The background of the problem in this study is that there are still visitors who are not fully able to take advantage of car free day activities to do recreational sports. Therefore, this study aims to determine the level of interest and motivation of car free day visitors in Pekalongan Residency in recreational sports activities in 2020. The research method used is descriptive quantitative research with survey methods, and collection of information or data using a questionnaire. The population in this study were all visitors who came to the car free day event in Pekalongan Residency. The sample in this study were 100 car free day visitors in Pekalongan residency from the age of 12-32 years or respondents. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling. The results showed that out of 100 responsive people who had come to the car free day event, 73.7% had high interest, and 82.3% very high motivation. The conclusion of this study is that the interest of car free day visitors in Pekalongan Residency in recreational sports activities in 2020 is in the high category, while the motivation for car free day visitors in Pekalongan Residency in recreational sports activities is in the very high category. Keywords: Interest and Motivation, Recreational Sports, Car Free Day                                                                                                 Abstrak Latar belakang masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah masih adanya pengunjung yang belum sepenuhnya bisa memanfaatkan aktifitas car free day untuk melakukan olahraga rekreasi. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat minat dan motivasi pengunjung car free day di Karesidenan Pekalongan dalam beraktivitas olahraga rekreasi tahun 2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survei, dan pengumpulan informasi atau data menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengunjung yang datang pada event car free day di Karesidenan Pekalongan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah para pengunjung car free day di Karesidenan Pekalongan dari usia 12-32 tahun sebanyak 100 orang atau responden. Teknik sampling dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dari 100 orang responen yang telah datang di acara car free day memiliki minat yang tinggi sebesar 73,7%, dan motivasi yang sangat tinggi sebesar 82,3%. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah minat pengunjung car free day di Karesidenan Pekalongan dalam beraktifitas olahraga rekreasi tahun 2020 tergolong dalam kategori tinggi, sedangkan untuk motivasi pengunjung car free day di Karesidenan Pekalongan dalam beraktivitas olahraga rekreasi tergolong dalam kategori sangat tinggi. This research is based on the fact that there are still visitors who have not been able to fully take advantage of Car Free Day activities to do recreational sports properly. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of community motivation to take part in the Car Free Day Event at the Pati Residency in 2020. The research method used is descriptive quantitative research with survey methods, and collection of information or data using a questionnaire. The population in this study were all people who came to the car free day event in Karesidenan Pati. The sample in this study were 100 respondents who came to the car free day event in Pati Residency from the age of 13-50 years. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling. The results showed that of the 100 respondents who had attended the car free day event at the Pati Residency in 2020, they had high motivation of 97.98%. The conclusion of this study is that the level of community motivation in recreational sports activities at the car free day event in the Pati Residency in 2020 is in the high category of 97.98%. Suggestion is that the government is even more active in spatial planning and controlling tires at the car free day location so that visitors feel comfortable. The tourism office should pay more attention to the inadequate facilities and infrastructure in the car free day location to make it even better. For students, they should be able to increase research on recreational sports.   Keywords: Residency, Motivation, Recreational Sports, Car Free Day.                                                                                                 Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi yaitu masih adanya pengunjung yang belum sepenuhnya bisa memanfaatkan aktivitas Car Free Day untuk melakukan olahraga rekreasi dengan baik. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat motivasi masyarakat untuk mengikuti Event Car Free Day di Karesidenan Pati Tahun 2020.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survei, dan pengumpulan informasi atau data menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh masyarakat yang datang pada event car free day di Karesidenan Pati. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang datang pada event car free day di Karesidenan Pati dari usia 13-50 tahun sebanyak 100 orang responden. Teknik sampling pada penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 100 orang responden yang telah datang di acara car free day di Karesidenan Pati Tahun 2020 memiliki motivasi yang tinggi sebesar 97,98%. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah tingkat motivasi masyarakat dalam aktivitas olahraga rekreasi pada event car free day di Karesidenan Pati Tahun 2020 tergolong dalam kategori tinggi sebesar 97,98%. Saran, pemerintah lebih giat lagi dalam melakukan penataan ruang dan penerti ban di lokasi car free day agar para pengunjung merasa nyaman. Dinas pariwisata agar lebih memperhatikan lagi sarana dan prasarana yang kurang memadai yang ada didalam lokasi car free day agar lebih baik lagi. Untuk mahasiswa, hendaknya bisa memperbanyak penelitian  mengenai olahraga rekreasi. Kata Kunci : Karesidenan, Motivasi, Olahraga Rekreasi, Car Free Day.

The purpose of this study was to determine the interest and motivation of members of the basketball club in the Kaliwungu sub-district towards basketball sports activities during the pandemic. The research method used was descriptive quantitative research method with the type of survey research method. The population of this study was the entire fast basketball team in Kaliwungu district using a sample saturated with as many as 20 club members. The results showed that the interest of the 20 athletes who became respondents obtained the highest results as many as 11 people (55%), the moderate category was 3 people (15%), the low category was 5 people (25%) and the very low category was 1 person (5). %), so it can be concluded that most of them have high interest. While the motivation of the 20 athletes who became respondents obtained results in very high categories as many as 3 people (5%), high category as 4 people (20%), medium category as many as 2 people (10%), and low category as many as 11 people (55%) ), so it is concluded that most of them have low motivation in doing sports, especially basketball during the Covid-19 pandemic. So it can be concluded that the interest of members of the fast basketball club during the Covid 19 pandemic is more due to the desire of members who want to keep exercising to maintain immunity body as well as physically so that they can avoid the existing outbreaks, while the motivation of members is still low because members still tend to worry about doing sports activities considering the outbreaks that still occur.

<p class="15bIsiAbstractBInggris">The Covid-19 pandemic is the first and foremost health crisis in the world. A number of countries decided to close schools and colleges. The closure of various agencies in order to minimize the spread rate of Covid-19. Students who should receive direct learning, but must adapt to the LFH (learn from home) method. This condition creates a sense of stress in students. So the researchers are interested in conducting research on stress management for students of SMP Negeri 132 Jakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic. This is to find an overview of how students' stress management is, especially in this pandemic condition, which has more challenges than pre-pandemic conditions. This study aims to determine and describe the level of stress management of students at SMP Negeri 132 Jakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The sample used was 100 students who were selected using purposive sampling technique. This study uses a stress management scale based on the aspects of time management, building an optimistic attitude, managing activities wisely, avoiding procrastination, and maintaining harmonious communication. In the validity test using the product moment, there are 60 valid items with a reliability level of 0.948 in the very high category. The data analysis technique in this study used a categorization formula based on a normal distribution. The stress management of SMP Negeri 132 Jakarta as a whole is in the medium category with a total of 36 students, or 72%. Furthermore, for the high category there were 8 students or 16%. And the low category only amounted to 6 students or 12%. While the overall level of stress management is in the medium category with 34 students or 68%. Furthermore, for the high category there were 9 students or 18%. And the low category only amounted to 7 students or 14%. Therefore, guidance and counseling teachers can use the results of research to serve as guidelines for service delivery, so that students of SMP Negeri 132 Jakarta can reduce stress levels during the Covid-19 pandemic.</p><p class="16aJudulAbstrak"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p>Pandemi Covid-19 merupakan krisis kesehatan yang pertama dan menjadi terutama di dunia. Sejumlah negara memutuskan untuk menutup sekolah dan perguruan tinggi. Ditutupnya berbagai instansi guna meminimalisir tingkat penyebaran Covid-19. Siswa yang seharusnya memperoleh pembelajaran secara langsung, namun harus beradaptasi dengan metode LFH (learn from  home). Kondisi ini menimbulkan rasa stres dalam diri siswa. maka peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian mengenai manajemen stres siswa SMP Negeri 132 Jakarta di masa pandemi Covid-19. Hal ini untuk mengetahui gambaran bagaimana manajemen stres siswa terutama dalam kondisi pandemi ini, yang memiliki tantangan lebih dibanding kondisi pra pandemi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui serta mendeskripsikan tingkat manajemen stres siswa SMP Negeri 132 Jakarta di masa pandemi Covid-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah  100 siswa  yang dipilih menggunaka teknik purposive sampling.  Penelitian ini menggunakan skala Manajemen Stres berdasarkan aspek Manajemen waktu, Membangun Sikap Optimis, Mengatur Aktivitas Secara Bijak, Menghindari Kebiasaan Menunda, serta Menjalin Komunikasi yang harmonis. Pada uji validitas dengan menggunakan product moment terdapat 60 item valid  dengan tingkar reabilitas  0,948 pada kategori sangat tinggi. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan rumus kategorisasi berdasarkan distribusi normal. Manajemen stres SMP Negeri 132 Jakarta secara keseluruhan berada pada kategori sedang dengan jumlah 36 siswa, atau 72%. Selanjutnya untuk kategori tinggi terdapat 8 siswa atau 16%. Dan kategori rendah hanya berjumlah 6 siswa atau 12%. Sedangkan tingkat manajemen stres secara keseluruhan berada pada kategori sedang dengan jumlah 34 siswa atau 68%. Selanjutnya untuk kategori tinggi terdapat 9 siswa atau 18% . Dan kategori rendah hanya berjumlah 7 siswa atau 14%. Oleh karena itu guru BK dapat memanfaatkan hasil penelitian untuk dijadikan pedoman pemberian layanan, supaya siswa SMP Negeri 132 Jakarta dalam menurunkan tingkat stress di masa pandemi Covid-19.

This study aims to determine the interest of D4 hospitality management study program students in tourism and hospitality faculties of Padang State University to carry out industry experience in international chain hotel. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with survey methods. Samples were taken using purposive sampling technique with 83 respondents used questionnaires on the Guttmann scale. Based on the research that has been done, the results are as follows: (1) feeling happy in the very high category (59,03%), (2) attraction is in the very high category (50,60%), (3) attention is in high category (42,16%) and involvement is in the very high category (44,57%).

Abstract: Public Elementary Schools in Meliau District have not been able to implement the 2013 curriculum, due to incomplete supporting facilities to implement the 2013 curriculum. The aim of this research is to achieve know the implementation of the 2013 curriculum for Physical Education subjects in Elementary Schools in Meliau District. This research is a quantitative research with descriptive research type, with survey methods and data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The subjects in this study were 28 teachers of PJOK SD in Meliau District. To analyze the data used descriptive statistics with percentages. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the implementation of the 2013 curriculum for physical education and health services in elementary schools throughout Meliau District in implementing the 2013 curriculum is in the very high category of 0%, the high category is 7.1%, the moderate category is 67.9%, the low category is 21.4 % and very low category of 3.6%. Based on these results it can be concluded that the implementation of the 2013 curriculum for Physical Education subjects in Elementary Schools in Meliau District is mostly in the medium category.Keywords: Elementary schools, implementation of PJOK teachers, Implementation of the 2013 curriculumAbstrak: Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kabupaten Meliau belum mampu melaksanakan kurikulum 2013, dikarenakan fasilitas pendukung yang belum lengkap untuk melaksanakan kurikulum 2013. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif, dengan metode survei dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 28 guru SD PJOK di Kabupaten Meliau. Untuk menganalisis data digunakan statistik deskriptif dengan persentase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa implementasi Kurikulum 2013 Pendidikan Jasmani dan Pelayanan Kesehatan di Sekolah Dasar se-Kabupaten Meliau dalam melaksanakan Kurikulum 2013 berada pada kategori sangat tinggi yaitu 0% kategori tinggi 7,1. %, kategori sedang 67.9%, kategori rendah 21.4% dan kategori sangat rendah 3.6%. The conflict in North Halmahera affects various aspects of community life there. This study aims to find out the influence of ethnoreligious conflict effect on student’s learning motivation in North Halmahera. The sample of this study were students in North Halmahera who was studying at the higher education level. Samples taken as many as 39 people based on a purposive sampling technique. The data were collected using two scales: trauma scale and learning motivation scale. The conclusion from the results of this study is that students from North Halmahera who experienced trauma have wrong learning motivation. This can be seen from the description of trauma measurements that give the results of most (56%) North Halmahera students who study in higher education are in the moderate trauma category, 23% are in the high trauma category, and 21% are in the very high trauma category. On learning motivation, the measurement description results as much as 44% are at a high category, 28% are in the medium category, 23% in the very high category, and 5% in the low category.

Abstract This study aims to empirically challenge the moderation of Non-Performing Loans to the effect of Credit Distribution Rates on Profitability. The population of 81 bank companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014-2018 and which met the criteria of the research sample (purposive sampling) were 22 companies. The research method uses survey methods with quantitative research approaches, the analytical tool used is moderation regression. This study concludes that the level of credit distribution has a significant positive effect on profitability and the existence of the problem loan variable is proven to be a moderating variable that weakens the relationship between the level of credit distribution and profitability.

The Relationship

The aim of the study was to investigate the relationship among Narcissism, personality traits and conspicuous consumption of brands in youth. This used quantitative research design with a sample consisting of 50 Men and 50 Women. The age ranged between 18 – 22 years. A purposive sampling technique was used to select participants. The findings revealed that there was a relationship among conspicuous consumption and traits of personality. It was also uncovered that there are gender differences in conspicuous consumption of brands, narcissism and personality traits. Further it was concluded that narcissism is positively associated with conspicuous consumption of brands. Narcissism was likely to be a positive predictor of conspicuous consumption of brands and personality traits are likely to be a predictor of conspicuous consumption of brands.

The present study is aimed at developing effective guidance program for increasing student’s learning motivation. The present study applies quantitative research approach with nonequivalent pre-posttest control group quasi-experimental design, and nonrandom-purposive sampling technique. The data were collected using inventory, interview, and documentary study. The study comes up with the main finding that the tested guidance program is proven to be effective for increasing learning motivation students of 11th grade at SMA Kartika XIX-2 Bandung.

Buleleng Regency is located in the northern part of Bali Island with an area of 1,365.88 km2 and along the coast 157,05 km. About 57 tourist attractions such as nature tourism, marine tourism, agro tourism and historical place that can be visited by tourists so that it has its own characteristics compared to other objects. This is the reason authors try to analyze locally-generated revenue (PAD) in Buleleng Regency. The limitations are: (1) Percentage ratio to analyzing the growth rate of PAD Buleleng Regency (2) The object of research is PAD Buleleng Regency from 2001-2016. Sampling in this research using non-probability sampling technique by purposive sampling. This is a quantitative research which measured in numerical scale and data used in the research obtained from bps.go.id site of Buleleng Regency. It can be concluded that the (PAD) of Buleleng Regency increased from 2001 to 2015, but decreased by 3.73% in 2016.
