The purpose of this study is that this study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership figures mediating the influence of the quality of administrative services on community satisfaction in the Village Office in Sragen Regency. The location of this research is the Village Office in Sragen Regency. While the object of research is the community who use the administration service of the Village Office in Sragen Regency. The population in this study were all people who sought Village Office services in Sragen Regency in January 2020 as many as 1300 people. Researchers took 10% of the population as a sample, ie 130 people who use the services of the Village Office in Sragen Regency. The sampling technique uses convenience or accidental sampling, namely sampling that consists of individuals who are easily found and designed to see the character of the population easily. Hypothesis test results include the quality of administrative services and a significant positive effect on the leadership of the Village Office in Sragen Regency. The quality of administrative services has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction in the Village Office in Sragen Regency. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction in the Village Office in Sragen Regency. Simultaneous test results (F test) can be concluded together that the independent variables have a significant effect on community satisfaction in the Village Office in Sragen Regency. The results of the total R2 value of 0.506 can be interpreted as variations in community satisfaction of the Village Office in Sragen Regency explained by the variable quality of administrative services, and leadership as an intervening variable of 50.6% and the remaining 49.4% explained by other variables outside the research model.

This study aims to examine the effect of audit staff quality (staff in-charge or auditors who carry out audit tasks) and the client type on the audit evidence collection is moderated by the communication type. The study population was auditors working in the Makassar Public Accounting Firm. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, while the data collection was done by distributing questionnaires to all auditors who met the sample criteria. The samples are thirty-three auditors from seven public accountant office in Makassar city. The hypothesis test was conducted using Smart PLS 3. This study found that the audit staff quality, client type, and communication type had a positive effect on the collection of audit evidence directly. Furthermore, the moderation test results found that the communication type strengthens the relationship between the client type and the collection of audit evidence. It means that while gathering audit evidence, the higher the audit staff quality, the more evidence they can obtain. The same result also found in the relationship between the client type and the audit evidence collection. When the client type is friendly, the more audit evidence is gathered. Based on these results, it is suggested that junior auditor must build their confidence in dealing with the clients.

ABSTRAK             Sebagai suatu lembaga layanan publik bagi masyarakat umum, Kantor Desa Tanggaran dituntut untuk memberikan layanannya yg sesuai dengan harapan masyarakatnya sebagai penerima layanannya. Maka dari itu dari pihak Kantor Desa wajib menjaga kepercayaan & kepuasan yang diberikan masyarakarat untuk terus meningkatkan mutu jaminan layanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui & juga menganalisa nilai kepuasan masyarakatnya terhitung nilai pada unit layanan administrasi di Kantor Desa Tanggaran. Selain itu juga untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung & faktor penghambat pada nilai kepuasan semua masyarakatnya terhitung layanannya publik di kantor desa tanggaran kecamatan Pule kabupaten Trenggalek. Metode yang digunakan penulisan penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan menggunakan analisa kualitatif. Lokasi dari penelitian ini  pada kantor desa Tenggaran kecamatan Pule Kab. Trenggalek. Data primer penelitian ini yaitu berupa hasil angket online maupun dari hasil wawancara kepada masyarakatnya yg mendapatkan layanannya publik di kantor desa Tenggaran kecamatan Pule kabupaten Trenggalek. Data sekunder berupa kumpulan laporan, buku, & juga catatan yg berkaitan erat dengan pelaksanaan penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data yg digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil dari kuesioner online, wawancara, & dokumentasi. Therefore, the Village Office must maintain the trust  and satisfaction of the community by improving the quality of its services. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the level of community satisfaction with administrative services at the Tanggaran Office and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors of community satisfaction with public services at the Desa Tanggaran Office, Kecamatan Pule, Kabupaten Trenggalek.             The research method used in this research is descriptive with qualitative analysis, the location of this research is at the Desa Tanggaran Office, Kecamatan Pule, Kabupaten Trenggalek. The primary data in this study were the results of filling out online questionnaires and interviews with people who received public services at the Desa Tanggaran Office, Kecamatan Pule, Kabupaten Trenggalek. Secondary data in the form of reports, books, or notes that are closely related to research. Data collection techniques used in this study were online questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Leadership style and motivation are factors that can affect employee performance. In this case the leadership and motivation in the Office of the High Koto Nagari Mayor of Baso Sub-District, Agam Regency are classified as good, but apparently they have not been able to contribute maximally to employee performance. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance. The population of this study were all employees at the Office of the Woto Nagari Koto Tinggi, Baso District, Agam Regency, which was 15 employees. The sampling technique in this study is non-probality sampling, which is a saturated sample. The results of the data regression analysis show the following equation. Y = 44,185 + 0,462XI + 0,460X2. Based on the T test hypothesis test (partial test) shows that the leadership variable (X1) has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Based on the F Test (simultaneous test) shows that leadership variables, work motivation variables jointly influence the employee performance variable. The significant value is 0.025 < 0.05, so Ho is rejected Ha accepted. So it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between leadership style variables and work motivation on employee performance at the Koto Tinggi Wali Nagari office in Baso District both partially and simultaneously.

This study was conducted to examine the effect of Earnings Per Share, Net Profit Margin, Debt to Equity Ratio toward Stock Price on manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the years 2009-2012. The population consists of 36 companies and are used as a sample of 17  ompanies. Sampling technique using purposive sampling method. Data were tested by using multiple regression analysis and hypothesis test with 5% level of confidence. The research results that the variables Earnings Per Share (EPS) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) gives significantly positive effect on Stock Price. The other variables Debt to Equity Ratio is not significantly to Stock Price. We suggest for investors in Indonesia Stock Exchange that paying attention other factors that regards Stock Price because with those information they can make the best decision for their investments

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of service quality, product quality and  trust on customer loyalty aromania parfumery Bengkulu. This type of research is a survey research with a quantitative approach, the object of this research is the consumers in Aromania parfumery, which is precisely located on Jl. Kapuas Raya, Lingkar Barat, Kec. Gading Cempaka, Bengkulu City. with the sampling method, namely non-propability technique, namely insidential sampling technique. The number of respondents in this study were 105 people. The data collection method used a questionnaire. By using data analysis techniques using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, and Hypothesis Test, namely test t and test f. The results of this study can be concluded that the variable service quality Aromania parfumery has a positive effect on customer loyalty, product quality has a positive effect on customer loyalty, and trust has a positive effect on customer loyalty.Keywords: Service Quality, Product Quality, Customer Trust and Loyalty.

Abstrak : Harga jual merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap petani, salah satunya yaitu tingkat pendapatan yang di peroleh oleh para petani, yang selanjutnya akan berpengaruh terhadap motivasi dan produktivitas kerja dari para petani. Saluran pemasaran yang terlalu panjang, dan kebijakan harga yang tidak memihak pada petani mengakibatkan keuntungan yang di peroleh oleh petani sangat sedikit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor- faktor yang mempengaruhi harga jual kedelai tingkat petani di Kecamatan Peudada Kabupaten Bireuen. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang berpengaruh terhadap harga jual kedelai tingkat petani. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Peudada Kabupaten Bireuen, Lokasi penelitian dipilih secara sengaja (purposive). Ruang lingkup penelitian ini terbatas pada faktor tingkat produksi, kualitas, penanganan pascapanen dan saluran distribusi pemasaran. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 orang yang diambil dari tiga desa tersebut yaitu desa Cot Kruet, Pinto Rimba, Ara Bungong. Sedangkan besarnya sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 15% dari total populasi penelitian. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah fungsi linier berganda. Hasil analisis koefisiensi determinasi ( R² ) diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,827 yang berarti bahwa tingkat produksi, kualitas, penanganan pascapanen, dan saluran ditribusi pemasaran mempengaruhi harga jual kedelai sebesar 82,7%, sedangkan sisanya 17,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Hasil analisis secara serempak (uji-f) bahwa tingkat produksi, Kualitas, Penanganan pascapanen, dan saluran distribusi pemasaran berpengaruh nyata terhapap harga jual kedelai tingkat petani di Kecamatan Peudada Kabupaten Bireuen. Analisis secara parsial (uji-t) menyatakan bahwa faktor kualitas dan penanganan pascapanen yang berpengaruh nyata terhadap harga jual kedelai tingkat petani.Analysis Factors Affecting The Selling Price Soybean Level Farmer in Central Production in Kecamatan Peudada Kabupaten Bireuen.Abstract : The selling price is one factor that would influence the farmers, one of them is income levels in get the farmers, which later will have an influence to motivation and labor productivity from farmers. Marketing outlets is too long, and policy the price of being impartial the farmers resulting in an advantage in get by farmers very few. The purpose of this study is to find of factors affect the selling price of soybean the farm gate in Kecamatan Peudada Kabupaten bireuen. Based on it, the study is done to find out what factors had an influence on the selling price of soybean farm gate. The study is done in Kecamatan Peudada Kabupaten Bireuen, the research areas was selected deliberately (purposive). Scope this research limited to factors production level, the quality of, post-harvest handling of crops and distribution channels marketing. Population in this study as many as 30 people who is taken from the three the village the village Cot Kruet, Pinto Rimba, Ara Bungong. The amount of sample used in this research was 15 % of the total number of research. Model the analysis used is a function linear multiple.The results of the analysis koefisiensi determination ( R2 ) obtained value of 0,827 which means that production level, the quality, post-harvest handling of crops, and channels ditribusi marketing affect the selling price soybean of 82.7 %, while the rest 17.3 % influenced by other factors. The results of the analysis in unison ( uji-f ) that production level, the quality, post-harvest handling of crops, marketing and distribution channels may had have real impact against the selling price soybean the farm gate in Kecamatan Peudada Kabupaten Bireuen. Analysis in partial ( uji-t ) said that factors the quality and post-harvest handling of crops who had have real impact on the selling price soybean the farm gate.

This study aims to determine the effect of job training, work environment, and compensation on employee job satisfaction at Roy Sentoso Collection Yogyakarta. This research uses quantitative methods. The population of this study were employees of the Roy Sentoso Collection Yogyakarta with a total of 50 employees. The sampling technique is saturated sample by taking all samples, namely 50 employees. Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis using SPSS 23 which consists of data quality test, classic assumption test, hypothesis test, and determination coefficient. The results showed that job training and compensation had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. While the work environment partially does not have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah sampel jenuh dengan mengambil semua sampel yaitu 50 karyawan. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Analisis data menggunakan SPSS 23 yang terdiri dari uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Sedangkan lingkungan kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kata kunci : pelatihan kerja, lingkungan kerja, kompensasi, dan kepuasan kerja

Formulation of the problem in the research is how much influence leadership and motivation jointly have on employee performance at the Directorate of Local Economic Development Ministry of Village, Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration. The research method uses surveys with a correlational quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is based on a table developed by Isaac and Michael. In this study, the number of samples was 32 respondents. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the hypothesis test of the multiple correlations of leadership variables and motivation together on the performance of employees in the Directorate of Local Economic Development Ministry of Village Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration, turns out to have a strong and significant positive effect with coefficient values correlation of 0.738 with a calculated F test of 17.376> of F-table of 3.33. While the determination coefficient r2 = 0.545, this means that together the employee performance of 54.5% is determined by leadership and motivation, the remaining 45.5% is determined by other factors.  Abstrak Perumusan masalah dalam penelitian yaitu seberapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Direktorat Pengembangan Ekonomi Lokal Kementerian Desa, Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal dan Transmigrasi. Metode penelitian menggunakan survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang bersifat korelasional. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan berdasarkan tabel yang dikembangkan oleh Isaac dan Michael. Dalam penelitian ini jumlah sampel sebanyak 32 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa uji hipotesis korelasi ganda variabel kepemimpinan dan motivasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Direktorat Pengembangan Ekonomi Lokal Kementerian Desa Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal dan Transmigrasi, ternyata memiliki pengaruh yang positif kuat dan signifikan dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,738 dengan uji Fhitung sebesar 17,376 > dari Ftabel sebesar 3,33. Sedang koefisien determinasinya r2 = 0,545, hal ini berarti secara bersama-sama kinerja pegawai sebesar 54,5% ditentukan oleh kepemimpinan dan motivasi, sisanya 45,5% ditentukan oleh faktor lain.  Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Kinerja Pegawai

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, work communication and job training on the performance of  PT Parama Tirta Mulya Sejahterah employees. Both partially and simultaneously. The type of this research is quantitative research. The population of this study is all employees of PT. 43 employees. Sampling technique is done by saturated sampling technique. Data is obtained using a questionnaire (questionnaire) that is tested for validity and reliability. The results of data analysis found that there was a positive influence between motivation on employee performance with the coefficient value b1 = 0.452. There was a positive influence between work communication on employee performance with a coefficient value of b2 = 0.038. There was a positive influence between training )on employee performance with a coefficient value of b3 = 0.333. There was a significant positive effect of employee performance, Partial Test Results (t-test) between work motivation with work performance wan shows the value of t-count greater than t-table (3,829> 2,601), between communication and employee performance shows the value of t-count greater than t-table value (2,808> 2,016), and between training and employee performance shows the value of t-count greater than t-table value (2,213> 2,016), this shows that there is a significant positive effect partially. The result of the calculated F value is 44.981 and the probability of significance is 0.000.

This research aims to examine the relationship between KAP size, institutional ownership, and the audit committee on the quality of financial reports. 616 Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) companies in 2018 became the population in this study. Purposive sampling as a sampling technique resulted in 547companies. Using inferential logistic regression analysis and using descriptive statistical analysis hypothesis testing methods with IBM SPSS version 25 tools. This study found that the KAP size and the audit committee has a positive effect on the quality of financial reports. Institutional ownership does not affect the quality of financial reports. Simultaneously, KAP size, institutional ownership, and audit committee influence the quality of financial reports. This study concludes that partially, KAP size and audit committee has a positive effect on the quality of financial reports. Simultaneously, KAP size, institutional ownership, and audit committee affect the quality of financial reports. Further research suggests using other proxies, other periods, and other variables.
