The article describes the advantages of the use of cloud technologies in training and theoretical researches of the scientific literature. "Cloud technology" appeared in a result of evolution of information technology over the last decade. The term "cloud technology" frequently found in scientific and technical literature. This term denotes a model of network access on-demand to a common set of configurable computing resources (network, servers, storage, applications, services) that can be quickly prepared for work; wherein the part of the user requires minimal interaction with the service provider, just having a computer device having access to the Internet. The idea of using "cloud technology" in the course of training, transfer of educational-methodical documentation, theoretical and practical exercises in the Internet is literally "in the air". Cloud computing has a great future, so all who are close to IT should master this technology

The use of information technology is an essential part of law enforcement activity. Cloud technology is widely widespread in our life. Unfortunately, it should be noted that this technology is not widespread in the activities of investigators during the pre-trial investigation of criminal offenses. Therefore, in this article the author focuses on the possibilities of using cloud technologies in law enforcement, as well as on the distinctive features of this technology. In addition, the author has conducted a study in the context of the possibility of obtaining information from the Internet using cloud technologies during pre-trial investigation of criminal offenses. Ways of obtaining information from the Internet using cloud technologies during the pre-trial investigation are studied and criminal procedural means of obtaining such information during the pre-trial investigation are identified. The problems of using cloud technology by the investigator are described in the article. The positive aspects of replacing traditional personal computers with cloud services are identified. The history of the development of cloud technologies is described. The models of cloud technologies and their importance in the activities of the investigator are analysed. The author has investigated the features of using virtual computers in Amazon Web Services during the pre-trial investigation. The possibility of using software product such as Microsoft Office 365 by the investigator is described.

An interactive Student Information system in the cloud is an one stop portal on the internet where the students can get answers to their queries and look up relevant information. The users can check their personal details, communicate with faculties and avail a ”livechat” to get their queries solved. They are also able to access relevant information regarding different activities and events including and not limited to ”attendance”, ”timetable”, ”subject list”, ”college events”, etc. Cloud technologies reduce the challenges faced by traditional systems such as costs associated with development and maintenance. The student support system is ubiquitous in nature since it is hosted in the cloud and uses the power of cloud computing to make the application secure, scalable, and fast. Along with the power of cloud computing, good User Interface/User Experience(UI/UX) is focused upon to ensure that the end-user has a great hassle-free experience. Load balancers are used to handle huge traffic the website might face. User experience principles are used in order to make the portal easy to use.

In the scenario of mass control commands requesting for network access, confined by the best-effort network service mode, it is easy to bring about resource competition and thus a phenomenon of access failure on major and urgent service request at the data access center for the Internet of Things. In this event, the dynamic diversification of control command is unable to access the necessary resources on a comparatively fair basis, causing low efficiency in heterogeneous resource utilization at the access center. This paper defines the problem of group request dynamic resource allocation and further converts it into the problem of 0-1 integer and linear programming and proposes a multistage dynamic packet access strategy. This strategy works first on dynamic group division on the users’ mass control requests using the high ability of self-organizing feature maps and then searches for the optimized matching resources based on the frog-leaping algorithm which has a better capacity for global searching for the best resources. This paper analyzes the feasibility of this strategy and its astringency. The experimental results demonstrate that the strategy can effectively improve the success rate of access to the data center for the Internet of Things and reduce network blockage and response delay.

New Media is a generic term for the many different forms of electronic communication that are made possible through the use of computer technology. New media refers to on-demand access to content anytime, anywhere, on any digital device, as well as interactive user feedback, creative participation and community formation around the media content. Another important promise of new media is the “democratization” of the creation, publishing, distribution and consumption of media content along with real-time generation of new and user created content. Cloud computing, is a style of computing where scalable and elastic IT-related capabilities are provided as shared assorted services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, DaaS). It is metered by use, to customers using internet technologies built on top of diverse technologies like virtualisation, distributed computing, utility computing, and more recently networking, web infrastructure and providing on-demand network access to a shared pool of configurable computing resources. It represents a paradigm shift in how we think about our data, the role of our computing devices and on managing computing resources. Being an emerging service technology with promising novel and valuable capabilities it attracts industrial research community with main focus on standardisation and customised implementation in every segment of society. To meet out the ever growing popularity of the inevitable new media applications and services over the Internet and the way it overpowers mobile devices, there is a strong demand for cloud integration. This paper outlines the concepts of new media cloud computing and addresses the problem of handling exponential growth of online data. It presents a novel framework for New Media Cloud Computing. A preliminary simulation of the work on the proposed architecture shows that there is increase in the quality of computations done, despite the demand of constant updating of resources in New Media environment.

The results of astronomical surveys include 1) catalogs containing anywhere from a few to many million objects, 2) data products used to generate the catalogs (e.g., images or spectra), 3) publications and 4) object based compilations of information from many sources. The ubiquitous growth in the Internet and the dramatic reduction in the cost of mass storage systems now allows instant global access to this information. Astrophysics on-line services have grown up with the Internet, and represent an invaluable resource whose access is a routine part of any research project. Unfortunately users are also faced with searching and accessing multiple sites with different content, access and response methods. There can also be inconsistencies amongst the various systems, which can involve extra effort to resolve. A network-integrated astrophysics system has long been sought because it would remove multiple user interfaces and allow much simpler integration of services. In an era of shrinking budgets, the issue is how to achieve this in a cost effective manner. This review gives an overview of the current situation and discusses the likely evolution towards a network-integrated astrophysics system.

This literature review analyzes and classifies methodological contributions that answer the different challenges faced by smart cities. This study identifies city services that require the use of artificial intelligence (AI); which they refer to as AI application areas. These areas are classified and evaluated, taking into account the five proposed domains (government, environment, urban settlements, social assistance, and economy). In this review, 168 relevant studies were identified that make methodological contributions to the development of smart cities and 66 AI application areas, along with the main challenges associated with their implementation. The review methodology was content analysis of scientific literature published between 2013 and 2020. The basic terminology of this study corresponds to AI, the internet of things, and smart cities. In total, 196 references were used. Finally, the methodologies that propose optimization frameworks and analytical frameworks, the type of conceptual research, the literature published in 2018, the urban settlement macro-categories, and the group city monitoring–smart electric grid, make the greater contributions.
