This research is a qualitative descriptive study that aims to provide an overview of the interactions and parasocial relationships of k-drama audiences with the characters in The World of The Married drama as the impact of mass communication. And to find out the characteristics, factors that influence parasocial relationships and at what level these parasocial relationships are intertwined with the S.O.R (Stimulus, Organism, Response) theory as a framework of thought. Primary data collection was carried out through online interviews with a number of informants from the k-drama audience of The World of The Married who were taken randomly from Instagram accounts. The results of this study indicate that the interaction between the audience and k-drama. The World of The Married gives rise to parasocial relationships with the following three characteristics, empathy toward the performer, seeking companionship, and imagined friendship. Parasocial relationships that exist are influenced by factors of motivation, identification and similarity. Thus, in the concept of interaction and parasocial relationships, Korean drama audiences can be grouped at the level of entertainment social-value and intense-personal feeling.

Mosque which literally means "place of prostration" (in prayer). Mosques are also known as Islamic centers, Islamic community centers or Muslim community centers. During Ramadan, Muslims spend a lot of time at the masjid, or mosque, for special prayers and community events. The mosque is a very strategic place in shaping the morals of Muslim societies. STSN students are a part of the community located in the Istiqomah mosque of Bumi Sanapati campus. The Istiqomah Mosque has various kinds of religious activities which are managed by student administrators and are intended specifically for STSN students. This research is a qualitative descriptive study conducted by reviewing the literature, observations, interviews and primary data collection through questionnaires to STSN students. The results of this study indicate that the Istiqomah mosque carried out activities carried out by STSN students and the activities of the Istiqomah mosque played a role in shaping the Muslim morals of STSN students. The measurement values ​​of Muslim moral characters of STSN students conducted by distributing questionnaires showed that 34.83% of students stated that they were very suitable, 53.95% of students stated appropriate, 9.93% of students expressed doubts and 1.28% of students stated that they were inappropriate . From the results of the questionnaire assessment shows the activities of the Istiqomah mosque have a role in shaping the moral character of STSN students in the form of morals towards Allah, towards fellow humans and morals towards the environment.

political polemic and crisis in Beirut has been marked by various actions. The emergence of public aspirations led to tragedy. The occurring of bomb incident as a result of building burning that contained 2,750 tons of Ammonium Nitrate. It can be concrete evidence that freedom in Beirut is at stake. This tragedy caused 100 victims were died and thousands people were injured. This phenomenon made many society from aroun the world contribute to express Beirut’s freedom including Josep Harb through his poetry entitle “li Beirut”. This study aims to describe nationalism form in li Beirut poetry based on Norman Fairclough’s theory, and show its impact on natinalism’s reader as literary connoisseurs. This study is a qualitative descriptive that came from li Beirut poetry by Joseph Harb and supported by related literatures. Data collection are coming from reading and taking notes techniques. Analysis techniques are based on Miles and Huberman model that contained data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that portrait of nationalism in li Beirut poetry are expressions of love and praising for Beirut, also compassions and hopes for Beirut. The impact that has an effect on readers' nationalism is an attitude of prioritizing unity and brotherhood, as well as an optimistic attitude to improve the nation.

Islam does not forbid its servants from doing business in the world. The difference between Islamic business and others is its motivation. In addition to worldly, but the business of Islam is also for the benefit of ukhrowi. And the main goal is not just profit, but zakat and blessing of the results of his efforts. However, business is not always lucky continuously, sometimes experiencing losses due to various factors. Especially at this time, the non-technical factor that is faced now is the impact of the 2019 (covid-19) coronavirus disease pandemic greatly affecting the economies of all Countries in the World. It is interesting to study how the marketing strategy of the company or also business people in order to survive in the midst of this pandemic. Generally affected, the Charitable Institution namely Baitul Maal Hidayatullah (BMH) Kediri has increased incomes. Thus, researchers are interested in conducting a study of Islamic business ethics review on BMH Kediri's marketing strategy in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Because the object of this research is field research, so qualitative research aims to explain phenomena profusely through data collection. The results show that Indonesia is in the second position as the largest country in the world that contributes waste to the sea. This plastic waste is one of the biggest polluters in the sea which can be a serious threat to marine ecosystems. One of the right treatments is the plastic bag diet. This certainly raises various perceptions among the community as an effort to save the environment. This study aims to determine the perceptions of UIN Walisongo Semarang students on the plastic diet program as an effort to save marine ecosystems. This study used a qualitative descriptive research method, with a data collection instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Based on the research that has been done, the 193 samples obtained indicate that the perception of UIN Walisongo students towards the plastic diet as an effort to save marine ecosystems is very positive and supports this movement. This is evidenced by the knowledge of students about the use of plastics and its dangers, the impact of plastic on marine ecosystems and about the plastic diet program.

India has recently emerged as a major political and economic power in the world. The financial crisis that engulfed the world in 2008 needed developing countries like India to lead the rescue and recovery, instead of G7 westerns countries who dealt with such crisis in the past. Recently, discussions and negotiations are going amongst G20 countries regarding a new global financial architecture (G-20 Summit, 2008). The outcome will affect the relevant industries in India and hence it is a public interest issue for the actuarial profession in the country. Increased and more intrusive and costly regulations and red tapes are likely to be a part of the new deal (Economic Survey 2009-10). The objective of this paper is to study the perception of higher level authorities in Insurance sector regarding the role of regulator in minimizing the impact of global financial crisis. The primary data has been collected from 200 authorities in insurance industry. The data has been analyzed with statistical tools like MS-Excel. On the basis of the findings, various measures and policy recommendations for insurers have been suggested to minimize the impact of crisis.

Describe the implementation of the fingerprint electronic absence policy on the discipline and performance of civil servants as well as the impact it has on implementing the fingerprint electronic absence policy. Qualitative descriptive method describes various conditions and situations as the object of research. The data collection techniques used were observation, documentation and interviews. After the implementation of fingerprint electronic attendance, discipline increases and obligations as employees have been carried out in accordance with applicable regulations. The application of sanctions in the regional government of seluma regency is in accordance with the regulations of civil servants and the provision of rewards for employees who excel has been carried out properly, to inspire other employees, so that they can work better.

Bawean Island which is within the scope of Gresik Regency has the potential of nature, culture, and religiontourism. The natural resources that have this potential will develop if managed and promoted with an effective and efficient strategy. The purpose of this study to analyze the communication strategy used by the local government of Gresik Regency in promoting potential tourism in Bawean Island. In this qualitative descriptive study the primary data was obtained through in-depth interviews with the head of Departement of Culture Tourist Youth and Sport in Gresik. The questions in the interview related to Bawean Island tourism promotion strategic plan along with what has been done by related parties. Data analysis was performed using interactive techniques from Miles and Huberman. The results of this study show that the Department of Culture, Tourism, Youth, and Sports has not had a marketing strategy and implementation based Integrated Marketing Communications. The strategies and promotions that have been there are also still not running optimally.

Aims: The aim of this paper is to explore and analyze the scope and nature of the environmental movement that may shape the existing management. Study Design: This paper is a qualitative study and based on empirical research. It focuses on the impact of environmental movements around Ratargul Swamp Forest Place and Duration of Study: This research was done around the Ratargul Swamp Forest located in on Sylhet district of Bangladesh. The study period was from January 2016 to November 2017. Methodology: For the primary data collection, 47 respondents were selected by using purposive sampling on the basis of their level of involvement. Data was collected from local people, environmental groups and the forest department. Data collection methods were key informant interview, in-depth interview, case study, focus group discussion and archival research. Results: People of Ratargul village are now more aware of the harmful activities of uncontrolled tourism while the Forest Department brings new management policies and practices in response to the local and civil pressure. It is also found that the Climate Resilient Ecosystem Livelihoods (CREL) project in Bangladesh actually works to negate the strength of the environmental movement rather than as a conservation proponent. The Forest Department is successful to implement their projects due to a lack of coordination between local activists. According to the respondents, 31.1% mark this movement as successful, 23.4% opine as completely failure and while remaining 44.4% thinks that it is partially successful. Conclusion: A strong, integrated, coordinated and organized form of resistance or movement is needed to break up the hegemony of Forest Department that may save the Ratargul Swamp Forest from ongoing damage.
