The death rate due to the Covid-19 virus based on the World Health Organization (WHO) dated April 19, 2020 was 152,551 people (WHO, 2020). According to data from the Ministry of Health, the percentage of confirmed positive Covid-19 on 27 May 2020 was 23,851 cases, and 1,473 cases died. Elderly people often experience psychological disorders such as stress, depression and anxiety, especially in the face of the Covid-19 outbreak because a lot of information about the Indonesian population has been confirmed positive and causes death to increase the level of anxiety. Efforts in overcoming anxiety that occurs in the elderly can be done with SEFT spiritual relaxation. Objective: To analyze the effect of Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique (SEFT) therapy on reducing anxiety levels in the elderly in Grantung Village, Bayan District, Purworejo Regency. Methods: This type of research used a pre-experimental research design with one group pretest-posttest design. The sampling technique used total sampling with a sample size of 79 elderly in Grantung Village, Bayan District, Purworejo Regency. The data analysis technique used the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The research instrument used HARS questionnaire sheet and SEFT therapy SOP. Results: The results showed that most of the anxiety levels of the elderly before being given SEFT therapy were in the moderate category of anxiety and after being given SEFT therapy, most of the anxiety levels in the elderly decreased to the mild category. Conclusion: There is an effect of SEFT therapy on the level of anxiety in the elderly during the Covid-19 pandemic in Grantung Village with a value of p = 0.000 (p value <0.05). Recommendations:for the elderly should apply SEFT therapy independently to deal with anxiety problems during the pandemic Covid-19.

<em>Elderly undergoes various changes due to the aging process, one of them is the musculoskeletal system which results in the elderly being vulnerable to falls and if not be treated, it can cause injury to the elderly and even death. One way to reduce the level of fall risk in elderly is to do balance exercises, especially four square step exercises which is not only train the muscle strength of elderly but also train the visual coordination. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of four square step exercises on the fall risk in elderly. This study used a design of pre-experimental one group pre-test and post-test without control group. The study was conducted at PSTW Wana Seraya Denpasar. The respondens in this study selected through purposive sampling technique. Among 36 elderly who living at PSTW Wana Seraya Denpasar, </em>there were 17 people who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. After calculating the sample, there were 15 samples were obtained. <em>The results of the study, the fall risk in elderly before four square step exercise were 12 respondents (80%) at moderate level and three respondents (20%) at high level. After training, nine respondents (60%) had a moderate fall risk and six respondents (40%) had low fall risk. Based on the results of Wilcoxon signed rank test statistical test, it was obtained p value = 0.003 &lt;α 0.005 which means there is an influence of four square step exercises towards the fall risk in elderly. Based on the results of the study, the four square step exercise is an effective exercise to reduce the fall risk in elderly because it is a light exercise which is easily carried out by the elderly independently. This exercise is recommended to be applied as a method to reduce the fall risk in elderly.</em>

Loneliness is an unpleasant subjective experience for the elderly when several important criteria in social relationships are hampered or not met. Loneliness in the elderly can be overcome with positive social support. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of social support with the brainstorming method on the level of loneliness in the elderly. This study uses a pre-experiment with a pre-test-post-test design approach. The population is elderly who live in elderly social services and have certain characteristics, amounting to 66 people. The sample amounted to 33 people with sampling using purposive sampling technique. In this study, brainstorming was given 2 times for 2 weeks with a duration of 40 minutes. The data collection method used the R-UCLA Loneliness Scale and then the data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test statistical test with the results of p value = 0.000 < α = 0.05. The conclusion in this study that social support with the brainstorming method has an influence on the level of loneliness because in the brainstorming process the elderly are able to improve interpersonal communication and create a harmonious group, so in this study shows that social support is one of the actions that can reduce loneliness in the elderly

Background: The first labor anxiety is an unpleasant psychological condition due to physiological changes that cause psychological instability. The condition of excessive anxiety, worry, fear without cause, and stress, causes the muscles of the body to tense up, especially the muscles in the birth path to become stiff and hard, making it difficult to expand. This study analyzed the effect of pregnancy exercise on third trimester primigravida anxiety in dealing with childbirth. Methods: Quasi experimental design with nonrandomized pretest-postest control group. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with 34 research subjects. 17 people for the treatment group were given pregnancy exercise 8 times, and 17 people for the control group were given health education about preparation for childbirth. Results: The results of data analysis using the Wilcoxon signed rank test showed that the average reduction in the treatment group was 8.00 and the control group was 3.00. The effect of pregnancy exercise on third trimester primigravida anxiety in the treatment group with a p-value (0.000) <(0.05), while the control group with a p-value (0.180)> (0.05). Conclusion: There is an effect of pregnancy exercise on third trimester primigravida anxiety in dealing with childbirth in the Wuryantoro Health Center work area.

According to WHO (World Health Organization) about 972 million people in the earth suffering from hypertension that occurs in the elderly over the age of 60 years. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of yoga exercises on blood pressure in the elderly who experienced hypertension in Social House Trisna Werdha Kasih Sayang Ibu Batusangkar. This research was conducted in April to May 2017 with quantitative methods. The instrument used was the observation sheet with elderly respondents who suffered from hypertension as many as 12 people that meet the criteria with Total Sampling. The statistical test used is Dependent t-test. The results of statistical tests showed a significant influence between elderly blood pressure before yoga gymnastics and after yoga exercises with p value = 0.000 (<0.05). So it can be concluded that there is a relationship of yoga exercises with blood pressure.It is expected to Trisna Werdha Kasih Sayang Ibu at Batusangkar Social House to be able to make this yoga gymnastics as one of the main program for elderly.

Sectio caesarea is a surgical procedure in giving birth with an abdominal incision and uterus that have higher morbidity than normal childbirth. Foot bath treatment is one part of post natal spa can release endorphins in the brain which is a natural pain reliever. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of foot bath treatment on post SC pain in Melati room RSUD dr Soekardjo Tasikmalaya. This research was used pre eksperimental with pretest posttest design. The research instrument used Numerical Rating Scale (NRS). Sampling technique was used purposive sampling with 30 respondents. Foot bath treatment is done for 15 minutes. The analyzed was by Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The result of this research showed that the scale of pain before getting foot bath treatment is mostly moderate pain as many as 26 peoples (87,7%). The scale of pain after getting foot bath treatment is mostly mild pain as many as 25 peoples (83,3%). The result of the statistical test showed p value 0,000 <0,05 it means there is an effect of foot bath treatment to post SC pain.

The fitness condition of the elderly is an indicator that can be used to determine the health level of the elderly. The level of physical activity is one of the factors that determine body composition from childhood to old age, proper flexibility helps people to have a functional balance throughout their life and to participate fully in countless recreational and communitarian activities. Lack of reasonable flexibility a greater chance of developing lesions and functional problems. Gymnastics for the elderly is a sport that can be done regularly so that the fitness of the elderly can increase. The study was to determine the effect of elderly exercise on improving fitness and flexibility and speed in the elderly in Sionom Hudon Selatan Village in 2020. Method of research is Quasi Experiment or quasi-experimental research with the design or research design used is one group pre and post test conducted in the Village of Sionom Hudon Selatan.The sample consisted of 12 people in each action taken. The results of the hypothesis test with the Wilcoxon signed rank test test p value α = (0.002 <0.05) which means "There is an effect of Giving Elderly Gymnastics Against Improvement of Fitness and Flexibility and Speed in the Elderly in the Village of Zion South Hudon in 2020".

Cases of sexual violence and abuse in Indonesia are increasingly common. Not only in adults, children are now victims. Some cases of victims or perpetrators involve underage children. Many parents feel taboo to talk about early childhood education with children. This causes children not to get information that is supposed to protect themselves from sexual violence. Need to do various efforts to provide education to children about knowledge to protect themselves from sexual violence. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of sexual violence education on children on efforts to protect from sexual violence. This study uses pre-experimental design with approach pretest-posttest design. The number of samples is 195 children taken by purposive sampling technique. Analyze data using  different Wilcoxon Signed Rank test with 95% significance level, p ≤ (0.05). The results showed that the average age of the respondents was 10.2 years and most of the men were 52.8%. Before giving education, the average score of respondents' knowledge about efforts to protect themselves from sexual violence was 6.7 and increased to 7.79 after giving education. There is a difference in knowledge about efforts to protect themselves from sexual violence before and after being given education (p value ≤ 0.001; <α = 0.05). It is recommended that the provision of information about sexual violence be given regularly by teachers and parents.Keywords: Education - Elementary School Age Knowledge - Efforts to Protect Themselves from Sexual Violence

Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) in Indonesia is still high relatively, recent data from the World Health Organization in 2011 the MMR in Indonesia is 240/100 thousands birth rate. One of the eff ort developed by Ministry of Health is empowering families and people by KIA book. KIA book is an important book for pregnant mothers. One of way to get knowledge well, a person must have an interest to read. This research aimed for knowing the relationship between reading interest of KIA book with pregnant mothers knowledge about KIA book. Research This research used analytic observational with cross sectionalapproach. Population in this research is all of pregnant mothers in the 2nd and 3rd semester that have KIA book in Rural Clinic Pulungdowo Tumpang, with the amount of population is 36 people. Sample taking use purposive sampling technique with the number of 33 people. Data processing displayed in thefrequency distribution table and analyzed using Spearman Rank correlation test, research result shows that half of respondent, 33.3% has high interest and well knowledge. Based Spearman Rank test with signifi cance level 0.05, obtained signifi cance value 0.000  0.05, it means that there is a relationship between reading interest of KIA book with pregnant mothers knowledge about KIA book.Keywords: Reading interest, Pregnant mothers, KIA book, Knowledge

Stress is the external events and situations that burden the environment adaptability, individuals, particularly in the form of emotional and psychological burden, prolonged stress can be bad for the health of the elderly. Environment can support or interfere with the function of the physical and social circumstances occur due to lack of family role, then the role of the social environment that could cause conflicts and shocks tabe streess. Murottal Qur'an that contains some verses of the Qur'an to clear the heart and cleanse the soul elderly, especially for the elderly who are experiencing stress. This research quantitative research methods approach pre  asExperiment with one group pretest - Posttest. The amount of the total sample of 40 respondents. This research subject is old egg who wexperience  stress in UPT. Social services elderly Bondowoso. The sample used  purposive sampling. Measurement data using stress questionnaire, observation before and after Murottal Qur'an. analysis using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The results showed before doing therapy murottal Qur'an many people. hare experience severe stress as muchas (26 seniors), moderate stress (14 seniors), and mild stress (0), after doing therapy murottal Qur'an stress on elderly, it decreate to be moderate stress (40 old egs), stress (weight 0), and mild stress (0). In hypothesis testing using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test results were obtained sig. p value = 0.000, which means p value <0.05 So HI accepted. Abstract :Toilet learning in children is an attempt to train children to be able to control in defecating and urinating. The aim of this research was to determine the effectiveness of stimulation to the toilet learning ability of toddler. The research usedPre-Experimental One-Group Pre-test-post test design. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The statistical test used wilcoxon signed rank test. The population was 14 toddler of PosyanduBendowulungKabupatenBlitar. The result showed that there was an effect of stimulation to the ability of toilet learning of 1 to 3 years old toddler. The Statistical test result using Wilcoxon sign rank test obtained p value = 0,000 (<0,05). It is expected to increase knowledge about the implementation of toilet learning stimulation, especially for parents to make their children more indepen- dent. Keywords: Stimulation, Toilet learning.
