This study aims to observe closely the implementation of the Smart Indonesia Program at an elementary school in Lhokseumawe city and the obstacles encountered in its implementation. A qualitative descriptive was employed to obtain data through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results revealed that the assistance provided to students is very useful, even though only in the amount of Rp. 450,000, but it can ease the strain on parents, which is used to meet student needs. The Smart Indonesia Program is expected to be sustained so that students can continue their studies to higher levels of education. However, the obstacle faced is that the supervision from the local government (stakeholder) has not been effective. Some students cannot afford to have not been registered as recipients of the Smart Indonesia Card even though the school operator has submitted it through the Dapodik application. As a result, some parents of students complained to the school regarding this case.

This study aims to develop learning comic media that valid good environment and bad environment toward natural sciences learning in environment theme for class III elementary school.. Data collection instrument consicts of interview sheet, questionnaire on teacher needs, quesionnaire on student needs,  quesionnaire on professional media valid, quesionnaire on material expert, quesionnaire teacher responses and quesionnaire students responses. Result from this study showed that data analysis, professional media valid and learning material expert indicate assessment of comic media with average of value professional media I is 91,67% and professional media II is 85%  while result material expert I is 91,67% and maerial expert II is 85%. From that average result indicate that media is reasonable and valid for used to be learning media.

Nur Aida, 2021. Implementation of teacher skills in varying social studies learning through online learning at Inpres Layang Elementary School, Makassar City. Supervised by Nursalam and Rosleny Babo. This research includes qualitative descriptive research. This study aims to determine the skills of teachers in varying IPS through online learning. The results of the study showed that the implementation of teacher skills in varying social studies learning at Inpres Layang Elementary School Makassar, namely a) Variation skills in teaching styles, b) Skills to open and close lessons, c) Skills to explain, d) Skills to ask, e) Skills to provide reinforcement, and f) Class management skills. 2. The results of the interview on the implementation of Teacher Skills in Social Studies Learning through online learning at Inpres Layang Elementary School, Makassar City a) The reaction of students who do not understand online learning, students are very bored because sometimes they do not listen b) Students do not like social studies in online learning by reason of the network less clear and intermittent voice, c) The method used is the lecture method, and the assignment method, and uses the powerpoint media. d) Students like the lecture and assignment method. e) The efforts taken by the teacher in overcoming the difficulties of learning social studies in online learning by reading a lot, students must be trained to be able to listen to learning and arrange the best possible schedule. f) Factors that cause difficulties in online learning, namely students' internal factors, and technical and external factors. g) make use of technology in learning using more via zoom. 3. The resources of Customary Forest play an important role for Talang Mamak Indigenous People to survive. The exploitation of the forest by private company and investor has caused a violent conflict. The situation of the indigenous people becomes worsen since local government does not fully protect their rights on the forest.  Even, Local government tends to defend private company and investor in addressing the conflict. Customary forest of Talang Mamak indigenous people is in the oligarchs grip and conflict of interest with their elder. The Indigenous people are in crossroad, to preserve or to release their heritage and right. This study aims to determine the efforts of Talang Mamak Indigenous People to maintain their existence in the customary forest resources battle with private company and investor. This study used qualitative descriptive method. The data collection were documentation analysis and other relevant literature. This study used Theory of Oligarchy (Winters 2011) as grounded theory. The result found that the efforts of the indigenous people to fight for their rights getting weak. Some of them begin to accept compensation from the company and investor, in other word, some of them are willing to release their heritage and right on the forest.

Literature and character education are two things that can not be separated. Literature as a reflection of the life of the community generally teaches the reader to be able to understand the wisdom of the displayed story. Literature can be used as a medium of learning, especially in the process of internalization of the value of character education to learners. The value of character education in the literary work is expected to be followed by the students. Currently, Indonesia is experiencing moral degradation. The need for moral cultivation to the learners aims to create human beings who are virtuous in the future. Each subject has the right to internalize character education to learners. So in the Indonesian language, the process of characterization of character education can be done when learning on literary materials. This study aims to describe the value of character education in Solopos children's stories. this research is included in qualitative descriptive research. The results of this study concluded that in the story Solopos child, there is a value of character education that can be taught to learners, especially at the elementary school level. The results showed that this child's story can be used as a reference for teachers, as a medium to internalize character education at the elementary school level. Sastra dan pendidikan karakter merupakan dua hal yang tidak dapat dipisahkan. Sastra sebagai cerminan kehidupan masyarakat, umumnya mengajarkan kepada pembaca untuk dapat memahami hikmah dari cerita yang ditampilkan. Sastra dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran, terutama dalam proses penginternalisasian nilai pendidikan karakter kepada peserta didik. Nilai pendidikan karakter dalam karya sastra tersebut diharapkan dapat diteladani oleh peserta didik. Saat ini Indonesia sedang mengalami degradasi moral. Perlunya penanaman moral kepada peserta didik bertujuan untuk menciptakan manusia yang berbudi pekerti di masa depan. Setiap mata pelajaran memiliki hak untuk menginternalisasikan pendidikan karakter kepada peserta didik. Maka dalam bahasa Indonesia, proses penginternalisasian pendidikan karakter dapat dilakukan ketika pembelajaran pada materi kesastraan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan nilai pendidikan karakter dalam cerita anak Solopos. penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian diskrptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa dalam cerita anak Solopos, terdapat nilai pendidikan karakter yang dapat diajarkan kepada peserta didik terutama pada jenjang sekolah dasar. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa cerita anak ini dapat digunakan sebagai rujukkan bagi guru, sebagai media untuk menginternalisasikan pendidikan karakter pada jenjang sekolah dasar.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of smart governance and the strengthening of city resources in order to support Smart Governance in the city of Balikpapan. This research adopts qualitative descriptive method using interview and observation techniques, and data were then analyzed. Results found that the application of smart governance in the city of Balikpapan was not yet well implemented so it was necessary to strengthen local government resources that include institutions, budgets, and IT (information technology) tools, in the dimensions of local government, and increase community participation and community use for the application in the community dimension.

<p><em>This study was a qualitative descriptive study design which aims to find out the analysis results of the implementation of Jerome S. Bruner's learning theory in learning concept of addition count operations of whole numbers in the first grade of elementary school. Jerome S. Bruner's learning theory is one of the learning theories that emphasizes the learning process using mental, namely the individual who learns to experience what he is learning for himself, so that the process can be recorded in his mind by his own way. The stages of Bruner's learning theory are: (1) the enactive stage, (2) the iconic stage, and (3) the symbolic stage. Data collection techniques in this study used student worksheets, observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the process of applying Jerome S. Bruner's learning theory can have a good effect and increase students' understanding and learning ability in learning addition count operations of whole numbers in the first grade of 1 Mekarsari Elementary School.</em></p>

Literacy is one way to build and develop children's thinking skills that are important for students. However, students' literacy habits are still low. Therefore, schools as one of the three educational centers should implement a literacy culture to improve children's thinking skills. This study aims to examine information about the application of literacy culture in schools and to apply literacy using children's stories for students. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a survey method. The subjects of this study were elementary school students. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results showed that literacy activities in schools had been implemented with literacy fifteen minutes before the lesson started and used every corner of the school as a reading corner, while the implementation of literacy using storybooks was done by inviting students to read books with various story titles. Based on these results, it can be concluded that elementary schools already have a good literacy program and the application of literacy using storybooks can invite students to retell the story content and the moral values of the story. This research implies that schools should optimize their role as one of the three educational centers to build and develop literacy habits for elementary school students.

Sasaran uji coba terbatas adalah siswa kelas IV SDN Karangrena 02, Desa Karangrena, Kecamatan Maos, Kabupaten Cilacap, Provinsi Jawa Tengah, dan sasaran ujicoba luas adalah siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Slarang 02, SD Negeri Slarang 04, Desa Slarang, Kecamatan Kesugihan, dan SD Negeri Karangrena 02 Desa Karangrena, Kecamatan Maos, Kabupaten Cilacap, Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perangkat pembelajaran terpadu model networked terintegrasi place-based education di sekolah dasar sangat layak dan dapat digunakan di sekolah dasar serta dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa melalui proses pembelajaran yang berkualitas.  Kata kunci: Perangkat pembelajaran, pembelajaran terpadu model networked, place-based education, sekolah dasar.

This research is a qualitative study aimed to describe the teacher's perception of pop-up book media when applied to the material building space in the V grade elementary school. The research method of using qualitative descriptive with the research data source is the teacher of grade V in elementary school Tanjungsari, namely VA and VB. The data collection techniques used are online interviews through the WhatsApp app. Data analysis techniques using the technical of Miles and Huberman are data reduction, data presentation, and withdrawal of conclusions. The result of this study raises positive perceptions of class V teachers. The Media pop-up book is interesting to apply to material solid figure in class V, seeing students who are always interested in new things, because this media has not been used, so that the media pop-up book is very good to be applied in class V, in order to support the creativity of students, so that students will be happy and think critically in the process of learning math material solid figure.

This study aims to develop learning media in the form of videos called "Al-Mutho" videos on Haalatul Hadiiqoh material in third-grade students of elementary school. This is qualitative descriptive research and type of case study that aims to determine students' perceptions in using ‘Al-Mutho” videos. The results showed that students felt happier and eager to learn vocabulary (mufrodat) by using the video "Al-Mutho." Also, students are also able to remember ten new vocabulary words that are taught in one time face to face. This can be seen from the ability of students to answer the questions given quickly and precisely. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the video "Al-Mutho" can be used as an alternative media for mufrodat learning in Arabic for elementary schools.
