Language is a jewel in the human body. If it is not available, no phenomenon can compensate for its absence. Every human with a language is known as a skillful person. If language is downfallen, almost all human beings’ relations are damaged. Language, like all other phenomena of human culture, is closely linked to a human community, an event that occurs in a community, taking its own steps towards perfection in that community. Language is the only source of communication among the people. In fact, it is a source of reflection of the aspirations and desires of the people and a great tool for finding ways to meet their needs. In the process of research, I have clarified what language means, what it is called. As a result of the research, it has also become clear what is its value in social life, what is its importance. Language functions were also highlighted during the research. Some important factors and characteristics that lead to the development of a language are highlighted in details. If the speakers of any language take advantage of the mentioned ways to develop their language, to contrive for it to conclude all the mentioned possibilities and factors in their language, I am sure that their language will be taken place among the advanced languages.

Culture is the values that constitute the unity of life, thought and belief that a society creates in the historical and social development process. These values, which determine the lifestyle of a nation, people and society, have been passed down from generation to generation. The unique life models, art, morality, laws and order of the society determine the culture of that society and shape the daily lives of the people who make up the society. When the social structure and life of different nations are examined, it is noteworthy that the cultures differ significantly and diverge from each other. While human beings adapt to all kinds of changes with the instinct of survival, they consciously or unconsciously keep pace with their social life in order to continue their social life within the changing cultural structure. Fikret Mualla, a Turkish painter, was born in 1903, until his mid-thirties naturally lived and produced works by being influenced by Turkish culture and society. Although he went abroad for a short time many times during this period, he went to Paris in 1939 and lived there for twenty-six years. During this long period, his art, like himself, was influenced by the culture he lived in, and he reflected the daily life in Paris and artistic expression forms on his works. Cafes, circuses and streets in Paris have become the main subject of the artist's works. To analyze the effects of contemporary life in the context of cultural change through artists and works of art; It is aimed to contribute to the relevant literature by examining the changes brought by the French culture and life in Fikret Mualla's works. In addition, it is aimed to examine how the cultural difference affects the works of the artist in question in terms of subject and technique. Qualitative research methods and techniques were used in the study in which general scanning model was used. Keywords: Culture, Turkish Art, Fikret Mualla

The article is an attempt to answer the question about the importance of populism in contemporary reflection on security in its broadest sense. The author of these analyses tries to find the reasons for the growing populist trend, which occurs not only in the political dimension, but permeates almost all social life. In the context of such a goal, the connection between populism and ideology and nihilism is shown. As a consequence of the methodological principles adopted, two types of populism were distinguished: ideological and nihilistic. Ideological populism is characterized by a high degree of indeterminacy and makes far-reaching simplifications and generalisations. In this perspective, the enemies of the people are both newcomers, strangers, immigrants, as well as sexual, ethnic and other minorities.Nihilist populism is more depressing. It is based on the recognition of fragmentation as a basic indicator of values. The individual, detached from the wider background, is in a way the programme of populism understood in this way. A simple consequence of nihilistic populism is the uprooting of the individual, which results in consumerist attitudes. In this sense, one can say that nihilistic populism is aimed at justifying consumptionism, i.e. it provides an ideological foundation for the carefree use of material goods.

The teachings of Hinduism have three basic frameworks, namely tattwa (philosophy), susila (ethics) and events (ritual). The moral aspect is very important in social life because humans cannot live alone. The teaching of morality teaches the ethics of behaving as a living human being with various differences to realize a harmonious relationship with fellow human beings. This article is an echotheological study of the basis of Israel's election and agreement as God's people in relation to the ownership of the Land of Canaan. Israel as a nation and chosen people certainly have a duty as a blessing to others. This study departs from the meaning of the agreement affirmed on Mount Sinai, namely that God wants Israel to live in loyalty and always care for social life. The agreement was subsequently implemented in the form of the giving of the land of Canaan as another symbol. The promised land management is not only for the benefit of the people of Israel, but also must have a social dimension for the poor, oppressed, and marginalized, this is the ethical basis of Israel's life as God's people. Land must be cultivated as a source of God's peace (syalom) for all His creatures, because only in this way can they breathe in the covenant with the Divine, God the Almighty. Furthermore, at the end of this paper it will be concluded that human beings as God's representatives do not mean acting according to their own desires, because humans must always remember that everything will be accounted for back to God.Abstrak: Artikel ini adalah sebuah kajian ekoteologis mengenai dasar pemilihan dan perjanjian Israel sebagai umat Allah dalam hubungannya dengan kepemilikan Tanah Kanaan.
