The article highlights the problematic moments associated with the fall of young children, adults, domestic and wild animals, as well as the entry of vehicles into communication collectors. Similar technical developments, their advantages and disadvantages are considered, a legal assessment of the technical purpose and the admissibility of introducing new structures into the structure of existing material objects is given. The key point of the article is the author's proposal for the implementation of the obtained utility model into the practice of servicing the system of urban underground structures.

The study of educational life in the past is a fundamental pillar that contributes to the development of educational services in general and those of the city of Fallujah in particular. This paper covers the Ottoman period through to the Iraqi Monarchy. Before the creation of the Al-Asifia School, education was largely restrucied to small teaching circles to young children in matters related religion (limited to Holy Quran Recitation and Islamic Jurisprudence. However, the period of the Iraqi monarchy witnessed the establishment of ten school, five of them preparatory and three primary, in addition to two Islamic schools.This study explores the state of education at this time and assesses the quality of the schools. The most important recommendation of this research is that fact that policymakers must calculate and evaluate the longer term advantages and disadvantages when planning to implement new educational service matrices. <p>Solar radiometers are deployed in many locations on the ground and in space. The radiometers in space are measuring the solar energy input into the Earth system per time and unit area, also known as the Total Solar Irradiance (TSI). TSI radiometers are also used to calibrate Earth Observation instruments and to measure the Total Outgoing Radiation (TOR) at the top of the atmosphere, which is a key component in the Earth Radiation Budget (ERB). Ground-based solar radiometers measure the local irradiance levels, which are used for monitoring of atmospheric properties and solar energy applications.</p><p>Traceability of the radiation measurements to SI units is crucial in all of these applications. However, calibrating and characterising a solar radiometer is a technically challenging task. Depending on the requirements for a specific application, different calibration concepts <span>can be employed in the calibration and characterization process.</span></p><p><span>We will present the currently available calibration concepts, their advantages and disadvantages, and put special focus on recent technical developments, such as the cryogenic standard radiometers for solar irradiance on the ground and in space. </span></p>

The article provides an overview of the development of case law in the field of police law over the last six years. Against the background of selected aspects such as the differentiation of the central dogmatic figure of the concept of danger and, above all, the information based interventions of the police which have been shifted further and further towards an approach of precaution, the article analyses some important decisions of the Federal Constitutional Court and critically examines some aspects of the development as well as some important clarifications. However, it cannot be overlooked that case law continues to give the legislator very detailed specifications within the framework of the principle of proportionality, which can easily end up in a petrifaction of the circumstances, especially against the background of possible technical developments and possibly increasing needs for prevention. A considered look at the advantages and disadvantages of the future use of new digital investigation tools could open up new possibilities for the legislature beyond the existing solutions.

AbstractThe development of intelligent smart grids requires new electrical monitoring solutions in order to optimize power consumption. The implementation of intelligent energy-monitors leads to new technical developments to optimize consumption using intrusive and non-intrusive techniques. This paper makes a review of the main methods used for load monitoring systems, indicating their advantages and disadvantages. The emergence of high-harmonic consumer electronics in electrical networks such as LED lighting sources implies the choice of the appropriate method and equipment for optimizing energy consumption based on energy signatures.

Untreated dental caries remains a challenge in young children and adolescents. Invasive treatments in very young children and children with special health care needs require advanced pharmacological behaviour management strategies. A minimally invasive treatment modality to arrest caries is by application of 38% Silver Diamine Fluoride (SDF). Besides its efficacy to arrest decay, SDF is favoured by its inexpensiveness. This review enlightens the evolution, historical background, mechanism of action, clinical considerations, advantages and disadvantages of Silver Diamine Fluoride.

It is proposed to use high bearing small-size pipe-concrete units in the construction of underground geotechnical structures instead of large-sized reinforced concrete units (support blocks, pylons, columns, etc.). The analysis of the methods of manufacturing pipe-concrete units, their advantages and disadvantages is conducted. The process flowchart for manufacturing pipe-concrete units with barothermal pre-stressing of a concrete mixture in a steel pipe was developed to ensure the collaboration of a steel pipe and a concrete core and increase its strength. Experimental research in barothermal treatment of a concrete mixture in a steel pipe was performed using the laboratory model of a pipe-concrete unit, which showed the efficiency of the proposed technological scheme for the production of pipe-concrete units. The lines for further research in the development of a method for determining the optimal parameters of the technological scheme for manufacturing pipe-concrete units with barothermal pre-stressing of a concrete mix are planned.

В настоящий момент система онлайн-образования принимает новые масштабы. Потребность в платформе, в которой будет гармонично сочетаться современный функционал и простота пользования, всё больше и больше увеличивается. Использование новейших технических разработок позволяет создавать электронные платформы для организации качественного онлайн-обучения. Представлен обзор платформ, а именно: «Moodle», «iSpring Learn» и «Google Calssroom». Рассматриваемые сервисы имеют большую целевую аудиторию и высокий спрос в сфере онлайн-образования. С помощью них можно осуществлять как очное, так и заочное обучение, хранение информации курса, тестов и лекций, а также производить контроль за прохождением обучения и вести отчётность. Были рассмотрены преимущества и недостатки каждого сервиса. Сравнение платформ производится по ряду характеристик, а именно: удобство интерфейса, мобильность системы (развертывание системы без привлечения специалистов), наличие встроенного редактора курса, наличие видеоконференции, доступность основного функционала, наличие дополнительного функционала, поддержка различного рода файловых расширений, гибкость системы, наличие мобильных приложений, денежные затраты при использовании платформы. Эти аспекты выступают основными при выборе платформы, так как они являются ключевыми при использовании сервисов онлайн-обучения At the moment, the online education system is taking on new dimensions. The need for a platform that will harmoniously combine modern functionality and ease of use is increasing. Creating electronic platforms using the latest technical developments allows you to organize high-quality online education. This article provides an overview of the platforms, namely: "Moodle", "iSpring Learn" and "Google Calssroom". These services have a large target audience and high demand in the field of online education. They can be used for both full-time and part-time training, storing course information, tests, and lectures, as well as monitoring training progress and maintaining reports. We considered the advantages and disadvantages of each service. We compare the platforms by a number of characteristics, namely: usability, mobility of the system (deployment system without the involvement of specialists), the presence of the built-in editor of the course, the availability of video conferencing, the availability of core functionality, additional functionality, support of various kinds of file extensions, the flexibility of the system, the availability of mobile applications, costs when using the platform. These aspects are the main ones when choosing a platform, as they are key when using online learning services

New media has brought many changes to the individuals, family and the households in general. There are many advantages and disadvantages with regard to the New Media. It is impossible to reject and hide from this new form of media. It is not only important among the peer groups but also for sharing messages and information among families and social groups, hence it is an integral part of a larger community. Most social medias offer communication through Facebook, Twitter, You Tube, linkedIn, Watsapp, and yet other applications. It is further enhanced with usage of smartphones for exchange and sharing photographs, videos and other digital materials. It also provide easy communication through editing and sharing.  Apart from this usage it has its own aggressive nature that capture the young children, who fall in to various kinds of violence. This paper is an attempt to capture the impact of New Media on children.

Based on the idea of constitutional stability developed in the constitutional doctrine, the article considers the possibilities of modern constitutional transformations focused mainly on the modernization of the configuration of public power. Based on the analysis of the provisions of the Constitution, constitutional laws and not entered into force amendments to the Constitution, adopted on 14 March 2020 and put to a nationwide vote, the author shows the main directions, the advantages and disadvantages of the ongoing constitutional reforms, given their legal assessment. The author reveals the validity and necessity of constitutional modernization in the conditions of combining and balancing public interests and the possibility of preserving constitutional stability

Purpose: modern scientific and technical developments for repairing concrete structures and lined water supply structures, including those for which patents for inventions have been obtained are considered. Some of the considered technical solutions can be attributed to innovative developments. Materials and Methods: the known methods of repairing concrete structures of water-supply structures and linings were studied as research materials, their advantages and disadvantages were noted. Particular attention is paid to technical solutions for which patents for inventions have been obtained. Results: damage repair of concrete linings of water-supply structures in the form of cracks and destruction of expansion joints is most common, since at the same time water permeability decreases, and the bearing capacity increases. Repair by surface impregnation method is carried out to strengthen the protective layer of reinforced concrete structures to a depth of 15–35 mm. Repair of local disturbances is carried out manually at a depth of destruction less than 0.1 m. Areal disturbances with an area of more than 1 m² and a destruction depth of more than 0.1 m are recommended to be repaired mechanically. Invention no. 1477877 proposes a method for repairing construction structures and facilities, which is carried out by the method of pressure injection of repair compounds, they increase the quality of repair due to the reliability of defective zones filling. Innovative methods of facing repairing include sealing damage by injecting bentonite mortar during data remote transmission from humidity sensors to a personal computer (patent no. 2612431), as well as a method of sealing the joints of facings, including an anti-filtration bundle in the form of a hollow cylinder filled with bentonite clay (patent no. 2598635). Conclusions: repair of damage to concrete water-supply linings is the most common, since the water permeability of the concrete structure decreases at the same time as the bearing capacity changes.
