This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, motivation, and Cultural Organizationon the performance of Employees in the Tax Office Primary Watampone. The sample usedin this study were 50 people with saturated sample method. This research method usingmultiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis and hypothesistesting showed that the results of this study indicate that the variable F test consisting ofLeadership, Motivation and Cultural Organization simultaneously significant positive effecton the performance of employees in the Tax Office Primary Watampone.T significant testresults (t test) for Leadership and motivation variable partially shows a significant positiveeffect on employee performance and Cultural Organization adversely affect the performanceof employees in the Tax Office Primary Watampone. Results determinant coefficient (R2)has the meaning that leadership, motivation and organizational culture as an independentvariable able to explain the performance of an employee as the dependent variable and hasa very strong and positive relationship, while the rest is explained by other factors that arenot included in this study

This purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership, motivation and discipline on employee performance. The independent variables were leadership (X1), motivation (X1) and discipline (X3). The dependent variable was employee performance (Y). This was explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The study was conducted at PT Surabaya Marine with employees. Data analysis was carried out through multiple linear regression analysis with the F test and t test. The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of the skills and abilities of Goddes Bakery Bali employees and their compliance with all applicable regulations in the company. There are some employees who work in the production department often experience errors with the lack of knowledge and skills of employees, so many breads are rejected which results in a lack of efficiency in raw materials, employees are often absent for no reason even though the company has carried out daily briefings before and after doing work. This will clearly affect the performance of employees and also the performance of the company. Based on this, it is deemed necessary to examine the effect of competence and discipline on employee performance. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires which were used as research instruments. Sampling was carried out using the saturated sample method or the census method, with 34 respondents. Respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Goodes Bakery Bali. Which means, the higher the employee's work discipline, the employee's performance will increase. Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Goodes Bakery Bali. Which means, the higher the competence of employees, the performance of employees will increase. Keywords: Performance, Discipline, Competence.

This research is performed using census research method. In this research , the population is all employees of 32 people in the Regional Inspectorate of Padangsidimpuan. The data analysis technique used is descriptive and quantitative analysis. The results show that employees in the Office of the Regional Inspectorate of Padangsidimpuan have direct monitoring by a category quite good. It can also be seen from the quality, quantity, use of worktime and employee cooperationFrom the research that has been conducted at the Regional Inspectorate of Padangsidimpuan, there is a positive relationship between direct monitoring with the employee 's performance. The results of single regression analysis also shows a positive influence of the variable direct monitoring to the employee performance . If an increase in direct monitoring, the employee 's performance will increase as well. It can be concluded that the direct monitoring contributes to employee performance variables in the Regional Inspectorate Padangsidimpuan of 99.36 %.

This research aims to know the influence of Knowledge Management onemployee performance on PT. Anzon Toyota Pontianak and to find out where Knowledge Management indicators that are most influential on employee performance. This research uses the IBM SPSS statistics application. The population in this research are the employee of PT. Anzon Toyota Pontianak. The sample used 40 respondents with using the saturated sample. Technique of data analysis in this research used simple linear regression analysis. Results of the study show that there is influence between variable Knowledge Management which consists of three indicators, namely Personal Knowledge, Job Procedure, and technology on employee performance with determinant of coefficients is 0.256. Data analysis showed that the Personal Knowledge is the indicators with the most biggest influence compared to other indicators.

This research is aimed to test the influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance of packaging section PT. Astra Honda Motor Parts Center. The research method used is Explanatory Analysis approach that is explain the causalistic relationship between variables, then test instrument data, and data analysis by using linear regression analysis, correlation and coefficient of determination. Test the hypothesis (Test F). The results showed that the motivation, work discipline and employee performance of packaging section PT. Astra Honda Motor Parts Center can be said good. Motivation and work discipline give a significant effect to the increase of employees performance simultaneously that is equal to 58,1%. Conclusion collectively there is influence of motivation and work discipline variable to employee performance of packaging section PT. Astra Honda Motor Parts Center

This study entitled "The Effect of Compensation on Employee Achievement at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk Rantau Prapat". The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of giving compensation to employee performance at PT.Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk Rantau Prapat. The data used in this study is primary data with the research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population used is 48 employees at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk Rantau Prapat, using a saturated sample of 48 respondents. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression analysis with the regression equation Y = 10,271 + 693 + e. The results obtained in this study showed an R2 value of 59.8% and a t-test of 8.270 so it can be concluded that the provision of compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee achievement at PT.Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk Rantau Prapat, the remaining 40.2% is influenced by other factors.

The phenomenon that occurs the company is faced with the problem of employees how to make employees, to be able to work by showing good performance. One of the factors that affect employee performance is work discipline, besides that, another factor that can affect employee performance is organizational commitment. The purpose of this study was to determine the respondents' responses and the effect of discipline, organizational commitment on employee performance at Azo Florist Cianjur either simultaneously or partially. This research method is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis. The number of samples is 50 employees and using a saturated sample. The results showed that employees' responses to discipline were not good, organizational commitment was not good and responses to performance were not good, then simultaneously discipline and organizational commitment contributed or influenced employee performance by 65.5% and the remaining 34.5% was contributions from other variables not included in the model proposed in this study. While the influence of the coefficient of determination partially, it is known that the effect of discipline on employee performance is 12.0%. Meanwhile, organizational commitment has a more dominant influence on employee performance by 53.5%.

The purpose of this study was to determine how the relationship and influence of leadership and motivation to employees performance at PT. Astra Honda Motor. The research method was used with Explanatory Analysis approach that explains the causality relationship between variables. Sampling technique was using saturated sample, all members of the population were sampled. From this research result was found there is a relationship and influence which is significant between the variables of leadership motivation to employee performance at PT. Astra Honda Motor among variables by using the test F, where F count larger than F table (32.173 > 3.158). Conclusion: There is a significant effect that can be explained by the result obtained from the R-square is 0530, which means that the variables of leadership and motivation are giving contribution of 53.0% to the variable of employees performance at PT. Astra Honda Motor, while the remaining 47.0% was contributed by other variables which not researched. Suggestions which the author convey to company, leadership which was contained in the company would need to be more increased, considers motivation of employees was good enough.

Organizational commitment is a level or awareness of a person to recognize the extent of an organization and is bound to its goals so as to accelerate the organization to achieve its objectives. Competence is knowledge, skills, and abilities that are mastered by someone who has become a part of him, so he can do cognitive, affective, and psychomotor behaviors as well as possible. Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by someone in carrying out their functions in accordance with the responsibilities given to him.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of commitment and competence on employee performance at PT. BPR Duta Bali. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study was 40 employees. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of the study state that the commitment variable has a positive effect on employee performance. Competency variables do not affect employee performance. Commitment and competency variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

This study aims to analyze the effect of tax sanctions, tax socialization, tax system, and tax avoidance on the barriers to the tax collection. This research method was quantitative. The population in this study are all individual taxpayers who do free work in Jember Regency. By accidental sampling, the samples are fifty respondents of Individual Taxpayers who do free work. Data collection using a questionnaire, and the data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that tax sanctions, tax system, tax avoidance had a significant effect on the obstacles to tax collection, while tax socialization has no significant effect on barriers to tax collection. Since the tax socialization had no impact, fiscus should use the strategy to avoid the barriers of tax collection by using account representative assistance in active counseling to the taxpayer.
