PENGARUH PERIKLANAN TERHADAP KUNJUNGAN WISATAWAN PADA DESTINASI WISATA  LADANG BUDAYA TENGGARONG

Tourism marketing is one of the most important activities for the order market a product. Every company will do marketing with different ways and cconcepts to attract people’s attention. Advertising becomes one of the important promotion methods for PT. Wahana Ladang Budaya to increase tourist visits. The purpose of this study is to analyze whether promosi (X) affect the level of kunjungan wisatawan (Y) on Ladang Budaya Tenggarong attractions. This type research is quantitative research. Data in obtain sourced from people who visit Ladang Budaya Tengarong attractions by taking a sample of 100 people and the data obtained is sourced from the manager of the Ladang Budaya Tenggarong attractions, with data collection techniques, namely literature study and field studies consisting of questionnaire techniques that have been tested for validity and its reliability. This research method uses simple linear regression analysis method. The results of data processing showed that the results of the regression equation were not experiencing data abnormalities or can be said to be normal data. Results statistical testing shows that the promosi variable has a positive effect to the level of kunjungan wisatawan. T test results indicate that the promosi variable (X) Partially significant effect on the level of kunjungan wisatawan to revisiting the tourism object of the Ladang Budaya Tenggarong. Sugesstions to the manager of the Ladang Budaya Tenggarong is that can continue to improve existing promotions, so that the community can be more get to know more and can follow the latest news about Ladang Budaya attractions.

The purpose of this study was to examine the direct effect of variables gender, age, GPA to financial literacy. This research is a quantitative research and the sample consist of 142 students Accounting Department of State Polytechnic Malang. Data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS Version 21 program. The results showed gender, age, and GPA significant and positive effect on financial literacy.

eng:Independence is one of the important modalities for survival as adults. Schools are expected to teach and train children's independence through activities that can foster children's self-reliance. One of them is through extracurricular scouts. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of activeness following extracurricular scout against the independence of students in grade V State Elementary School Cibuk Lor Seyegan Sleman Year Teaching 2017/2018 as many as 19 students.This research is an ex post facto research and according to its method is kind of quantitative research. The population in this study were 19 students. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Instrument validity test using product moment correlation technique with SPSS version 16.00 and reliability test using alpha cronbach technique from SPSS program version 16.00. Data analysis techniques in this study using simple linear regression analysis techniques.The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence on the activity of extracurricular scouts on the independence of students of grade V SD Negeri Cibuk Lor Seyegan Sleman with a positive coefficient value of independence. This can be shown on the value of determinant coefficient (R2) of 0.409, tcount of 3.429 and significance value of 0.003. Because the significance value shows the number <0,05 then it can be concluded that the activity follows extracurricular scout have positive effect on independence.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Ind:Kemandirian merupakan salah satu modal penting untuk bertahan hidup ketika dewasa. Sekolah diharapkan mampu mengajarkan dan melatih kemandirian anak melalui kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat menumbuhkembangkan sikap mandiri anak. Salah satunya yaitu melalui ekstrakurikuler pramuka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh keaktifan mengikuti ekstrakurikuler pramuka terhadap kemandirian siswa kelas V SD Negeri Cibuk Lor Seyegan Sleman Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018 sebanyak 19 siswa.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex post facto dan menurut metodenya merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 19 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Uji validitas instrument menggunakan teknik korelasi product moment dengan bantuan SPSS versi 16.00 dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan teknik alpha cronbach dari program SPSS versi 16.00. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier sederhana.

Purpose: This study aimed to analyze how the management of Dieng Culture Festival attract visitors and examine the influence of Dieng Culture Festival to the millennial tourists’ satisfaction. Research methods: The methodology of this study referred to descriptive quantitative research methods. Questionnaire was used to collect the data to be analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Results and discussions: Satisfaction of millennial tourist can be derived from 42.6% of hard measure and soft measure variable, while the remaining 57.4% of millennial tourists’ satisfaction variables can be derived by other variables not examined in this study. Conclusion: The hypothesis test results proved that the visitor management of the Dieng Culture Festival, which use hard measure and soft measure has a significant and positive effect on millennial tourists satisfaction.

The study was to see the effect of scientific attitudes on the mathematics learning achievement of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 5 Kota Kupang. This type of research used in this research is quantitative research with statistical analysis techniques used is simple linear regression analysis. The population in this study were all class VIII with the research sample consisting of one class which was taken using a random sampling technique. The technique used for data collection using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and rehabilitation and test results taken from the achievement test and a questionnaire from the sample class. Prerequisite tests were carried out including normality tests, linearity tests. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 22 for windows. The results showed that there was a significant influence between scientific attitudes on the mathematics learning achievement of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 5 Kota Kupang. This is evidenced by the value of and the significant value is, so accept. It can be concluded that there is a significant effect of scientific attitudes on the mathematics learning achievement of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 5 Kota Kupang.

This study aims to determine how much influence budget planning has on budget absorption. The method used in this research is quantitative research with an associative approach. Data collection techniques through literature study, observation and questionnaires. The questionnaire was distributed to 76 respondents, with the analysis technique is a simple linear regression coefficient. The results of this study have a significant influence between the dimensions of budget planning and budget absorption. With two-sided testing (significance = 0.05) the partial test results (t test) obtained t count > t table (12.582 > 1.995). In the simultaneous regression coefficient test (f test), the results of f count > f table (158.296 > 3.09) are obtained with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05, so Ha is accepted, meaning that simultaneously there is a significant influence between budget planning and budget absorption. While the calculation of the coefficient of determination is 68.1%, the influence of budget planning on budget absorption is 68.1% and the remaining 31.9% is influenced or explained by other variables not examined by the researcher.

Abstract This study aims to examine the effect of efficiency on bank performance. The population used is all banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2014-2016. 81 samples were obtained using a purposive sampling method. While the data analysis method used is the classic assumption test, simple linear regression analysis test and t test (partial test). The results of this study indicate that the efficiency variable does not have a positive effect on bank performance, which in this study is calculated using ROA (return on assets which is seen from the significance value above 0.05) or seen from the t value < t table -1,326 < 1,667. So H0 cannot be rejected, which means Ha is accepted. Keywords: Efficiency ratio, Return on assets Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh efisiensi terhadap kinerja bank. Populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh bank yang terdaftar di bursa efek indondesia periode 2014-2016. Diperoleh sampel sebanyak 81 dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Sedangkan metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik, uji analisis regresi linear sederhana dan uji t (uji parsial). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel efisiensi tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja bank yang dalam penelitian ini dihitung menggunakan ROA (return on asset) yaitu dilihat dari nilai signifikansi diatas 0,05 atau dilihat dari nilai t hitung < t tabel sebesar – 1,326 < 1,667 sehingga dipotesis H0 tidak dapat ditolak yang artinya Ha diterima. Abstrak - Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis : 1) untuk mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan yang ada di PT Sarimelati Kencana Pizza Hut Delivery Cabang Ciputat 2) untuk mengetahui tingkat kinerja karyawan yang ada di PT Sarimelati Kencana Pizza Hut Delivery Cabang Ciputat 2) seberapa besar pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Sarimelati Kencana Pizza Hut Cabang Ciputat. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dijabarkan dalam analisa deskriptif dan verifikatif dan dilakukan di PT Sarimelati Kencana Pizza Hut Delivery Ciputat dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 orang teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik sampel jenuh. Metode analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian kuantitatif ini adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa responden : 1) Kondisi gaya kepemimpinan pada indikator yang paling dominan diperoleh dengan skor sebesar 4,28 pada indikator liberal dan kharismatik 2) Kondisi kinerja karyawan pada indikator yang paling dominan diperoleh skor sebesar 4,34 pada indikator disiplin 3) Terdapat adanya pengaruh yang kuat dari gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Sarimelati Kencana Pizza Hut Delivery Cabang Ciputat sebesar 0,7821. 4) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 61,16%.Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Kinerja KaryawanAbstract - The research objective was to study and analyze: 1) To determine the form of leadership style in PT Sarimelati Kencana Pizza Hut Delivery, Ciputat Branch 2) To determine the level of performance of employees at PT Sarimelati Kencana Pizza Hut Delivery Ciputat Branch 2) How big is the influence of style leadership on employee performance at PT Sarimelati Kencana Pizza Hut Ciputat Branch. The research conducted is quantitative research described in descriptive and verification analysis and carried out at PT Sarimelati Kencana Pizza Hut Delivery Ciputat with a total sample of 50 people. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling technique. The data analysis method used to test the hypothesis of this quantitative research is simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the respondents: 1) The condition of the leadership style on the most dominant indicator was obtained with a score of 4.28 on the liberal and charismatic indicators 2) The condition of the employee's performance on the most dominant indicator obtained a score of 4.34 on the discipline indicator 3) There were there is a strong influence of leadership style on employee performance at PT Sarimelati Kencana Pizza Hut Delivery Ciputat Branch of 0.7821. 4) There is a significant influence of leadership style on employee performance by 61.16%.Keywords: Leadership Style, Employee Performance

The purpose of this study to determine whether there is influence inflation on stock prices at PT.Siantar Top Tbk. The object of this research is PT.Siantar Top Tbk. Whose share price data is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The independent variable used in this research is inflation while the dependent variable is stock price. This study uses data from quarter of 2010 up to 2015 with data analysis method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research, while the analysis model used in this research is simple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing of this research using coefficient determination test (R2) and partial test (t test). The results showed that partially inflation has a positive and significant effect on stock prices.

Lake Toba is one of the priority tourism destinations which has natural, cultural, and spiritual wealth. In realizing Lake Toba as the Monaco of Asia, it is necessary to pay attention to various aspects, one of which is the tourism image of Lake Toba in the eyes of tourists. This study aims to determine how the influence of brand image in increasing the number of tourists in Samosir Regency. The sample used in this study were 100 tourists who were visiting in Samosir Regency. This research is descriptive and quantitative research. Data collection techniques using observation and distribution of questionnaires to tourists. The sampling technique was random sampling with a simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that brand image has a significant positive effect on tourist visits. Where the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.628, which means that brand image has an influence of 62.8% on the decision to visit tourists to Lake Toba, Samosir Regency, while the remaining 37.2% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study such as service quality, tourism performance. and others.

This study aims to determine the effect of human relations on the performance of PT Perkebunan Limbang's employees. This research is a type of descriptive quantitative research with a sample of 134 respondents. The sampling technique in this study uses Probability Sampling and sample determination is done by random sampling. The data analysis method used is simple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing is done through partial tests (t test) and test coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the regression equation obtained Y = 2.687 + 0.375X1. The value of constant is 2.687 is the value of employee performance before it is influenced by relationships between humans. increased by 0.375. Relations between humans have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT Perkebunan Limbang with the results of the t test which is the value of tcount> ttable (5.573> 1.656) and the value of t sig is 0.000 <0.05. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.19 0 or 19.0%. This shows the variable relations between humans affect the performance of employees at PT. Weighing Langsa Plantation is 19.0%, and the remaining 81.0% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study, such as motivation and compensation.
