The study aims to determine the influential factors behind the choice of green actions by the banking employees of Bangladesh. Hypotheses and a research framework are developed with a view to explore the relationship of green managerial choice of bankers with perceived green knowledge, peer pressure, rewards and recognition and government regulations in ensuring environmental performance. A self-administered questionnaire was utilized for collecting primary data and exploratory factor analysis was tested to verify the variance of the considered variables and finally multiple-regression analysis was used to comprehend the relationship among the variables. A positive relationship was identified with peer pressure and rewards and recognition that may influence the employees to accept the overall green policies and practices. The study can help the business administrators to identify the dominating factors and work on these factors to motivate the employees to increase their environmental behaviour so that organizational environmental performance can be enhanced.

The issue of unpayable educational loan that lead to student’s defaults has become a worrying trend all over the world. This research aims to examine the relationship of anxiety, parental influence, media awareness, and religiosity on student’s perception on educational loan repayment. A survey approach has been adopted to investigate student’s perception on educational loan repayment in Universiti Utara Malaysia. The data for this study were collected via structured questionnaires which were completed by 359 undergraduate Muslim’s students who acquire their financial loan from National Higher Education Fund Corporation (NHEFC). The data were then quantitatively analyzed using SPSS program. The findings of Pearson’s correlation showed a positive correlation between student’s perception towards educational loan repayment and religiosity, parental influence, media awareness, and anxiety. Further analysis using a multiple regression indicated that all independent variables explained 32.9 per cent of student’s perception on educational loan repayment. The result again indicated that religiosity and parent’s influence are most influential factors on student’s perception towards educational loan repayment. Whilst, media awareness slightly contributed to student’s perception towards educational loan repayment and anxiety gave no impact. The result implied that the Ministry of Education may design the syllabus in school and university curricular by adding the value of responsibility in loan repayment especially in religious and moral subjects. Besides, the Ministry Education of Malaysia are also urged to use media to disseminate the information regarding the importance for students to make loan repayment to parents as well as students. The collection of student loan then can be used for the next generation in financing their study which could result the prosperity of nation.

INTISARI    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan PT. ITRASAL yang dimediasi oleh Motivasi Kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian metode asosiatif dengan jenis penelitian  survey  yang akan mengungkapkan hubungan dua variabel, yaitu Gaya Kepemimpinan sebagai variabel bebas dan Produktivitas sebagai variabel terikat. Data primer berasal dari kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan bagian Liquid Departemen Produksi PT ITRASAL, dan hasil diskusi dengan karyawan bagian tersebut. Selanjutnya data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan metode korelasi dan regresi linear. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa nilai r untuk variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Produktivitas adalah 0,557 dan nilai t adalah 8.951. Nilai r untuk variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Motivasi adalah 0,278 dan nilai t adalah 5,022. Terdapat hubungan positif antara Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Produktivitas dan Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap Motivasi. Nilai r untuk variabel Motivasi terhadap Produktivitas adalah 0,377 dan nilai t adalah 6,251. Terdapat hubungan positif antara Motivasi terhadap Produktivitas. Kata kunci : Gaya kepemimpinan, Motivasi kerja, Produktivitas karyawan  ABSTRACT  This study aims to identify the relationship of leadership style to employee productivity PT. ITRASAL is mediated by work motivation. This research uses the research design of associative method with the type of survey research that will reveal the relationship of two variables, namely Leadership Style as independent variable and productivity as dependent variable. Primary data comes from a questionnaire distributed to employees of the Liquid Department of Production Department of PT ITRASAL, and the results of discussions with employees of that section. Further data obtained were analyzed using correlation and linear regression method. From this research, the result that r value for leadership style variable to productivity is 0,557 and t value is 8,951. The r value for the leadership style variable for motivation is 0.278 and the t value is 5.022. There is a positive relationship between leadership style on productivity and leadership style have a positive effect on motivation. The r value for the Motivation variable on productivity is 0.377 and the t value is 6.251. There is a positive relationship between motivation to productivity. The purpose of this paper is to provide an overview of the differences in the strength of social capital that is bonding and bridging two community groups, namely land-dwellers and Sama Bajo boat-dwellers in three islands in Wakatobi Marine National Park. This study used a post-positivistic research paradigm, and the primary data were collected by using a questionnaire to 240 respondents who represented the group of land-dwellers and Sama Bajo boat-dwellers on the islands of Wangi-wangi, Kaledupa, and Tomia. This research was also supported by qualitative data through in-depth interviews from several informants and desk studies. The results showed that bridging social capital relations tend to be weak in the two forms of interactions between the Sama Bajo and the land-dwellers on Wangi-wangi Island and Kaledupa Island, while bridging social capital tend to be secured in Tomia Island. We found that the social context through the historical links in the past and identity played a role in the relationship of bridging social capital and bonding social capital in the three communities as an analytical unit of this research.

This study aims to examine the relationship of sustainable innovation strategy and financial performance through the mediation environmental performance. The hypothesis in this study is sustainable innovation strategy affect the financial performance which is mediated by environmental performance. This study is quantitative research in the explanatory level. The population of this study is all the manufacturer companies in East Java. The data is collected through questionnaire. The unit of analysis is a business unit. The respondent of this study is the manager of a business unit manufacturing company in East Java. The results showed that the environmental performance mediates partially the relation between sustainable innovation strategy and financial performance.<br /><br />

The research paper aims to identify significant factors affecting towards the Social Media Marketing which can influence and affect the Brand Image of organizations in the hospitality sector. The identified factors include the following; 1. Positivity, 2. Consistency, 3. Differentiation, 4. Personality, and 5. Engagement Opportunities on Social Media. A framework was developed to highlight the relationship of the factors and their direct influence and impact on the Brand Image. A questionnaire is used to obtain primary data, and the data is analysed using a variety of statistical tools to measure and evaluate the strength of the influence and impact of Social Media Marketing on Brand Image of Hospitality Brands. Assessing the influence and impact of Social Media Marketing on their Brand Image can help organizations in the hospitality industry to evaluate the success of their Social Media Marketing Campaigns, while organizations that are currently not engaged in Social Media Marketing can gain a better understanding on how to utilize Social Media platforms to enhance their Brand Image.

Teenage sexual behavior at risk will have an impact on increasing teenage pregnancy transmitted infection. The purpose of this study is to determine the Relationship of Knowledge and Attitude of Teenager with Sexuality Behavior in SMA Negeri 10 Rejang Lebong Regency.This study used analytical survey with Cross Sectional design. Population in this study were all students of class X and XI from SMA Negeri 10 Rejang Lebong Regency in academic year of 2017/2018. Sampling technique in this study used Simple Random Sampling. Collection data in this study used secondary and primary data who obtained from direct interviewedto the respondents. Data analysis technique in this study used univariate and bivariate analysis with Chi-Square test.The results of this study showed there was a significant relationship between knowledge and behavior of Teenager in SMA Negeri 10 Rejang Lebong Regency with moderate category relationship and there was no significant relationship between attitude and behavior of teenager in SMA Negeri 10 Rejang Lebong Regency.It is expected that students from SMA Negeri 10 Rejang LebongRegency will read more books and seek information about sexual health. Keywords: attitude, knowledge, sexuality behavior

The majority of residents of Wonosalam Subdistrict are farmers who are at high risk of having health problems due to interactions with hazardous materials, such as pesticides. The implementation of occupational safety and health (K3) which is still low triggers the occurrence of accidents and diseases in farmers that have an impact on performance degradation so that it can cause losses. The aim of this study to find out the relationship between farmers 'characteristics and farmers' perceptions in the application of K3 in Wonosalam District, Jombang Regency by using descriptive quantitative methods. Observation variables include age, level of education, training, length of farming, income, land status and land area on perceptions of OHS application. The data used are primary data obtained from 98 farmers using a questionnaire. Analysis of the data used in this study is thecorrelation analysis Spearman Rank. The results showed that the characteristics of farmers associated with farmers' perceptions in applying OSH were the level of education and training. While the characteristics of farmers who are not related to the perception of farmers in the application of OSH are age, length of farming, income, land status and land area.

This study aims to determine the effect of applying e-filing and knowledge of taxation on taxpayer compliance. Compliance costs as moderating variable that moderate relations between application e-filing and knowledge taxation on the taxpayer compliance. The population in this study is taxpayers in Padang city. The number off samples used was 100 respondents with the sampling method using purposive sampling. The data used in this study are primary data. Data collection techniques are done by questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression and moderated regression analysis. The results obtained are the application of e-filing has a significant positive effect on taxpayer compliance, knowledge of taxation does not affect taxpayer compliance, compliance costs proved to moderate the relationship between the implementation of e-filing and taxpayer compliance, and the cost of compliance was not proven to moderate the knowledge relationship of taxation with taxpayer compliance

The Relationship between Knowledge about Complementary Food with Baby Weight Aged 6-12 Month in Working Area of Basuki Rahmat                                               Public Health Center Bengkulu CityABSTRAKMakanan pendamping ASI merupakan pelengkap untuk melatih serta membiasakan bayi terhadap makanan yang akan dimakannya setiap hari selain demi memenuhi kebutuhan tubuh yang semakin meningkat seiring dengan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan bayi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari hubungan pengetahuan ibu tentang Makanan Pendamping ASI (MP-ASI) Dengan Berat Badan Bayi Usia 6-12 Bulan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Basuki Rahmat Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, populasi mempunyai kesempatan yang sama untuk dipilih menjadi sample yang akan dijadikan ibu yang memiliki bayi pada usia 6-12 bulan selama bulan Maret sampai dengan April 2018 sebanyak 63 orang di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Basuki Rahmat Kota Bengkulu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 63 orang. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil Penelitian dari 63 orang terdapat 25 pengetahuan kurang, 31 yang pengetahuan kurang dan 7 orang yang pengetahuan baik. Dari 63 orang terdapat 15 orang yang berat badan bayi tidak normal, 48 berat badan bayi normal. Ada hubungan pengetahuan ibu tentang Makanan Pendamping ASI (MP-ASI) dengan berat badan Bayi Usia 6-12 Bulan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Basuki Rahmat Kota Bengkulu dengan kategori hubungan sedang. Diharapkan pihak Puskesmas Basuki Rahmat Kota Bengkulu terutama pada bidan agar dapat meningkatkan program yang berkaitan dengan pemberian makanan pendamping ASI agar dapat meningkatkan kesehatan bayi dan diharapkan memberikan informasi kepada ibu Kata Kunci:    berat badan bayi, pengetahuan ibu tentang makanan pendamping ASI (MP-ASI) ABSTRACTComplementary food is a complement to training and familiarizing babies with the food they eat every day in addition to meeting the needs of the body which increases along with the growth and development of the baby. Collecting data in this study used primary data with spreaded questionnaire. The result of this study showed: from 63 people there were 25 people with lack of knowledge, 31 people with moderate knowledge and 7 people with good knowledge. from 63 people there were 15 people with baby weight did not normal, 48 people with baby weight normal. there is significant relationship between knowledge about complementary feeding with baby weight with Age of 6-12 month in working area of Basuki rahmat Public Health Center Bengkulu City with moderate category relationship. Keywords: Knowledge about MP-ASI, Baby Weight

Cyber extension merupakan sebuah upaya untuk menggunakan jaringan internet, akses dunia maya dan multimedia interaktif digital, untuk memfasilitasi penyebarluasan berbagai informasi yang dapat membantu menyelesaikan masalah serta mengembangkan pertanian. Perlu diketahui faktor apa yang berperan penting dalam keefektifan penyebaran informasi dan bagaimana hubungannya dengan peningkatan kapasitas petani. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Menganalisis hubungan setiap indikator karakteristik individu petani dengan keefektifan diseminasi informasi yang dirasakan oleh petani; (2) Menganalisis hubungan antara aksesibilitas informasi petani dengan keefektifan diseminasi informasi yang dirasakan oleh petani; dan (3) Menganalisis hubungan intensitas mengakses informasi dan melakukan komunikasi dalam bidang pertanian dengan keefektifan diseminasi informasi yang dirasakan oleh petani. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan metode sensus, sebagai data primer dengan panduan kuesioner dan data kualitatif digunakan peneliti dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam kepada responden dan informan menggunakan panduan pertanyaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Karakteristik individu yang menunjukkan hubungan yang sangat kuat dengan keefektifan diseminasi informasi yang dirasakan oleh petani adalah tingkat kekosmopolitan; (2) Aksesibilitas informasi berhubungan sangat kuat dengan keefektifan diseminasi informasi yang dirasakan oleh petani; dan (3) Indikator intensitas komunikasi interaktif dalam bidang pertanian menunjukkan hubungan kuat dengan keefektifan diseminasi informasi yang dirasakan oleh petani.Kata Kunci : aksesibilitas informasi, keefektifan diseminasi informasi, manfaat cyber extension=====ABSTRACT Cyber extension is an effort to use the internet networks, cyberspace access and digital interactive multimedia, to facilitate the dissemination of various information that can help solve the agricultural problem and develop the farming. It is necessary to know what factors play an important role in the effective dissemination of information and how it relates to increasing the capacity of farmers. The objectives of this study are (1) To analyze the relationship between the indicator of farmer individual characteristics and the effectiveness of information dissemination that felt by farmers; (2) Analyzing the relationship between information accessibility and the effectiveness of information dissemination that felt by farmers; and (3) Analyzing the relationship of accessing information and communication intensity in agriculture field with the effectiveness of information dissemination that felt by farmers. Data was collected by the census method as primary data with questionnaire guidance and qualitative data used by researchers by conducting in-depth interviews with informants using question guides. The results showed that (1) Individual characteristics that showed a very strong association with the effectiveness of information dissemination that felt by farmers were the level of cosmopolitanism; (2) Information accessibility has a very strong association with the effectiveness of information dissemination that felt by farmers; and (3) The intensity of interactive communication in agriculture showed a very strong association with the effectiveness of information dissemination that felt by farmers.Keywords: benefits of cyber extensions, the effectiveness of information dissemination, information accessibility
