This study aims to determine the effect of participatory leadership on lecturers' organizational commitment, the influence of quality culture on lecturer organizational commitment, the effect of job satisfaction on lecturers' organizational commitment, the influence of participatory leadership and quality culture on job satisfaction and the commitment of lecturers' organizations at the State University of Medan, Indonesia. The sample is 202 lecturers. The instrument used a questionnaire, the data were analyzed using Path Analysis. The results of the study found that there was a significant influence of participatory leadership variables on job satisfaction. Quality culture has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Participatory leadership has a positive effect on organizational commitment. Quality culture has a positive effect on organizational commitment and job satisfaction also has a positive effect on organizational commitment. Taken together, participatory leadership, quality culture and job satisfaction have a positive effect on organizational commitment.

This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention with organizational commitment as an intervening variable. The approach of this study is quantitative. The population in this study are permanent employees who are in PT. Astra International Tbk, Honda. The sample of this study were 100 employees in PT. Astra International Tbk, Honda using path analysis. From the analysis model the value of the dependent variable was obtained from the results of the questionnaire and using a Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that the model studied has met the model's feasibility test. Job satisfaction shows positive and significant results on organizational commitment, job satisfaction shows positive and significant results on turnover intention, organizational commitment shows positive and significant results on turnover intention and job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on turnover intention through organizational commitment. Term incentive used in this study is the extent to which incentives can motivate members of the organization (employees) to achieve the goals of the organization (company). The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the effect of giving incentive and job satisfaction on organizational commitment and work motivation. Research was conducted on the employees of QNB Bank Indonesia Area Surabaya. Data collected by a questionnaire distributed to all employees and employee. Data have been collected and analyzed using descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results showed that giving incentive and job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment. The study also found that giving incentive and job satisfaction of employees  QNB Bank Indonesia Area  Surabaya has a significant positive effect on employee work  motivation at  the  Bank QNB Indonesia Area Surabaya.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between organizational climate, organizational commitment,  job satisfaction, and employee performance. Particularly, we examine the effect of organizational climate and organizational  commitmenton job satisfaction. Furthermore, we also test the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance.Results of path analysis on 90 respondents showsopports for all hypotheses. Partially, organizational climate and organizational commitment have positive effect on job satisfaction. Simultaneously, organizational climate and organizational commitment positivelyaffect job satisfaction. In addition, job satisfaction has positive effect on employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with Organizational Commitment as Variable Mediation At PT. BPR Bali Dananiaga. Organizational Citizenship Behavior is a behavior in an organization that is not directly appreciated by a formal reward system. Organizations need to pay attention to the factors that affect the Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Samples taken as many as 45 respondents. Sampling in this research using saturated sampling technique. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point likert scale to measure 17 statement items. The analysis technique used is Path Analysis. The result of the analysis shows that job satisfaction has positive effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction has positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment has positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment acts as mediation on the influence of job satisfaction toward organizational citizenship behavior at PT. Riset ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh penerapan manajemen kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja (K3) terhadap kepuasan dan komitmen organisasional. Penelitian dilakukan di Dinas Kebersihan dan Pertamanan (DKP) Kota Denpasar dengan menggunakan petugas kebersihan Dinas Kebersihan dan Pertamanan Kota Denpasar sebagai sampel/subjek penelitian sebanyak 60 orang. Berkaitan dengan metode penelitiannya, riset ini menggunakan wawancara dan kusioner sebagai metode pengumpulan datanya analisis jalur (path analysis) sebagai teknik analisis datanya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan K3 berpengaruh signifikan secara positif pada kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasional. Kepuasan kerja juga berpengaruh positif signifikan pada komitmen organisasional, dan kepuasan kerja merupakan variabel yang memediasi pengaruh penerapan K3 pada komitmen organisasional. Kata kunci : penerapan K3, kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasional ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of health and safety management implementation on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. This research used sanitation officer of Dinas Kebersihan dan Pertamanan Kota Denpasar as research respondent. Data collection method used interview and quitionare and for data analysis will be used path analysis. The results showed that the implementation of health and safety management has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and job satisfaction also has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, and job satisfaction serve as a variable that mediates the effect of health and saftey management implementation on organizational commitment.

The purpose of this study was to examine the positive effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and job involvement on employee performance at Bank Muamalat Surakarta. This research methodology using explanatory research type, the researcher conducted a survey and jumped into the research location by giving questionnaires to the employees of Bank Muamalat Surakarta directly. This study uses a quantitative method, where this method is used to test the hypothesis. The population of this research is all employees of Bank Muamalat Surakarta as many as 60 people as well as the research sample. The sampling technique used total sampling technique, where the number of samples was the same as the population. The data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis, t test, F test, and R2 test. The results showed that there was a significant influence between job satisfaction factors (X1) on the employee performance of Bank Muamalat Surakarta, there was a significant influence between organizational commitment factors (X2) on the employee performance of Bank Muamalat Surakarta, there was a significant influence between job involvement factors (X3) on the performance of employees of Bank Muamalat Surakarta.

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, motivation, compensation on employee performance, employee performance motivation and to determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Bank Negara Indonesi Batam Branch. This study uses saturated samples for all employees at PT. Bank Negara Indonesi Batam Branch. Analysis method of this research using path analysis. Based on the results of the analysis found that compensation has a positive effect on job satisfaction, motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, compensation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, motivation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on performance and employee satisfaction. Working mediates the effect of compensation and motivation on employee performance. Based on research results, PT. Bank Negara Indonesi Batam Branch. Should be fair compensation, motivate employees with promotion.

The purpose of this study was to find out empirically influences of motivation, discipline, leadership, organizational culture to job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and influences of motivation, discipline, leadership, organizational culture, job satisfaction and organizational commitment to employee performance in the Dinas Perdagangan Tenaga Kerja Koperasi Usaha Kecil dan Menengah of Karanganyar Regency. The technique of sampling that used in this study was sampling method.The sample that used in this research was 51 respondents. The data collecting technique used observation and questionnaire. The data analytical technique used instrument research test such as validity and reliability tests; linearity test; hypothesis test such as path analysis, t test, F test, coefficient determination and coefficient correlation tests. The instrument test result showed that all of instruments were valid and reliable. The hypothesis result of this study showed that: Motivation had positive and significant influence on job satisfaction, while discipline, leadership and organizational culture had positive but insignificant influence on job satisfaction. Motivation and organizational culture had positive and significant influence on organizational commitment, while leadership had positive but insignificant influence on organizational commitment, and discipline had negative but insignificant influence on organizational commitment. Motivation, leadership, organizational culture and job satisfaction had positive and significant influence on performance, while discipline and organizational commitment had positive but insignificant influence on performance. Motivation, discipline, leadership, organizational culture, job satisfaction and organizational commitment simultaneously are significant influence to employee performance in the Dinas Perdagangan Tenaga Kerja Koperasi Usaha Kecil dan Menengah of Karanganyar Regency. The result of path analysis showed that the direct influence of motivation to performance was more effective rather than the indirect effect both through job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The direct influence of discipline to performance was more effective rather than the indirect effect both through job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The direct influence of leadership to performance was more effective rather than the indirect effect both through job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The direct influence of organizational culture to performance was more effective rather than the indirect effect both through job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Job satisfaction as the variable of intervening in this study was unable to mediate influence of motivation, discipline, leadership and organizational culture variables to performance. Organizational commitment as the variable of intervening in this study was unable to mediate influence of motivation, discipline, leadership and organizational culture variables to performance. The direct influence of leadership to performance was the most dominant path which affected performance. Jakarta is the place where the largest number of land transportation in Indonesia, according to Djarot in Kompas.com article, vehicles every day increased about 1500 units. And according to an article from Liputan 6, revenue from conventional taxi drivers dropped dramatically after the entry of online transport by 40-50% during 2016 due to the entry of online transport. Conventional taxi companies must immediately anticipate this phenomenon so that their human resources can survive in the company. The purpose of this research are first, to know is there a positive effect from professionalism factors to organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Second, to know job satisfaction factors have a positive effect to organizational commitment. And the last is to know is there a positive effect from rewards factors to job satisfaction and organizational commitment’s factors. This research uses descriptive method with non-probability method. Through judgmental sampling technique, primary data collection was obtained from questionnaire distribution to conventional taxi driver of Soekarno-Hatta Airport. The data has been collected and then obtained by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The result of this research indicates that there is positive influence from professionalism to organizational commitment but the data do not support the hypothesis, there is positive influence from professionalism to job satisfaction, but there’s negative effect between job satisfaction and organizational commitment, there is positive relation of rewards to job satisfaction, Finally there is a positive effect of rewards on organizational commitment. The needs of nurses who have the category of "good citizen" is the main concern that can not be ignored by management because it will have a positive impact on the organization.The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of workload, job satisfaction and organizational commitment to Organizational Citizenship Behavior nurses. The research involved 104 implementer nurses. Data excavation techniques used questionnaires and interviews. Data were analyzed by regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination.The result of the research at the 5% significance level shows that: Workload has positive effect not significant to OCB nurse (regression coefficient: 0.116, p value: 0.245). The variables that give positive and significant influence to the nurse OCB are job satisfaction (regression coefficient: 0,226 and p value: 0,022) and organizational commitment (regression coefficient: 0,253 and p value: 0,012). Workload, job satisfaction and organizational commitment simultaneously give positive and significant influence to OCB nurse (F arithmetic: 4.836) with sig value: 0,003). Organizational commitment was the most dominant variable significantly influence the organizational citizenship behavior of nurses in the context of nurses in Batara Guru regional hospital, Luwu regency.
