This study aims to determine how much influence budget planning has on budget absorption. The method used in this research is quantitative research with an associative approach. Data collection techniques through literature study, observation and questionnaires. The questionnaire was distributed to 76 respondents, with the analysis technique is a simple linear regression coefficient. The results of this study have a significant influence between the dimensions of budget planning and budget absorption. With two-sided testing (significance = 0.05) the partial test results (t test) obtained t count > t table (12.582 > 1.995). In the simultaneous regression coefficient test (f test), the results of f count > f table (158.296 > 3.09) are obtained with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05, so Ha is accepted, meaning that simultaneously there is a significant influence between budget planning and budget absorption. While the calculation of the coefficient of determination is 68.1%, the influence of budget planning on budget absorption is 68.1% and the remaining 31.9% is influenced or explained by other variables not examined by the researcher.

The purpose of this study is to measure how much influence social media Instagram and consumer confidence in millennial purchase interest. The variables of this research are Instagram social media (X1), consumer trust (X2) and millennial purchase interest (Y). The method used in this study is a quantitative research method with an associative approach, by distributing 200 online questionnaires to millennials of productive age. The analysis technique used to test the hypothesis in this study is the path analysis. Hypothesis test results show intagram social media and consumer trust have a significant influence on millennial buying interest and mediation hypothesis testing results show that consumer confidence variables mediate Instagram social media on millennial buying interest. This study is to determine the effect of product quality partially on consumer purchasing decisions on Pam Pam Fried Chicken in Pamulang Subdistrict Area, to determine the effect of partial promotion on consumer purchasing decisions on Pam Pam Fried Chicken in Pamulang Subdistrict Area, to determine the effect of product quality and promotion together with consumer purchasing decisions on Pam Pam Fried Chicken in the Pamulang District Area, and to find out the company's efforts to improve consumer purchasing decisions on Pam Pam Fried Chicken in the Pamulang District Region .Quantitative associative research methods with a verification approach. The population in this study Pam-Pam Fried Chicken consumers amounted to 7,108 consumers in the District of Pamulang, while the sample taken was 100 respondents using the slovin formula, then a proportional random sampling was done because the research object contained 4 (four) branches. Collecting observational data, questionnaires and literature studies. The data analysis method uses validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, correlation coefficient test (product moment), determination coefficient test, hypothesis test (t-test and f-test) . The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect between product quality partially on purchasing decisions. It can be seen from the simple linear regression coefficient of 0.65. The coefficient of determination is 0.6%, t count 2.719> t table 1.984. There is a positive and significant influence between promotion partially on purchasing decisions. It can be seen from the simple linear regression coefficient of 0.32. The coefficient value of determination is 0.2, t count 2.112> t table 1.984.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction on the work discipline Resort Dangau Singkawang. This deskritptif study used a sample of the population and the use of questionnaires as the principal means of collecting data. The population is all employees at the Resort loom Singkawang. The sample is taken using a sampling technique that is saturated sampling technique when all members of the population used as a sample. Analysis techniques used in this research is to use a simple linearregression. The results showed that job satisfaction have an influence on work discipline which the test results showed 23.504 F count> F table 4.034. And has a significance value of 0.000, which is smaller than 0.05. Simple Linear Regression equations showed the following results, y = 0.893 + 0.840 X. The regression coefficient (β) 0.893 explained that when employee satisfaction at Resort Dangau Singkawang amounted to 0 (zero), then the discipline of employees at Resort loom Singkawang by 0,893. If the jobsatisfaction of employees at the Resort loom Singkawang increased by one unit then the discipline of employees at the Resort loom Singkawang will increase by 0.840 units. Correlation and Determination of test results showed that the value of R = 0.562, while the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained at 0.315. This means that 31.5% (1 x 0.315 x 100%) of employees at the Resort Dangau Singkawang can be explained by employee satisfaction at Resort loom Singkawang, while the remaining 68.5% (1 to 0.315 x 100 %) employees' discipline Resort loom Singkawang is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

High employee loyalty is a big goal for each company because of the increasing competition between companies. To overcome the decline in employee loyalty and retain existing employees, the company must create a comfortable work environment. In addition to a comfortable environment, organizations must also build a strong organizational culture. This research was conducted to determine the effect of organizational culture on employee loyalty at PT. Tara Megah Muliatama or commonly known as Gemah Ripah Taxi. The purpose of this research is to know and analyze how the organizational culture in the company, how the loyalty of employees, especially drivers, and how much influence the organizational culture has on employee loyalty at PT. Tara Megah Muliatama. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive type of research - causality. The sample of this study was taken randomly as many as 78 respondents. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. The data collection needed in this research is by distributing questionnaires to 78 drivers of Gemah Ripah Taxi. The regression test results show that organizational culture has a significant effect on employee loyalty. Meanwhile, the R square value on the coefficient of determination shows that organizational culture on employee loyalty is 16%, the remaining 84% is influenced by other factors that are not addressed in this study.

The role of HR management in carrying out aspects of HR must be managed properly so that policies and practices can be run in accordance with what the company wants. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of partially and simultaneously leadership style and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Indonesia Nippon Seiki Cikande Serang. And to find out how much influence the leadership style and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Indonesia Nippon Seiki Cikande Serang. The research method used is quantitative research. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Indonesia Nippon Seiki Cikande Serang. The sample used in this study was 87 respondents. Data collection techniques by questionnaire, and data analysis techniques by instrument test, correlation coefficient, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, classical assumption test, t-test and F-test. The results showed that partially the leadership style had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this could be proven from the tcount of 5.992> ttable 1.988 with a significant 0.000 <0.05 then H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted, meaning that there was a positive and significant influence of leadership style on performance the employee. Partially, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this can be proven from the value of tcount 7.088> ttable 1.988 with a significant 0.000 <0.05, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning there is a positive and significant effect of work discipline on employee performance. Simultaneously leadership style and work discipline have positive and significant effect on employee performance. This can be proven from the value of Fcount 62.884> Ftable 3.11 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05, thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence of style leadership and work discipline simultaneously on employee performance. The magnitude of the effect of leadership style and work discipline simultaneously on employee performance by 60%, while the remaining 40% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. And the value of R (Correlation) of 0.774 means that the level of relationship between leadership style (X1) and work discipline (X2) simultaneously on employee performance (Y) has a strong relationship level.

Abstract-This study aims to see the magnitude of the influence of product quality on customer satisfaction at Kopi Gowo Lippo Karawaci, South Tangerang. With the development of people's lifestyles, the marketing orientation changes. In addition, the development of the coffee business in South Tangerang causes a company to improve product quality in order to increase customer satisfaction. Researchers used descriptive quantitative analysis method, with the number of respondents 97 consumers customers at Kopi Gowo Lippo Karawaci, South Tangerang. The result of this research is the simple linear regression coefficient of product quality (X) of 0.301 is positive. This means that if the regression coefficient increases by 1, customer satisfaction (Y) will increase by 30.1%. The coefficient of determination obtained is 0.330 or 33.0%. This value proves that product quality has a 33.0% contribution to customer satisfaction at Kopi Gowo Lippo Karawaci, South Tangerang.   Keywords: Product Quality and Customer Satisfaction

Tourism marketing is one of the most important activities for the order market a product. Every company will do marketing with different ways and cconcepts to attract people’s attention. Advertising becomes one of the important promotion methods for PT. Wahana Ladang Budaya to increase tourist visits. The purpose of this study is to analyze whether promosi (X) affect the level of kunjungan wisatawan (Y) on Ladang Budaya Tenggarong attractions. This type research is quantitative research. Data in obtain sourced from people who visit Ladang Budaya Tengarong attractions by taking a sample of 100 people and the data obtained is sourced from the manager of the Ladang Budaya Tenggarong attractions, with data collection techniques, namely literature study and field studies consisting of questionnaire techniques that have been tested for validity and its reliability. This research method uses simple linear regression analysis method. The results of data processing showed that the results of the regression equation were not experiencing data abnormalities or can be said to be normal data. Results statistical testing shows that the promosi variable has a positive effect to the level of kunjungan wisatawan. T test results indicate that the promosi variable (X) Partially significant effect on the level of kunjungan wisatawan to revisiting the tourism object of the Ladang Budaya Tenggarong. Sugesstions to the manager of the Ladang Budaya Tenggarong is that can continue to improve existing promotions, so that the community can be more get to know more and can follow the latest news about Ladang Budaya attractions.

The research entitled The Influence of Coaching And Discipline of Teacher Exercise on Vitar Ball Extracurricular Development is aimed to find out whether there is an influence between "Development and discipline of Sports Teachers towards Vocational Ball Extracurricular Development in SMP Negeri 2 Jatinangor Sumedang Regency." The research conducted is quantitative research. The sample used amounted to 30 people. Determination of sample using random sampling technique. Prior to data analysis, normality and homogeneity tests were first conducted to determine whether the data showed normal and homogeneous. Data analysis technique used is f-test. From the calculation of regression analysis X1 and X2 to Y in the regression coefficient value of Fcount = 6.37> Ftable = 4.21 can be concluded that H0 rejected and Ha accepted, thus in penelitin conducted there is a significant influence between Development and Teacher Discipline against Development of Extracurricular Voly Ball at SMP Negeri 2 Jatinangaor Sumedang District.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of company external factors (inflation, interest rates, and exchange rates) on the ROE level. Associative research is used in this study with a qualitative approach. The object of research in companies of the Basic Industrial and Chemical Sub Sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2009 - 2018. Data collection techniques using the documentation method, data analysis techniques assumption of classiation, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results obtained, 1) Inflation, interest rates, exchange rates negatively affect ROE, 2) inflation rates, interest rates, and exchange rates affect ROE of 91.8%, 3) F test results, Inflation Rates, Interest Rates, and Exchange Rates have a significant effect on ROE.
