The paper deals with mathematical concepts formation at students on the basis of bilingual education. It describes the results of experimental work, including the questioning of students and teachers, aimed at identifying preferences of native or the Russian language as the language of instruction, screening efforts to identify the level of mathematical language learning at pupils of 5-6 classes on the basis of the two languages. As a result of psycho-pedagogical and educational materials and dissertations analysis the author describes peculiarities of bilingual educational process aimed at mathematical concepts formation in educational institutions of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). This process takes place in stages and is implemented through the combined action. The author concludes that the primary means of performing steps corresponding to the steps of mathematical concepts formation can be bilingual didactic complex, aimed at concepts formation and pupils mathematical speech development. The findings of the study can be used as the basis for designing a technique of mathematical concepts formation in terms of bilingualism, for educational materials creation, as well as used by school teachers with native language training.

The article is devoted to the study of the effectiveness of training graduates of medical universities when a trained student is included in the educational process, able to fulfill the role of a mentor. All over the world, the number of students is increasing in medical universities every year, but there is no equivalent increase in the teaching staff. One of the potential methods of overcoming the above problems is the use of trained mentors from among peer students. This method was used when students practiced practical skills in a simulation center in anticipation of primary accreditation. The purpose of the study is to optimize the preparation of students for a practical exam in a simulation environment with the help of a student mentor. Of the 468 students of the medical faculty of the North-Western State Medical University named after I.I. Mechnikov, studying in the VI year, was chosen by their colleague, who was trained at the center of simulation technology. A sample of 100 graduates was randomly generated, which were randomized into two groups of 50 people each (the main group in which the training was conducted with the participation of a mentor student and a control group trained under the guidance of teachers from one of the university departments). The most difficult for students was the station simulating the provision of emergency medical care (EMF). The evaluation checklist for checking the quality of the tasks at this station includes 233 points that must be implemented when providing EMF in 13 different situations requiring this type of medical care. To improve the quality of mastering practical skills, a training scheme was developed that allows you to learn the algorithm of actions when providing EMF. A basic assessment of students knowledge and skills revealed a low level of knowledge of diagnostic techniques and emergency assistance. Using the developed training scheme with the help of a student mentor has significantly increased the level of knowledge and practical skills in the provision of EMF. The quality of training in the main group did not significantly differ in most of the assessed parameters from the control group in which classes were held with the teacher. Statistical analysis of the data was performed using the SPSS 20.0 program (SPSS Inc., Chicago, IL, USA).

This article discusses the widespread use by countries of environmental innovations and new technologies, which will soon bring serious economic and social changes to the life of all mankind. The need for radical changes in methods and means of environmental protection, which reduce the technological impact on the biosphere of the earth, and contributing to the preservation of human health, is shown. Under the conditions of technoglobalism, the development of environmental innovations brings serious economic and social changes to the life of all mankind, the transition of national economies to a system of qualitatively safe energy and environmental development. This is due to the fact that the planning and implementation of the material progress of society often does not take into account the ecological foundations of the coexistence of society and the environment. The modern concept of quality of life covers all aspects of the interaction between man and the environment, and ecology is becoming a priority for the development of innovative economies in developed countries. In this context, Kazakhstan intends to continue to work to stimulate and encourage innovation and investment in the environmentally friendly production of goods and services, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and apply climate-resilient technologies.

In modern fast-paced world, changes are also taking place in the education system. A search is constantly being made for new forms, means, technologies for presenting information in order to increase the volume and improve the quality of assimilation of educational information by school students. Given the current informational oversaturation, there is a need for certain conditions to be presented to educational information, consisting in the supply of knowledge to students in a visually imaginative way by folding information. This is what visualization technology does. We consider the formation of visualization technology in a historical perspective and the ideas about this technology from different scientists. We also consider the features of teaching school students the visual arts based on visualization technology. We describe the process of translating visually obtained information into a visual series. The visualization technology used in the educational process at the lessons of visual art allows you to reach and engage all students, including “visuals”, “audiles” and “kinestics”. The scheme of organization and assimilation of knowledge in the process of visualization is given, taking into account the main features of human memory. We provide recommendations for teachers who want to master and apply visualization technology in their educational activities.
