PT. Zaps Technology is a company engaged in technology and information by producing application products with the name Dokter Tunggu (Doku). The application was created to eliminate queues that often occur in Healthcare and Social Security Agency patient services at level I Hospitals and Health Facilities. Place of company at Bekasi Jawa Barat, The location is said to be chosen because Bekasi is one of the supporting areas for the capital city and has a variety of complete business facilities. This company's strategy is to create innovations in Healthcare and Social Security Agency patient services where the application made has various features that are able to eliminate queues. The application has an online referral menu on the application so that Hospitals, Level I Facilities and Healthcare and Social Security Agency patients are easier to take advantage of BPJS services. The waiting doctor application will display real time conditions at the referral hospital so that BPJS users can monitor the condition of BPJS services at the destination Hospital. Background – Health facilities and hospitals are government facilities in serving the community in the health sector, BPJS is one of the media used by the government in carrying out these services. PT. Zaps Teknologi is a company engaged in technology and information with the product of Dokter Tunggu (DOKU). This application was created to improve BPJS services in Hospitals and Health Facilities. The application has innovations in BPJS services where this application has features that are able to accommodate BPJS services. Online referrals, real time conditions from the Referral Hospital are some of the features embedded in this application, besides that in the next few years PT. Zaps Teknologi will improve services by adding features to this application. The addition of features requires detailed financial analysis and precise investment calculations Method - Investment analysis using NPV, ROI, PP and IRR. The purpose of this study is to know the legal protection received by labors who work in a company that is not a member of Workers Social Security Agency (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan) viewed from Law Number 24 of 2011 on BPJS. This is a jurnal empirical study. The study was conducted at the office of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Pangkalpinang, Social Services and Employment of Pangkalpinang City, KSPSI of Bangka Belitung Province. To gather the data, interviews and observation wer conducted along with library research. To analyze the data, qualitative method with interactive model was employed. The result shows that membership of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan is BPJS’ preventive step to give legal protection. Law number 24 of 2011 has firmly stipulated that sanctions will be given to employers who fail to register and pay dues for their employees. The administrative sanction takes from of written admonition, fines of IDR 1.000.000.000,00

When COVID-19 was declared a pandemic, there was concern that TB and HIV services in Zimbabwe would be severely affected. We set up real-time monthly surveillance of TB and HIV activities in 10 health facilities in Harare to capture trends in TB case detection, TB treatment outcomes and HIV testing and use these data to facilitate corrective action. Aggregate data were collected monthly during the COVID-19 period (March 2020–February 2021) using EpiCollect5 and compared with monthly data extracted for the pre-COVID-19 period (March 2019–February 2020). Monthly reports were sent to program directors. During the COVID-19 period, there was a decrease in persons with presumptive pulmonary TB (40.6%), in patients registered for TB treatment (33.7%) and in individuals tested for HIV (62.8%). The HIV testing decline improved in the second 6 months of the COVID-19 period. However, TB case finding deteriorated further, associated with expiry of diagnostic reagents. During the COVID-19 period, TB treatment success decreased from 80.9 to 69.3%, and referral of HIV-positive persons to antiretroviral therapy decreased from 95.7 to 91.7%. Declining trends in TB and HIV case detection and TB treatment outcomes were not fully redressed despite real-time monthly surveillance. More support is needed to transform this useful information into action.

Social security provides protection for workers in the socio-economic risks that befall workers in carrying out their work in the form of work accidents, illness, old age, or death. This thesis discusses the implementation of Law Number 24 of 2011 concerning the Social Security Administration at PT. Horiko Abadi, Buleleng Regency. Based on the description above, this study aims to determine the application of Law Number 24 of 2011 concerning the Social Security Administration at PT. Horiko Abadi, Buleleng Regency 2 legal sanctions against the company in the event of a violation of the provisions of the social security program. The research method used is the empirical juridical method. The location of this research was conducted at PT. Horiko Abadi, Buleleng Regency, a company engaged in the breeding of shellfish and pearl cultivation. Based on the research results, PT. Horiko Abadi has implemented social security protection for all permanent employees in the company in accordance with the provisions of Law Number 24 of 2011 concerning Social Security Administering Bodies, and sanctions for companies that have not implemented the provisions of Law Number 24 of 2011 Regarding the Social Security Administering Body, it is still in the guidance or warning stage until the company concerned can carry out the provisions of the legislation.

Public institutions, such as the South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) increasingly function in multi-project environments to translate strategies successfully into service-delivery initiatives. However, this ‘projectification’ often causes projects to be designed and executed haphazardly. This can lead to budget and schedule overruns, and the general wastage of an organisation’s resources. Project failures often occur where organisations do not ensure that specific projects are aligned with their core strategies. The purpose of this article is to combine the theories and principles of organisation, management, strategic management, and project management in an effort to pinpoint core determinants that can help establish the extent to which an organisation manages the alignment of its strategic projects. In the present study, the author applied the principles of interdisciplinarity, systems thinking, and organisational integration. The combined core determinants that were uncovered were then used in an empirical investigation of SASSA. The purpose of this investigation is to identify particular challenges the organisation faces in aligning their strategies and projects successfully. Thereafter, a number of recommendations follow to address these challenges.

Due to the pandemic caused by Covid-19, daily life has changed significantly. For this reason, biosecurity measures have been implemented to prevent the spread of the virus as an effective way to reactivate economic activities. In this sense, the present paper focuses on real-time face detection as a measure of control at the entrance to an entity, thus avoiding the spread of the virus while recognizing the identity of workers despite the use of masks and thus reducing the risk of entry of individuals outside the organization. Therefore, the objective is to contribute to the security of a company through the application of machine learning methodology. The selection of methodology is justified due to the adaptation of the same according to the interests of this project. Consequently, algorithms were used in a progressive manner, obtaining as a result the control system that was intended, since each particularity of the face of the individual was recognized in relation to its corresponding identification. Finally, the results of this article benefit the security of organizations regardless of their field or sector. Percentage of clinical and insurance diagnosis differences at Semarang City Public Hospital tended to increase. If this condition remained, it would lead to upcoding (fraud). The aim of this study was to explain a process of clinical and insurance diagnosis at a hospital in the implementation of Healthcare and Social Security Agency (Health BPJS). This was a qualitative study. Main informants consisted of doctors at an emergency room, surgeons, and internists. Informants for triangulation purpose consisted of a Hospital Director, a hospital verifier, and a head of Medical Record Unit. Data were analysed using content analysis.The results of this research showed that there were any differences in clinical and insurance diagnosis at Semarang City Public Hospital. The cause of these differences was due to differences in diagnosis and medical treatment between medical service standard of doctors at the hospital and a standard of INA-CBGs. To prevent the differences of clinical and insurance diagnosis, the Semarang City Public Hospital had formed an internal verifier team of the hospital and a Clinical Micro System team. A medical committee had a role to minimise the occurrence of upcoding by multiplying kinds of Clinical Pathway as a reference for doctors in diagnosing and determining kinds of treatments for patients.The differences of clinical and insurance diagnosis must be equated to prevent the occurrence of upcoding and disadvantage of the hospital. Efforts to prevent these differences are by adding officers, training coding, making and multiplying algorithm of clinical pathway, forming a team of Clinical Micro System, and monitoring and evaluating medical services.

Objective. The boarding of patients in Emergency Department (ED) hallways when no inpatient beds are available is a major cause of ED crowding. One solution is to board admitted patients in an inpatient rather than ED hallway. We surveyed patients to determine their preference and correlated their responses to real-time National Emergency Department Overcrowding Score (NEDOCS).Methods. This was a survey of admitted patients in the ED of an urban university level I trauma center serving a community of 5 million about their personal preferences regarding boarding. Real-time NEDOCS was calculated at the time each survey was conducted.Results. 99 total surveys were completed during October 2010, 42 (42%) patients preferred to be boarded in an inpatient hallway, 33 (33%) preferred the ED hallway, and 24 (24%) had no preference. Mean (±SD) NEDOCS (range 0–200) was for patients preferring inpatient boarding, for ED boarding, and without preference. Male patients preferred inpatient hallway boarding significantly more than females. Preference for inpatient boarding was associated with a significantly higher NEDOCS.Conclusions. In this survey study, patients prefer inpatient hallway boarding when the hospital is at or above capacity. Males prefer inpatient hallway boarding more than females. The preference for inpatient hallway boarding increases as the ED becomes more crowded.
