This study was designed to assess the knowledge, attitude, and practices of Nigerian optometrists and optometry students with regard to the COVID-19 pandemic, while also assessing its impact of their daily personal and professional routines. The Google Forms suite was used to design an online struc- tured survey/questionnaire. This was sent to Nigerian optometrists and optometry students along with a message soliciting their voluntary participation. This survey took place between 10th April and 15th May 2020. The responses received were electronically transmitted to the authors and populated via Google suite software. Descriptive statistics and inferences were then derived from these data. A total of 399 valid responses were logged during this study. Of these, 183 (45.4%) respondents were optometry students from the eight optometry education departments in Nigeria. Optometric doctors made up 216 of the respondents. 86% of optometrists reported having cases of COVID-19 in their state. No optometrists reported suffering from the COVID-19 disease while one (0.5%) student had been infected with COVID-19. Twelve percent of student respondents felt educational facilities were adequate to cater for post COVID- 19 resumption, while 21.5% of students felt that the ongoing academic session should be restarted. The COVID-19 Pandemic has impacted greatly on service delivery among Nigerian optometrists and optometry education. Educational institutions must also adjust to current realities in order to be able to provide safe and adequate training when the academic section resumes or restarts.

To achieve this expectation, educational institutions should strive and play a role in optimizing and achieving academic excellence, particularly in education, industry relevance, for new knowledge contribution, and for empowerment. Recognizing the importance of the process of improving the quality of human resources, the government, managers of educational institutions, educators and learners in Indonesia are striving to achieve the goals, vision and mission through various activities to build a better quality education through the development of human resources development and improvement of curriculum and evaluation system, improvement of educational facilities, the development and procurement of teaching materials, and training for teachers and education personnel to be more advanced and developed than other countries.

For the purpose of the development of novel approaches during the commission stage, the hygienic assessment of conditions of training in specially constructed innovative building of SKOLKOVO International Gymnasium was performed. Hygienic examination of innovative architectural and planning solutions, learning conditions and hygienic modeling of the optimal placement of furniture and equipment in multi-faceted educational facilities with panoramic glazing made it possible to predict the provision of the gymnasium with an optimal level of sanitary and epidemiological well-being of students. This is achieved by the innovative layout of the gymnasium building and its territory. Hygienic specification of zoning of both buildings and premises of the educational institution, include the requirements to satisfy the hygienic criteria on children education, motor activity, organization of proper nutrition, and using the building as a center for family leisure. Hygienic modeling of educational furniture and equipment provides optimal conditions (viewing angle) for visual work of students in all multifaceted classes. The obtained data are the basis for amendments to the state sanitary and epidemiological rules and regulations in the field of organization of education and upbringing of children.

This paper analyzes the actions that improve innovativeness in production enterprises in the Silesian province. Innovation is one of the elements that allows to achieve a competitive advantage. It is justified to research various factors that are important in improving innovativeness. The research includes selected production enterprises in the Silesian province, adopting the descriptive statistics measures and statistic tests: random sample test, chi-square independence test and the non-parametric Kruskal-Wallis test based on a survey questionnaire. Some of the most important factors determining the possibilities of innovation by manufacturing companies were detected contacts with other enterprises, R&D centers and counseling institutions, competitive position of the company, and creating appropriate incentive systems.

Intensive implementation of coaching to improve the performance of accreditation teams is the full responsibility of the leader of an institution or institution. Similarly, MTsN 2 Bener Meriah is one of the Islamic educational institutions. This study aims to find out how  the intensive application of coaching in an effort to improve the performance of the accreditation team MTsN 2 Bener Meriah. This research is qualitative with descriptive survey techniques. Through interviews, observations, and documentation, the following research results are found: (a) the components of accreditation that become the assessment points in the form of curriculum of each educational program, number of educators, the condition of learners, coordination of the implementation of education, educational facilities and infrastructure, readiness of academic administration, staffing, and household finances, (2) the application of coaching one of them on the components of content standards and process standards, (3) based on the evaluation of activities in the know that not fully the management of MTsN 2 Bener Meriah committed in carrying out the task and not yet maksimanya conflict management so that there is doubt and lack of readiness in maintaining the 'A grade' that has been achieved.

Indonesia is one of the countries that respects the human rights of its citizens. Based on the fundamental constitutional mandate that education is the right of every citizen without exception, one of the indicators is that educational institutions must open opportunities for every citizen. This study aims to evaluate the existing educational facilities in the city of Banjarmasin, precisely some private Islamic Elementary School (MIS). The method in this research is descriptive qualitative. This method aims to describe the situation as a whole and thoroughly related to the selected object. The results of research related to accessibility for people with disabilities still cannot be seen in some of MIS choosen as the object of this study. The results of this study get the fact that all research objects are not friendly to people with dissabilities, such as conventional school steps. Even though the rule of laws is complete, but in fact, the implementation of these laws still encountered some problems until now.  Accessibility for disability is one indicator as a child-friendly school, so, hopefully this research will be a piece of initial information for stakeholders in the Ministry of Religion in improving the quality of essential Islamic education services.

The objectives of this study were to analyze the Chinese tourists' expectation and perception gaps of service quality in southern Thailand's seaside resorts, to study the items of service quality that are satisfied by Chinese tourists in southern Thailand's seaside resorts, to study the items of service quality that are dissatisfied by Chinese tourists in southern Thailand's seaside resorts. The researcher used the survey questionnaire to collect data from 400 Chinese tourists who visited seaside resort areas in the southern region of Thailand and used descriptive statistics. The results found that Chinese tourists think some perceptions exceed their expectations, such as supporting online bookings in seaside areas, the staffs provide personalized service, the staffs are respectful, use polite language, smile service towards Chinese tourists, the seaside resorts have technical support. However, Chinese tourists think some perceptions can't reach their expectations, as for the price, it doesn’t have a reasonable price for food items, accommodation, traffic, commodity, and entertainment. As for the staff, it doesn’t have a first-class ability to handle emergencies, they can’t provide fast services. As for the managers of resort areas, it doesn’t have enough legal frameworks in protecting Chinese tourists. The study recommends that the managers of seaside resort areas in southern Thailand need control of the cost of accommodation, food, transportation, commodities to be more rationalized. Additionally, managers should introduce laws and policies to protect the rights and interests of Chinese tourists, improve the ability of staff to handle emergencies and provide fast service for Chinese tourists.

The purpose of this study was to develop an information base on educational service delivery for limited English proficient (LEP), handicapped students in 145 randomly selected school districts in California. Information on the districts was gathered both from existing data banks and a survey questionnaire. The survey instrument was returned by 104 districts for a response rate of 71%. Information was gathered on the following: proportion of LEP students in special education programs; the procedures commonly used in the screening, identification, evaluation, and reevaluation of LEP, handicapped students; educational placement options; and the curricula and instructional practices employed. The study concluded that quantitatively the state was doing well relative to identification and placement into special education of LEP students but that qualitative aspects of service delivery are frequently contrary to those recommended by both theory and research.

A hotel’s service delivery system is unique because it produces products as well as services. Priorresearch in this area is still scarce especially in the context of the Malaysian service industry. Thispaper investigates the extent of service delivery system practices in Malaysia’s hotels. In doing so, aquestionnaire was sent to all 474 star-rated hotels in Malaysia. A response rate of 19% was received.By using factor analysis and descriptive statistics, the results indicated that the extent of hotel servicedelivery system could be measured by the following seven dimensions – new products/services, customerparticipation, hotel operations layout, push/pull orientation, level of standardisation, use of InformationTechnology (IT), and human resource specialisation. Furthermore, on each dimension, managers ofhotels perceived that their hotels had high introduction of products/services, high customer participationfor service adaptation, mixed operations layout, pull orientation, high standardisation of processes, high use of IT for cost reduction, and low human resource specialisation.

The primary objective of present study was to investigate the impact of social support and aggressive behaviors on sports achievements of student athletes. The existing research was based on quantitative measures in nature. The population of the present research was comprised of all student athletes of two public sector universities of Pakistan. The sample size was consisted of 300 survey cases. Researchers used survey questionnaire as an instrument for the purpose of data collection. Descriptive statistics, correlation coefficient of Pearson, and multiple regression analysis were considered suitable statistical and analytical techniques which were utilized to find out the results from the collected data. The results investigated that social support had significant and greater impact than aggression on sports achievement of student athletes. It was concluded that if proper social support had been provided to university athletes, this might have reduced the level of aggressiveness from the young adults.

Madrasas as a type of school education institution have the same duties andresponsibilities as other educational institutions that are under the guidance ofthe Ministry of Education and Culture. In order for education in the madrasas tobe effective, a complete and well-organized educational facility can be used asfully as possible to support a quality teaching and learning process. Based on thedescription of the discussion, a summary of conclusions is obtained: (1)Management of educational facilities and infrastructure is structuring activities,starting from the needs, procurement, inventory, storage, maintenance, use andstorage of complete arrangement of land, buildings, equipment, and schoolequipment available for and target.
