Baground: One form of service in the administration room is the caring behavior of health workers where the caring attitude will be intertwined with a relationship of mutual trust, compassion and honesty. Patients and their families will feel satisfied if the health services received are in accordance with the patient's expectations and can feel disappointed if the caring health workers received are not in line with their expectations so that patients will tend to choose health services that can provide good caring. The purpose of this study was to know the caring of health workers in administrative services on patient satisfaction in inpatients at the Muna Regency General Hospital.. Method: The research design uses a cross sectional study approach involving a sample of 52 people. The data collection method used primary data and secondary data. Data analysis using Univariate and Bivariate analysis. Results: there is a relationship between caring for health workers in administrative services to patient satisfaction in inpatients at the Muna Regency General Hospital with a value of 0,017. Conclusions: there is a relationship between caring for health workers in administrative services to patient satisfaction in inpatients at the Muna Regency General Hospital. Keywords: career, health workers, administrative services, patient satisfaction   Pendahuluan: Salah satu bentuk pelayanan diruangan administrasi adalah perilaku caring petugas kesehatan dimana sikap caring akan terjalin dengan adanya hubungan saling percaya, belas kasih dan kejujuran. Pasien maupun keluarga pasien akan merasa puas apabila pelayanan kesehatan yang diterima sesuai dengan harapan pasien dan dapat merasa kecewa bila caring petugas kesehatan yang diterima tidak sesuai dengan harapannya sehingga pasien akan cenderung memilih pelayanan kesehatan yang dapat memberikan caring dengan baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah diketahinya caring petugas kesehatan pada pelayanan administrasi terhadap kepuasan pasien di  rawat inap Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten Muna.   Metode: Desain Penelitian menggunakan  pendekatan Cross Sectional Study yang melibatkan sampel sebesar 52 orang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Analisis data menggunakan analisis Univariat dan Bivariat. Hasil: ada hubungan caring petugas kesehatan pada pelayanan administrasi terhadap kepuasan pasien di  rawat inap Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten Muna dengan nilai ρ sebesar 0,017. Kesimpulan: ada hubungan caring petugas kesehatan pada pelayanan administrasi terhadap kepuasan pasien di  rawat inap Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten Muna Kata kunci: caring, petugas kesehatan, pelayanan administrasi, kepuasan pasien

Objective: This study aims to identify inpatient medication problems and analyze the association between patient characteristics and the incidence of the drug-related problem (DRP) experienced by patients. Methods: The cross-sectional study was conducted at Haji Regional General Hospital, Makassar, using medical record data for inpatients from January to February 2020. Data were collected from September to October 2020. A total of 247 inpatients were identified using the Indonesian version of the Pharmaceutical Care Network Europe. Results: The most common DRP problem found is the effect of drug treatment not optimal (P1.2) by 35.76% and the most common cause found is no or incomplete drug treatment despite existing indication (C1.6) by 20.16%. Bivariate analysis shows that age, length of stay, and the number of drugs received are significant different with the incidence of DRP in patients (p < 0,01) respectively. Multivariate analysis using logistic regression shows that age, sex, and the number of drugs could significantly affect the incidence of DRP (p<0.05) with the r-square (R2) of 21.6%. According to this model, the largest odds ratio number and the most likely to experience DRP in a patient are age, the number of drugs, then gender (5,2; 4,6; and 2,3). Conclusion: Age, length of stay, and the number of drugs received affect the DRP incidence in a patient, while gender together with age and the number of drugs affecting the incidence of DRP in a patient.

Abstract: Background: Patient satisfaction is a factor that supports loyalty. Likewise with patients of the BPJS Health Program. The health workers at the Lower Marjan Ward of dr. Slamet Garut Regional Public Hospital need to improve its health services, in order to grow its loyalty to subscribe by using the care facilities at dr. Slamet Garut Regional Public Hospital. Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between the level of patient satisfaction about the BPJS health program service with their loyalty. Methods: The study used Cross Sectional Study design, the study was conducted on 50 patients as a sample who taked accidently. The study was conducted with apply the Chi square test. Results: The results were analyzed and it was found that there are only 2 satisfaction factors that have a significant relationship with loyalty, that was the Reliability Factor with a pValue of 0.014 and an Odd Ratio of 0.930, accompanied by the Assurance Factor with a pValue of 0.009 and an Odd Ratio of 1.061. While other factors are not significant, namely the Responsiveness Factor with a pValue of 0.087 and an Odd Ratio of 0.833, Empathy factor with a pValue of 1.172 an Odd Ratio of 0.909 accompanied Tangible factor with a pValue of 0.231 and an Odd Ratio of 1.333.Conclussion: Conclussion of the study show that patient loyalty will appear when the level of patient satisfaction is high, therefore satisfaction factors must be increased by health worker as a service provider.

This research aims to analyze the relationship of age, sex, years of work, nutritional status and work shifts to work fatigue. This research is a quantitative observational analytic study with an analytic cross-sectional study design and a sample size of 60 people. Primary data were collected by direct observation, interviews with the KAUPK2 questionnaire and measurement of Lassidaya L77. The results of bivariate analysis showed a relationship between age and nurse work fatigue (p = 0.026). There was no gender relationship (p = 0.552), years of service (p = 0.104), nutritional status (p = 0.288) and work shift (p = 0.132) with work fatigue. Arifin Achmad Hospital (p = 0.009) POR 12,199 (95%: 1,847 - 80,575).  Counfonding work shifts with tenure. There is no relationship between sex and nutritional status with the incidence of work fatigue. Nutritional status (p = 0.571), POR 1.458 (95%: 0.395 - 5.379). Nutritional status (p = 0.866) 1.062 POR (95%: 0.527 - 2.140). The age variable was not included in the multivariate analysis because it was homogeneous. From the results of the analysis it was concluded that the working period ≥ 10 years affects work fatigue compared to ten years <10 years.

<p><em>Malnutrition in pre-school childrenstill found in Guguk Panjang Community Health Center. This data can be found from Bukittinggi Health Office in 2017 which stated that 800 under-fives children had less nutrition. In Guguk Panjang Community Health Centerin 2017, malnutrition cases were found in 162 people. This study aims to find out some factors related to malnutrition in the Guguk Panjang Community Health Center in 2018. The type of this research was descriptive analytic with a cross sectional study design.. </em><em>The population in this reseacrh as many 1.106 population and 92 samples preschool-aged mothers</em><em>. Then, the samples were taken from purposive sampling technique. The data were analyzed by univariate and bivariate by using Chi-Square statistical test. The results of this research showed that 54.3% of them had high level of knowledge. Then, 52.2% of themhad poor parenting. Next, the mothers did not provide exclusive breastfeeding were around 63.0%. Moreover, based on bivariate analysis there was a relationship between knowledge p value 0.008), parenting (p value 0.001) history of exclusive breastfeeding with malnutrition (p value 0.021). In short, it can be concluded that there were some factors related to malnutrition in preschool children. They were knowledge, parenting, and exclusive breastfeeding history. Then, it is expected that the health workers provide more information about nutrition and education about good parenting for children and also provide brochures or leaflets about nutrition.</em></p><p><em><br /></em></p><p><em><em>Kasus gizi kurang pada anak pra sekolah masih ditemukan diwilayah kerja puskemas guguk panjang. Hal ini terlihat data dari dinas kesehatan kota bukittinggi mencatat bahwa pada tahun 2017 balita dengan gizi kurang sebanyak 800 orang. Puskesmas guguk panjang pada tahun 2017 mempunyai gizi kurang sebanyak 162 orang. Tujuan penelitian, untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan gizi kurang pada anak prasekolah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik dengan desain cross sectional study. Populasi dalam penelitian sebanyak 1.106 orang dengan sampel 92 orang ibu anak prasekolah. Teknik pengambilan sampel porposive sampling. Pengolahan data dengan analisisunivariat dan bivariat  menggunakan uji statistik Chi - Square.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 54,3% tingkat pengetahuan tinggi. Ibu yang pola asuh kurang baik sebanyak 52,2% . Ibu yang tidak memberikan ASI Ekslusif sebanyak 63,0%. Dari uji statistik didapatkan ada hubungan bermakna antara pengetahuan dengan gizi kurang (p value 0,008). Ada hubungan antara pola asuh dengan gizi kurang (p value 0,001) dan ada hubungan antara riwayat pemberian ASI Eksklusif dengan gizi kurang (p value,021).Disimpulkan bahwa faktor yang berhubungan dengan gizi kurang pada anak prasekolah adalah pengetahuan, pola asuh, dan riwayat pemberian ASI Eksklusif</em></em></p><p><strong> </strong></p>

Pendahuluan : Rumah sakit merupakan salah satu pusat pelayanan kesehatan yang diharapkan dapat memberikan pelayanan yang bermutu kepada masyarakat. Berdasarkan penelitian tentang kepuasan pasien rawat jalan  pengguna  BPJS masih banyak yang merasakan ketidak puasannya. Penelitian Ini Bertujuan Untuk Mengetahui Bagaimanakah Gambaran Kepuasan Pasien Rawat Jalan Peserta BPJS  Kesehatan Di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Sanjiwani Di Kabupaten Gianyar Tahun 2018. Metode : Rancangan penelitian ini adalah  cross-sectional Study  yang dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Sanjiwani Gianyar selama 3 bulan dari bulan Agustus – November 2018. Sampel dipilih secara consecutive sampling  sebanyak 60 orang. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan angket. Hasil : Berdasarkan hasil penelitian 30 orang ( 50%) yang menyatakan kepuasannya, dalam aspek tangible didapatkan  sebanyak 20 orang (33,3%), untuk aspek realibility didapatkan sebanyak 23 orang (38,3%), aspek responsivnes sebanyak 39 orang (65%), aspek jaminan assurance sebanyak 27 0rang (45%), sedangkan untuk aspek emphaty sebanyak 32 orang (53,3%). Diskusi : Tingkat kepuasan pasien pengguna BPJS kesehatan sudah sebagian besar puas, walaupun  demikian ada beberapa aspek yang perlu ditingkatkan seperti pada aspek realibility dan assurance. Untuk itu rumah sakit perlu menyederhanakan sistem administrasi untuk meningkatkan layanan. Kata kunci : kepuasan,  rawat jalan, BPJS kesehatan   ABSTRACT Introduction : The hospital is one of the health service centers that are expected to provide quality services to the community. Based on research on outpatient satisfaction BPJS users still feel a lot of dissatisfaction. This Research Aims To Know How The Overview Of Outpatient Satisfaction Of BPJS Health Participants In Sanjiwani General Hospital In Gianyar Regency In 2018. Methode : The design of this study was a cross-sectional study conducted at Sanjiwani Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Gianyar for 3 months from August to November 2018. Samples were selected by consecutive sampling of 60 people.Results : Based on the research results of 30 people (50%) who expressed satisfaction, in the tangible aspect obtained as many as 20 people (33.3%), for the reliability aspect obtained as many as 23 people (38.3%), the responsiveness aspect was 39 people (65%) , assurance assurance aspects are 27 people (45%), while for empathy aspects there are 32 people (53.3%). Discussion : The level of patient satisfaction of health BPJS users has been mostly satisfied, although there are several aspects that need to be improved, such as the realibility and assurance aspects. For this reason, hospitals need to simplify administration to improve services.Keywords : satisfaction, outpatient, National health insurance

Hospital is a health service institution that provides complete individual health services that provide inpatient, outpatient, and emergency services. Indeed, a health service provider can provide maximum service by the expectations and desires of patients. This research is in the form of qualitative and uses a Cross-Sectional study to see the relationship between the quality of services provided to patient satisfaction at Islamic Hospital X in 2021. The data collection procedure was carried out by observation, interviews, and literature studies that took place from May to July 2021. The results showed that based on the dimensions of Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurances, It can be seen from the alertness indicators of health workers, the availability of adequate and modern medical devices, communication skills of health workers, the appearance of health workers, in general, showing good results and leading to patient satisfaction with the services received at Islamic Hospital X in 2021.

<p><em>Based on data from the Indonesia Ministry of Health in 2015, In Indonesia, new professional nurses were just 2% of the total nurses. This figure was much lower than the Philippines which has reached 40% with bachelor and master level as their education. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between age, and leadership with the performance of health personnel</em><em>. </em><em>The design of this research was analytical research with Cross Sectional Study. The population in this study was all nurses and doctors who served in the internal room, children, surgery and midwifery</em><em>. </em><em>Sampling using total sampling</em><em> </em><em>by questionnaires. The data was processed by univariate and bivariate analysis using Chi-square test</em><em>. </em><em>The result showed that 57,8% nurses had poor performance, 56,3% doctors had poor performance, 64,4% nurses had average age 26-35 years, 56,2% doctors had average age  36-45 years, 64.4% nurses have poor leadership, </em><em>and </em><em>50.0% of doctors have less good leadership</em><em>.</em><em> There is a relationship between age</em><em> and </em><em>leadership with the performance of health personnel.</em><em></em></p><p><strong><em> </em></strong></p><p>Berdasarkan data kemenkes RI tahun 2015 jumlah tenaga kesehatan terbanyak yaitu perawat sebanyak 147.264 orang (45,65%). Di Indonesia, perawat profesional baru mencapai 2% dari total perawat yang ada. Angka ini jauh lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan Filipina yang sudah mencapai 40% dengan pendidikan strata satu dan dua. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara umur, kepemimpinan dengan kinerja tenaga kesehatan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain penelitian analitik dengan Cross Sectional Study. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah semua perawat dan dokter. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan Total Sampling. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner. Data diolah dengan analisis univariat menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan analisis bivariat menggunakan uji Chi-square. Hasil penelitian didapatkan 57,8% perawat memiliki kinerja kurang baik, 56,3% dokter memiliki kinerja kurang baik, 64,4% perawat memiliki umur rata-rata 26-35 tahun 64,4%, 56,2% dokter memiliki umur rata-rata 36-45 tahun, 64,4% perawat memiliki kepemimpinan kurang baik, 50,0% dokter memiliki kepemimpinan kurang baik. Terdapat hubungan antara umur dan kepemimpinan dengan kinerja tenaga kesehatan.</p>
