The study of art disciplines has its specific features and, in some ways, differs from other educational subjects. Choreographic disciplines are closely related to pedagogy and psychology and form an integral part of the development of the future leader of the amateur choreographic team, teacher of choreographic disciplines, choreographer, dancer. The study explores the problem of development of didactic fundamentals at teaching choreographic disciplines by means of which not only skill of future teachers, but also performing skill of dancers develops. The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of pedagogical foundations on the process of teaching choreographic disciplines and creative choreographic work on the development of adolescents. According to the results of the study, different approaches to the problem of becoming the future leader of an amateur choreographic group, a teacher of choreographic disciplines, a choreographer, an artist of a dance ensemble are described. The study covered the essence of pedagogical fundamentals of methods of teaching choreographic disciplines that motivate students to professional self-improvement; the study also argued the need for the development of internal motivation for professional growth in future teachers of choreography. Studying the influence of creative choreographic work on the development of adolescents' personality, the results of empirical research on the relevance of the needs of students of the Professional College of Culture and Arts (city of Kalush) in professional self-improvement, motives of professional self-improvement, and analysis of professional competence. The practical significance of this study lies in the research of the fundamentals of pedagogical methods of choreographic disciplines to further improve this process, as well as to improve the skills of teachers

The article deals with topical issues of professional training of future teachers. The essence of the concepts of «self-development» and «self-improvement» was revealed, the significance of pedagogical practice as a factor of professional self-development and self-improvement of the future teacher was substantiated. It was revealed that effective preparation of participants in the educational process in educational institutions is possible due to the strengthening of the practical orientation of students' training. That is, pedagogical practice is the initial stage in the system of professional training, the first part of the practical mastering of the pedagogical profession. It promotes the deepening and systematization of knowledge gained by students in the process of studying specialized disciplines, as well as the development of information competence of future professionals. Pedagogical practice provides a combination of theoretical training of students with their practical pedagogical activity in the conditions of educational institutions of different types and promotes the formation of a creative attitude towards future professional activities, deepening and systematization of the knowledge gained by students in the process of theoretical training; self-development and self-improvement of future teachers. In this period, the foundations of professional activity of future specialists are laid, professional qualities are formed, the ability to self-development, self-realization and interest in the future profession are revealed.It is established that proper organization of pedagogical practice contributes to professional growth of the future teachers, development of abilities, allows to create external and internal conditions for self-development of the student. В цей період закладаються основи професійної діяльності майбутніх фахівців, формуються професійні якості, розкривається здібність до саморозвитку, самореалізації та інтерес до майбутньої професії.Встановлено, що правильна організація педагогічної практики сприяє професійному росту майбутніх педагогів, розвитку здібностей, дозволяє створити зовнішні та внутрішні умови для саморозвитку студентів. The article reveals the essence and structure of the acmeological experiment and presents the results of empirical research related to the readiness state demonstrated by the future managers of educational institutions for self-projecting and further self-realization. In the process of empirical research, the author’s questionnaire was developed to determine the degree of education manager’s readiness for self-projecting; the respondents of the control and experimental groups were selected; the respondents were questioned; the results of the experiment were processed; the organizational and methodological recommendations aimed at facilitating the development of the readiness of the future education managers for self-projecting were elaborated basing on the experiment results. In order to develop the readiness of managers of educational institutions for self-projecting, a special course «Self-projecting as a way to develop the professional competence of educational managers» has been elaborated, which has been tested in the educational process aimed at training Master course students who obtain their education according to the educational and professional program «Management of an educational institution». This special course was tested during the acmeological experiment. The formation of the abilities to use the self-projecting mechanism for developing the professional competence of an education manager as well as to fulfil the individual plan aimed at developing the professional competence of an education manager in the form of an individual trajectory of self-development and self-improvement are the main results got after mastering the special course. The results of the acmeological experiment showed a significant improvement in the readiness state for self-projecting demonstrated by the future managers of educational institutions who represented the experimental group. Based on the conducted experimental research, the organizational and methodological recommendations aimed at facilitating the development of the readiness of the future education managers for professional self-projecting and self-realization have been elaborated. Введение. Важнейшей задачей современного образования является обеспечение возможностей для личностного и профессионального роста и для осуществления самореализации. Изложены основные подходы к изучению понятия «самореализация». Приводятся результаты анкетирования будущих учителей русского языка. Выявлены представления будущих учителей русского языка в отношении их профессиональной самореализации. Материалы и методы. Исследование было проведено на основе анализа теоретических источников по проблеме самореализации и результатов анкетирования студентов филологического факультета. Авторская анкета состояла из трех вопросов открытого типа и четырех вопросов закрытого типа. Результаты и обсуждение. Проанализированы различные подходы к пониманию названных понятий и обоснована собственная позиция по этому вопросу. По результатам анкетирования установлено, что 15 % студентов третьего курса и 55 % студентов четвертого курса уверены, что профессиональная самореализация подразумевает постоянное совершенствование в выбранной профессии и потребность в совершенствовании. Охарактеризованы потребности, возникающие у будущих учителей русского языка в ходе педагогической практики, которая является ключевым звеном между теоретическим обучением будущих учителей русского языка и их самостоятельной работой в образовательном учреждении. Заключение. Самоактуализация понимается автором как тенденция к самореализации. А самореализация – как процесс развития личности, предполагающий активную содеятельность с другими людьми, приложение собственных усилий. Выявлено, что критической точкой в становлении будущего учителя русского языка является педагогическая практика. До практики основными трудностями у студентов являются неуверенность в себе и нехватка знаний в области методических дисциплин. Это можно скорректировать опытом работы в качестве учителя. После педагогической практики основанными барьерами самореализации для студентов становятся отсутствие свободного времени у учителей русского языка и высокая интенсивность работы. Это заставляет будущих учителей русского языка сомневаться в правильности выбора сферы своей дальнейшей профессиональной деятельности. Поднимается вопрос о психолого-педагогическом сопровождении студентов во время практики.Introduction. The most important task of modern education is to provide opportunities for personal and professional growth and for the implementation of self-realization. The main approaches to the study of the concept of selfrealization are outlined. The results of a survey of future teachers of the Russian language are presented. The ideas of future teachers of the Russian language in relation to their professional self-realization are revealed. Material and methods. The study was conducted on the basis of the analysis of theoretical sources on the problem of self-realization and the results of a survey of students of the philological faculty. The author’s questionnaire consisted of 3 open-ended questions and 4 closed-ended questions. Results and discussion. Various approaches to understanding these concepts are analyzed and their own position on this issue is substantiated. According to the results of the survey, it was found that 15% of 3-year students and 55% of 4-year students are sure that professional self-realization implies continuous improvement in the chosen profession and the need for improvement. The needs arising for future teachers of the Russian language during pedagogical practice, which is a key link between the theoretical training of future teachers of the Russian language and their independent work in an educational institution, are characterized. Conclusion. Self-actualization is understood as a tendency to self-realization. And self-realization is a process of personality development, involving active cooperation with other people, the application of one’s own efforts. It is revealed that the pedagogical practice is a critical point in the formation of the future teacher of the Russian language. Before practice, the main difficulties for students are self-doubt and lack of knowledge in the field of methodological disciplines. After teaching practice, the lack of free time among teachers of the Russian language and the high intensity of work become the basic barriers for self-realization for students. This makes future teachers of the Russian language doubt their further professional activities. The question arises of the psychological and pedagogical support of students during practice.

Introduction. The vector of development of the education system, the choice of its contents, quality and results of training, style and spirit of the relationship of its participants, degree of their informative activity, intellectual and cultural growth are firstly caused by valuable attitudes of participants of the educational process. A teacher is a bearer of values. One of the main functions of the teacher is the education of the younger generation, the introduction of the person to moral ethics and universal values. In this regard, training of future teachers has to include the purposeful formation of the system of the internal, emotionally experienced values which will help them to cope with the complex of socio-cultural problems in the future professional activity.The aim of the paper is to present the research findings on the conceptual model of the dialogue space of education as the basis for the development of the future teacher axiosphere which corresponds to current ideological, social, economic, technological and other progressive civilization trends.Methodology and research methods. In the course of the research, fundamental ideas of the following scientific approaches were applied: humanistic approach – free and creative development of an individual; dialogical approach – pluralism of opinions and a variety of positions of subjects of education; axiological approach – attitude of the individual to the world around him/her, to other people and to himself / herself; activity approach – specific activity of the individual, aimed at appropriation of social experience by the person, change of the surrounding world and selfhood. To design and organize the model of the dialogue space, the methods of analysis, synthesis and generalization of the theory and practice were used.Results and scientific novelty. The authors presented the strategic guidelines of the interactive environment education: the development of social cooperation, using the pedagogical peaceful potential, the development of interpersonal and intergroup relations, organizing children spiritual and moral education as a national priority. The teacher value system was revealed empirically and described. It was found out that a modern teacher should responsibly perform the professional duties of a mentor, tutor and facilitator of the educational process. The authors clarified the concept of “axiological sphere” of the teacher. The teacher axiological sphere is considered as a complex of personal, professional-pedagogical and socio-cultural values. These values have separable functions. Firstly, they determine the content and nature of the educational activity. Secondly, they regulate the interaction of the participants of the educational activity. Thirdly, they stimulate personal self-expression of the members of that activity. Fourthly, they directly influence the efficiency and effectiveness of education.The conceptual model of dialogue space of education as a formation zone for the teacher’s axiosphere was designed on the basis of the theoretic-methodological, philosophical, psychological and pedagogical concepts of the leading scholars’ writings. The resources of this space were identified; its structural components were presented and proved. The implementation of the components mentioned above can create a special context for the humanitarian training of a future teacher; will give an opportunity of interactive development of students’ common cultural, communicative and special competencies; will increase students’ motivation to pedagogical activity, the search of new ideas for training, innovations and professional self-education. The authors demonstrated the value orientations typology and tactics of their acquisition by students at the dialogue level.Practical significance. The presented materials can be used in practice of the higher pedagogical education to improve the quality of graduates’ training through enrichment of their personality axiological sphere. The model for the formation of the future teachers’ value system in dialogue educational space will allow providing conditions for individualization of routes of their training taking into account different approaches to the organization of activity of education participants and features of their self-development.

The article is devoted to the problem of the educational environment of higher educational establishments as the factor of forming the future foreing languages teachers’ conflict competence. In this article, the essence of the following notions has been analyzed: educational environment in higher educational establishments, teaching environment, educational space. The notions of «educational space» and «teaching environment» have been given detailed description; the notion of «educational environment» is regarded in contemporary scientific literature from the point of view of institutional approach (social environment) and substantial approach (personal environment). The author of the article notes that the educational environment of a higher educational establishment is viewed as the system of different impacts and conditions for creating personality with the help of modern technologies and educational content. Also it is regarded as complex phenomenon of requirements and modes of behavior which are used for professional and personal growth of future teachers. The author claims that the notions of «educational environment» and «educational space» are closely connected: an educational space is defined as a special sphere of sociocultural practices that includes educational environment as the total of social and educational conditions which influence the personality of a student and its future professional orientation. While analyzing the structure of educational environment the author examined its components taking into consideration the peculiarities of professional growth of the future teachers of foreign languages: resourse-technological, intrapersonal, strategic-technological, sociocultural and communicative. These structural elements of analyzed phenomenon have been given detailed observation. It is also noted that the investigation of the structure of educational environment is interconnected with the topic under consideration – the formation of conflict competence of the future foreign languages teachers. The prospects for further exploration are seen by the author in highlighting a strategic line for the formation of the future foreign languages teachers’ conflictual competence with the application of certain pedagogical technologies in the educational environment of higher education institutions.

The society's need for competitive specialists capable of solving urgent issues requires focusing efforts on solving the most pressing problems in education in today's pandemic conditions. The psychological and pedagogical literature has repeatedly emphasized the need for self-improvement as a component of self-education of a person in general and a teacher in particular. One of the most important factors in the success of further professional activity is the formation of students' readiness for professional self-improvement. The issues of training future teachers remain topical, because both the intellectual, moral and spiritual development of children and youth, the socio-economic well-being of the country depend on their activities. Since the attention of specialists is focused on the personal potential of a person, the urgent is the problem of the formation of future teachers' readiness for self-improvement in the process of individualization of professional training pedagogical science. For this, the methods of theoretical research of profile sources were used, and also theoretical and ascertaining experiments were carried out. It is proved that the training of a future teacher  should be focused on the personality, the recognition of a person as the highest value in society, and providing conditions for personal self-improvement of the future teacher is one of the priority areas in the educational process of the university

The article discusses the problem of self-actualization of a personality in its professional activity and achieving the peak of its personal development. Based on the analysis of various psychological theories and concepts it is shown that achieving of “acme” by a personality is based on the desire to grow and develop professionally or on its desire for self-actualization. Self-actualization can be better seen during the periods of professional crisis, which activate the processes of professional self-determination of a personality. One of the types of crisis is the transition from the level of normative requirements to the level of professional competence. Judging by the example of results of some investigations it is proved that there are differences in attitude to profession and desire to grow and develop professionally in people with working experience under and over 5 years, which can be conditioned by the crisis mentioned above. The applied aspect of the problem under study can be realized in counseling practices of psychological services connected with professional growth, by HR professionals, with the aim of promotion and professional growth of employees, and in development of programs for development and harmonization of internal and external conditions for self-actualization of a person. The article is devoted to the problem of formation and development of competitiveness among teachers of higher education institutions. If the content and structure of professional competitiveness, defined by state standards, are formed without taking into account the personal qualities of the learning subject, its interests, abilities and are not determined by the professionalism of the teacher, it is impossible to lay the foundations of competitiveness and develop the ability to compete. The genesis of different approaches to the concept of competitiveness of the modern educator has been analyzed, in particular, in modern researches it is emphasized on: – managerial, psychological and pedagogical aspect of competitiveness. The process of forming the competitiveness of a teacher of a higher education institution, which includes its components, is outlined: = levels of development: a motivational and holistic component; emotional-volitional component; evaluation and adjustment component; = conditions of formation: the need to find such forms of work of the teacher, which would ensure the continuity of the process of his professional growth, development and introduction of multidimensional models of the organization of professional development, introduction of new educational technologies, participation in innovative activity; = development of a complex of properties of his personality necessary for a high level of professional activity. The activity of the teacher is characterized by pedagogical expediency by orientation, individually creative character in content and organization, choice of means; = ways of formation: a certain amount of knowledge, abilities, skills and continuous improvement of the state of theoretical, psychological-pedagogical, methodological and technological preparation; motives for professional self-improvement; the desire for selfrealization and self-affirmation of personality; professional growth; expanding horizons; increasing the level of development of all types of competences; the presence of cognitive interest; creating a positive image among students and colleagues; upgrading the qualification category during certification; receiving awards; raising personal rankings at different levels of subordination; improving professional competence; raising the level of organization of the educational process.
