This research intends to figure the antecedents of Green Management and its implementation in manufacturing sector companies in UAE. The study also intends to explore the relationship between the implementation of green management and sustainable performance as measured by complied scale of social, economic and environmental performance. Quantitative research methods are used and the necessary data are collected from 134 companies by using google form survey sent to participants. Statistical Package of Social Sciences (SPSS) Version 22 is used to analyze the data. The findings of this research reveal that managers’ environmental knowledge and managers’ green product awareness were positively and significantly associated with green management and that green management was also positively and significantly associated with sustainable performance.

This study intends to find out the mediating effect of organisational culture on the relationship between information system and sustainable performance of manufacturing sector in UAE. This study used AMOS-SEM software to develop mediation model that linking the mediating relationships between Information System, Organisational Culture and Sustainable operation Performance. Data was collected through questionnaire survey among the operation staff of Abu Dhabi manufacturing companies. A total 250 questionnaires were distributed however 205 were returned and only 200 are valid which indicates a response rate of 80%. The analysis found that TPS has positive but not significant effect to SP; OIS has positive but not significant effect to SP; FMW has a positive and significant effect on SP; SDS has a negative and not significant effect to SP and SP has positive but not significant effect OC. For the path relationship between the four exogenous variables (TPS, OIS, SDS, and FMW) and the mediator variable (OC), the results are TPS has positive and significant effect to OC; OIS has positive but not significant effect to OC; FMW has positive and significant effect to OC and SDS has positive and not significant effect to OC. Collectively, the five exogenous constructs (TPS, OIS, SDS, FMW and OC) explained 89% variation in operational performance and 86% of the variation in organisational culture. However, for a mediator, it was found that OC has no significant mediating effect on the relationship between TPS and SP; OC has no significant mediating effect on the relationship between OIS and SP; OC has no significant mediating effect on the relationship between SDS and SP and OC has no significant mediating effect on the relationship between FMW and SP. it can be concluded that there is a positive relationship between information system dimensions and operational performance. However organizational culture has no contributing any mediating effect to the relationship. These findings have contributed to the body of knowledge and could be shared among the UAE manufacturing practitioners.

The aim of this study was to compare the relationship between physical education and sports high school students' positive thinking skill levels and attitudes of learning in terms of gender and years of doing sports. The study is a descriptive method, one of the quantitative research methods. The study group consisted of 280 (age: 20.98 ± 1.390) university students from School of Physical Education and Sports in Ordu university. As a result, it was concluded that the students' positive thinking skills were at a high level, and the nature of learning, anxiety, expectation, and openness to learning sub-dimensions of the attitude tolearning scale were at high levels. It was concluded that there is a statistically significant and positive relationship between the nature of learning, Expectation, and openness to learning, and positive thinking skill from sub-dimensions of the attitude to learning scale, but there is a negatively significant relationship between anxiety and positive thinking skills

Instagram is one of the most popular social media for the public. One difference between Instagram and other social media, is that instamam is more likely to be used to find information and share information with users than to interact directly with fellow users. The purpose of this study is to find out and explain the motives and active user satisfaction in using Instagram social media and find out the relationship between the motives and satisfaction of Instagram social media usage. This study uses use and gratification theory which assumes that individuals have certain goals in using media. The method used in this research is quantitative research methods. The data collection tool is the questionnaire has been validated. The research sample was 70 people. The sampling technique is simple random sampling. The statistic test that the researchers used was the Partial Correlation Test (Pearson Product Moment). Data is processed using SPSS version 20. The results of this study indicate users want to get information and knowledge that is happening at the present time. Information satisfaction becomes the most obtained by Instagram social media users. Overall Instagram social media has given satisfaction to users and there is a significant relationship between motives and satisfaction.

This study aims to examine the relationship of sustainable innovation strategy and financial performance through the mediation environmental performance. The hypothesis in this study is sustainable innovation strategy affect the financial performance which is mediated by environmental performance. This study is quantitative research in the explanatory level. The population of this study is all the manufacturer companies in East Java. The data is collected through questionnaire. The unit of analysis is a business unit. The respondent of this study is the manager of a business unit manufacturing company in East Java. The results showed that the environmental performance mediates partially the relation between sustainable innovation strategy and financial performance.<br /><br />

This study aims to look at the correlation between Critical Discourse Analysis and Free Essays of Class IV MIN 2 Sleman Yogyakarta students. This research uses quantitative research methods. The researcher distributed questionnaires to all grade 4 students because the papulation class did not reach 100 students, so the researchers chose all students to be sampled in this study. Therefore, the population in this study is also a research sample to collect quantitative data. The result of simple correlation analysis obtained the correlation between Critical Discourse Analysis with Free Essay Writing Skills is 0.295. This shows that there is a fairly strong relationship between Critical Discourse Analysis with Essay Writing Skills. While the direction of the relationship is positive because the value of r is positive, it means that the higher the Critical Discourse Analysis, the more the students write essay writing skills.

Research purposes This study aims to determine the effect of go-pay promotion on the decisions of users of online transportation applications within the scope of the University of Pamulang. The research method used is quantitative research methods. The population in this study were students of the 7th semester of the Pamulang University management study program. The sample in this study were 200 respondents in the population. The analytical method used is quantitative analysis. Partially Go-pay promotion variable (x) has a tcount of 11.966 > ttable 1.65259 with a significant value of 0.00, it can be concluded that Go-pay promotion has a positive and significant effect on user decisions. Based on the test results the coefficient of determination (R square) shows the number 0.420 which means that the relationship between Go-pay promotion and user decision is 42%, while the remaining 58% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Promotion has a positive and significant effect on Go-pay users' decisions to use online transportation at Pamulang University. This means that the higher and more varied the promotions offered by the company, the greater the chance for users to decide to use online transportation services, especially at Pamulang University. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi Go-pay terhadap keputusan pengguna aplikasi transportasi online di ruang lingkup Universitas Pamulang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa/mahasiswi semester 7 prodi manajemen Universitas Pamulang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 200 responden yang terdapat dalam populasi. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif. Secara parsial promosi Go-pay (x) memiliki thitung sebesar 11,966y > ttabel 1,65259 dengan nilai signifikan 0,00 maka dapat disimpulkan promosi Go-pay berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pengguna. Berdasarkan hasil uji koefisien determinasi (R square) menunjukkan angka 0,420 artinya hubungan promosi Go-pay dengan keputusan pengguna sebesar 42%, sedangkan sisanya 58% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Promosi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pengguna Go-pay dalam menggunakan trasnportasi online di Universitas Pamulang. Artinya semakin tinggi dan semakin bervariasi promosi yang ditawarkan oleh pihak perusahaan, maka semakin besar peluang pengguna memutuskan untuk menggunakan jasa transportasi online khususnya di Universitas Pamulang. Various studies have been conducted among different countries to determine the relationship of ICT on productivity and employment, but the results vary among industries and firms. This research aims to examine the impact of ICT on the service sector productivity and employment in the Philippines through quantitative research methods. Findings on the relationship between ICT and Productivity show that all the independent variables have a linear relationship on the dependent variable while the findings on the relationship of ICT and Employment, only Labor Force Participation Rate shows a nonlinear relationship to the dependent variable. The researchers ought to impart knowledge about the opportunities and threats brought by ICT, which may guide the policymakers who formulate policies regarding the advancements brought by ICT.

This study aims to examine the extent of work discipline, compensation in mendeterminasi employee performance with work motivation as intervening variables at PT Cahaya Pulau Pura in Batam City, using quantitative research methods with data analysis techniques with path analysis of employees as many as 160 reponden made a sample of a population of 268 employees, whose data were tested using SPSS 21 software tools. The results of the study were; Work discipline has a significant influence on work motivation with the coefficient of direct effect of work discipline on work motivation is 0,513. Compensation has no significant effect on work motivation with coefficient of direct effect of compensation on work motivation is 0,015. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with coefficient of direct effect of work discipline on employee performance is 0,249. Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance with coefficient of direct effect of compensation on employee performance is 0,159. Motivation of work has a significant effect on employee performance with coefficient of direct influence of work motivation on employee performance is 0,559. Coefficient of indirect effect> direct effect (0.2867> 0.249). So that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance through work motivation. Or it could be concluded that the motivation of work as an intervening variable in mediating the relationship of work discipline to the performance of employees. Coefficient of indirect effect> direct influence (0,1674> 0,159). So that compensation has a significant effect on employee performance through work motivation. Or it could be concluded that the motivation of work as an intervening variable in mediating the compensation relationship on employee performance.
