Kata Kunci: berpikir kritis, evaluasi pembelajaran, HOTS   Abstract: Nowadays, critical thinking or better known as critical thinking skills is a topic that is often discussed because it is an absolute ability to have in this millennial era. Especially in the field of education, starting from the elementary school level, secondary school, up to the level of higher education. Education is no longer relevant if it still teaches children with a system of memorizing materials so learning only focuses on remembering it. In fact, what is more important is students understand, analyze, evaluate, or even create various kinds of problem solving from various problems that exist in learning materials. Creativity is very important here. Train children to think critically about something and offer solutions that make sense need to be the focal point of learning and even assessment. Therefore, given the importance of this critical thinking skill, the researcher tries to explain the characteristics of critical thinking skills in the learning of Phonology Courses conducted by the second semester students. These characteristics include the questions used in the evaluation of learning and also the evaluation results obtained. Thus, it is expected to produce a picture of critical thinking skills in the application of learning in the classroom. The results of this study indicate that students' critical thinking skills are still low when working on HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skills) questions. This study is aimed at (1) analyzing reading exercises based Bloom’s taxonomy for VIII grade in English on Sky textbook. (2) Found the distribution of the lower and higher order thinking skill in reading exercises. (3) To reason for level reading exercises. After analyzed the data, the result of the data analysis also infers that the six levels of Bloom’s taxonomy in reading exercises weren’t applied totally. The creating skill doesn’t have distribution in reading exercise, and the understanding – remembering level more dominant than another levels. The distribution of the higher order thinking level was lower than the lower order thinking level and the six levels are not appropriate with the proportion for each level of education based Bloom’s taxonomy, such as the distribution of the creating level in the reading exercise must be a concern because no question that belong to the creating level. It was concluded that reading exercises in English on Sky textbook cannot improve students' critical thinking skills for VIII grade.

Preparing graduates for the present and future workforce is an important strategic learning and teaching goal of higher education. Towards realizing this goal, institutions are expending significant effort promoting active learning as an institution-wide teaching approach. Active learning defined as learners deeply participating in the learning process are being increasingly used in face-to-face contexts, but can it be used just as effectively in the online environments now common in higher education? In their 2017 paper, the authors established that active learning online is certainly possible. In this current article the authors assert that not only is active learning online possible, but that it is a necessity to bolster workforce and higher order thinking skills needed in this current century. Importantly, the faculties have a crucial role to play in implementing active learning online, and active learning online permeate the whole of the online learning experience within courses.

PurposeAs the focal point of both academic studies and business practices, the theme strategy of corporate social responsibility (CSR) arouses wide attention. However, extant studies concentrate more on the selection of the theme of CSR activities, such as the fitness between CSR activities and the core business, thus largely neglecting the consistency of the theme. The purpose of this paper is to determine whether the enterprise should adopt a consistent theme strategy or should participate in different social programs, and how do customers response to the lack of studies in different theme-consistent strategies.Design/methodology/approachIn this paper, two progressive experiments are performed. The purpose of study 1 is to examine the influence of theme consistency on consumers’ CSR association and how consumers’ attribution to corporation motivation mediates such impacts. The purpose for study 2 is to examine whether information dissemination channels and cooperation with public organization could affect the influence of theme consistency strategy.FindingsThe significant influences of theme consistency on consumer CSR association was demonstrated, and consumer’s perceived motivation of CSR was found to play the mediation role. Moreover, the moderation effect of the communication channel of CSR information was found to be important to strengthen the influence of the theme-consistent strategy.Originality/valueThis paper not only demonstrates the influence of theme consistency, but also explains how theme consistency influences consumers’ attitude and behavior. It enriches the study on the antecedent variables of consumers’ attribution to corporate motivation.

One of the formal education pathways that prepare its graduates to have excellence in the world of work is Vocational High Schools (SMK). Current problems in SMK are generally related to limited equipment, low practice costs, and a learning environment that is not suitable for the world of work. Education is carried out to achieve human resources with the ability to think which is formulated as "Higher Order Thinking Skills" (HOTS) which aims to form human resources with the ability to innovate and be able to solve problems. In developing CBI-based learning models, there are learning models that aim to provide a concrete learning experience through the creation of imitations of experiences that are closer to the actual atmosphere. Computer-based learning is strongly influenced by cognitive learning theory, a model of information processing that began to develop in the 60s and 70s.
