedded in the Mysql database which will become a well-systemized report.

Information system is one of the most important business supports in organizations. Web-based applications become an appropriate solution to overcome the dynamically changing environment among different units in an organization. Model-View-Controller (MVC) is a well-known design pattern in web-based application development due to the separation of an application into several parts, hence it is easy to reuse and maintain. However, such design pattern requires improvements since the information system handles business process choreography and integration between application. Therefore, modifying the interaction of object of class in a design pattern become a challenging problem. In this paper, an application framework based on Model-CollectionService-Controller-Presenter (MCCP) design pattern, which is a modification of an MVC, was proposed. The proposed framework allows multiple different applications to run and provides inter-application data exchange mechanisms to improve the data communication process between applications. Several performance comparisons with another popular web application framework are also presented.

Climate change challenges mountain communities to prepare themselves via Community-Based Adaptation (CBA) plans that reduce vulnerability. This paper outlines the evaluation of a developed web-based information system to support CBA, referred to as a Mountain Community Adaptive System (MCAS). The web-based user interface visualizes collated data from data providers, integrating it with near real-time climate and weather datasets. The interface provides more up-to-date information than was previously available on the environment, particularly on land and climate. MCAS, a cloud-based Land Information System (LIS), was developed using an Agile-inspired approach offering system creation based on bare minimum system requirements and iterative development. The system was tested against Fit-For-Purpose Land Administration (FFP LA) criteria to assess the effectiveness in a case from Nepal. The results illustrate that an MCAS-style system can provide useful information such as land use status, adaptation options, near real-time rainfall and temperature details, amongst others, to enable services that can enhance CBA activities. The information can facilitate improved CBA planning and implementation at the mountain community level. Despite the mentioned benefits of MCAS, ensuring system access was identified as a key limitation: smartphones and mobile technologies still remain prohibitively expensive for members of mountain communities, and underlying information communication technology (ICT) infrastructures remain under-developed in the assessed mountain communities. The results of the evaluation further suggest that the land-related aspects of climate change should be added to CBA initiatives. Similarly, existing LIS could have functionalities extended to include climate-related variables that impact on land use, tenure, and development.

These companies join together to accomplish a particular goal, but also has their own unique individual needs. Internet of Things is an important part of a new generation of information technology. Things technology is an extension and expansion of the network based on the Internet. Basis for building virtual dynamic alliance is the Internet. The enterprises participating in a virtual dynamic alliance communicate with each other relying on information communication technology. Internet of Things technology provides real-time performance evaluation data to the participating enterprises. This will ensure real-time performance data communication between the dynamic alliance enterprises relatively loose.

ABSTRACT The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Sanctuaries Hazardous Incident Emergency Logistics Database System (SHIELDS) is an Internet-based information system designed to improve access to critical data, plans, and tools for National Marine Sanctuary (NMS) personnel and their partners for contingency planning and response situations. At the core of the SHIELDS project is a website developed for each of the thirteen National Marine Sanctuaries and one coral reef ecosystem reserve in the sanctuary designation process. Each site hosts general planning and response information, such as policies and contingency plans. More so, SHIELDS takes advantage of leading information technology to improve the availability of vital response information and folds it into one comprehensive website. The use of Geographic Information System (GIS) data has expanded from static hardcopy maps to web-based interactive mapping, allowing Internet users to easily examine Sanctuary-specific geographic data from any location. SHIELDS offers NOAA modeling tools to analyze the fate of pollutants and live buoy data for real-time oceanographic conditions. Web-based databases within SHIELDS allow the user to enter or query information on personnel contact and location, potential Sanctuary threats, geographic response plans (GRPs) and Resources and UnderSea Threats (RUST) data, post updated incident text and documentation, or look up response glossary terms. Although SHIELDS relies extensively on the use of the Internet to distribute its information, it has also been designed to work as a stand-alone product for those inevitable circumstances when Internet access is not available during a response. The user can load the SHIELDS webpages and data onto their personal computer and carry it to any remote location to access the same data found on the Internet. SHIELDS provides the most comprehensive incident planning and response information for the National Marine Sanctuary Program (NMSP). This ensures that NOAA fulfills its role as stewards of Sanctuary resources and provides effective and timely response information about their trust resources.

Abstract Objective –This article reports on a pilot research project that gathered usage statistics in specifically designated library learning spaces using a Web-based Geographic Information System (GIS). These learning spaces were then mapped to expected learning activities that would occur in these areas based on its intention or design. In this way, the library could begin to associate the usage of a space with different types of learning. The researchers then mapped these learning activities to campus learning outcomes to create learning impact statements. Methods – The researchers used observation data gathered with a Web GIS tool to examine space usage within the library’s curriculum center. Results – The pilot study found that student usage of the curriculum center was mainly associated with two campus learning outcomes: (1) Communicate and (2) Learning and Integrate. The evidence also indicated possible design improvements that may make the curriculum centers spaces more functional for students. Conclusions – The Web GIS tool proved to be a useful tool to gather evidence of student space usage within the library environment. The mapping of individual spaces to learning activities further enhanced the usefulness in interpreting how students are using library spaces. Leveraging the space usage data within learning outcomes statements created another means for the library to communicate its learning impact with campus stakeholders.

Abstrak: Teknologi modern semakin pesat perkembangannya, sebagai masyarakat kita dapat merasakan hal positif dari perkembangan teknologi modern, salah satunya adalah internet. Memanfaatkan internet dengan hal positif dapat mempermudah kegiatan masyarakat, seperti dalam bidang pendidikan salah satunya adalah kegiatan belajar mengajar. Dengan adanya kegiatan belajar mengajar dapat menambah wawasan dan ilmu pengetahuan bagi masyarakat, akan tetapi terkadang pelajar bahkan pengajar yang melaksanakan kegiatan belajar mengajar tersebut terlalu terkekang oleh waktu dan peraturan yang berlaku pada tempat belajarnya. Hasil permasalahan yang penulis dapatkan pada kegiatan belajar mengajar konvensional adalah diharuskannya meluangkan waktu untuk pergi ke tempat belajar dan juga ditentukan durasi belajar mengajarnya bahkan diadakan peraturan yang terkadang membuat peserta sampai pengajar tidak nyaman dengan peraturan tersebut. Oleh karena itu penulis tertarik untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut dengan membuat sistem informasi pembelajaran (e-learning) dengan metode learner-led learning berbasis web yang dapat diakses dimanapun dan kapanpun tanpa mengeluarkan biaya dan tidak terkekang oleh waktu. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu dalam proses belajar mengajar dengan nyaman. Website ini juga menyediakan fasilitas seperti materi yang bersifat video dan artikel yang bertujuan bagi pelajar yang lebih nyaman belajar dengan video interaktif dan juga tersedia fasilitas sertifikat sebagai bukti bahwa pelajar telah berhasil dalam menyelesaikan soal dari materi yang dipelajarinya.   Kata kunci: pelajar, pembelajaran daring, pengajar, sistem pembelajaran, website   Abstract: Modern technology is growing rapidly, as a society we can feel positive things from the development of modern technology, one of which is the internet. Using the internet with positive things can facilitate community activities, such as in the field of education, one of which is teaching and learning activities. With teaching and learning activities, it can add insight and knowledge to the community, but sometimes students and even teachers who carry out teaching and learning activities are too constrained by time and the regulations that apply to the place of study. The results of the problems that the authors get in conventional teaching and learning activities are that they are required to take the time to go to the place of study and also determine the duration of teaching and learning and even make regulations that sometimes make participants until the teacher is not comfortable with these rules. Therefore, the authors are interested in solving these problems by creating a learning information system (e-learning) with a web-based learner-led learning method that can be accessed anywhere and anytime without incurring costs and not being constrained by time. This research is expected to help in the teaching and learning process comfortably. The information system is a system within an organization that meets the needs of data management, support the operation, managerial and strategic activities of an organization or agency and provide reports for a particular party to utilize the computer as a means to access the Internet network. To be able to manage data in the form of a database, it is necessary to develop a web-based information system. For that we need an information system that can facilitate the running of a sales transaction and as a promotional event, so that it is expected to increase sales at the company and compete with other companies. Public relations can be defined relations among the public, showed large public who must perform the connection, and because the public a lot, then indicate the number of relationships. PT. Starvindo Asia Utama only uses brochures as a promotional tool. The purpose of making this web program is to facilitate service sales transactions so that it is more economical, fast and easy without the need to be hindered by distance and time.
