The purpose of this study was to examine the social implementation of teachers in increasing student motivation at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Balang-Balang, Gowa Regency. This research is qualitative because this type of research does not only want to collect data in terms of quality, to gain a deeper understanding. The study uses purposive sampling as well as a purposeful sample. The purpose of the sample is to take the subject based on the existence of that purpose. The sources of data in this study are the Head of Madrasah, Teachers, Student totaling 641 people. The population of this study amounted to 641 people, the authors used 10% of the total population, namely 64 students. Further data collection by observation, interviews. Qualitative data analysis techniques according to Matthew Milles consist of three streams of activities that occur simultaneously, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and verification or drawing conclusions. Results showed that the competence implementation factor encountered by the students' enthusiasm did not understand the teacher's wishes which resulted in their motivation to study being mediocre. Furthermore, the increase in teacher motivation also often carries out remedial and enrichment, because students often miss lessons so that special guidance is needed in this case.

Abstract: This research is led by the current Covid-19 pandemic situation, which has resulted in changes in the education system so that it requires students to study at home or use an online learning system. Many students use the Ruangguru online tutoring application to help them understand the subject matter at school. This study aims to describe (1) the form of sentence, (2) types of illocutionary speech acts, (3) the function of illocutionary speech acts, and (4) teacher’s speech act strategies. The type of research in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques in this study are listening techniques and note-taking techniques. Data analysis techniques in this study include data reduction, data presentation, and inference. The findings revealed 1) the sentence form are declarative, interrogative, and imperative, 2) the types of illocutionary speech acts are assertive, directive, expressive, and commissive, 3) the function of illocutionary speech acts is in the form of notifying, claiming, stating, speculating, concluding, showing, demanding, mentioning, opposing, ordering, inviting, asking, advising, congratulating, complaining, greeting, apologizing, and promising, 4) the speech act strategies found are direct speech act strategies and indirect. Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh situasi pandemi Covid-19 saat ini yang mengakibatkan perubahan sistem pendidikan sehingga mengharuskan siswa untuk belajar di rumah atau menggunakan sistem pembelajaran daring. Siswa banyak menggunakan aplikasi bimbingan belajar daring Ruangguru untuk membantu memahami materi pelajaran di sekolah. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menjabarkan (1) bentuk kalimat, (2) jenis tindak tutur ilokusi, (3) fungsi tindak tutur ilokusi, dan (4) strategi tindak tutur guru. Jenis penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik simak dan teknik catat. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penyimpulan. Hasil analisis data penelitian ini adalah 1) bentuk kalimat berupa deklaratif, interogatif, dan imperative, 2) jenis tindak tutur ilokusi berupa asertif, direktif, ekspresif, dan komisif, 3) fungsi tindak tutur ilokusi berupa fungsi memberitahukan, mengeklaim, menyatakan, berspekulasi, menyimpulkan, menunjukkan, menyebutkan, menentang, menyuruh, mengajak, meminta, menasihati, memuji, memberi selamat, mengeluh, menyapa, meminta maaf, dan berjanji. Keempat, Strategi tindak tutur berupa strategi tindak tutur langsung dan tidak langsung.   Kata kunci: tindak tutur ilokusi, video pembelajaran, bimbingan belajar, Ruangguru

This study aims to determine the role of teaching aids by teachers in increasing student motivation at Elementary School 027 Samarinda Ulu in the 2019/2020 learning year. The technique of determining the subject used in this research was purposive sampling, and the data analysis techniques used data collection, data selection, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The type of triangulation used is source triangulation.The result of the research is that the teacher uses teaching aids that are two-dimensional and three-dimensional. The increase in learning motivation for grade 1B students is good, and this is evidenced by the willingness of students to bring props, increasing the enthusiasm of students to improve their lack of grades, increasing the focus of student learning, the enthusiasm of students in demonstrating the use of teaching aids directly.

This study is entitled Implementation of the Consumer Protection Act on Cosmetic Business Agents (Study of Cosmetic Supervision at Makassar Agency of Food and Drug Control). This study describes how to supervise the implementation of consumer protection act on cosmetic businesses. To obtain answers to this problem, the writers use three methods of the data collection; Observations, interviews, and documentation. In field research, the writers use observation and interview instruments. Qualitative Data processing and the data analysis techniques that are used; Data reduction, the data presentation, and verification of data. The samples in this study were the Head of the Agency of Food and Drug Control, the Head of Examination Department, the Head of Enforcement Department, the Head of Testing Department, the Head of Information and Communication Department, some business agents and consumers. The results of this study indicated that the application of the consumer protection act has been carried out by cosmetic business agents in Makassar, the agents have applied all the rules relating to the production and distribution of products as well. Supervision of cosmetic businesses by Makassar Agency of Food and Drug Control both in the market and at the clinic has proceeded properly.

Quality learning processes involve many things, one of which is the method or model applied by the teacher. If a teacher conveys varied and stimulating learning, students will be more interested in listening to the material presented. Conversely, if the teacher only teaches with conventional methods, namely lectures, students will be bored and not interested in listening to the material being taught. In this case the role of the learning method is very important to increase students' learning motivation, especially in the XI IPA class students.Assulaimaniyah whose application of learning is still a conventional method. They need varied learning not monotonous in order to support maximum learning outcomes, as well as the Application of SAVI Learning Methods to Increase Learning Motivation Sisawa Class XI Science MA.Assulaimaniyah Mojoagung Jombang. Based on this background, this study aims to conduct and determine the application of SAVI learning methods to improve student learning motivation when applied in the XI IPA MA class. Assulaimaniyah. Type of qualitative research with methods of collecting data on observation, interviews, documentation and library data. Data Analysis Techniques Data collection as well as data reduction, data presentation, verification and conclusions. The results showed that when the application of the SAVI method was applied, students who were previously lacking in enthusiasm in receiving learning were more enthusiastic and active in participating in these varied learning methods, so students could learn more optimally in learning. This study aims to describe the pattern and leadership strategies of principals in elementary schools in dealing with the crisis in the Covid-19 pandemic.  The method used in this study is qualitatively descriptive. The subject of this study was the principal and teacher at Sabilal Muhtadin Elementary School in Banjarmasin City. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, and documentation studies.  Test the validity of the data using the triangulation technique. Data analysis uses Miles & Huberman analysis techniques that consist of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. This research shows that the principal has a working philosophy that is to work for worship. Strategies implemented in its leadership include transparency, empowerment of teachers and employees, communication, and motivation. The conclusion is that elementary school principal Sabilal Muhtadin is transformational leadership based on Islam. The strategies used for its implementation are transparency, empowerment of teachers and employees, communication, and motivation to maintain excellence when facing crises in the Covid-19 pandemic.

This article aims to determine the extent of the mathematical connection ability of the linear equations system of two variables in terms of the connection representation and procedural connections. This type of research uses a qualitative approach. This study's subjects were the students of class X MIPA 1 MA P2K Al Hidayah Lajukidul, which numbered 24 students. However, only six subjects were taken based on the level of mathematical connection ability high, medium, and low that had been selected by mathematics subject teachers based on students' ability to solve math story problems. The research instrument consisted of tests and interview questions. Data analysis techniques using the model of Miles and Huberman include data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The study results showed that in question no. 1, all research subjects can represent connections and procedural connections, students can write mathematical symbols and answer questions using formulas correctly. In problem no.2, only the subject of high mathematical connection ability can connect representation and procedural connections. The other subject is not quite right in writing mathematical symbols. In question no.3, only subjects with low mathematical connection ability do not have representation and procedural connection skills; students only write what is known but is incomplete. In conclusion, the two-variable linear equation system's mathematical connection ability in terms of the connection representation and procedural connections are not evenly distributed.   Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauhmana kemampuan koneksi matematis materi sistem persamaan linear dua variabel ditinjau dari koneksi representasi dan koneksi prosedural. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X MIPA 1 MA P2K Al Hidayah Lajukidul yang berjumlah 24 siswa tetapi hanya diambil 6 subjek berdasarkan tingkat kemampuan koneksi matematis tinggi, sedang, dan rendah yang telah dipilih oleh guru mata pelajaran matematika berdasarkan kemampuan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal cerita matematika. Instrumen penelitian terdiri dari soal tes dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada soal  no. 1 semua subjek penelitian mempunyai kemampuan koneksi representasi dan koneksi prosedural, siswa mampu menuliskan simbol matematika dan menjawab soal menggunakan rumus dengan benar. Pada soal no.2 hanya subjek kemampuan koneksi matematis tinggi yang mempunyai kemampuan koneksi representasi dan koneksi prosedural, subjek yang lain kurang tepat dalam menuliskan simbol matematika. Pada soal no.3 hanya subjek kemampuan koneksi matematis rendah yang belum mempunyai kemampuan koneksi representasi dan prosedural, siswa hanya menuliskan apa yang diketahui tetapi tidak lengkap. Kesimpulannya kemampuan koneksi matematis materi sistem persamaan linear dua variabel ditinjau dari koneksi representasi dan koneksi prosedural belum merata.

This study aims to find out how the influence of learning motivation on student achievement in school. This research is focused on the teacher's role in fostering student learning motivation. This motivation is very important for improving student learning achievement. Because as is well known, student motivation in learning is lacking. This will affect its success in learning. For this reason, there is a need for efforts by teachers to increase interest in learning and motivate students to be more enthusiastic about achieving in school. The approach taken in this journal research is the approach (library research) which uses literature as its object. From the research of several literatures, the results of this study indicate that learning motivation has an influence on student learning activities, especially on student achievement. The higher the student's motivation, the better the learning achievement. Vice versa, the lower the motivation of student learning, it will be difficult for these students to achieve achievement in learning. The teacher also has a very important role and has an influence on student motivation in school.

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan buku petunjuk pratikum pada pokok bahasan gelombang dan bunyi untuk meningkatkan motivasi siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode research and development (R & D). Sebagai subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa MAN 2 Model Mataram Kelas XI. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Dick & Carey yang terdiri dari 10 langkah yang harus diikuti untuk menghasilkan produk berupa buku petunjuk pratikum. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif untuk mengukur motivasi belajar siswa. Abstract:  The purpose of this study was to develop a pratikum manual on the subject of waves and sounds to improve student motivation. This research uses research and development (R & D) method. As subject in this research is student MAN 2 Model Mataram Class XI. The development model used is Dick & Carey which consists of 10 steps that must be followed to produce the product in the form of manual pratikum. Data obtained through interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative to measure student's learning motivation.

Penelitian tindakan ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan proses dan hasil dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca permulaan TK PAUD Anak Bangsa Kota Palembang Provinsi Sumatera Selatan melalui penerapan media bulletin board. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan dengan model Kemmis dan Taggart, yang meliputi perencanaan, tindakan dan observasi, refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah TK PAUD Anak Bangsa yang berjumlah 16 orang anak. Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus yang terdiri dari delapan pertemuan pada setiap siklus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data kualitatif dan analisis data kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kemampuan membaca permulaan anak mengalami peningkatan setelah diterapkan media bulletin board. Skor kemampuan membaca permulaan anak pada pra siklus sebesar 44, siklus I sebesar 62, dan siklus II sebesar 65,125. Hasil tersebut memberikan implisasi bahwa kemampuan membaca permulaan dapat ditingkatkan melalui penerapan media bulletin board.Research action aims to describe the process and results in improving the ability to read the beginning of TK PAUD Anak Bangsa of Palembang City South Sumatera Province through the application of Media bulletin board. The research methods used are research actions with the Kemmis and Taggart models, which include planning, action and observation, reflection. The subject of this research is TK PAUD Anak Bangsa, a total of 16 children. Research is conducted in two cycles consisting of eight meetings on each cycle. Data collection techniques are conducted through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques in this study are qualitative data analysis and quantitative data analysis. The results showed that the ability to read children's beginnings improved after the media bulletin board was applied. Scores of children's start reading on the pre-cycle of 44, cycle I by 62, and cycle II by 65.125. The results gave implisation that the ability to read the start can be increased through the application of Media bulletin board.
