La pandemia del coronavirus acapara toda la atención. Para los pueblos del mundo, se trata de una amenaza superlativa; para muchos Estados, en cambio, es la cortina de humo bajo la cual ocultan su rostro. En ella ven la oportunidad para cambiar de personaje y de máscara. El poder mediático convierte al COVID-19 en el gran villano, y a algunos gobernantes, en héroes. Sin embargo, el COVID no es más que la punta del iceberg de un sistemático entramado de praxis discriminatorias y grietas estructurales: el Estado inconstitucional, que desde vieja data ha gestado una oleada de pandemias sociales. Colombia es un ejemplo paradigmático al respecto. Para ilustrar esta tesis, se analiza el fenómeno de impunidad ante delitos sexuales. Unconstitutional State and Pandemics Abstract: The coronavirus pandemic gets all the attention. For people of the world, it is a superlative threat; instead, for many States, it is the smokescreen under which they hide their faces. On it, they see the opportunity to change their character and mask. The media’s power makes COVID-19 the great villain, and some rulers into heroes. However, the COVID is only the tip of the iceberg of a systematic network of discriminatory practices and structural cracks: the unconstitutional State, which from long ago has created a wave of social pandemics. Colombia is a paradigmatic example in this regard. AbstractThe act of sexual violence is a crime that is classified as a violation of human rights (HAM). The increase number of sexual violence cases in the world, including Indonesia, shows that the current justice system is unable to guarantee justice for victims, and most importantly recovery for victims. For this reason, a justice restoration approach is needed as an alternative in law enforcement against sexual crimes. Practically, marriage used as a way to approach justice restoration. This article used normative and juridical approach to discuss law enforcement on sexual crimes through restorative justice approach. It can be concluded that law enforcement on sexual crimes should observe based on criminology, victimology and ontology aspects, in order to be able to place the problem objectively. As a complaint offense, sexual crimes may not be passed on to criminal process, if there is peace between the victim and the perpetrator, provided that there is an agreement among the victim, perpetrator, family and society without coercion from various parties. The main focus in restorative justice of sexual crimes is to provide protection and assistance to victims from various parties, thus, the victims can be released from trauma or psychological impact that caused by sexual violence experienced by the victim or the impact received after the occurrence of sexual crime.

<p>This article reviews some factors leading to women prostitution in Iran. Efforts to address this phenomenon in every society must firstly be directed at the individual, the family, and also at economic, social and cultural factors to determine the extent they contribute to sexual crimes. In Iran, sexual offences receive significant attention because of Islamic injunctions application. The country does not permit or tolerate such offences. Since the sexual offences incidents are increasing in the world, this resulted in adverse consequences such as insecurity, the weakening of family structure, offending of public feelings and the prevalence of lawlessness. This makes it necessary, to identify the causal factors that stimulate the occurrence of such offences and to consistently eradicate them.<em> </em>This is an analytical study on the determined topic, to find out how women become manipulated sexually because of the causal factors that influenced them into prostitution activities. Despite the fact that Islamic legal jurisdiction is comprehensive and progressive and prostitution is recognised as an offence in Iran, unfortunately, it seems the offence is sometimes occurring.</p>

This paper will assess on how technology and anti-money laundering law perspectives can contribute in tackling cyber child sexual crimes. It is normally and classically problem that always emerge in the discussion of law and information technology (IT) is about the increases of crime. But the abnormal and modern problem is about the modernism of crimes with the high-quality level of crime itself. Cyber sexual crime became one of the highest online crimes which conduct through internet. Grooming, voyeurism, cyberstalking, child pornography happens very often in the world. This paper is using normative research methodology of law, by using statute and conceptual approach. The conceptual approach is using to build an ideal concept of prevention and eradication of the crime of online child sexual abuse. This paper is discussed through a qualitative research. The result of this paper is that Information Technology gives contribution in order to present a way out to tackle this problem, for example by giving solution on its surveillance. Other is from the perspectives of law. Money Laundering can assist in tackling online sexual crime toward children, for perpetrator and/or facilitator and/or pther third party who enjoy the illegal gain of this crime.

Abstract. International human rights declarations urge the development of feminism in the world. Feminism whose essence is fighting for women's rights has so far been neglected by the community, so that a new spirit is sought so that women can again feel. This study aims to review unfairness actions that have been scattered in society between men and women. Justice is expressed in daily life in order to eradicate acts of gender discrimination. Indonesia as a legal state that always obeys the law and upholds the principles of justice and certainty is a reflection of an existing feminist movement. The role of women must be considered important by the progress of a nation, however in Indonesia there are still many issues of gender equality that occur, such as the absence of women's own beliefs in matters of occupying good power. The problem of sexual crimes that have been wiping out in all public relations has led to increasingly ineffective emancipation of women in Indonesia. This emancipation is a form or manifestation of the feminist movement that can benefit both men and women. The feminism movement can encourage relations in a harmonious society to maintain a stable condition.Keywords: Emancipation, Trust, Justice, Women, CrimeAbstrak. Adanya deklarasi HAM secara internasional mendorong perkembangan feminisme dalam dunia. Feminisme yang hakikatnya memperjuangkan hak-hak wanita selama ini kurang diperhatikan oleh masyarakat, sehingga diusahakan sebuah semangat baru agar kembali dapat dirasakan oleh wanita. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengulas ketindakkeadilan yang selama ini meradang dalam masyarakat antara kaum laki-laki dan perempuan. Keadilan tersebut dituangkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari agar menghapus tindak diskriminasi gender. Indonesia sebagai negara hukum yang selalu mematuhi hukum dan menjunjung asas keadilan dan kepastian merupakan cerminan dari sebuah gerakan feminisme yang ada. Peran wanita harus dianggap penting oleh kemajuan suatu bangsa, namun di Indonesia masih banyak pemasalahan kesetaraan gender yang terjadi, seperti belum adanya kepercayaan wanita sendiri dalam masalah menduduki kekuasaan yang baik. Permasalahan kejahatan seksual yang sudah memusim di segala hubungan masyarakat menyebabkan semakin tidak efektifnya emansipasi wanita di Indonesia. Emansipasi ini merupakan bentuk atau perwujudan dari gerakan feminisme yang dapat menguntungkan pihak laki-laki dan pihak perempuan. Gerakan feminisme dapat mendorong terjadinya hubungan dalam masyarakat yang harmonis untuk melangsungkan kondisi yang stabil. Kata Kunci: Emansipasi, Kepercayaan, Keadilan, Perempuan, Kejahatan

Abstract Hoerl & McCormack argue that animals cannot represent past situations and subsume animals’ memory-like representations within a model of the world. I suggest calling these memory-like representations as what they are without beating around the bush. AbstractFe XIV 530.3 nm coronal emission line observations have been used for the estimation of the green solar corona rotation. A homogeneous data set, created from measurements of the world-wide coronagraphic network, has been examined with a help of correlation analysis to reveal the averaged synodic rotation period as a function of latitude and time over the epoch from 1947 to 1991.The values of the synodic rotation period obtained for this epoch for the whole range of latitudes and a latitude band ±30° are 27.52±0.12 days and 26.95±0.21 days, resp. A differential rotation of green solar corona, with local period maxima around ±60° and minimum of the rotation period at the equator, was confirmed. No clear cyclic variation of the rotation has been found for examinated epoch but some monotonic trends for some time intervals are presented.A detailed investigation of the original data and their correlation functions has shown that an existence of sufficiently reliable tracers is not evident for the whole set of examinated data. This should be taken into account in future more precise estimations of the green corona rotation period.

The lymphatic system is very important in the immunological activities of the body. Clinicians confirm the diagnosis of infectious diseases by palpating the involved cutaneous lymph node for changes in size, heat, and consistency. Clinical pathologists diagnose systemic diseases through biopsies of superficial lymph nodes. In many parts of the world the goat is considered as an important source of milk and meat products.The lymphatic system has been studied extensively. These studies lack precise information on the natural morphology of the lymph nodes and their vascular and cellular constituent. This is due to using improper technique for such studies. A few studies used the SEM, conducted by cutting the lymph node with a blade. The morphological data collected by this method are artificial and do not reflect the normal three dimensional surface of the examined area of the lymph node. SEM has been used to study the lymph vessels and lymph nodes of different animals. No information on the cutaneous lymph nodes of the goat has ever been collected using the scanning electron microscope.
