The accreditation system is a form of assessment (evaluation) of the quality and feasibility of higher education institutions or study programs carried out by independent organizations or bodies outside universities. The assessment is used as a quality benchmark for all study programs and higher education institutions, both from public and private universities that organize professional and academic programs. The better the value of accreditation will have an impact on the views of outsiders regarding the quality of the study program and higher education institution. However, the collection of data and information as well as filling out forms in the informatics study program still have many obstacles, such as the large number of data used as assessment criteria that requires a lot of time and effort. And also continuously accreditation that keeps repeating every few years is one of the problems faced in storing the accreditation data. Therefore, we need an information system that is able to integrate the entire contents of the supporting data so that during the evaluation process information is obtained about what parts are lacking and have met the standards. From the research that has been done, the results show that the system can run as expected so that researchers expect the use of this accreditation system to provide an overview of the accreditation value of study programs, and study program managers can take action to prepare and improve accreditation status so that they can get the highest score.

One of quality assessment and the feasibility of higher education institutions and courses is accreditation. To achieve the desired accreditation value, universities and study programs must adjust the internal conditions in accordance with the standards given by the National Accreditation Board of Higher Education (BAN-PT). In most courses, all the data are scattered on different physical information systems and documents so that it takes more time and effort to integrate it into judgment. So required a system that is able to automatically retrieve and display the evaluation results with more efficient time and effort. One form of visualization that can meet it is by using a dashboard system that can integrate the entire contents of the supporting data so that when the evaluation process will get information about what parts are lacking or that already meet the standards. Keywords: Information System, Accreditation Form

The method that researchers use is exploratory with a qualitative approach. The research subjects were 27 KPI IAIM Sinjai students out of 54 active students with the object of research being students' motivation and perceptions in choosing study programs. From the results of the study, it was explained that students chose the KPI study program because they were motivated to strengthen and develop their communication skills and the desire to pursue several professions, namely becoming practitioners and academics of da'wah and communication. As for the perception of KPI students related to the study program they have chosen, it is a study program whose alumni are needed by public and private agencies and are in great demand but not yet widely known among the public, especially in Sinjai so that the opportunities for developing study programs are very large by conducting a lot of socialization, strengthening the competence of graduates and increase the value of accreditation.

Quality assurance efforts at higher education institutions today are largely determined by the value of accreditation obtained, both in the study program and higher education institutions. Of course various obstacles are faced for the implementation of accreditation. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the level of difficulty of the study program at Unimed in carrying out the development of an accreditation-based quality assurance program. The method used to achieve the objectives of the research is through a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the level of difficulty of the study program in Unimed in meeting the accreditation standards can be seen from the low acquisition scores in standards 4, 5 and 7 in the study program accreditation forms. The low value obtained from the standard-accreditation standards is influenced by the development of lecturers' resources in each study program to improve scientific publications in accredited national journals and / or reputable international journals, and the participation of the lecturers is a speaker at scientific forums such as national seminars and seminars international.

Internationalization of higher education in Albania although an emerging necessity is still in very low figures not only as a connection between institutions but even as mobility between students. This paper sheds lights on internationalization at the regional and at the global level. It analyzes how the globalization and European integration processes are affecting public and private higher education institutions in Albania, their study programs and universities internal management structures. Firstly, it examines the overall changes in the Albanian HE sector since the beginning of 1990s. Then it explores the differences in internationalization between public and private universities and the ultimate changes on the Albanian labor market. My main thesis is that Albanian HE institutions increasingly need to put more efforts to internationalize their internal management structures and to put in practice international study programs. The paper analyzes more the advantages of the international study programs and the difficulties in a development country like Albania to implement them. The paper is based on the case study of the European University of Tirana and explores the difficulties of the faculties of this university to find financial support for international programs, research and travelling abroad, to develop courses with one international perspective, support for its students to study abroad, support to students from other countries and on other indicators such as grants, contracts and linkages in international areas. However the paper deals also with the academic requirements the issue of quality of universities in general. At the end the paper makes a prognosis of some strategies and gives some recommendations how to integrate the Albanian higher education institutions at a regional or global level.

The purpose of this study is to recognize the share of self-generated sources of financing for activities of public higher education institutions as part of their general stream of financing. Therefore, the key question that will be answered in this study is: how is the structure of financing sources of a studied institution of higher education formed? In the theoretical section, findings were based on the results of literature research. In turn, in the empirical part, findings were based on the results of a case study supported by observation in a multi-field participating university. The entity's financial statements were also used. On the basis of the research results, the structure of financing sources for the studied public institution of higher education was determined, indicating the possibility of using the entity's financial reporting for this purpose. It was noticed, based on the classification of the sources of financial supply indicated in the literature, that they are heterogeneous – drawn from both the public and private sectors. An increase in the share of funds supplied from the private sector was also revealed. In turn, private sources mainly came from fees related to the teaching process. Private sources also included those from commercialization of research results. The research presented in the study has provided new knowledge about the structure of the financing sources of a public education of higher institution in the context of current conditions for its functioning. In particular, the research helps supplement the existing scarcity of knowledge about the share of self-generated financing for a public higher education institution in the general financing stream of its activities.

This research has a singular and notable importance, because if something should concern a Higher Education Institution, it is knowing what is the destiny within society of the human resource trained in its classrooms, that product that the institution delivers to the community who are its graduates and professionals. For the Institutions of Higher Education it is satisfactory on the part of employers, that the training received in the Institution of Higher Education is indicated, that the majority of graduates and professionals are incorporated into the occupational market; that is to say; some exercise their profession and others do it in occupations that do not correspond to their profession, which is justified, being aware that one of the great problems of the contemporary world is undoubtedly the lack of demand for human resources for stable work, which according to Authorized and reliable studies of every 10 people who join the economically active population, only 3 have real possibilities of fully joining the labor market, either in the private or public sector.

The Latvian language as a foreign language (LATS) is learned both in Latvia and abroad. It can be done in higher education institutions, as well as in different courses and self-directed learning. Outside Latvia, there are many countries and higher education institutions where it is possible to acquire LATS. In some higher education institutions, the Latvian language has been taught since the beginning of the 20th century. The oldest LATS teaching traditions are in North America, Germany, Sweden, Lithuania and Australia. In some universities, such as Stockholm University, Masaryk University, Saint Petersburg State University, etc., academically strong study programs in Baltic Studies were established. Over time, study programs have been closed for various reasons, at most leaving the Latvian language as an optional course. At some universities, the Latvian language course has been discontinued. Although in some higher education institutions outside Latvia LATS could be acquired starting from the beginning of the 20th century, the most significant interest in the Latvian language was after the restoration of independence of the Republic of Latvia. Then many higher education institutions in Europe established Latvian language and culture study programs. This interest was related to the geopolitical situation. People tried to get to know the post-Soviet countries through the language. When Latvia joined the European Union, interest in the Latvian language decreased in Europe. Nowadays, interest in the Latvian language has increased in Asia, especially in China. In Asia, it is possible to acquire the Latvian language in China and Japan. There are established different Latvian language bachelor programs in universities of China while in Japan the Latvian language is taught for somebody interested in Latvian culture and traditions more than in the Latvian language.
