The existence of the heart described by the heart in Islamic scientific discourses quoted from Islamic sources, namely the Al-Quran and Al-Hadith can provide correct understanding and caution for the community in using and maintaining the heart in humans. The study of this research is literature, where the author concludes that a safe heart is a heart that is clean from the filling of other gods besides Allah with lots of istighfar, so that there is no defilement of the heart because of greed that is born to glorify Allah's creation, and to deify it. The heart is always filled by a servant by remembering and establishing love with Allah SWT, including praying, so that the relationship strengthens his belief and develops into the fabric of love among His creatures.

With the development of science and technology as well as the transformation of the social culture, the packaging forms turn to be more and more diversified, the packaging materials become more and more abundant, and the packaging processes are more and more improved. However, along with it, some problems brought by product packaging come out gradually and play a critical role which cannot be neglected on the products, consumers, natural environment and so on. To have a correct understanding of the relationship between packaging and environment is conducive to guiding people to pay high attention to the environmental protection when developing packages, insist on the principle to synchronize packaging development and ecological environment protection, and reduce the pollution of packaging to environment to the lowest degree. It should start from the angle of the sustainable development of ecological environment, to study the materials and form design of packaging, thus finally realizing the integration of design and production, production and consumption, packaging and environment, as well as life and ecology.

Abstract: One of the spiritualities that is important to learn and understand is spirituality according to John Calvin, which emphasizes the importance of the principle regarding the relationship between humans and God. Deeper recognition gives an indication that a person’s relationship with God is getting closer and closer to God, which will have an impact on spiritual growth. However, the spiritual understanding that is widely discussed today does not always originate from the existence of God but also from the potential of the human self. The purpose of this paper is to understand spirituality according to Calvin so that it can be a reference for the education of church members in the new normal era. This research uses a descriptive research method with a literature review approach and field data collection at the Indonesian Evangelical Mission Alliance Church in Balikpapan. Spirituality according to Calvin, if properly understood can help church members to have a correct understanding of knowing God and realizing the importance of spiritual growth and can find the strength to continue to grow in a stronger spiritual life that is expressed in the attitude of each individual’s life.

SummaryThe strengths of the metals at present available to industry are of especial importance to the aeronautical engineer who is also in a position to appreciate the need for greatly improved materials, the absence of which often places restriction on much needed developments. Although the materials of the future may become available by the somewhat fortuitous development methods at present employed, it is undeniable that greatly accelerated developments would result if a correct understanding was obtained of the fundamental characteristics of the cohesion and fracture of metals, of which the former belongs to the field of the atomic physicist. It has been found possible, for the first time, to show that failure under static and fatigue stressing is associated with changes in the crystalline structure which are identical. These changes are (1) a dislocation of the initially perfect grains into large components which vary in orientation from that of the internal grain by amounts up to about 2°,(2) the formation of “crystallites,” approximately 10-4 to 10-5 cm. in size, whose orientation varies widely from that of the original grains, and (3) the presence of severe internal stresses in the crystallites. At fracture, whatever the type of applied stressing, the whole of the specimen behaves to the X-ray beam as a medium of crystallites showing marked lattice distortion and oriented completely at random. X-ray diffraction methods are shown to distinguish clearly between the effects of the application of safe and unsafe ranges of stress; the first method that has been successful in this respect. In order to show the relationship between the new work described and previous work dealing with the use of X-rays in studying the deformation characteristics of metals, a preliminary section of the paper deals with cold-rolling and drawing. A survey is also presented of the present position regarding strength and atomic structure, together with references to various theories regarding the imperfections of crystals as encountered in practice. An introductory section describes briefly the atomic structure of metals, as revealed by X-rays.

AbstractThis article explores the relationship between religion, sexuality, and modernity through a study of the important yet neglected text Sex and Common-Sense (1921) by the celebrated Anglican feminist preacher, pacifist, and campaigner for women's ordination, Maude Royden (1876–1956). It argues for the ongoing vitality of religious constructions of sexual identity in interwar Britain and the deeply symbiotic rather than oppositional relationship between Christian and secular (scientific) discourses during this period. Royden's engagement with the new sexological and psychological approaches to the self and sexuality is examined, as are her efforts to modernize religious understandings of sexuality through a more compassionate, progressive reading of women's capacity for sexual pleasure, marriage reform, divorce, birth control, and homosexuality. The centrality of her High Church incarnational theology to an understanding of sex as sacramental is also assessed. The article proposes that histories of sexuality and histories of religion have hitherto worked with differing chronologies of secularization that have had interesting implications not only for the recognition of religion's continued influence in shaping mainstream British sexual morality but also for the uneven and multifarious readings of modernity itself.

The relationship among processing factors and the comprehension of literary and scientific discourses of fourth grade readers was examined. With one exception, a different matrix of processing behaviors were associated with the recall within the two disciplinary discourses.  However, clauses read in a manner than maintained the author’s meaning, regardless of the existence of miscues, were positively correlated with local and global levels of comprehension on both discourse types.  Interestingly, words read per minute, accuracy, reading levels as determined by the Qualitative Reading Inventory, and oral reading fluency as determined by DIBELS were unrelated to strong retellings.

This article is a continuation of the rhetorical-critical analysis of the Epistle to the Galatians started previously. The first article discussed the method of rhetorical criticism, its relationship with epistolography and the question of the partition of the rhetorical act. Then we started the analysis of the Epistle which is, due to the limited space, continued in this article with a demonstrative section (Gal 2:15 — 4:31). Here Paul argues for the correct understanding of the history of salvation, the relationship between the Law and faith, and the true identity of the faithful. Then, in the parenetic section (Gal 5:1 — 6:10), he sets the standard by which the faithful must live their newly found freedom in Christ. The Epistle ends with a hand-written conclusion in which Paul summarizes its key theological themes and controversies.

The article deals with general theoretical and constitutional-legal issues of the formation and implementation of the constitutional-legal responsibility of the President of Ukraine. The relationship between the institution of constitutional and legal responsibility of the President of Ukraine and the problems of implementation of the Constitution and constitutional legislation, the formation of constitutionalism and the implementation of constitutional reform in Ukraine is investigated. The article analyzes modern legislative initiatives in the field of regulation of the institution of impeachment of the President of Ukraine. It is concluded that the correct understanding of the essential and functional-teleological characteristics of the constitutional and legal responsibility of the President of Ukraine depends on its functionality and efficiency. In general, positively assessing the adoption of a special Law of Ukraine "On the special procedure for removal of the President of Ukraine from office (impeachment)", we can conclude that it legalized for the first time at the legislative level the institution of constitutional and legal responsibility (by defining the concept of constitutional responsibility) and some legal features, principles, functions, features of the subject-object composition, revealing its essence and content as a type of legal responsibility, purpose in society and the state, as well as its place in the system of protection of the Constitution and constitutional order. On the other hand, attention should be paid to the overly complicated impeachment procedure, which in fact makes it impossible to implement the appropriate form of constitutional liability in practice. The procedural component of this Law, as well as many other legislative acts, which enshrine the relationship of constitutional and legal responsibility, is a significant shortcoming of native constitutional law. After all, the functionality and effectiveness of constitutional and legal responsibility in general, and such a subject of constitutional law as the President, depends not only on a proper understanding of its essential and substantive characteristics, but also primarily the quality of procedural and procedural support for its application.

Abstract The purpose of this article is to analyze prescriptions for oral dental inspections officially adopted in primary schools in São Paulo. It investigates official publications that help to read the guidelines given for the inspection, handling and care of children's teeth and mouths within the school space are investigated. It explores the relationship established between teething, school progress, and civilization, as well as the conduct adopted in cases of poor dental condition. Conclusions highlight the good results of problematizing the meanings attributed to the practices of inspection and physical examinations and the approximations made between the school and the scientific discourses elaborated about it.

Aim. The paper continues the series of publications that investigate and discuss the essence and definitions of the basic concepts of the dependability theory. It analyzes the basic concept, which is the subject of consideration in dependability, for which the term “item” is usually used. The concept of “dependability” is defined for it, and in general all the terminology of dependability applies to it. The following issues are considered: how to name and define this subject of consideration, what it can be, what can be its constituents. In particular, the relationship between the concepts of “item” and “product” is discussed.Methods. The evolution of definitions of this concept in the Russian and international terminological standards in dependability over the past 30 years is traced. A comparative analysis of other standards and federal laws relating to items of different types is carried out. The viability of two main ways of getting an idea of a concept is considered: illustrative (based on examples) and definitional (by means of sequential definition of some concepts through others).Findings and conclusions. The definition and correct understanding of the concept of “item” is of great importance, as it affects the scope of dependability standards. It is explained why it is necessary to accept that the definitions of the basic concepts cannot be rigorously formalized and are in fact only explanations. It is shown that the definitions of the item in the existing Russian and international standards (GOST 27.002–2015 and IEC 60050-192:2015) have inaccuracies. To eliminate them, improved notes to the definition of an item are proposed. The first note lists the possible types of items: products (parts, assembly units, complexes) and their components; buildings and structures; systems consisting of jointly functioning products and structures and their subsystems. The second note indicates the relationship between the main constituents of the item: hardware, software and people (personnel), and their possible combinations. The paper provides reasons for considering virtual items that play an important role in today’s information and telecommunication technologies and are logically isolated subsystems within the systems that they are part of. Besides that, it points out the deficiencies in the definitions of various items in GOST 18322–2016.

4.3 The internal layout of legislation: a statute There is a standard method of laying out statutes which, when recognised and understood, becomes a great help for analysis or evaluation. Most large statutes will be divided into parts for ease of reference. Each part will deal with different aspects of the overall collection of rules and their meanings. Each part contains sections which give more details in each area. Where appropriate, sections will deal with definitions. Sections can be further divided with the use of arabic numerals into sub-sections. Sub-sections are capable of further division, with the use of roman numerals, into paragraphs. Paragraphs can be further divided with alphabetical ordering into sub-paragraphs. At the end of the statute, there will often be schedules and these are numerically divided as well. These deal further with matters raised in the various parts. Schedules can only relate to previous sections in the Act. They cannot create anything new without an anchoring in the main body of the statute. All statutes also contain marginal notes, headings and sub-headings. These organising devices, however, are said not to form part of the law. Correct understanding of the relationship between parts, sections, sub-sections, paragraphs, sub-paragraphs, marginal notes, headings and schedules enables the general layout of the Act to be ascertained. Assistance is also obtained from the ‘long title’ of the Act, which looks more like a long sentence about what the statute is about! Central to the analysis of statutes is the ability to understand these intratextual relationships. Figure 3.8, below, sets out the general layout of statutes and Figure 3.9, below, is an annotated first page of the Human Rights Act. Figure 3.8: general layout of statutes
