The aim of the paper is to make a comparative analysis of the quality of leadership among imams and religion teachers, i.e. based on the attitudes of imams and religion teachers to conclude whether there is a difference in the frequency of application of different leadership styles. We used a method of theoretical analysis, a descriptive-analytical survey method, and a technique of survey data collection. The research instruments were a Background Data Questionnaire and a Leadership Behavior Questionnaire - Leadership Styles (Pearce & Sims, 2002). The research sample consisted of 100 imams and 100 religion teachers coming from the Zenica-Doboj Canton. Our findings showed that the leadership by imams is statistically significantly more characterized by: intimidation, reprimand, setting goals, instructions and commands, providing material and personal rewards, disagreement with the current situation and vision. On the other hand, the leadership by religion teachers is statistically significantly characterized more by: the team's functional efficiency, the qualitative efficiency of the team, efficiency of introducing changes, efficiency of organization and planning, interpersonal efficiency, efficiency evaluation, and overall efficiency. The following styles were found to be common to both imams and religion teachers: idealism, inspirational communication, intellectual stimulation, support to the reward system, encouraging independent actions, support to thinking and support to personal progress.

In the field of political science in general and in the study of international organizations in particular, leadership has been a particularly neglected concept. It has served as a kind of residual category —a handy, or bothersome, exogenous variable. Attempts that have been made, in the international organization context, to isolate leadership as an independent variable and to proceed with comparative analysis have, at best, centered on whether a particular leader followed certain maxims or strictures for good leadership or on what battery of tactics a leader may more or less successfully employ in a given context. No attempt has been made, however, to set the parameters for the relevance of various leadership maxims or to separate the quality of leadership from the specific kinds of resources and constraints that prevail in any given task environment. Thus, general comparison of leaders remains conceptually impossible.

The main focus of this research is on the self-concept and pedagogical competence of the teacher and its influence on the quality of the learning process both partially and double. The research method used is a survey method in which the authors go directly to the empirical level by distributing questionnaires to 47 teachers. The processing and analysis techniques used are linear and multiple regression. The results of the study show that: (1) There is a positive and significant influence of the teacher's self-concept on the quality of the learning process (2) There is a positive and significant influence on the teacher's pedagogical competence on the quality of the learning process. (3) There is a positive and significant effect of self-concept and pedagogical competence of teachers together on the quality of the learning process. Therefore, the authors suggest: (1) So that the teacher improves health and appearance because the results of the study show that the weakness of the teacher's self-concept is in the appearance and significance of the body. So that the teacher needs to be given enlightenment related to how to maintain health and fitness through the implementation of joint gymnastics or conducting group discussions related to the dirt to maintain a prime body. (2) To face future competition and improve the quality of education it is deemed necessary to further increase the pedagogical competence of teachers, especially those related to planning and evaluation of learning.
