The government through the Ministry of National Education has planned a Vocational Development Program, one of which is to increase the number of existing SMKs so that in 2014 it is expected that the ratio of the number of SMKs: SMAs is 67%: 33% as stated in the 2010-2014 Ministry of National Education Strategic Plan policy. The author tries to research the development of Vocational High Schools (SMK) in Pontianak City by taking real data in the field seen from the aspect of the spectrum of expertise, the fulfillment of eight national education standards and the fulfillment of Human Resources which is more devoted to the availability of teachers. From these aspects, we can later see whether the real data that the author has obtained is in accordance with the economic activities of the city of Pontianak or not. This is done as an initial writing for the benefit of further vocational development, for example to consider the type of vocational expertise to be developed. This study uses a descriptive qualitative writing approach. The instrument used in writing is in the form of an observation sheet that has been made by Dikti. This observation sheet serves to record the data that the authors found on the subject of writing including the competence of skills in the visited vocational schools, school accreditation, and teacher profiles. The data needed in this paper were obtained through observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results of the study found that vocational schools with business and management expertise dominated the vocational schools in Pontianak city. This is not in line with economic activity which is dominated by the trade, restaurant and hotel sectors which should be fully supported by vocational schools with expertise in Arts, Crafts, and Tourism.

Graduating is not only about taking compulsory education, but also fulfilling the qualifications of graduates' abilities which include attitudes, knowledge, and skills. This is in accordance with the provisions of the education system contained in Government Regulation 32 of 2013. The lack of understanding of graduate quality standards is due to minimal socialization carried out by the government and related institutions. Therefore, this community service is important in order to provide knowledge to the society, so that it can further increase its participation to help in realizing high-quality education. The implementation model is carried out through the partnership method, by involving the government of Pematang Johar Village in several stages, namely: 1) pretest; 2) socialization; and 3) posttest to measure the success rate of the program. The results show that there is an increase in knowledge for the society about the quality of graduates in accordance with national education standards and there is a better awareness that society participation is needed to help realize high-quality education.

Peatlands, with their important role, are in need of great attention, both from the government and also environmentalists. The role of corporations is really needed and is expected to be able to accelerate the improvement of the quality of peatlands, so that the benefits are maintained. Issuance of Green Bond is expected to be able to encourage the achievement of this goal. It is hoped that companies operating in and around the Peatland area will be able to create sustainable Peatland development efforts. The synergy between companies and green investors is expected to be an aspect of improving the economy, both for companies, investors and the public. Companies as publishers have an increasingly large role in maintaining the balance of peatlands. Benefits in the form of incentives from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) will also be obtained by companies that issue green bonds. Investors, especially green investors who are interested in environmental issues will have new investment alternatives. The emergence of a development program initiated by the company, of course, will also have an impact on society, in the form of the withdrawal of a number of workers, as well as the increase in other economic activities as a result of the increase in the standard of living of the community. Keywords: Green Bond, Peatland
