The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of the skills and abilities of Goddes Bakery Bali employees and their compliance with all applicable regulations in the company. There are some employees who work in the production department often experience errors with the lack of knowledge and skills of employees, so many breads are rejected which results in a lack of efficiency in raw materials, employees are often absent for no reason even though the company has carried out daily briefings before and after doing work. This will clearly affect the performance of employees and also the performance of the company. Based on this, it is deemed necessary to examine the effect of competence and discipline on employee performance. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires which were used as research instruments. Sampling was carried out using the saturated sample method or the census method, with 34 respondents. Respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Goodes Bakery Bali. Which means, the higher the employee's work discipline, the employee's performance will increase. Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Goodes Bakery Bali. Which means, the higher the competence of employees, the performance of employees will increase. Keywords: Performance, Discipline, Competence.

This purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership, motivation and discipline on employee performance. The independent variables were leadership (X1), motivation (X1) and discipline (X3). The dependent variable was employee performance (Y). This was explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The study was conducted at PT Surabaya Marine with employees. Data analysis was carried out through multiple linear regression analysis with the F test and t test. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of regional levies and regional taxes simultaneously and partially on the value of local revenue in Badung Regency in the period 2008-2018. The sample of this research is Regional Retribution data, Local Tax and Local Revenue data in Badung Regency for the period 2008-2018. The sampling technique used is the saturated sample method, namely the method of determining the sample with the entire population used as research samples. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that regional levies, and regional taxes simultaneously or partially had a significant effect on the Original Local Revenues in Badung Regency. These results give the sense that, increasing revenue from taxes and levies will lead to an increase in local revenue that will be received by the government of Badung Regency. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, motivation, and Cultural Organizationon the performance of Employees in the Tax Office Primary Watampone. Based on the results of data analysis and hypothesistesting showed that the results of this study indicate that the variable F test consisting ofLeadership, Motivation and Cultural Organization simultaneously significant positive effecton the performance of employees in the Tax Office Primary Watampone.T significant testresults (t test) for Leadership and motivation variable partially shows a significant positiveeffect on employee performance and Cultural Organization adversely affect the performanceof employees in the Tax Office Primary Watampone. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work experience, motivation and competence on employee performance at Mee Macau Surabaya. This type of research is quantitative with secondary data. The sample in this study were 40 employees at Mee Macau Surabaya. The sampling technique used a population sample / saturated sample. The method of collecting data using a questionnaire. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a significant influence between work experience, motivation and competence on employee performance both partially and simultaneously. And the calculation of F is known that Fcount = 51.784> F table 2.87 with a significance of 0.000 <alpha 0.05. Partially it is known that the variables work experience, motivation and competence have a significant effect on employee performance. After the t test (partial) work experience variable (X1) has t count 2.246> t table 2.02108 and from the motivation variable (x2) t count = 12.342> 2.02108 and from the competency variable (X3) t count = 2.058> t table 2,0218.

The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of professionalism, independence and auditor training on auditor performance. The location of this research is at the Public Accountant Office (KAP) in Bali Province in 2018 and has been registered with the Indonesian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (IAPI). The method of determining the sample used in this study is the saturated sample method. The method of data collection in this study is the questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis shows that professionalism, independence and auditor training have a positive effect on auditor performance. This research is expected to provide more in-depth information and understanding, and it is hoped that the auditor can uphold the professionalism and independence when conducting audits, so that the auditor's performance will be good. This purpose of this study is to analyzed the impact of Self Ability, Compensation, and Self Efficacy on Employee Performance. This study uses quantitative methods. The population and sample are 85 respondents from all employees of Rizqy Jaya Mulia company Sidoarjo. Sources of data in this research using primary data obtained directly from respondents employees by google form. Data analysis technique used in this research were Multiple Linear Regression Analysis to know the effect of Self ability, compensation and self-Efficacy on employees performance, and for proved the hypothesis used F-test and t-test. The results of analysis show that Self Ability, compensation and self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance as partially and simultaneously. This implies that if the company wants to improve employee performance, it needs to optimize Self Ability, Compensation, and Self Efficacy by paying attention to the performance of employees and giving an award to their skills and work performance. if the company wants to improve employee performance, it is necessary to optimize Self Ability, Compensation, and Self Efficacy by paying attention to the performance of employees and providing an award for their skills and work performance.

AbstrakTujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak motivasi kerja, beban kerja, dan komitmen organsiasional terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sampel yang digunakan sama dengan jumlah yang ada pada populasi sebanyak 31 pegawai dengan menggunakan teknik sampling total (sensus). Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang diberikan langsung kepada responden.Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dan analisis koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja, beban kerja, dan komitmen organisasional memberikan dampak positif terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan.Kata kunci: Motivasi, Beban Kerja, Organisasional, Kinerja Pegawai  AbstractThe purpose of this research is to determine the impact of work motivation, workload, and organizational commitment on employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of the clarity of budget targets, reporting systems, and community participation in the accountability of village fund management in Seririt District, Buleleng Regency. The study sample was 20 villages in Seririt District with 80 respondents. The method of determining the sample uses the saturated sample method and data collection using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of this study indicate that the clarity of budget targets, reporting systems, and community participation has a positive effect on the accountability of village fund management. This shows that the better the clarity of budget targets, reporting systems, and community participation, the better accountability of village fund management in Seririt District, Buleleng Regency. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and Discipline Work either simultaneously or partially on the Performance of BPJS Health Office Employee Branch Palu. The independent variables used in this study are compensation and Work Discipline. While the dependent variable is Performance. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method. The type of research conducted is replication research. The sample was 36 respondents with sampling technique of saturated sample method. Data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis method using spss 21. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously compensation and Work Discipline have a significant effect on Employee Performance Office BPJS Health Branch Palu. And partially compensation and work discipline have a significant effect on the performance of employees BPJS Branch Office Health Palu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan disiplin kerjabaik secara simultan maupun parsialterhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kantor BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Palu. Variabel independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kompensasi dan disiplin kerja. Sedangkan variabel dependen adalah kinerja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptifkuantitatif. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian replikasi. Sampel berjumlah 36 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah metode sampel jenuh. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan spss 21. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan kompensasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kantor BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Palu.Dan secara parsial kompensasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Palu.

The phenomenon that occurs the company is faced with the problem of employees how to make employees, to be able to work by showing good performance. One of the factors that affect employee performance is work discipline, besides that, another factor that can affect employee performance is organizational commitment. The purpose of this study was to determine the respondents' responses and the effect of discipline, organizational commitment on employee performance at Azo Florist Cianjur either simultaneously or partially. This research method is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis. The number of samples is 50 employees and using a saturated sample. The results showed that employees' responses to discipline were not good, organizational commitment was not good and responses to performance were not good, then simultaneously discipline and organizational commitment contributed or influenced employee performance by 65.5% and the remaining 34.5% was contributions from other variables not included in the model proposed in this study. While the influence of the coefficient of determination partially, it is known that the effect of discipline on employee performance is 12.0%. Meanwhile, organizational commitment has a more dominant influence on employee performance by 53.5%.
