This study aims to determine the effect of mutation and promotion of position on work motivation. The number of samples determined was 68 respondents using the Quantitative method. As an independent variable, namely work mutation and promotion while the dependent variable is work motivation. The analysis used is multiple linear analysis includes, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis using multiple linear can be seen that the mutation variable affects motivation by 1,227 (122%) and Job Promotion affects Work Motivation by 0.067 (6.7%) both of these variables affect the performance and the results of the analysis using the coefficient of determination is known that 0.962 (96.2%) Variations in work motivation can be explained by the independent variables examined in this study and 3.8% are explained by other factors beyond this discussion. And the results of hypothesis testing both partially and simultaneously that the independent variable on the dependent variable there is a significant influence using the t-test and f-test

Customer satisfaction will be formed if it can meet the customer's basic expectations. Many factors influence customer satisfaction, including service quality and price. The problem that the answer to this research is looking for is the effect of partial, simultaneous and dominant independent variables (service quality and price) on customer satisfaction. Data analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption, multiple regression analysis, multiple correlation test, coefficient of determination, F test, t test. The results of multiple linear regression obtained an equation, (Y = 2.936 + 0.098 X1 + 0.246 X2). The t-test results obtained by t count variable service quality 5.434 price 3.704 greater than t table 1.660 between independent variables partially has a significant influence on customer satisfaction. The results obtained from the F test are: F count (75,966)> F table (3,09) means that variables simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. From the regression calculation and t count value can be drawn that the most dominant influence on customer satisfaction is price. From the results of the analysis concluded that the independent variable (service quality and price) has a significant influence on customer satisfaction Cv. Cahaya Bonanza Abadi Lamongan.

This study aims to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The object of this research is the Employees of the Full River City Human Resources and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM). The number of samples in this study were 98 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The research results obtained based on the partial test (t test) obtained: (a) There is a positive and significant effect of competence on employee performance. (b) There is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on employee performance. c) There is a positive and significant influence of work discipline on employee performance. The results of the study simultaneously showed that competence, organizational culture and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And based on the coefficient of determination test (R2) the value is 0.624 or 62.4%, this shows that the percentage of the contribution of the independent variable competency, organizational culture and work discipline to the dependent variable of employee performance is 0.624 or 62.4%. While the remaining 37.6% is influenced by other variables outside this study.

This study aims to determine whether the leadership the principal influence on Teacher Performance in School MAN 1 Medan . To determine the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable we used the coefficient of determination ( R2 ) . It is also used partial test (t test) to determine whether it is still the independent variables significantly influencing variables . Filing is done at the 95% confidence level or confidence level α = 0.05 % error ( 5 % ) . The number of objects or samples of multiple linear regression. The coefficient of determination (R2) obtained at 0.082 or 8.2% indicates that the variable Leadership able to explain the variations that occur in the performance of teachers in the School of MAN 1 Medan, while the remaining 91.8% is explained by other variables not examined in this study , Based on hypothesis testing (test T) obtained tcount Leadership for smaller 0.847 leadership variables in the appeal ttabel 1.671 and 0.421 significance value greater than 0.05, then H0 is accepted and H1 is declined, thus partially leadership variable does not affect the performance of teachers in school MAN 1 Medan

This study aims to determine the effect of student conditions, skills of lecturers teachingand campus environment on student learning motivation Faculty Economics of PTS. Thedata were collected from August - September 2017. The data used were secondary datafrom questionnaires distributed to several PTS campuses in Palembang, PalembangUniversity, Tridinanti University, IBA University and Muhammadiyah University ofPalembang. There were 260 questionnaires distributed, from which the questionnairewas then tabulated, then the statistical test using SPSS obtained the following results: 1)The result of multiple linear analysis showed that all independent variables (studentcondition, teaching skill of lecturer and campus environment) had significant influence tostudent's learning motivation, student condition variable have more dominant influencethan other variable, 2) result of t test indicate that partially variable of student conditionand campus environment have significant effect to student's motivation variable, whilepartial teaching skill has no significant effect to student's learning motivation 3) F TestResult indicate that student condition variable, teaching skill of lecturer and campusenvironment simultaneously / simultaneously have an effect on student's motivationvariable, 4) Adjusted R R Test Result are showing the coefficient of determination equalto 0,307 or 30,7% variable of student condition, teaching skill of lecturer and campusenvironment influence student learning motivation.

The research will look at the impact of credit restructuring on the income of banks in Indonesia. This research was conducted with a quantitative approach, with reference to the data used is secondary data, in the form of financial reports of all banking issuers (45 issuers) which are reported and summarized on the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The results of hypothesis testing using the t test show a significance value of 0.00 <0.05 with a coefficient value of -1.260, which means that credit restructuring has a negative effect on bank income, it can be concluded that the credit restructuring variable (X) partially has a negative effect on the income variable. (Y). The higher the credit restructuring, the lower the income of banking companies listed on the IDX. The result of the coefficient of determination shows the ability of the independent variable to explain the variation of the dependent variable of 0.945 or 94.5%, which means that the effect of credit restructuring (X) on income (Y) is 94.5% and the remaining 5.5% is influenced by other variables outside of this research model.

Handika  Fikri  Pratama;  This  research  is  intended  to  know  the  influence  of  service  quality (Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy and Tangibles) either partially or simultaneously to the satisfaction of customers and to know the more dominant influence from quality service. This research used quantitative method. There were 100 samples collected using accidental sampling. Collected using questioner and documentation. Instrument test is done by validity and reliability test. Multiple linear regression and classical assumption test used as analysis test. Hypothesis test is done by F test and t test.Result of this research shows take value  of value Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy and Tangibles variable have significant influence to dependent variable (Y) simultaneously. Tangibles don’t have significant influence to variable (Y) Partially. Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy variable have significant influence to dependent variable (Y). The value of determination coefficient (R Square) 97,6% it means that the independent variable may describe the dependent variables, while the remaining 2,4% is explained by the other independent variables which are not included in the this research. Keywords : Service Quality, Customer’s Satisfactions.
