The aim of this study is to examine the effect of psychological capital and personality on organizational commitment. Furthermore, it was also aimed to examine the relationships between these two concepts because there is a small number of studies that reveal the relationships between psychological capital and personality characteristics. In this context, a full count was performed in a manufacturing enterprise, and the questionnaire study was conducted on a total of 217 people including all white and blue-collar employees. All employees were reached by face to face interviews. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS 21 and Lisrel 8.51.The results of the study show that psychological capital positively affects affective, continuance and normative commitments. Similarly, personality characteristics also have a significant effect on organizational commitment. Extraversion, conscientiousness, agreeableness and openness to experience among personality characteristics positively affect the organizational commitment. It was observed that neuroticism had a positive effect on organizational commitment, contrary to expectations.The relationships between the relevant two concepts affecting organizational commitment were also found significant. A positive relationship was found between psychological capital and conscientiousness, agreeableness and openness to experience while a negative and significant relationship was found between psychological capital and neuroticism. Contrary to expectations, a negative and significant relationship was achieved between psychological capital and extraversion.

Police officers duties and roles in today’s democratic society are getting complex. As theparty whose responsibility is to enforce law and order, it makes their performance matter themost. This research is aimed to figure out the effect of organizational culture on employeeperformance with the mediating role of organizational commitment. The researchmethodology that used in this study is a case study with survey research method. Purposivesampling technique is used to determine the sample for this research. The sample of thisresearch are 200 police officers of Polres Ciamis. SPSS and Amos statistical software arebeing used for data analysis purpose. The results of this study indicate that organizationalculture has a positive effect on both organizational commitment and employee performance.Additionally, organizational commitment has a positive effect on employee performance aswell as mediating the causal relationship between organizational culture and jobperformance. The result of this study is expected to give the implications to Polres Ciamis inincreasing the performance of its officers.

This study reveals the views and thoughts of managers regarding the employees’ psychological capital, personality characteristics and organizational commitment and their contribution to the work. A qualitative research was conducted in order to reveal the views and thoughts of the managers of a furniture accessories manufacturing company regarding the concepts in question using the in-depth interview method. The data obtained from the interviews were evaluated and interpreted by being subjected to the content analysis.According to the findings of the research, managers believe that both the psychological capital and personality characteristics of employees contribute significantly to the work and the enterprise, and these characteristics also have effects on the organizational commitment of employees.

This study aims to determine the effect of participatory leadership on lecturers' organizational commitment, the influence of quality culture on lecturer organizational commitment, the effect of job satisfaction on lecturers' organizational commitment, the influence of participatory leadership and quality culture on job satisfaction and the commitment of lecturers' organizations at the State University of Medan, Indonesia. The sample is 202 lecturers. The instrument used a questionnaire, the data were analyzed using Path Analysis. The results of the study found that there was a significant influence of participatory leadership variables on job satisfaction. Quality culture has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Participatory leadership has a positive effect on organizational commitment. Quality culture has a positive effect on organizational commitment and job satisfaction also has a positive effect on organizational commitment. Taken together, participatory leadership, quality culture and job satisfaction have a positive effect on organizational commitment.

Fierce competition and oppressing business life of 21st century has given birth to changes in business life and caused some troubles on the side of employees. Unsatisfaction regarding daily working habits has given way to increasing demands of employees regarding a more humane and more meaningful work. In this point, workplace spirituality and spiritual leadership come to scene as possible remedies for the meaninglessness and disappointment of modern employees. In the study, it is hypothesized that spiritual leadership has a positive effect on organizational commitments of employees and the sense of meaning act as a mediator in this relationship. In this paper, we will first explain the spiritual constructs like workplace spirituality and spiritual leadership. And than we will explain our research regarding the relationship among spiritual leadership, sense of meaning and organizational commitment in details. In order to test the relationships in our model a field research has been applied on 800 turkish academicians by using online and face to face surveys. And 190 usable answers have been obtained. Results of the study has been analyzed by using SPSS. 22 program.

Interest in offering Entrepreneurship Education (EE) to all kinds of university students is increasing. Therefore, universities are increasing the number of entrepreneurship courses intended for students from different fields of study and with different education levels. Through a single case study of the Contamination Lab of Turin (CLabTo), we suggest how EE may be taught to all kinds of university students. We have combined design methods with EE to create a practical-oriented entrepreneurship course which allows students to work in transdisciplinary teams through a learning-by-doing approach on real-life projects. Professors from different departments have been included to create a multidisciplinary environment. We have drawn on programme assessment data, including pre- and post-surveys. Overall, we have found a positive effect of the programme on the students’ entrepreneurial skills. However, when the data was broken down according to the students’ fields of study and education levels, mixed results emerged.

Introduction. In a market economy, staff organizational loyalty is one of the key challenges. Aim. To explore the relationship between staff organizational loyalty and their job satisfaction and enthusiasm. Methods: J. Meyer and N. Allen Scale of Organizational Loyalty, Utrecht Scale of Work Enthusiasm, and Integral Job Satisfaction questionnaire. Results. There is a statistically significant relationship between staff job satisfaction and organizational loyalty. Overall staff organizational loyalty has been shown to relate with such scales of work enthusiasm as "energy", "commitment", and "general enthusiasm". Conclusions. Staff organizational loyalty significantly correlates with staff job satisfaction (in particular, with such components of job satisfaction as job achievement satisfaction, colleagues relationship satisfaction, and work conditions satisfaction) and work enthusiasm (in particular, with staff organizational commitment).

Jakarta is the place where the largest number of land transportation in Indonesia, according to Djarot in Kompas.com article, vehicles every day increased about 1500 units. And according to an article from Liputan 6, revenue from conventional taxi drivers dropped dramatically after the entry of online transport by 40-50% during 2016 due to the entry of online transport. Conventional taxi companies must immediately anticipate this phenomenon so that their human resources can survive in the company. The purpose of this research are first, to know is there a positive effect from professionalism factors to organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Second, to know job satisfaction factors have a positive effect to organizational commitment. And the last is to know is there a positive effect from rewards factors to job satisfaction and organizational commitment’s factors. This research uses descriptive method with non-probability method. Through judgmental sampling technique, primary data collection was obtained from questionnaire distribution to conventional taxi driver of Soekarno-Hatta Airport. The data has been collected and then obtained by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The result of this research indicates that there is positive influence from professionalism to organizational commitment but the data do not support the hypothesis, there is positive influence from professionalism to job satisfaction, but there’s negative effect between job satisfaction and organizational commitment, there is positive relation of rewards to job satisfaction, Finally there is a positive effect of rewards on organizational commitment. Education is an important thing that has become a necessity for every human being in order to achieve a better quality of life. Education cannot be separated from the educational curriculum, which is where the curriculum continues to develop following every development of society and technological advances. The curriculum is the heart of education and is dynamic in nature where the curriculum must always be updated or changed. From this curriculum reform and change, it is a challenge for teachers to continue to innovate to improve the quality of education. By using a qualitative research method a case study approach, it is hoped that it can explain the real picture that is being experienced by the teacher at SMK Ibnu Sina. which focuses on the Sharia Banking major due to changes in the adjusted curriculum because the world is being faced by COVID-19. In the era of COVID-19, the educational curriculum must be adjusted, which in the beginning learning can be face-to-face now has turned into a distance learning online learning model.

Study the effectivity analysis of Program Usaha Agribisnis Perdesaan (PUAP) and its impact on farmer income levels (case study of the Teluk Jaya Farmers Group Association) aims to 1. knowing how large the effectivity of PUAP funds is for income levels in poverty alleviation in Teluk Desa Sentosa Panai Hulu Subdistrict, 2. to analyze and determine the level of income of Gapoktan Teluk Jaya Farming Business in Teluk Sentosa, Panai Hulu Subdistrict before and after receiving PUAP assistance. The results showed that the effectivity of PUAP program funding is very effective and good, it can be seen from the results of the F test of 12.406 with a significant level of 0.000 while the F value of the table is 2.051. When compared to the value of F test (12.406) > Ftable (2.051) at α 5%, it was concluded that simultaneously the effectivity variable and the PUAP program had a positive effect. The increase in income of the Teluk Jaya Farmers Group in Teluk Sentosa after receiving PUAP funds can be known from the t table for the effectivity variable of 2.663 and the PUAP program for 1.270 with a significant value for each independent variable (2.051); (0.073). Whereas for the t table value in the distribution statistics t table with the level of test α = 5% and df1 = 27 of 2,051. Based on the criteria that if the value is t count> t table); namely (2.663> 2,051) (1,270> 2,051) so that it can be concluded that the effectivity variable partially has a positive and significant effect on the income level.Keywords : effectivity variable,  income level, PUAP program
